You will work closely with creative, analytics, product, and Commercial Marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, improve campaign efficiency, and scale growth across multiple markets. This is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for someone with a strong performance marketing mindset and at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns. Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, and other emerging channels. Manage campaign setup, budget allocation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring. Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency. Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign results. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and product marketers to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new growth opportunities. Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Work closely with analytics and CRM teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement. Support regional acquisition initiatives and contribute to broader growth marketing projects. Requirements Must Have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets, including proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one additional platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, etc.). Deep understanding of paid social advertising and digital marketing funnels, with strong awareness of the latest platform trends, ad formats, algorithm changes, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze user behavior across the funnel using Excel, Google Sheets, GA4, or similar tools, and turn insights into actions that improve performance against business KPIs. Strong audience strategy skills, including identifying, building, and scaling target audiences (e.g., custom audiences, lookalikes, interest-based, and broad targeting). Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English. Nice to Have Experience in the FX/online trading, fintech, financial services, or gaming industries. Familiarity with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar platforms. Working knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or marketing automation platforms. Experience running multi-region or international campaigns. Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini for marketing productivity and campaign analysis. Hands-on experience integrating AI into daily campaign optimization workflows, such as performance analysis, creative testing, and reporting automation.
