About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
The YDB Development Team at Nebius is hiring mid- and senior-level software developers with C++ expertise.
YDB is an open-source platform with two roles within Nebius:
Providing the binary object storage foundation for S3 Object Storage, Shared Filesystems and Network Block Storage
Serving as a distributed relational database and message broker for services such as IAM, billing, audit trails and logging
We operate YDB clusters in more than 10 regions using HDD and NVMe storage. Individual clusters span tens of thousands of nodes, manage hundreds of petabytes of data and deliver terabytes per second of throughput. Our infrastructure includes x86 and Arm-based systems, including NVIDIA GB300 nodes.
What you’ll work on
Evolve YDB’s architecture for new hardware, redesigning core components when incremental optimization is insufficient:
QLC NVMe drives: increase storage density while controlling RAM/CPU consumption and write amplification
Dual 800 Gb/s network adapters: reduce CPU overhead and memory bandwidth consumption to utilize the available NIC bandwidth
NVIDIA GB300-based systems: ensure efficient operation on Arm-based hosts and offload storage and networking processing to BlueField DPUs
Support high-capacity SMR HDDs by designing data placement, sequential writes, garbage collection and recovery around zoned-write constraints
Develop wide erasure-coding schemes to reduce space aplimfication while maintaining durability and availability
Reduce recovery and rebalancing times after device outages while limiting the impact on foreground workloads
Prevent, detect and recover from silent data corruption across memory, networking and storage
Provide the system capabilities and interfaces required by fleet-wide automation so that hundreds of production clusters can be deployed, configured, upgraded, diagnosed and operated consistently
We move quickly and focus on delivering practical value. Features and optimizations merged into the production branch are typically deployed within weeks. You’ll see your work solving real problems in live clusters—not waiting years to make an impact.
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience developing high-load systems in C or C++. Candidates with 3+ years will also be considered if their experience includes relevant work on distributed storage systems
Experience developing high-performance, low-latency software components
Understanding of core dumps, flame graphs and sanitizer-enabled builds
Understanding of CPU caches, atomic operations and NUMA architectures
Nice to have:

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
In case you hadn’t noticed, Anthropic is growing fast. Really, really fast. The People Products team exists to support Anthropic’s mission by defining the blueprint for AI at work. We help hire the best person in the world for every job, ensure manager effectiveness, ramp new hires successfully, and ensure that we apply first principles thinking in how we shape Anthropic’s culture through the tools we build. We cover the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding, teamwork, and promotions.
You’ll work directly with Claude, with access to capabilities no external team has, on problems that are genuinely unsolved. You’ll move fast — prototype to production in days or weeks. We believe in cross-functional thinkers who can reason across product, design, and engineering. You’ll be given high autonomy, own your decisions, and ship constantly. If you’ve experienced the pain of bad people practices and want to be the person who fixes them at the most consequential AI company in the world, this is that job.
Responsibilities
Build full-stack end-to-end across the People Products portfolio.
Design and implement AI-native workflows: build tools, evals, prompts, and products. You’ll help define what is possible in applied AI for people processes.
Work directly with internal stakeholders — HR teams, recruiters, managers — to understand problems, gather feedback, and iterate quickly without waiting for requirements to be handed down. No gatekeeping, you are expected to talk to your customers.
Make product and architecture decisions independently in a low-structure environment: knowing when to cut scope, when to ship, and when to ask for input.
Contribute ideas for how the team works, what it builds, and where applied AI can have the most leverage in people workflows.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack or product engineer, with a track record of leading complex, multi-month projects or teams as a tech lead or equivalent
Have shipped LLM-native features or applications.
Derive joy from hard work and the act of creation.
Are experienced enough to build big features independently, and make great architectural decisions along the way.
Are self-sufficient end-to-end: you can go from idea to production without needing a designer, PM, or architect to unblock you.
Move fast without cutting corners: you hold a high quality bar and know how to make smart tradeoffs under time pressure.
Engage directly with users and criticism: you’re comfortable talking to internal customers, hearing hard feedback, and incorporating it quickly.
Are genuinely mission-driven: you care about the intersection of AI and people practices, not just the technical puzzle.
Are a collaborative, supportive teammate: you bring people along, communicate clearly about tradeoffs, and make the people around you better.
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or prior experience building Claude or LLM integrations in production.
Background at an AI-native company or in a product-focused 0->1 engineering environment.
Experience with HR tech platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Rippling.

About the Role
We're looking for a Solutions Sales Engineer to join DBSync. This is a hybrid role that sits between sales and delivery: you'll support the sales cycle through technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts, and you'll work alongside our services team to scope and stand up integration solutions for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
DBSync is an iPaaS company. Our value is reliable, maintainable integration between CRMs, accounting systems, and ERPs. The ideal candidate pairs strong integration and data fundamentals with the customer-facing skill to translate technical solutions into business value and uses AI and analytics to make those solutions smarter, not as a substitute for solid integration design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Scoping: Work with sales and customers to understand source and target systems, data volumes, and sync requirements; design integration solutions and scope the work needed to deliver them.
Technical Demos & POCs: Prepare and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and trials of DBSync integrations, showing how data flows and syncs across CRM, accounting, and ERP systems.
Integration Delivery Support: Partner with the services team to build, configure, and validate integration workflows — field mapping, transformation logic, sync triggers, scheduling, and error handling.
Data & Systems Expertise: Apply working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and the object models of common CRM and accounting/ERP systems to design integrations that hold up in production.
Customer Engagement: Support clients through onboarding and adoption, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend improvements.
AI & Analytics Enablement: Where it adds value, layer AI-driven features (automation, predictive insight, conversational interfaces) onto integration solutions; identify where analytics can surface ROI for the customer.
Feedback & Strategy: Gather client feedback, identify common patterns, and feed them back into product, templates, and sales positioning.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Enablement: Train sales teams on integration capabilities and how to position them; document solutions for repeatable delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, product, and customer success from concept through operational delivery.s..
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
3+ years in technical sales, solutions/sales engineering, integration consulting, data management, or a related technical-customer-facing role.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or Xero).
Solid grasp of integration concepts: APIs (REST/SOAP), data mapping and transformation, sync logic, scheduling, and error handling.
Proficiency with SQL and comfort working with APIs and tools like Postman.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (DBSync, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, predictive analytics, automation platforms) and how to apply them to integration and data workflows.
Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python).
Additional languages beyond English.
Certifications in data analytics, AI/ML, or relevant CRM/ERP platforms.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
