ABOUT THE ROLE ElevenLabs operates a complex and fast-evolving revenue model – enterprise contracts, self-serve API subscriptions, usage-based billing, and expanding international markets. As a Revenue Accountant, you will play a key role in ElevenLabs’ revenue accounting function. You will own significant portions of the monthly revenue close, support the application of ASC 606 to customer arrangements, and help build scalable processes and controls as ElevenLabs grows toward IPO readiness. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Billing Operations, Engineering, and FP&A to support contract review, usage and billing completeness, new product launches, and accurate and timely revenue recognition. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean Finance team – the right person will independently run recurring workstreams, identify issues early, and help scale the revenue accounting operating model as the business grows. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Execute significant portions of the monthly revenue close, including journal entries, deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, reconciliations, and flux analysis - Perform recurring usage / consumption completeness and billing-to-GL reconciliations; investigate exceptions and drive resolution with cross-functional partners - Review customer contracts and apply established ASC 606 guidance to standard arrangements; escalate novel, high-judgment, or precedent-setting matters - Support accounting for credits, refunds, contract modifications, cutoff, and variable consideration, with clear and audit-ready documentation - Prepare revenue workpapers, audit support, and control evidence; support external audit, walkthroughs, and SOX readiness activities - Support accounting readiness and UAT for new products, pricing structures, billing models, and partner / channel launches - Improve and automate recurring revenue processes, reconciliations, documentation, and exception reporting as the business scales REQUIREMENTS - Deep expertise in ASC 606, including multi-element arrangements, SSP evaluation, variable consideration, contract modifications, and principal vs. agent analysis - Experience leading the revenue close: deferred revenue management, unbilled receivables, journal entry review, and month-end flux analysis - Track record of partnering with Sales and Legal on contract review and revenue impact assessments - Experience operating in a pre-IPO or public company environment, with direct exposure to external audit, controls build-out, and revenue accounting documentation - CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active); Big 4 or public accounting background a strong plus - Strong systems proficiency; Stripe, Metronome, HubiFi or a comparable revenue recognition tool preferred BONUS: - Experience with consumption/usage-based and subscription billing models - Familiarity with ASC 326 (CECL) and AR accounting in a high-volume SaaS context - Multi-entity or international revenue accounting background LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Central Europe or Eastern US timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York and Warsaw. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

THE ROLE ElevenLabs runs a deliberately lean finance team across 10+ legal entities and 40+ countries. The stack is built around NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob and Pigment, with a BigQuery/dbt warehouse underneath. We want a close where people review exceptions and agents handle the rest. You'll own that stack, from architecture and integrations to controls and vendors. This is a builder role, not a ticket queue. - Run NetSuite end to end. That covers multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, and roles and segregation of duties as we build toward public-company controls. - Own the integration layer: Stripe, Ramp, Deel and HiBob into NetSuite, and NetSuite into the warehouse. Month-end should reconcile by design instead of by hand. - Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration. You'll also handle the finance setup of every new entity. - Build with AI, alongside our Automations and Data teams. Examples include agents and automations for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations and accounting requests. - Be the systems voice in finance decisions on new pricing models, new geographies and audit readiness. REQUIREMENTS - You've administered a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance yourself, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles and releases. - You've owned an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end, and you know how Stripe data flows into the ERP and into revenue recognition. - You build integrations, through iPaaS or code, that reconcile and alert when something breaks, and you're comfortable in SQL. - You understand R2R, P2P and O2C and the controls behind them, and you can work with accountants, engineers and auditors in the same week. - You work AI-first: tools like Claude Code or Cursor are part of your day, and you automate a workflow before you staff it. - Bonus: experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or another usage-billing platform, Deel/HiBob, or n8n, or dbt/BigQuery; SOX or ITGC work at a pre-IPO or public company. GROWTH POTENTIAL We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role: - Lead a Finance Systems & Automation team as the company scales. LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in CET timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Warsaw and London. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

ABOUT THE ROLE Equity is a big part of how we reward the people building ElevenLabs, and the programme is growing fast across many countries. You'll own the day-to-day running of it: keeping our cap table accurate and audit-ready, and making sure every grant, exercise and leaver is handled correctly and on time. You'll work with Finance, Legal and People to turn board-approved decisions into clean records and clear communication. That includes issuing grants, supporting 409A and local valuations, and answering employee questions about their equity. We're looking for someone who is meticulous about the numbers and who treats employees as customers. You'll find ways to automate the repetitive work, using AI wherever it makes things faster and more reliable. REQUIREMENTS - Hands-on experience administering equity in a cap table or stock plan platform such as Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, settlements and reconciliations. - Experience administering equity across multiple jurisdictions, including tracking globally mobile participants and coordinating with Tax and Payroll. - Strong understanding of stock options, RSUs, vesting schedules and employee lifecycle changes, with working knowledge of relevant tax-advantaged schemes such as US ISOs and UK EMI or CSOP plans. - Experience reconciling equity data with People, Talent, Payroll and Accounting records. - Understanding of stock-based compensation accounting sufficient to provide reliable data and support Finance with US GAAP and local reporting requirements. - Experience building and documenting equity processes and controls, managing deadlines independently and resolving discrepancies. - Clear communication skills, sound judgement when handling confidential information and a strong focus on employee support. Bonus: - Experience at a fast-growing startup, familiarity with 409A processes, or a record of automating equity workflows. - Certification (e.g. CEP or similar) - Experience with IPO process or having supported transition from private to public LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Central Europe or Eastern US.
