About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We are looking for an L3 Support Engineering Lead to help grow a small team responsible for resolving Nebius' most complex customer issues.
This is a hands-on technical role that combines deep troubleshooting with day-to-day team leadership. You will provide technical direction, help organize the team’s work and step into complex investigations when your expertise is needed. You will not be expected to personally own every difficult ticket or manage the team from a distance.
The L3 team works closely with L2 Support, pre-sales, post-sales, customer engineering and product teams. It brings deeper subject-matter expertise to issues that require advanced investigation or a broader understanding of the Nebius platform.
This is a remote position in North America.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and support a small, distributed team of L3 Support Engineers.
Help plan, prioritize and distribute work based on customer impact, technical complexity and team capacity.
Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for complex or high-impact customer issues.
Coach engineers, share knowledge and help the team become increasingly independent.
Build strong working relationships with L2 Support, pre-sales, post-sales, customer engineering,
product
and engineering teams.
Make sure escalations include the technical context, evidence and customer information needed by the receiving team.
Identify
whether an issue belongs to the platform, a customer
environment
or another technical area, and involve the
appropriate specialists
.
Maintain
high standards
for troubleshooting, documentation,
handoffs
and customer communication
Identify
recurring issues and gaps in tooling, documentation,
processes
or team knowledge, and help drive practical improvements.
Support team planning, coverage and forecasting as the organization grows.
Participate in scheduled operational or duty work when specialist expertise is
required
. This may occasionally include work outside standard business hours.
Contribute to hiring and onboarding
additional
engineers as the team expands.
We expect you to have:
Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting complex production, cloud or infrastructure-related issues.
Experience leading technical work, mentoring
engineers
or coordinating a small team or task force.
Clear and confident communication with customers,
engineers
and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong working knowledge of Linux environments.
Experience with Kubernetes and container-based platforms.
A practical understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including networking and storage.
Familiarity with block, file and object storage and the ability to investigate issues across these technologies
Sound judgment when working through ambiguous or high-impact technical problems.
The ability to organize work, set priorities and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
You do not need to be an expert in every technical area. We are looking for someone with broad familiarity across the following domains and deeper
expertise
in at least one:
AI and ML operations, such as model deployment, fine-tuning,
inference
or performance troubleshooting.
Workload scheduling in GPU or high-performance computing environments, including tools such as
Slurm
.
Kubernetes and its supporting technology stack.
Cloud infrastructure,
networking
and storage.
Fluent written and spoken English.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience supporting GPU cloud infrastructure or AI/ML workloads.
Experience planning or troubleshooting model deployments.
Familiarity with Python or Bash scripting and technical automation.
Experience working in a technical support, SRE, production operations or customer engineering organization.
Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams that provide 24/7 customer coverage.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the Role
AI is changing how data practitioners write, debug, and ship dbt code. As
Staff Product Manager
for
Developer Experience
, you will set the strategy for how that change plays out in dbt.
You will own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for the end-to-end developer workflow: the
Studio IDE
,
Developer Agent
(our AI coding assistant inside dbt Wizard), the
Cloud CLI
, and the
dbt VS Code Extension
. These surfaces are the daily home of tens of thousands of data practitioners, from seasoned analytics engineers to newer practitioners who rely on AI to move faster with confidence.
This is a Staff-level role with broad scope and direct influence on company direction. You will be the key partner to the
Fusion team
, the engine behind dbt’s next-generation compilation and intelligence. You will decide how Fusion’s capabilities become differentiated developer experiences, and you will make sure developer needs shape the Fusion roadmap. The feedback loop between Developer Experience and Fusion is central to how dbt Cloud evolves, and you will be its architect.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on: a leader who can define where AI-native developer tooling is going, and who is deeply passionate about
AI agents
and what it takes to build them well.
In This Role, You Will
Set strategy and own the roadmap
Define and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for developer experience across Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the VS Code Extension, and translate it into clear priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
Align developer experience investments with company strategy, product-led growth goals, and the Fusion platform direction. Set success metrics and hold yourself accountable for the outcomes.
Make high-stakes bets on where to invest, what to build, and what not to build, using market insight, customer evidence, and technical judgment.
Lead AI agent product development
Define what a best-in-class AI coding agent looks like for the full range of dbt users. This includes agentic workflows, multi-step task execution, context management, natural language interaction, and guided experiences that meet users where they are.
Shape principles for trust, transparency, control, and evaluation in agentic experiences, so users can rely on the agent for real work.
Track the fast-moving AI development landscape (Copilot, Cursor, Devin, and beyond) and turn it into a differentiated point of view, not just feature parity.
Drive cross-functional execution and influence
Partner with the Fusion team to co-define the boundary between platform and product, agree on API contracts, and keep roadmaps coordinated.
Lead engineering, design, and GTM teams through a predictable shipping cadence, and keep teams aligned on what matters and why.
Influence senior leadership and stakeholders across the company with crisp strategy docs, compelling demos, and clear framing of complex tradeoffs.
Mentor other PMs and raise the bar for product craft, rigor, and technical depth across the organization.
Stay close to users and the market
Build tight feedback loops with the dbt community and enterprise customers, with particular attention to power users and technical practitioners.
Use user research and competitive analysis to ground strategy in evidence and bring a sharp external perspective into planning.
What Success Looks Like
A clear, widely understood developer experience strategy that engineering, design, and leadership are aligned behind.
Developer Agent is recognized as a differentiated, well-regarded AI coding product for data practitioners, not just a feature.
Developer satisfaction and engagement (activation, session depth, feature adoption)
The Fusion partnership runs on shared roadmap visibility, clear contracts, and coordinated launches.
The Cloud CLI is a first-class product that developers actively choose.
You’re a Good Fit If You Have
8+ years of product management experience
, including a track record of owning strategy and roadmap for developer platforms at scale.
Direct experience owning developer environment products
, with an informed point of view on what makes development tools excellent and where modern IDEs fall short.
Hands-on experience with AI agents.
You have built, shipped, or led agentic features (multi-step LLM workflows, tool use, context management, evaluation), and you are passionate about the space. You use AI coding assistants daily and have strong, well-reasoned opinions about what works and what doesn’t.
A history of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority, including across platform and product team boundaries.
A strong technical foundation: you can reason about system architecture, engage deeply with engineers, and contribute to technical decisions.
Experience turning user research and developer feedback into prioritized, well-scoped product work.
Excellent written and verbal communication, from crisp specs to executive-level narratives.
Comfort working asynchronously on a distributed, remote team.
You’ll Have an Edge If You Have
Experience building or shipping AI agent products at the frontier, such as agentic UX, evaluation frameworks, or agent orchestration.
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar SQL-first transformation frameworks.
Familiarity with LSP, tree-sitter, or other IDE infrastructure primitives.
Experience with CLI tooling and developer workflow automation.
Background in open source or strong engagement with developer communities.
Knowledge of modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift) and the analytics engineering ecosystem.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We build AI-powered engines that make, localize, launch and learn from creative, using ElevenLabs’ full audio and video stack. Enterprise customers are already working with us. While our product teams focus on self-serve, these roles seed a dedicated enterprise engineering team: the people who make ElevenCreative work for our biggest customers and unblock enterprise deals. You sit between the customer and the product. You’ll talk to enterprise customers, understand their requirements, and decide whether to build a bespoke integration for them or a product improvement for everyone. Making that call well is the job.
Requirements
- Has worked directly with customers as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer or founding engineer at a B2B startup, including presenting to enterprise clients.
- Strong full-stack product engineer, comfortable with integrations, APIs, auth and enterprise plumbing such as SSO, access control and security reviews.
- Turns a customer’s ask into the real requirement: builds bespoke when it unblocks a deal, and generalizes when several customers want the same thing.
- Ships end-to-end with little direction. There’s no PM to define everything first.
Bonus: experience with localization or TMS integrations, brand or marketing tooling, or adtech.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to operate in European timezones required and flexibility for customer timezones when deals need it. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw

We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Staff Demo Engineer on the Demo Engineering team, you’ll shape the technical tooling and platform behind 1Password’s go-to-market demo experience. You’ll build scalable demo environments, interactive product experiences, and shared infrastructure that help teams communicate 1Password’s value across the customer journey. Your work will help make secure access simpler and support 1Password’s mission to create a safer, simpler digital future for everyone.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Bring substantial experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, technical marketing, DevOps, solutions architecture, or demo engineering.
- Apply experience in cybersecurity, identity, Privileged Access Management (PAM), developer tools, or a related technical domain.
- Build full-stack and automation solutions using technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, or Python, with experience designing systems that other engineers can build on.
- Design and operate infrastructure using infrastructure as code, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), containers, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understand identity and access management concepts, including single sign-on (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), device trust, passwordless authentication, and passkeys.
- Balance speed, reliability, cost, and security while explaining technical tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
- Create interactive software-as-a-service (SaaS) demos and guided product experiences using platforms such as Reprise, Navattic, Walnut, or Arcade; experience with mobile device management (MDM) tools such as Jamf, live event demos, utilization analysis, artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted tooling, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers is also valuable.
What you can expect:
- Set the technical vision, roadmap, and long-term architecture for 1Password’s demo platform.
- Lead the design of shared demo infrastructure, including templates, automated provisioning and resets, data generation, and observability.
- Build sample applications and integrations across 1Password products to support demos and enablement programs.
- Support complex, high-visibility demos for flagship launches, keynotes, conferences, and strategic customer opportunities.
- Drive AI-assisted tooling that automates demo preparation, validation, and maintenance.
- Partner with Engineering Security on demo environments and lead architecture and code reviews.
- Mentor Demo Engineers and Senior Demo Engineers while representing Demo Engineering in cross-functional technical decisions and product roadmap discussions.
- Travel quarterly, including cross-border travel, for conferences and company offsites.

Today we run a full spectrum of capital markets businesses across centralized and on-chain venues: market making, high-frequency trading, options, OTC, DeFi trading desks, advisory, and asset management.
We're building toward the agentic investment banking capabilities for the era of digital finance. A proprietary agentic layer runs the mechanics of the market, so our people can focus on the work code cannot do: the deal, the relationship, and the judgement.
We're not just envisioning the future of finance - we're building it.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Our internship programme gives early-career talent the opportunity to build practical skills, contribute to meaningful projects and learn alongside experienced colleagues in digital finance.
Typically lasting six months and based in our Brussels office (London possible), each internship includes hands-on experience, clear learning goals and dedicated guidance and regular feedback. We look for curiosity, relevant foundational skills, deep, active interest and passion for digital assets and the potential to grow exponentially with us - you don’t need to arrive with all the answers. Where performance, business needs and available opportunities align, an internship may lead to a permanent role, though this is not guaranteed.
We are looking for 3-4 high-caliber Quantitative Analyst Interns to sit within our Strategic Market Making (HFT), Credit and Corporate Development desks/teams (see other openings on our career page for details).
Application deadline: 30 November 2026
Start date: 1 March 2027
Selection process:
- Interview with Talent Acquisition representative
- Interview with Hiring Manager
- Recruitment Challenge
