The role
We are looking for an experienced Partner Solutions Architect with a proven track record of enabling both value-added resellers (VARs) and technology partners. You will help partners build differentiated offerings on Nebius, enable Channel joint value propositions and take those solutions to market.
You will own the technical partner relationship, connecting partner sales, presales, product and engineering teams with their counterparts at Nebius. Combining cloud architecture expertise with commercial judgment, you will help partners win customers and grow adoption through repeatable solutions and effective enablement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop joint value propositions that combine Nebius with partner products or services, defining target customers, priority use cases, technical differentiation and business outcomes.
Work with Channel and Nebius sales and marketing teams on joint go-to-market plans, account opportunities, co-selling activities, solution messaging and customer presentations.
Lead joint customer discovery and solution discussions. Agree proof-of-concept success criteria and coordinate partner and Nebius specialists through technical validation and deployment planning.
Enable VAR partners to qualify opportunities, position Nebius, design customer solutions and package their implementation or managed services around our platform.
Help technology partners, including software vendors and data or AI platforms, define joint solutions, integration priorities and validation plans with their product and engineering teams.
Build lasting relationships with partner engineering teams. Translate requirements and customer feedback into actionable plans, coordinate experts and influence product priorities.
Track partner readiness, joint solution adoption and contributions to pipeline and customer wins. Use these results to improve enablement and scale successful partner activities.
We expect you to have:
5+ years in solutions architecture, technical presales or partner technical roles, with substantial experience supporting Channel and Technology partnerships.
Demonstrated success enabling both VARs and technology partners, including examples of partners independently positioning solutions, pursuing opportunities or delivering joint offerings.
Experience building joint value propositions and taking partner solutions to market, with evidence of customer wins, adoption growth or commercial impact.
A track record of building partner enablement programs and adapting content for sales, presales and engineering audiences.
Strong cloud architecture fundamentals across compute, storage, networking and security, with the ability to explain trade-offs and connect technical decisions to customer needs.
Experience earning trust with partner engineering and product teams, working effectively with internal engineers and coordinating delivery across organizations without direct authority.
Clear communication with engineers and business leaders, sound commercial judgment and an understanding of how resellers and technology partners make money.
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, plus curiosity about AI infrastructure and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Hands-on Kubernetes and container platform experience, including deployment automation with tools such as Terraform.
Experience with GPU-based workloads, HPC or distributed AI/ML workloads, including training, fine-tuning, inference or MLOps.
Practical integration development using APIs, Python or infrastructure as code, or experience building reference implementations and technical demonstrations.
Familiarity with AI software ecosystems or partner solutions built around major cloud and data platforms.

The role
Nebius is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to set the direction for our enterprise story: the narrative, messaging, and go-to-market strategy that turn Nebius’s full-stack differentiation into pipeline and revenue with mid-market and enterprise buyers.
You’re welcome to work remotely in the United States.
This is a role for a recognized enterprise product marketing leader from B2B cloud or AI infrastructure who has shaped category narratives and led complex go-to-market motions, and can prove it through the messaging they built, the programs they orchestrated, and the revenue outcomes behind them. You understand the AI cloud stack well enough to earn credibility with engineering leaders, and you know what it takes to move a complex enterprise buying committee (CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data/AI Officers, CISOs, VPs of Infrastructure, security and procurement teams) through a 6–18-month cycle. You set the strategy and frameworks that others execute against, and you measure your impact in win rates, pipeline influenced, and field adoption, not assets shipped.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, you will be the senior voice for how Nebius positions itself to the enterprise and a force multiplier for the organization: setting the enterprise go-to-market strategy across product lines, guiding and mentoring other product marketers, and equipping sales, solutions architecture, and partnerships to carry the story into the field. You will work directly with senior leaders across product, engineering, sales, and executive leadership as a trusted strategic partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
Set the enterprise narrative and positioning strategy.
Own the enterprise layer of the Nebius story end to end, from our “ultimate AI cloud” positioning down to persona-specific messaging, and define the frameworks and standards that other product marketers and content teams build on. Translate our differentiators and each layer of the cloud stack (custom GPU servers, AI orchestration and MLOps tooling, Token Factory, and our agentic layer) into credible messaging that resonates with technical and business decision-makers alike.
Lead enterprise go-to-market strategy across products and launches.
Define the enterprise go-to-market plan across the Nebius portfolio, set priorities and sequencing for major launches, and drive alignment across product, sales, solutions architecture, partnerships, and marketing. Make the trade-offs on where to focus and invest, and hold cross-functional teams accountable to shared outcomes.
Design and own the enterprise customer journey.
Own the logic and strategy of the 6–18-month enterprise buying cycle, defining what moves a buyer at each stage from awareness to evaluation, decision, and expansion. Set the plays, content, and touchpoints for each stage and partner with digital/ABX and field marketing leaders to sequence and target them by account, using ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
Build the enterprise business case.
Develop the messaging, proof, and business case around what enterprises actually evaluate: total cost of ownership, reliability and SLAs, security and compliance, data sovereignty and residency, migration risk, and vendor lock-in. Equip Nebius to win through security review, procurement, and the CFO’s office, and engage directly with senior executives on strategic deals.
Drive enablement strategy and field adoption.
Set the enablement strategy for sales, solutions, and partner teams, and ensure they can articulate Nebius’s value to every persona on the buying committee: first-call decks, battlecards, discovery guides, ROI/TCO tools, objection handling, and competitive positioning against hyperscalers and neoclouds. Lead enablement programs and measure adoption, win rates, and deals influenced.
Own competitive and category positioning.
Maintain a sharp, evidence-based view of the AI enterprise infrastructure landscape and help shape how the category is defined. Turn market and competitive intelligence into positioning the field can defend and campaigns can lead with, and keep Nebius’s differentiation current as the market moves.
Lead the enterprise content and proof strategy.
Define the enterprise asset strategy and own quality across the library: solution briefs, white papers, reference architectures, case studies, web pages, webinars, and videos. Personally produce the most strategic pieces and set the bar for the rest.
Elevate communications, analyst, and investor narratives.
Shape the enterprise narrative for press moments, site launches, analyst briefings, and investor materials, in close coordination with comms, legal, and executive leadership. Serve as a spokesperson and subject matter expert for the enterprise story in analyst, customer, and industry settings.
Champion the voice of the customer.
Partner with sales and customer marketing to build a pipeline of references, case studies, and proof points, and bring enterprise pain points and wins back into product strategy and messaging.
Mentor and multiply.
Coach and guide other product marketers and cross-functional contributors, establish best practices, messaging methodologies, and workshop frameworks (such as SCIPAB), and raise the quality and consistency of product marketing across the organization.
Contribute strategically at the leadership table.
Bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape how we position Nebius in a fast-moving AI infrastructure market. Act as a trusted partner to product, engineering, sales, and partnerships leaders, with a seat at the table, not just as a content source.
We expect you to have:
8+ years in product marketing, with a strong track record leading enterprise go-to-market in cloud infrastructure or AI infrastructure (ideally the AI cloud market) at a growing, modern company.
Proven ownership of the enterprise segment across the marketing lifecycle, with the ability to speak to win rates, pipeline data, and revenue impact on significant enterprise deals.
Demonstrated experience setting go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional launches across multiple products or product lines, influencing leaders without direct authority.
Hands-on experience designing and orchestrating multi-stage enterprise customer journeys across long (6–18 month) buying cycles, and running account-based programs on ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase in partnership with digital/ABX teams, with clear, measurable outcomes.
Strong technical understanding of AI/ML workflows and the AI cloud infrastructure stack: GPU platforms and the NVIDIA ecosystem, networking, storage, IaaS, inference, and ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, Ray, Slurm, MLflow, Kubernetes, inference and agentic platforms), with the ability to go deep with engineers and translate up for executives and business buyers.
Demonstrated experience building and running sales and partner enablement at scale, including battlecards, pitch decks, sales playbooks, competitive positioning, and ROI/TCO narratives, and driving measurable adoption across a field organization.
Fluency with the enterprise buying process and its stakeholders (CTO, CIO, VP Infrastructure, IT Ops, Platform Engineering, security, compliance, procurement, and finance) and the concerns that gate a deal: TCO, reliability, security, compliance, sovereignty, and lock-in.
Exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience running messaging workshops and methodologies such as SCIPAB, and comfort presenting to C-level executives, analysts, and customers.
Experience mentoring or leading product marketers or cross-functional teams, and raising standards across a function.
Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, is comfortable operating with ambiguity and speed, and connects the dots across functions and departments.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. #LI-LT1

Tavily provides the search and intelligence layer that powers AI agents and retrieval systems with trustworthy, real-time information. We work with some of the most innovative teams in AI, from fast-growing startups to global enterprises, helping them build agents that are not only intelligent, but informed.
The role
We're looking for a Business Analyst to partner closely with our Finance and Sales teams and turn data into decisions. You'll be the owner of the company's most important metrics: revenue (ARR/MRR), bookings, pipeline, conversion, net revenue retention, gross margin and more. Beyond reporting the numbers, you'll uncover the drivers behind them, build the analyses that shape planning and go-to-market strategy, and help leadership answer the critical questions:
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable in a board-deck conversation as in a SQL editor, and who ships analysis that changes what the business does next.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own the company's core business metrics end-to-end: define them, build the single source of truth, and make sure Finance, Sales, and leadership are all looking at the same numbers.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Frontier models, developer tools, and now the compute to run them: the cloud is where Mistral's strategy comes together. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on our infrastructure, and the Cloud & Inference product team owns the products that make that possible: managed Kubernetes and GPU clusters, the pay-as-you-go inference APIs for our first-party models, and the fast-growing set of services around them.
The portfolio runs on our own metal, in our own datacenters, backed by our own model research: the full stack under one roof. We are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute by 2030. Every layer of that build needs a product behind it: orchestration, storage, networking, serverless containers, training, and inference.
The product team is small and the mandate is company-sized. As VP Product you will build the PM org this portfolio needs, set its strategy, and carry it to market with the GTM, marketing, and partnerships teams. The products you define are how Mistral's sovereign AI strategy meets its customers.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a VP of Product to own our cloud and inference portfolio end to end: the foundational systems that power Mistral's data centres, and the inference platform that brings the world's most advanced generative AI models to production. You will define the vision and strategy, and you will own the business results: adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin.
This is a broad mandate. You will build the product organisation and, as the business scales, bring in the stream leadership to delegate its parts. You will set the operating rhythm that lets a fast-moving org deliver with focus, and your remit grows with the portfolio: what you run hands-on in year one, you lead through others as the org grows.
The portfolio runs in production today. The job ahead of you is the scale-up: a gigawatt of compute to fill, a product surface that keeps expanding, and a major new line of business to build on the foundation already in place. This is a highly visible role, with the opportunity to shape how Mistral's technology is adopted globally.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Strategy & vision. Define and evangelise the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for our Cloud and Inference products, aligned with customer needs, company objectives and market trends.
- Go-to-market. Own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin. Partner with marketing and GTM teams on positioning, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategy.
- Team leadership. Build the product organization for these products: hire product managers and stream leads, set the operating cadence (quarterly product reviews, roadmap reviews), and develop PMs through clear growth paths.
- Customer & market fit. Work directly with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced AI workloads to drive product-market fit across the portfolio.
- Delivery & execution. Partner with engineering leadership to build a world-class compute infrastructure and inference platform delivering high-performance, cost-efficient AI at scale, with reliability, SLAs, and cost-per-token economics as first-class product concerns.
- Market & technology insights. Track the competitive landscape and emerging technologies across AI infrastructure and managed inference to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Research & open source. Partner with research and engineering teams to turn emerging model architectures and advances in open-source inference into product opportunities that improve performance and efficiency.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive experience in tech and infrastructure, including significant time leading product organisations with a proven track record of bringing cloud infrastructure, large-scale distributed systems, or inference products to market.
- You've scaled a cloud or inference product line to $1B+ in revenue: built the line, priced it, taken it to market, and owned the number.
- Engineering background prior to moving into product management.
- Proven people leadership: you've hired and developed senior PMs, grown the leaders under you, organised teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: comfortable owning gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind pricing and capacity.
- Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority, and to communicate credibly with executives, engineers, and customers.
- Low ego, high bias for action, comfort in ambiguity, and hands-on by instinct. We are scrappy: you write the strategy memo, then dig into the pricing model, the product spec, or the customer escalation yourself.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
