EASTERN & CENTRAL TIMEZONES ONLY
Location: Open to candidates living near New Jersey, Kansas City, Oklahoma or the Minneapolis area. Hands-on work is within a reasonable commute or drive of your home base
Nebius is building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI — and we're scaling fast. In line with our values, we're committed to an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, and we're looking for an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to set the direction, standards and capability that keep our expanding operations safe, compliant and sustainable.
This is no ordinary role. We need a decisive, credible leader who owns the regional EHS agenda — someone who can set strategy, build a high-performing team, and act as the trusted voice of EHS at leadership level, while staying close enough to the detail to guide, challenge and support when it matters most.
This is a genuine opportunity to shape how EHS operates as Nebius scales. You'll have real autonomy to set priorities, build capability across your team and sites, and influence decisions at a regional and business level — backed by strong support from senior stakeholders and a growing global EHS function.
You'll be accountable for the performance, maturity and culture of EHS across your region — leading through others, setting the standards your team and sites work to, and stepping in personally when situations demand calm, experienced judgement under pressure. Above all, you'll help make sound EHS practice a source of competitive advantage for Nebius, not a compliance exercise.
What you'll do
Set and own the regional EHS
plan
, turning policy and legislation into clear priorities and controls for your sites.
Translate the global EHS strategy into everyday practice across your region, making sure teams are well supported and equipped with the toolkit to advance site EHS performance.
Lead, manage and develop local teams — setting objectives, building capability, and owning outcomes.
Act as the senior EHS voice with regional and site leadership — advising on risk and holding the business to account.
Own regional governance and assurance — audits, inspections, and the quality of your team's risk assessments and controls.
Take personal command of major incidents and crises — leading investigations, building a learning culture, and reporting to executive level with composure under pressure.
Set the standard for construction, commissioning,
operations
and other high-risk activity, equipping specialists to manage risk on the ground.
Own the regional EHS performance narrative — turning data into insight that drives decisions and accountable action plans.
Review EHS data and performance metrics regularly, acting on trends and insights to drive continuous improvement across the region.
Support the wider environmental and sustainability agenda, partnering with teams to embed it across your region.
Represent Nebius with regulators, industry bodies and partners, protecting its credibility on EHS.
Champion Nebius's culture and values, embedding EHS as core to how the business operates.
What we're looking for
Credible, decisive, and people-focused. You'll bring:
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field, plus 6+ years' Environmental, Health & Safety experience, including experience leading or managing a team.
Deep working knowledge of country and regional legislation, with a track record of shaping policy and standards, not just applying them.
A genuine subject-matter expert — able to go deep on technical detail when needed, while spending most of your time enabling others to deliver.
Proven experience
supporting
incident response and investigations, including in high-pressure, high-consequence situations, with the composure to make sound decisions under stress.
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and holding them to account.
Experience
coaching and developing teams and capability.
Strong commercial and organisational judgement — able to balance risk, cost and pace.
Excellent communication skills, with the gravitas to advise, challenge constructively, and represent EHS externally.
A continuous-improvement mindset and the ambition to build a function, not just run a programme.
Preferred
8+ years' experience, including international or multi-site regulatory environments.
Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure, construction, engineering, commissioning or other high-risk environments.
Chartered status or equivalent: CMIOSH, GradIOSH working towards Chartered, NCRQ Level 6, or equivalent senior EHS qualification.
Experience managing regional budgets and cross-site resourcing.
Why Nebius?
Lead with impact — set the direction for EHS as Nebius scales.
Build something lasting — grow a team and a function, not just deliver a programme.
Operate at leadership level — advise, influence and be accountable alongside the business.
Be backed — join a growing global EHS function with real investment behind it.
Grow with us — build a lasting career as Nebius continues to scale.
Our approach
Environmental, health and safety isn't something we do separately — it's how we do the job. Strong outcomes come from partnership, trust, collaboration and shared accountability. As Manager, your role is to set the standard, build the capability, and create an environment where leaders and teams are equipped to make good decisions, manage risk effectively, and speak up, learn and improve.
If you want to lead a function where your judgement is trusted and you can genuinely shape how we work, we'd love to hear from you.
Join Nebius. Help build the future of AI infrastructure — safely, responsibly and together.

The Role
We're looking for an
Engineering Manager
for Network Infrastructure to own delivery of network infrastructure initiatives in the US. This is not a role for someone who only coordinates tickets and status. It is a role for someone with an engineering skeleton: a person who has built, operated, broken and recovered things, and can earn the trust of SREs, SWEs, network engineers, and security and platform teams. We are at the early stage of our US expansion, so at first you will be hands-on: reviewing designs, stepping into incidents, and writing code or automation when the team needs it, with a high degree of independence from the European teams. As the organization grows, the scope of the role will grow with it.
You own delivery.
You will make important cross-team initiatives land: defining scope, aligning owners, exposing risks, driving decisions, tracking dependencies, and making sure we ship useful outcomes instead of half-finished initiatives. The job is not done when the technical pieces exist. It is done when engineers trust the tool, the NOC actually uses the workflow, alerts are actionable, runbooks are real, and the new way becomes the default way.
You stay technical.
You don't need to be the deepest expert in every area, but you should be technical enough to understand real trade-offs: why rollback is not optional, why "just automate it" can create a bigger blast radius, why SLOs without ownership are decoration, and why network device CI/CD is very different from deploying a stateless service. You can read a design doc, challenge missing assumptions, notice unclear failure modes, and help the team turn a vague but important problem into an executable plan.
This is a high-leverage role in an early-stage and fast-scaling network infrastructure organisation. Many important systems are being built now: automation, observability, reliability standards, provisioning flows, operational safety, and cross-site consistency. You won't be maintaining a mature machine from the sidelines. You'll help shape how the machine works.
Your responsibilities will include:
Set the engineering bar: code quality, design review, on-call and incident management practices, and operational standards
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infrastructure initiatives in the US, from a vague problem statement to an executable plan to adoption
Define scope and success criteria, align owners across SRE, SWE, network, security, platform and data center teams, and drive decisions to closure
Review designs and technical proposals, challenge missing assumptions, and surface failure modes, dependencies and risks early
Stay hands-on where it matters: step into incidents, write code or automation, and unblock the team
Drive adoption: make sure tools and workflows become the default way of working, with real documentation, runbooks and feedback loops
Keep stakeholders, including the European teams, informed with clear, honest status and coordinate across time zones
Turn operational pain and engineering input into a clear, prioritized backlog
We expect you to have:
7+ years of experience in software, SRE, network or infrastructure engineering, including experience leading cross-team technical initiatives
A real engineering background: you have built and operated production systems and can earn the trust of deeply technical teams
Ability to read design docs and technical proposals, understand trade-offs, and ask sharp questions about reliability, rollback, blast radius and failure modes
Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (Linux, networking, automation, CI/CD) at the level needed to hold your own in technical discussions
Proven ability to drive decisions and create clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication, including documenting plans and decisions and influencing smart technical people
Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment and to build processes from scratch
Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written) and comfort working across time zones
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience with network infrastructure: network automation, observability, or network device lifecycle management
Experience with SLO/SLI frameworks, incident management, or production readiness processes
Experience with CI/CD or change management for network or other high-blast-radius infrastructure
Experience building a team from scratch or launching a new engineering hub
Experience with secrets and access management, firmware rollout or fleet-wide operational initiatives
Hands-on engineering contributions (code, tooling, automation) alongside management work
Knowledge of the US network landscape (carriers, IX, regional connectivity and regulatory specifics)
Examples of initiatives your team may own:
A user and secrets management system for network infrastructure, including robot-user lifecycle, safe key/password rotation, revocation, break-glass access, mixed agent/push-based device support, and integration with existing secrets backends
An SLO framework for network services and components, including SLIs, SLOs, dashboards, alerts, ownership, tiering, and a clear link between reliability targets and engineering investment
CI/CD for network devices, where configuration changes, validation, staged rollout, rollback, and blast-radius control become disciplined and repeatable instead of manual and risky
Fleet-wide operational initiatives such as firmware consistency, device lifecycle hygiene, observability coverage, monitoring quality, alert ownership, or production readiness for new network capabilities
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The opportunity
Nebius is looking for an experienced integrated campaign marketer to turn audience insight into campaigns that grow brand awareness, reach the right customers, and generate qualified demand. You will own the strategy and execution of city-specific campaigns, campaigns around our biggest events, and evergreen campaigns connecting a defined persona with a relevant solution.
This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role. You will research audiences, build campaign plans, write briefs, guide execution, and measure results. You will lead cross-functional teams and agencies without direct line authority, with the opportunity to grow into a team lead as the function evolves.
About Nebius
Nebius is an AI infrastructure company helping technology builders and enterprises train, deploy, and run AI at scale. This role will connect our solutions with the audiences that need them through relevant, coordinated experiences across digital and physical channels.
What you will own
Own local and evergreen city-specific campaigns
. Research priority markets, target personas, buying behaviours, local communities, trusted influencers, and trade publications. Translate those insights into integrated plans that combine the digital and physical channels most relevant to each audience.
Build campaigns around major events
. Own the integrated campaign plan before, during, and after tier 1 and selected tier 2 events. Partner with Events to extend Nebius awareness and customer reach through digital media, physical activations, influencers, third-party publications, content syndication, and coordinated follow-up.
Develop evergreen and solution campaigns
. Build sustained programs around a specific persona, business need, and Nebius solution. Create launch activations and ongoing campaigns for priorities such as new hardware, industry use cases, inference, and agentic AI, tailoring messages, offers, and channels to the intended outcome.
Turn strategy into execution
. Define campaign objectives, customer journeys, channel roles, asset requirements, budgets, timelines, and responsibilities. Write clear briefs, manage dependencies, and work directly with channel owners and agencies to launch coherent campaigns and resolve execution gaps.
Lead across teams
. Align Product Marketing, Brand / Creative, Content, Digital, Events, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations around one campaign plan. Secure commitments, clarify decisions, and connect campaign engagement to relevant sales or nurture follow-up.
Activate partners
. Identify where partners add audience access, credibility, or distribution. Develop co-branded content and joint activations with clear shared objectives, responsibilities, follow-up plans, and measures of success.
Own agency and vendor performance
. Select and brief partners, define scope, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards, and hold them accountable for execution and results. Provide actionable feedback and manage spend and trade-offs throughout the campaign.
Define measurement and attribution
. Agree baselines, KPIs, tracking, and reporting with Marketing Operations and analytics before launch. Assess awareness, target-audience engagement, qualified demand, pipeline contribution, and efficiency against campaign goals. Use controlled tests or geographic comparisons where feasible and distinguish attributed results from incremental impact.
Build repeatable, AI-powered campaign systems.
Turn persona research, channel selection, briefs, journey maps, and measurement plans into reusable frameworks that use AI to generate a first version of the customer journey, creative, and cross-channel activations within days, then refine with feedback to launch within weeks. Build in feedback loops that use campaign signals and results to automate improvements to audience targeting, creative, channel mix, and budget allocation—enabling one person to scale across different campaign types.
Use AI to accelerate the work
. Apply AI to persona and market research, campaign planning, and rapid prototyping of assets and customer journeys. Validate findings and creative quality, document effective workflows, and use the time saved to test and improve campaigns.
What success looks like
Within 90 days, establish a prioritized campaign roadmap, an agreed measurement framework, and initial audience and market insights, with the first priority campaign launched.
Deliver coordinated local, event, and evergreen campaigns with clear audience choices, channel rationale, ownership, and follow-up.
Demonstrate improvements in awareness, relevant customer reach, qualified engagement, and pipeline contribution against agreed campaign baselines and goals.
Keep teams, agencies, and partners aligned on commitments, delivering campaigns on time and within agreed budgets.
Build a repeatable campaign framework that reduces planning and launch time and turns measured results into better campaign decisions.
What you bring
8+ years of experience in integrated campaigns, demand generation, or Account-based marketing, including significant hands-on ownership of multi-channel programs at scale.
Minimum of 4-5 years leading integrated campaigns for 1 or 2 companies.
A proven record of delivering integrated campaigns with measurable business outcomes. You can explain your personal contribution, what worked, what did not, and how those lessons changed your approach.
Strong audience and market research skills. You can identify decision-makers, understand their needs and trusted sources, and explain why particular messages, channels, and offers will reach them.
Experience combining digital and physical channels into a connected customer journey, with sound judgment about local relevance, event amplification, and sustained demand creation.
Creative thinking about media and activation. You see opportunities beyond traditional formats, turning local partnerships, street marketing, and unexpected touchpoints into relevant ways to reach your audience. You challenge agencies and partners to think beyond standard media plans and uncover distinctive opportunities that others overlook.
A clear point of view on measurement and attribution. You can define success for different campaign types, interpret incomplete data, and distinguish engagement metrics, pipeline influence, and evidence of incremental impact.
Proven agency and vendor management skills, including selection, briefing, scope and budget management, creative feedback, and performance accountability.
Strong systems thinking and practical use of AI. You turn campaign experience into reusable research methods, planning templates, workflows, and learning loops.
The ability to lead through influence. You bring cross-functional teams along, resolve competing priorities, communicate decisions clearly, and remain accountable for outcomes without managing every contributor.
Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor: you can set strategy and do the work yourself, manage multiple campaigns, and make thoughtful trade-offs with limited resources.
Experience that would be especially valuable
Experience in B2B technology, cloud infrastructure, AI, developer platforms, or enterprise software, reaching technical and business audiences.
Experience building city-specific or regional campaigns informed by local audience research and media habits.
Experience extending the impact of major industry events through coordinated campaigns before, during, and after the event.
A track record of co-marketing with technology or ecosystem partners, including joint content, distribution, and activation.
Experience using CRM, marketing automation, account-based marketing, and campaign analytics tools to connect activity with account engagement and commercial outcomes.
The profile we are looking for
You think like a strategist and work like a builder. You start with the audience and the business outcome, choose channels with purpose, and bring people together around a clear plan. You are comfortable moving from research to a creative brief, from an agency review to a campaign dashboard, and from results to the next experiment. You are ready to own the work as a senior individual contributor and help build a scalable integrated campaign capability at Nebius.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are now one company. Together we build the data movement and transformation tools that data teams around the world rely on. Our Analytics team runs on those same tools every day, so you'll work on a modern data stack and help set best practices for the industry. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help product leaders understand how customers adopt, use, and stay with our core Fivetran data movement and dbt platform products as well as new product releases spanning AI, BI, and compute. You'll be a "full-stack" analyst. You'll build the data models, define the metrics, create the dashboards, run the analysis, and turn it all into recommendations that shape what we build next. AI is part of how we work. We expect analysts to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and increase efficiency, while applying their own judgment and validating the results. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.
Why This Role Is Exciting
Two product portfolios just came together.
Many questions about how customers use Fivetran and dbt together have never been asked. You'll be one of the first people to answer them.
Your work drives leadership decisions.
You'll focus on adoption, engagement, and retention, the metrics product leaders use to decide where to invest.
You own the work end to end,
from raw data to the decision it informs.
You'll analyze products built for people like you.
Our customers are data teams.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL (BigQuery / Snowflake)
dbt / dbt State
Looker / LookML / Omni
Hex / Sigma / Google Sheets
Claude Code / Codex
What You’ll Do
Partner with product managers and product line leaders to understand problems and potential solutions with data. Deliver regular analysis and insight on product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Proactively investigate trends in user behavior and product usage. Find issues and growth opportunities before anyone asks, and use them to shape product and growth strategy.
Define, measure, and monitor the KPIs that show whether our products are healthy and whether the company is on track.
Size the potential impact of new product initiatives and recommend how to prioritize them.
Analyze product launches and experiments, and recommend what to do next.
Find and reduce friction in the funnels users go through to sign up, activate, and adopt our products.
Tackle questions where product data meets broader business data, such as revenue, sales, and support.
Build and maintain the data models, metrics, and dashboards behind your work.
Help new hires, colleagues, and partners understand our data and use it well, so data-informed decisions become the norm.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in analytics, mostly in product analytics, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
Advanced SQL. You can turn messy, raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets, and write, debug, and explain SQL yourself.
Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows to explore data, draft or improve SQL, automate repetitive work, and synthesize findings. You can evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
Hands-on experience building data models, ideally with dbt, creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, and performing funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
A track record of using analysis to drive product or business decisions, not just report on them. You can take an open-ended question with little direction and turn it into a clear analysis and recommendation.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
Experience influencing cross-functional, distributed teams, both asynchronously and in real time.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B/n tests), including test design, sample size, significance, and turning results into launch decisions.
Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle and business metrics, such as ARR (annual recurring revenue), retention, and expansion.
Experience defining product events and helping teams self-serve in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Experience developing and scaling a large dbt project.
Python or R for analysis.
