Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States
We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team responsible for the accounting for Hasbro's global network of licensees across categories such as merchandising, publishing, digital gaming, casino, and location-based entertainment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Royalties, you will own core royalty accounting, close, and control activities — and, just as importantly, help build a stronger, more efficient way of running them.
This is a role for a strong accountant who is not content to run the process as-is. We are actively modernizing how royalty accounting works — strengthening controls, simplifying processes, and raising the bar on accuracy and efficiency — and you will be a driving force in that effort. Success in this role means seeing a manual, repetitive, or fragile process and making it better, pairing that instinct with disciplined, reliable execution. You will work across Finance, Legal, and business partners and help shape how royalty accounting runs for Hasbro's global network of licensees.
Location and Work Arrangement
This role is based at our Boston, Massachusetts, United States office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.
What You'll Do
Own royalty accounting, close, and reconciliations — prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring royalty revenue and associated balances are recorded completely, accurately, and on time.
Strengthen controls and process — build, improve, and stand behind the controls and checks that keep royalty accounting accurate and well-documented, closing gaps and making the process more reliable quarter over quarter.
Drive continuous improvement and lean process change — actively identify manual, repetitive, or fragile steps and redesign, automate, or streamline them; measure the impact and make the improvement stick.
Account for licensee guarantees and overages — ensure minimum guarantees, overages, and related true-ups are tracked, calculated, and recorded accurately, and that issues are surfaced and resolved.
Partner across the business — work closely with the offshore royalty operations team, Finance, Legal, and business partners to keep royalty accounting aligned to operational reality and to move issues to resolution.
Support audits — prepare documentation and respond to internal and external auditor requests, and help ensure the control environment holds up to scrutiny.
Read and apply contract terms — review licensing agreements and amendments to ensure royalty accounting reflects the terms of the deal, partnering with Technical Accounting on complex judgments.
Complete ad hoc projects — support special analyses and process or system initiatives as the function evolves.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Minimum 3 years of public accounting and/or public company experience; Big Four experience preferred.
A genuine bias toward continuous improvement — demonstrated success identifying a manual or inefficient process and redesigning, automating, or streamlining it, with measurable results.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls / Sarbanes-Oxley concepts.
Comfort and curiosity with systems and technology, and eagerness to use tools to work more efficiently and reduce manual effort.
Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts; knowledge of the licensing industry or royalty accounting is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and BlackLine preferred.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Who We Are

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world — one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We're a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable — and we're looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Arcadia helps healthcare and life sciences organizations deliver measurable results. We unify fragmented data across the healthcare ecosystem so payers, providers, ACOs, and life sciences companies can make confident decisions grounded in trustworthy intelligence. Our platform supports more than 200 organizations and 40 million attributed lives across value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia's commercial team depends on consistent process, clean pipeline data, and forecasts to help manage and grow the business. As a fast-growing company, we need to scale our infrastructure, systems and operating model to one that aligns to the pace of the growth. This role owns the systems, tools, and cadences that make pipeline reviews, forecasting, and reporting consistent and accurate across the entire commercial team.
Part of the initial mandate is understanding the current ecosystem of tools and technology that support commercial and revenue operations today, and making recommendations on the optimal tech stack for the function going forward — one that is AI native. This person will be the accountable owner of that stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation.
This person will run point on sales operations and the forecasting cadence, and will build the AI-powered operating layer (dashboards, briefings, and workflow tools) that gives the entire commercial organization — not just its leadership — real-time visibility and leverage.
This is role is for someone who is execution oriented. You'll work in the tools yourself — not just direct others to — while also setting the strategy, systems, and rigor that let Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance move as one aligned, predictable engine.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the revenue operating system, designing and scaling the processes, metrics, and infrastructure that drive consistent, predictable performance across the business
Partner with Systems Engineering to drive end-to-end improvements and scalability in Salesforce, including structure, data hygiene, workflow automation, and adoption across the sales org
Evaluate the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and make recommendations on the optimal, AI-native tech stack for the function
Serve as the accountable owner of that tech stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation
Own pricing strategy, SKUs, and the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring pricing structures and deal execution are clean, consistent, and scalable
Own the forecasting cadence and develop robust, repeatable forecasting models (pipeline, bookings, ARR) that improve accuracy and predictability
Build the AI-powered operating layer — automated briefings, pipeline intelligence, meeting prep, and reporting dashboards — that gives the commercial organization real-time visibility
Establish and maintain a unified KPI framework, ensuring alignment on definitions, visibility, and accountability across the funnel
Act as connective tissue across live opportunities, coordinating Marketing, Finance, the RFP team, Value Enablement, and Sales Engineering so they're effectively leveraged
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to align execution with company goals and financial plans
Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales efficiency to identify opportunities and drive improvements
Design and manage sales compensation and incentive plans that align with business objectives and drive desired behaviors across GTM teams
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Build a deep understanding of Arcadia's GTM model, revenue streams, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, GDR, pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle)
Assess current RevOps infrastructure, CRM configuration, reporting, and forecasting methodologies
Map the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and begin forming a point of view on the optimal, AI-native tech stack
Establish trust across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership
In 6 months
Own the CRM and forecasting cadence end-to-end, with a unified KPI framework giving clear visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and GTM efficiency
Ship the first version of the AI-powered operating layer (automated briefings, dashboards, and reporting tools) that reduces manual reporting burden for commercial leadership
Improve forecast accuracy through enhanced pipeline modeling and data-driven insights
In 12 months
Operate a scalable revenue operating system — process, CRM, forecasting, and AI tooling — that enables predictable growth and aligns planning across GTM and Finance
Deliver consistent, high-confidence forecasts and actionable insights that directly inform the executive team's decisions
Improve key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales productivity, retention) through data-driven optimizatio
What You'll Bring
The Role, Done Before
You have held this exact role — Head/Director of Revenue Operations or equivalent — at a company of similar growth stage, and can point to what you built and owned.
Growth-Stage Fluency
Track record of operating at growth-stage speed and ambiguity — scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable building infrastructure from scratch rather than administering something already built. Candidates whose experience is exclusively at large, mature organizations without growth-stage exposure are not a fit for this seat.
Deep SaaS Metrics Expertise
Strong command of key SaaS metrics including ARR, NDR, GDR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, and sales productivity, and how they connect to business performance.
Forecasting & Modeling Rigor
Proven ability to build and operationalize forecasting models (e.g., pipeline velocity, ARR forecasting) that improve accuracy and predictability.
CRM & Systems Ownership
Deep, hands-on experience owning a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and the broader GTM tech stack — configuration, data integrity, and workflow design, not just consumption of dashboards.
Pricing & Quote-to-Cash Experience
Hands-on experience owning pricing strategy, SKU structure, and the quote-to-cash process, ideally in a company that scaled or restructured its pricing model.
AI-Forward
Comfortable using AI tools to build operational leverage — automating reporting, briefings, and workflows rather than relying solely on headcount to scale.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Track record of partnering effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership to drive alignment and results.
Operator Mindset
Ability to move between strategy and execution, translating insights into action and driving measurable impact.
Would Love for You to Have
8–12+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM analytics in a SaaS environment
Experience supporting a high-growth SaaS company through key milestones (e.g., post-acquisition integration, scale-up, or M&A)
Familiarity with modern BI, AI, and planning tools (e.g., Sigma, Adaptive, Salesforce ecosystem, AI-native reporting/agent tools) and building self-service analytics environments
Experience designing and optimizing sales compensation plans at scale
What You'll Get
The mandate to build a consistent, predictable commercial engine — including its AI-powered tooling — rather than inherit and maintain one
A growth path from individual contributor to leading the people and functions that support sales operations as Arcadia scales
A mission-driven culture where your work supports better healthcare outcomes
Competitive compensation and strong benefits, including Flexible Time Off
A collaborative, data-driven environment focused on impact, ownership, and continuous improvement

ClickHouse is looking for an experienced engineer to join our Observability organization. We are hiring across two closely aligned teams: Observability Platform and Internal Observability.
Together, these teams build and operate the systems behind ClickHouse’s internal observability and ClickStack Cloud. Our platforms process trillions of events per day, sustaining throughput in the hundreds of millions of events per second. The experience we gain operating observability at ClickHouse scale feeds directly back into the platform and product we provide to customers.
The Observability Platform team builds shared systems for telemetry ingestion, durable buffering, processing, storage, autoscaling, and service provisioning. The Internal Observability team operates ClickHouse’s company-wide observability platform and works with engineering teams to improve reliability, debugging, and operational efficiency.
This is a software engineering role at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and production operations. You will build systems, operate what you build, respond to incidents, and turn recurring operational problems into durable software and automation.
Your background may be in backend engineering, infrastructure, SRE, or systems engineering. What matters most is your ability to solve ambiguous production problems, make sound engineering tradeoffs, and take ownership from design through operation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and operate distributed systems that ingest, process, and store telemetry at very high scale.
- Own the reliability, performance, capacity, and cost-efficiency of telemetry pipelines and storage systems.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, help resolve production incidents, and drive root-cause fixes through to completion.
- Build software and automation that eliminate repetitive operational work and make the platform easier to operate.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and help shape the roadmap for the next stage of scale.
- Work closely with product, infrastructure, and service teams across ClickHouse.
- Contribute to architecture and design reviews and help raise engineering quality across the team.
HOW YOU WORK
- You take ownership and proactively improve the systems around you.
- You are comfortable debugging unfamiliar distributed systems in production.
- You make pragmatic tradeoffs between reliability, performance, delivery speed, and cost.
- You communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly environment.
- You prefer incremental delivery: ship a focused solution, validate it in production, and improve it based on evidence.
- You address the underlying cause of operational problems rather than repeatedly treating the symptoms.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Go.
- Experience building and operating services on Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps tooling such as Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD.
- Production experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with telemetry systems such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or comparable technologies.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience with high-throughput ingestion, streaming, queueing, or storage systems.
- Experience building multi-tenant cloud services.
- Experience optimizing infrastructure for both performance and cost.
- Experience with TypeScript.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the Manager of Commercial Applied AI Architects at Anthropic, you will drive adoption of frontier AI across our mid-market and SMB customers by leading a team of technical architects who help companies build and deploy with the Claude API, Claude Code, the Agent SDK, and Claude for Enterprise. Commercial is one of Anthropic's largest and fastest-moving books of business: thousands of companies, a rapidly growing sales team, and a small group of architects whose job is to change deal outcomes where technical depth matters most. Your team's leverage does not come from being everywhere. It comes from choosing the right accounts to go deep on, then turning what they learn there into blueprints, demos, tooling, and enablement that reach the rest of the book.
You will bring your own builder credibility and technical judgment to the role. Our architects ship working code: prototypes, eval frameworks, near-production examples that customers extend, and internal tooling that scales the team itself. You do not need to be the strongest engineer in the room, but you should expect to be in the work with your team, not just reviewing it from above. When an architect is deep in a hard engagement, you will often be right there alongside them, unblocking, pairing, and pressure-testing, while the account itself stays theirs.
This is a first-line leadership role reporting to the Head of Applied AI, Commercial. You will start by managing a team of architects and are expected to help grow it well beyond its current size, partnering with Commercial sales leadership on coverage, qualification, and where technical investment pays off. You will co-own the strategy for how Applied AI shows up in the Commercial segment, and you will be judged on your team's outcomes and growth, not your own.
Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and grow a team of Commercial Applied AI Architects, setting a high bar for technical credibility, customer impact, and speed
Own hiring for your team as it scales, defining the profile, running the loop, and building onboarding that gets new architects into customer conversations quickly
Set goals and run reviews for your team, and develop each architect's career with clear, direct feedback
Decide where your team's depth goes. Own the qualification and prioritization framework for Applied AI engagement across a very large book, and be comfortable saying no
Work alongside your architects on their most consequential engagements, from technical discovery through deployment and expansion, and model what great looks like without taking the work off their plate
Build and own the segment's technical playbooks for Claude API integrations, Claude Code rollouts, agentic architectures on the Agent SDK, and Claude for Enterprise deployments, and turn account-level wins into reusable assets that scale one-to-many
Partner closely with Commercial sales leadership and Account Executives to co-build segment strategy, tighten the AE-to-architect operating model, and drive adoption across mid-market and SMB
Ensure your team consistently surfaces how mid-market companies are building with Claude, and translate that signal into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering
Represent Anthropic technically at customer sites, workshops, roadshows, and events, and contribute to thought leadership through content and speaking
Stay ahead of the AI engineering landscape, including agentic architectures, eval design, context engineering, and developer tooling, and keep your team operating at the frontier
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar), with 3+ years managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams
Know how to hire well, coach effectively, give hard feedback kindly, and create an environment where builders do their best work
Have led technical teams in a high-velocity, high-volume sales motion, where the constraint is your team's capacity rather than pipeline, and have a real point of view on how to allocate scarce technical talent across a large book
Bring builder credibility. You have built and deployed LLM-powered applications, you understand what separates a prototype from a production system, and you can hold your own with a customer's engineering leadership
Have hands-on familiarity with agentic architectures, LLM evaluation, and modern AI developer tooling, and can coach architects through the design decisions their customers face
Have a systems mindset. When you see a problem, your instinct is to build one thing that serves ten customers rather than ten things that serve one
Are comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage environments where the playbook does not exist yet, and have a track record of building structure as you go
Have strong executive presence and can build trust with technical and business leaders alike
Have a genuine passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial
Strong candidate may have:
Scaled a technical pre-sales or forward-deployed team from a handful of people to a mature function, including defining the hiring bar, onboarding programs, and coaching systems from scratch
Sold to and built for mid-market companies, with a clear understanding of how technical buying decisions differ between a 500-person company and a Fortune 500
Rolled out AI coding assistants or developer tools inside engineering organizations, and know how those teams evaluate, adopt, and measure them

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Represent MinIO at major industry conferences, webinars, and meetups. Write technical whitepapers, reference architectures, and blog posts focusing on the intersection of object storage, generative AI, and modern analytics.
Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Strategic Support:
Partner closely with enterprise sales and customer success teams on high-stakes deals. Unblock technical objections and provide strategic guidance during Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and large-scale deployments.
Product Strategy Feedback Loop:
Serve as the "voice of the customer" to MinIO’s product and engineering teams. Distill market trends, customer pain points, and emerging AI/Analytics patterns into actionable product requirements.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, VP of Engineering, or previous Field CTO).
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing or evangelist capacity, successfully presenting to both highly technical audiences and C-level business executives.

Strong knowledge of
AI/ML data pipelines
and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Ray, Hugging Face).
Understanding of hardware bottlenecks in AI, specifically the challenge of feeding data to GPUs (GPU data starvation) and how high-throughput storage solves this.
Modern Analytics & Data Systems:
Expertise in
Open Table Formats
(Apache Iceberg, Apache Hudi, Delta Lake) and their integration with object storage.
Proficiency with
modern query engines and compute frameworks
(Trino, Presto, Apache Spark, Flink, StarRocks).

Anthropic trains and serves Claude across multiple cloud providers and accelerator platforms. The Platform Portability team owns the abstractions, tooling, and deployment infrastructure that make this possible without every engineering and research team needing to become experts in different clouds.
As an engineer on Platform Portability, you'll design and build the systems that let us bring up new capacity, ship our platform to cloud provider platforms & marketplaces, and move workloads between providers with confidence. You'll work closely with our cloud partners on capabilities we need that don't exist yet, and with internal Compute, Inference, and Security teams to make "which cloud is this running on?" a question most engineers at Anthropic never have to ask. Your work directly determines how quickly and reliably we can put safe, frontier AI in front of users — wherever they are.
What you'll do
Our work splits into two workstreams, and we need your help across both.
Portable infrastructure.
We build the provider-agnostic abstractions for storage, messaging, and connectivity that let Anthropic's systems run on any cloud, and they have to hold up at the scale of frontier model inference. You'll design and build those abstractions, plus the tooling that lets internal teams provision, configure, and operate services across clouds through one consistent interface. You'll also hunt down the provider-specific assumptions hiding in our codebase and set the patterns that keep new ones from creeping in.
Claude on partner clouds.
We ship Claude onto third-party cloud platforms, and every launch has to be repeatable. You'll own that delivery end to end, including the build, release, and validation pipelines behind it. You'll work directly with engineering teams at our cloud partners and internal infrastructure stakeholders to land the features we need, debug platform issues, and influence their roadmaps. Expect to go deep on native integrations with each provider, and to do the cross-cutting work that keeps our platform consistent across all of them.
Across both, you'll shape how the rest of Anthropic builds for multiple clouds. You'll review designs with cloud-portability implications, mentor engineers across the org on multi-cloud patterns, and bring internal stakeholders into alignment through clear writing and conversation. You'll also take your turn in the on-call rotation, and you'll design the postmortems, runbooks, and incident response that help us never fail the same way twice.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience building and operating production distributed systems
Own large-scale infrastructure systems and lead ambiguous, cross-team technical projects from design through production
Run the same production workload across multiple cloud providers, including the migration or abstraction work that made it possible
Understand how cloud IAM models and networking primitives (VPC peering, private connectivity, service mesh) differ across providers
Write production code in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Go, or Rust)
Work confidently with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi)
Understand ML infrastructure and supporting interconnects
Ship software through hyperscaler marketplaces or managed-model platforms
Bring a background in security, compliance, or data residency for regulated or sovereign cloud environments
Care about the societal impacts of your work and Anthropic's mission to build safe, beneficial AI

We are looking for experienced backend and distributed systems engineers to join the Agentic Systems team within our Platform organization. Agentic Systems builds Claude Managed Agents: the hosted platform for building, running, and scaling production agents on Claude. Instead of every developer hand-rolling an agent loop, sandboxed execution, state management, credential handling, and error recovery — and reworking all of it with every model release — Managed Agents pairs an Anthropic-built agent harness with production infrastructure for sessions, environments, tools, memory, and permissions, exposed through a small set of composable APIs designed to stay stable as models and harnesses evolve. It powers agentic products inside Anthropic as well as those built by customers on the Claude Platform.
Managed Agents is in public beta and growing quickly, and this is still an early team with a lot of surface area left to define. You'll drive 0 → 1 efforts from ideation through GA, own systems end to end from API design through operations, and partner closely with product, research, developer experience, and go-to-market teams to figure out what "managed" should mean for the next generation of agents. You should be comfortable going deep on hard distributed systems problems, care about APIs as a product in their own right, and be motivated by turning ambiguous ideas into high-quality, shipped platform capabilities that other engineers build their products on.
What you'll do
Scale the platform.
Managed Agents runs long-lived, stateful sessions that execute autonomously for minutes or hours/days, persist through disconnections, and resume cleanly — across Anthropic-hosted sandboxes, self-hosted environments on customer infrastructure, and other clouds. You'll design and operate the systems underneath that: durable session and event storage, sandbox orchestration, streaming, scheduling, and multi-tenant isolation. Reliability, latency, and cost efficiency are product features here, and you'll own them in production.
Evolve the harness — and prove it with evals.
The harness is the loop that calls Claude, routes tool calls, manages context (caching, compaction, memory), and recovers from errors. Harnesses encode assumptions about what the model can't yet do on its own, and those assumptions go stale as models improve. You'll work alongside research to revisit them with each model generation, build the eval infrastructure that measures harness quality against research baselines and real customer workloads, and hold the bar that lets us say our harness gets the most out of Claude.
Help builders get the most out of Claude.
Our customers — internal and external — are building agents both as products for their users and to transform their own operations. You'll ship the capabilities that raise the ceiling on what those agents can do: outcome-driven execution where developers specify success criteria and a budget and Claude iterates until it gets there, multi-agent orchestration, memory, and the observability and tracing that make long-running agents debuggable. The goal is the highest intelligence per dollar of any agent platform, delivered safely.
Design APIs that outlast their implementations.
Agents, environments, sessions, vaults, and event streams are interfaces thousands of developers build against and that our own products depend on. You'll shape those primitives — versioning, ergonomics across API, SDK, and CLI, sensible defaults, escape hatches — with the expectation that the implementations underneath will change many times while the contracts hold.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend, distributed systems, or infrastructure engineer
Have built and operated stateful, long-running, or high-throughput systems in production — workflow orchestration, streaming, storage, container or job orchestration — and can reason rigorously about durability, consistency, failure modes, and cost
Have strong product sense and treat API design as a craft; you care about the developer on the other side of the interface and can ideate and execute product strategy with cross-functional partners in new domains
Are excited by 0 → 1 work and comfortable navigating ambiguity, and have ideally operated in both early-stage and more mature team or company settings
Use Claude or other AI tools as a core part of how you build software, and have opinions about what makes an agent harness good
Take full ownership of your work — from design through build, deployment, and operations (including on-call), to iterating on and improving what you ship
Care about building systems that other engineers and businesses love to use, and about doing so safel
Strong candidates may also have:
Built or contributed to an agent harness, agent framework, or LLM orchestration layer — tool execution, context management, memory, or multi-agent coordination
Worked on an AI or ML platform (model serving, inference infrastructure, developer tooling) at an AI lab or an AI-native product company, or led adoption of AI-driven development inside an engineering organization
Built evaluation or benchmarking infrastructure for LLM or agent systems
Experience with durable execution or workflow engines, sandboxed code execution, or container runtimes
Shipped public developer platforms, APIs, or SDKs used by external developers at scale

Why this role matters:
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer in Fleet UI team you will be building a mission-critical system used by satellite operators. You will work in a domain where the UI decisions directly impact satellite mission outcomes.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy – day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Build, and maintain features across a React + TypeScript project serving real-time satellite operations
- Collaborate closely with a UI/UX designer in developing sophisticated UI components and data visualizations tools including timeline views, 3D globe rendering (Cesium), and pass planning interfaces
- Contribute occasionally to backend APIs (Node, Python) to unblock delivery when needed
- Drive frontend architecture decisions — state management strategy, component design, performance optimization
- Support the team with DevOps work across multiple environments — including managing Docker-based deployments, configuring environment-specific runtime settings, and contributing to release workflows
- Write and maintain unit tests (Jest + Testing Library) and end-to-end tests (Playwright)
- Participate in code reviews, uphold coding standards, and mentor engineers on best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and oversee migration from Webpack 5 to Vite

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As a Product Manager, Observability, you’ll own the strategy and roadmap for Vercel’s observability products, including Runtime Logs, OpenTelemetry tracing, and Drains. Drains let teams stream logs, traces, Web Analytics events, and Speed Insights metrics into the systems they already use. You’ll partner closely with engineering and design to help customers understand and debug what they run on Vercel, through Vercel’s native surfaces and through integrations with vendors that support OpenTelemetry. This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week in New York City.
What you'll do
Own the strategy and roadmap for Vercel’s observability products, from telemetry ingestion through the surfaces developers use to debug and monitor
Turn support escalations, customer interviews, usage data, and competitive shifts into a sequenced plan with clear tradeoffs, and define the metrics that show whether it’s working
Partner daily with engineering on scoping, with design on making dense telemetry data legible, and with PMM on the launch narrative (changelogs, blog posts, and docs direction)
Decide what Vercel builds natively and where it integrates with Datadog, Sentry, Grafana, Honeycomb, and New Relic
Work with Enterprise customers and Sales/Solutions on observability needs that block adoption or expansion, and own pricing and packaging with Finance and GTM, since observability is metered
What you need
5+ years in product management, with meaningful time on developer, infrastructure, or data-intensive products
Shipped a technical product, and can read a trace waterfall and reason about cardinality, sampling, and retention costs
Owned a product domain end to end, turning strategy into work without a PM above you
Write your own queries to answer usage questions instead of waiting on someone else
Bonus if you
Have worked at an observability, APM, or monitoring company, or been the internal power user of one at scale
Have shipped AI or agent-facing developer tooling
Have owned consumption-based pricing for a technical product
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
