In this highly cross-functional role, you will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, creative, and our dealer network, translating world-class engineering and technology into compelling stories that riders and retailers can understand and get excited about.
We are looking for a product-first marketer who understands cycling, knows what makes a great bike compelling beyond a spec sheet, and can turn technical differentiation into clear consumer value. You will help shape X-LAB’s product narrative, manage go-to-market execution across our growing portfolio, and build the systems that ensure every launch is coordinated across our global organization.
This role reports to the Global Head of Marketing, and is based onsite in Los Angeles 5 days a week.
What You’ll Do
- Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across X-LAB’s road, gravel, electric, city, and emerging product categories.
- Translate technical specifications, engineering innovations, materials, and manufacturing advantages into compelling rider-facing and dealer-facing product stories.
- Lead cross-functional product launches from initial planning through market introduction, coordinating Product, Marketing, Design, Ecommerce, PR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Develop product marketing assets including product briefs, launch materials, sales tools, dealer education, FAQs, comparison guides, catalogs, and website/PDP content.
- Partner closely with the China product and engineering teams to understand the product roadmap, identify key differentiators, and ensure U.S. market needs and feedback inform future development.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including product specifications, pricing, positioning, technology, and emerging category trends.
- Work directly with dealers, riders, media, athletes, and internal teams to gather market feedback and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Support media launches, product reviews, demo programs, trade shows, dealer events, and other product-focused activations.
- Establish and maintain the product marketing calendar, launch processes, asset requirements, and cross-functional go/no-go milestones.
- Help define how X-LAB’s broader product portfolio fits together, ensuring each model has a clear role, audience, value proposition, and reason to exist.
You’re a Great Fit With:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within cycling, sporting goods, outdoor, mobility, or another product-driven industry with heavy consumer touchpoints (MANDATORY).
- Proven experience bringing physical products to market and coordinating complex cross-functional launches by building and project managing a world-class product launch engine.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into clear, differentiated consumer benefits and compelling storytelling.
- Strong understanding of positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience developing product marketing materials across ecommerce, retail, sales, PR, and dealer channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple products, launches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with product designers, engineers, sales teams, creative teams, retailers, and senior leadership.
You’re a Spectacular Fit With:
- A genuine passion for cycling and the ability to speak credibly with everyone from a first-time rider to a bike shop owner, engineer, journalist, or WorldTour mechanic.
- Experience working with international product development or manufacturing teams, particularly across Asia and North America.
- Fluency in Mandarin or experience collaborating closely with China-based teams.
- An instinct for identifying not only what makes a product better, but why that difference should matter to someone.
Success Metrics
- Establish a repeatable, cross-functional product launch process with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and go/no-go milestones within the first 90 days.
- Ensure every X-LAB product has clearly defined positioning, target rider, competitive set, key differentiators, and consumer-facing value proposition.
- Deliver coordinated, on-time product launches across website, media, dealer, sales, creative, and operational channels.
- Build a comprehensive competitive intelligence system covering key products, pricing, specifications, technologies, and market movements.
- Create an effective feedback loop between U.S. dealers and riders and X-LAB’s global product and engineering teams to influence future product development.
- Increase the consistency and effectiveness with which X-LAB translates its manufacturing and engineering advantages into product stories that drive rider demand, dealer confidence, and market differentiation.

If you love:
- mixing strategy with execution

- Work closely with developers to roll out website updates and improvements.
🤝 TEAM GLUE (CROSS-FUNCTIONAL HERO)
- Be the bridge between marketing, design, and development.
- Create clear briefs so everyone knows what to build and why.
- Track project progress and keep stakeholders in the loop.
🔍 CUSTOMER RESEARCH & INSIGHTS
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and data.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights to scale sales and improve acquisition.
🤖 AI TOOLS & SMARTER EXECUTION

- Can manage your own time and work remotely.
- Cares about customers and research.
- Gets excited about e-commerce growth.
✨ BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Are you excited about shaping the future of how people shop, and ready to take ownership of a portfolio that drives real commercial impact?
At Wolt, we are looking for a Sales Manager who combines strong commercial thinking with the drive to build a market-leading portfolio of merchant partners.
Wolt's mission is to make cities better places to live through technology. Since 2014, we have expanded to 30 countries and serve more than 40 million users. From restaurants to retail and Wolt Market, we are building the everything app that brings the best of your city straight to your door.
In Norway, we are live in 58 cities and are continuing to grow. To strengthen our restaurant and retail selection across the country, we are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our Sales team.
In this role, you will become an expert in your own assigned area - geographically and/or functionally - managing a pipeline of small to medium retail and restaurant partners. You will apply strong commercial thinking to identify the right partners across verticals, and use your communication, negotiation and presentation skills to show the value Wolt can bring to the industry and to merchants. You will also take on strategic sales projects, working closely with stakeholders across Norway and Woltwide, and act as a role model for more junior members of the team.
Join us in building Wolt together and making Norwegian cities even better.
What you will be doing
Define and develop a local market sales strategy, identifying the highest-potential partnerships that strengthen Wolt's portfolio
Contribute to Wolt's overall sales strategy to accelerate market entry in new areas and strengthen our position in existing ones
Develop a deep understanding of the competition and the different retail verticals, knowing which players are a "must-have" for Wolt
Target new partners in line with the company's strategy to meet the objectives for your area
Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships, tailoring your approach to position Wolt as a partner of choice
Own the full sales cycle with new merchant partners - from researching leads and prospecting, to meetings, market visits, negotiation and closing
Lead projects and initiatives that contribute to Wolt's growth and market position, working collaboratively across Sales and other functions
Contribute to capability building in the team by mentoring and guiding junior sales colleagues
Our humble expectations
You have a strong track record in B2B new sales and field sales, ideally combined with knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
You can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You have demonstrated experience setting direction for sales initiatives
You are a natural "hunter" with a drive to build and grow a merchant portfolio, and you get excited about overcoming bottlenecks and objections
You have strong consultative sales skills - you build relationships easily and tailor your approach to each partner's needs
You are tech-savvy, curious and a quick learner with a can-do attitude
You have good analytical skills and can translate sales metrics, commission levels and market potential into clear priorities
You allocate your time strategically, focusing on the best potential leads
You are a natural team player who enjoys helping more junior colleagues grow
You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written Experience with CRM tools is an advantage, but not a requirement
What’s in it for you
You will be part of an ambitious and supportive Sales team in a fast-growing company, with real ownership over your own area and the strategic projects you take on. This role offers strong development opportunities for those who demonstrate ownership, commercial sharpness and consistent performance.
If you are excited about taking responsibility for your own results and contributing to Wolt's continued growth in Norway, we would love to hear from you.
We review applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Tax Planner on our Wealth Management team, you'll ensure that financial plans built for our high-net-worth clients are optimized for tax efficiency. Your job isn't to build a financial plan from scratch — it's to take an already sound plan and push it further: identifying every applicable strategy and maximizing tax alpha for each and every wealth management client we serve.
This is a role for someone who thinks like both a tax expert and a financial planner. You'll need the technical depth to spot the strategy, and the CFP-level fluency in financial planning to know how it fits into the bigger picture of a client's plan.
We move fast here, and we expect this role to move with us. Naive ambition is one of our core values — and this team pushes hard to find better, faster ways to do the work, including using AI as a genuine extension of how we operate.
Unlike traditional roles in this space, this position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review and optimize financial plans across our $1MM–$3MM client segment (with some exposure up to $5MM), ensuring every applicable tax strategy has been identified and applied
- Maximize tax alpha for every wealth management client — finding the incremental value that even a good plan misses
- Act as the internal liaison to our Advisor team on complex tax strategies, including building and modeling those strategies as needed
- Apply your expertise to complex situations involving corporations, trusts, and estates
- Support occasional client-facing conversations on sophisticated tax planning questions — note that you will not be providing specific tax advice directly to clients or acting in the capacity of their accountant
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our "CPA Designed" financial planning offering
- Bring an AI-native mindset to the role — using AI tools to work faster, model strategies more efficiently, and raise the bar on what the team can deliver
WHAT YOU BRING
- CPA designation required
- CFP designation required, with genuine comfort and fluency in financial planning — this isn't a tax-only role
- 5+ years of experience in tax planning, wealth management, or financial advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax law and financial planning strategies
- Proven track record of implementing effective tax optimization strategies for HNW clients
- Experience with Conquest strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to advisors and clients alike
- A client-first mentality in everything you do
- An AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for using AI tools to move faster and work smarter
- Bilingual (English/French) capability is a significant asset
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE
- A purpose-driven role focused on client outcomes, not sales targets
- The chance to challenge industry norms and put clients first, for real
- A fast-moving, ambitious team that isn't satisfied with the status quo
- Access to cutting-edge fintech tools and an AI-forward way of working
- Career growth in a rapidly expanding company
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Be part of revolutionizing how wealth management is delivered in Canada

Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem.
