WordPress VIP
is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform. We help the world’s largest companies—including Meta, Salesforce, and Disney—create innovative digital experiences with WordPress.
We are hiring a Director of Professional Services to run our Professional Services delivery organization. You will own the day-to-day operation of a team that handles migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for some of the most complex enterprise WordPress deployments in the world. The role reports to the VP of Customer Experience (CX) as part of the CX Senior Leadership Team.
You’re walking into a team with real delivery capability and an established customer base. The work now is sharper: a tighter service menu, faster time-to-value, a delivery model that can flex to what enterprise customers actually need—and an organization that increasingly runs on AI. Professional Services at WordPress VIP is a revenue-generating business. The person in this seat owns that commercial result, not just the delivery quality behind it.
Responsibilities
Build an agentic Professional Services organization—one where AI augments delivery, accelerates time-to-value, and creates capacity for higher-complexity work.
Build Professional Services into a growth lever: identify expansion opportunities within active engagements, and partner with Account Management and Sales to turn delivery relationships into commercial ones.
Lead a Professional Services team of engineers and delivery managers, delivering migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for enterprise customers.
Own delivery quality end-to-end: project health, escalation management, customer outcomes, and on-time, on-scope execution.
Build and maintain a clear menu of established service offerings, so Sales can sell them, customers can buy them, and the team can deliver them consistently.
Meet customers where they are. Not every engagement fits a playbook, and this role requires the judgment to scope and run custom work without losing the thread back to repeatable delivery.
Help set the strategic direction for Professional Services as part of the Customer Experience Senior Leadership Team, and translate it into an operating plan that the team can execute.
Help differentiate WordPress VIP’s services offering in the market: define what makes Professional Services at WordPress VIP distinct from what a customer could get elsewhere, and build the proof points behind it.
Partner with Sales & Accounts to scope and price engagements accurately, and own the hand-off from close to delivery.
Partner with Product, Support, and Account Management on feedback loops that continually improve WordPress VIP’s platform and services.
Represent Professional Services credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders, including customer executives, on complex or at-risk engagements.
Experience
8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, implementation, or technical consulting. Direct experience leading a Professional Services or delivery organization is required.
5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers, ideally involving large-scale migrations or custom development.
Experience building a services portfolio—defining offerings, pricing them, and making them repeatable without killing the flexibility that enterprise customers need.
Experience working the full commercial loop—not just delivery, but scoping with Sales, pricing engagements, identifying expansion, and tying Professional Services outcomes to retention and revenue.
Comfortable operating in or alongside an AI-augmented delivery model. What we need is genuine fluency with how AI changes the work—not just awareness that it exists.
Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders, both internal and external.
Proven track record of performance management within a team, working closely with individual contributors, leads, and HR partners.
How you work
Operator first.
You hold the strategy in your head and still show up for the delivery details. More do than say.
Commercially accountable.
You think about Professional Services as a business, not a function. You know your revenue number, you know your margin, and you can talk about both with the same fluency you bring to delivery.
Strong, persuasive communicator.
You can scope a hard engagement, write clearly under pressure, and hold executive attention without overstating your case.
Coach, not just a manager.
You develop practitioners into delivery leads. You give direct feedback. You’ll step in when something must be done a certain way, and you know when not to.
Strategic and grounded.
You can recommend a services portfolio direction, and also tell a project manager exactly where their engagement is going wrong.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in London. Embedded within our in-region commercial and legal operations, you'll work closely with local in-region counsel and lead counsel to support commercial and technology transactions across the region. We'll rely on you to help review, draft, and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts that support our cutting-edge AI systems. You'll also serve as a key partner in translating global legal strategy into regional execution — including supporting the triage of regional matters, rolling out process improvements and initiatives driven from global headquarters, and running local enablement sessions to keep business teams informed and aligned. You'll build scalable contracting processes and collaborate across Product, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Research, and Procurement teams.
Key responsibilities
Draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete complex commercial transactions with our enterprise customers, vendors, and strategic partners, including IP licensing agreements
Propose and develop scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency
Collaborate with business units and legal team members to streamline contract management processes, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvement in contract handling efficiency
Collaborate with the Product, Sales, Business Operations, Research, and Procurement teams to achieve key business objectives and deliver strategic, business-minded, and solutions-focused counsel
Partner closely with in-region counsel and lead counsel on day-to-day triage of regional legal matters, ensuring workload is prioritized effectively and seamlessly coordinated between regional and global teams
Drive the regional rollout of process improvements, policy updates, and programs initiated from global headquarters, including planning and facilitating local enablement sessions to keep commercial and cross-functional stakeholders informed and ready to execute
Pitch in across other areas of the legal function — as a small team supporting big things, each of us practices across multiple areas, and we'd love to hear where else your experience or interests could contribute
Minimum qualifications
Substantive knowledge of software and SaaS agreements, reseller agreements, services agreements, strategic partnerships, and general commercial contract terms
Ability to independently draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and procurement contracts
Experience managing the full contract lifecycle for technology transactions, sales organizations, and/or partnerships
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of related contract management experience, with at least 5 years supporting technology transactions, sales organizations, and/or partnerships
Experience operating in a fast-paced technology startup where priorities shift rapidly and schedules "move to the left"
Prior experience as part of a global or distributed legal team, including partnering with colleagues across regions and navigating the nuances of aligning local needs with centralized priorities
A track record of operating with a high degree of autonomy while keeping global stakeholders appropriately informed — comfortable setting your own cadence and exercising sound judgment about when to escalate versus when to decide
Strong habits around async communication, proactive status updates, and operating effectively with a remote manager across time zones
An understanding of what's important in the context of a contract and the organization's mission, including when to be flexible and when to draw a hard line
A knack for identifying and implementing efficient processes and policies
A preference for straightforward, concise explanations over legalese and overwrought drafting
Comfort operating outside your areas of expertise and in uncharted legal territory
The ability to thrive as a member of cross-functional teams building frontier technologies, with a desire to develop a deep understanding of our technical teams and what we are building
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Authentic integrity and a deep understanding of the importance of ethics in business

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic's Global Workplace & Real Estate team is delivering a rapidly expanding global portfolio — including full-building offices at the scale of ~450,000 SF that combine commercial kitchens, executive briefing centers and event space, high-end amenities, and the elevated power, cooling, and security infrastructure our work requires. We're hiring a Real Estate Construction Manager to lead the technical delivery of these projects from pre-construction through closeout and to serve as our primary technical counterpart to general contractors, design teams, and specialty vendors.
This is a hands-on construction leadership role, not a design role. You will own how our projects get built: delivery method and contracting strategy, GC selection and oversight, MEP and specialty-systems coordination, cost and schedule control, and commissioning. Executing the design direction is set by the Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace and our architects. You will also lead and develop a team of project managers delivering across the global portfolio. This role reports to the Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace.
Key responsibilities
Pre-construction & technical delivery
Lead pre-construction on complex buildouts: constructibility and design/drawing reviews, MEP and structural coordination, estimating support, value engineering, and development of the GMP or bid package.
Recommend and own the delivery method and contracting strategy for each project (e.g., GMP, lump sum, CM-at-risk, design-assist), matching the approach to scope, schedule, and risk.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications; surface gaps, conflicts, and risk before they reach the field.
Coordinate technically demanding scopes — commercial kitchens (Type I hoods, make-up air, grease and UL300 fire-suppression systems, utility upsizing), high-performance AV and acoustics for executive and event spaces, server/IDF rooms with redundant power and supplemental cooling, elevated power density, and integrated physical security.
Manage permitting and inspections with authorities having jurisdiction across multiple markets and labor environments.
Construction execution, quality & closeout
Oversee construction from mobilization through closeout across multiple concurrent projects, holding general contractors accountable to schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
Run the technical processes that keep a job on track: RFIs, submittals and shop drawings, ASIs, and BIM/clash coordination across trades; lead owner-architect-contractor and trade-coordination meetings.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control; enforce inspection protocols and punch-list management.
Drive commissioning and closeout — systems commissioning (including kitchen exhaust/MUA balancing, BMS, and life-safety), TCO/CO, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, attic stock, and owner training.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, ADA requirements, and Anthropic's sustainability goals.
General contractor, vendor & contract management
Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, subcontractors, and external project managers, holding them to clear communication and accountability.
Lead GC selection end to end: pre-qualification/RFQ, RFP/ITB, bid leveling and scope normalization, scope-gap detection, and award — and structure the contract (GMP fee, general conditions/requirements, allowances, contingencies, qualifications, and exclusions).
Negotiate and administer contracts with contractors, vendors, and consultants; manage GC performance throughout construction, including schedule adherence, change-order management, safety compliance, and closeout.
Determine which trades and specialty vendors to carry under the GC vs. hold owner-direct, and manage critical long-lead vendors (kitchen equipment, AV, architectural millwork, switchgear/generator).
Develop and maintain landlord and property-management relationships to facilitate approvals and ongoing operations.
Cost & commercial controls
Build and own detailed budgets by trade/CSI division — separating hard costs, soft costs, FF&E, technology, allowances, and escalation — and manage design, construction, and GC contingencies deliberately.
Review and approve budgets, change orders, and invoices, including schedule-of-values setup, pay-application review (e.g., AIA G702/G703), retainage, and lien waivers, providing professional pushback to protect Anthropic's interests.
Govern the change-order process (PCO to CO, markups, substantiation) and distinguish legitimate changes from scope gaps the contractor should have carried.
Lead value engineering that protects scope and design intent; maintain cost forecasting and reporting throughout each project.
Team leadership
Directly manage and develop a team of Real Estate / Construction Project Managers delivering projects across the global portfolio.
Set technical standards, playbooks, and performance expectations; balance workload across the team by project complexity and development goals.
Coach the team through complex technical and commercial problem-solving; review progress, identify blockers, and course-correct.
Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing, and structure the function to support rapid growth.
Stakeholder management & communication
Partner closely with internal stakeholders — Security, IT, Facilities, Finance, and business teams — to ensure technical and operational requirements are built into project plans.
Create executive-level presentations and reporting on project status, budget, schedule, and risk, with clear recommendations.
Craft clear communications to the broader employee population about office changes, construction impacts, and workspace enhancements.
Minimum qualifications
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
Bring deep, hands-on construction expertise —
reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications, and running the field from them.
Command construction delivery methods and contract structures —
GMP, lump sum, cost-plus, and design-assist — and the mechanics of change-order management.
Have delivered technically complex scopes —
e.g., commercial kitchens, high-end client/amenity and event spaces, data/server rooms with redundant power and cooling, and integrated security systems.
Are strong in pre-construction —
constructibility review, estimating, value engineering, and bid leveling.
Command cost and commercial controls —
budgeting by division, schedule of values, pay-application review, change-order governance, and contingency management.
Have managed budgets for projects ranging from $50M to $300M+, and multiple complex projects concurrently.
Have navigated permitting and inspections across multiple jurisdictions, in union and non-union environments.
Have directly managed and developed project managers through full project lifecycles, and can scale a delivery function for rapid growth.
Are proficient with construction PM software (e.g., Procore) and CPM scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project), plus MS Office.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages from the C-suite to the general population.
Are willing to travel 25–50% to various office locations.
Preferred qualifications
Have 10+ years in corporate real estate construction management, general contracting, or a related field, with a track record of delivering complex office buildouts on time and on budget.
Hold PMP (or equivalent) and OSHA 30 certifications.
Possess LEED accreditation or demonstrated experience with sustainable building practices.
Have commissioning experience on technically complex base-building or tenant systems.
Bring an established network of general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty vendors.
Have international project experience and an understanding of building standards and permitting across different countries.
Have worked in high-growth technology environments, particularly those scaling from 500 to 5,000+ employees.

About us
Freedom Finance Europe Ltd is a regulated European online broker headquartered in Cyprus, providing access to US, European and Asian capital markets and a broad range of investment services and financial products. We operate in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment where product speed, client trust, marketing accuracy, regulatory discipline and legal architecture must work together. We are now strengthening our Legal Unit and looking for a senior legal leader to head one of its key expert departments.
About the role
The Head of Brokerage, Product & Commercial Legal Department will lead legal support of brokerage and commercial agreements, product launches, client-facing documentation, marketing materials, client complaints, GDPR/data and sanctions-related scenarios, MiFID-related matters, disclosures, prospectus-related work, and repeatable legal standards for the business.
This role is for a senior in-house lawyer who can combine financial services expertise, practical business judgement, leadership, speed of execution and the ability to build legal systems rather than only solve individual tasks
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the CLO - Lead, the legal support of the Company’s brokerage, product, commercial, client-facing, and marketing activities.
Own the department portfolio, priorities, workload allocation, quality control, escalation discipline and legal standards.
Act as the main escalation point for complex, high-risk, time-sensitive or strategically important matters within the department perimeter.
Provide senior legal assessment of new products, client journeys, sales channels, distribution models, marketing campaigns, client communications and commercial initiatives.
Translate MiFID II/MiFIR, CySEC requirements, applicable EU financial services rules, GDPR, sanctions, DORA and other relevant regulations into practical business requirements, red flags and execution routes.
Lead or supervise drafting, review and negotiation of brokerage, product and commercial agreements with clients, partners, counterparties, providers, data providers, banks, payment institutions, introducing brokers, sales channels, vendors and other third parties.
Own the legal quality and consistency of Terms of Business, disclosures, product terms, client forms, prospectus-related materials, website/platform wording, disclaimers and other client-facing documentation.
Set the legal review framework for marketing campaigns, claims, presentations, landing pages, sales materials and other regulated communications.
Lead legal strategy for complex client complaints, pre-dispute matters, reputationally sensitive cases, sanctions/restriction scenarios and asset-unblocking matters.
Build and maintain scalable legal tools: templates, playbooks, standard clauses, fallback positions, checklists, decision trees and escalation rules.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Client Support, IT, Document Management, Legal Operations and senior management.
Manage, mentor and develop Senior and Mid Legal Counsels within the department.
Coordinate with external legal advisers where needed and ensure their advice is converted into practical internal
standards and actions.
Requirements
10-12+ years of relevant legal experience in a Cyprus or European Investment Firm, regulated broker, fintech company, payment institution, financial services group, or a law firm advising such clients.
Law degree. Common-law qualification/JD or civil-law equivalent with strong exposure to common-law drafting, international transactions and EU financial services regulation is preferred.
Proven experience leading legal teams or managing complex legal portfolios in a regulated financial services environment.
Strong expertise in brokerage, investment services, capital markets, product distribution, commercial agreements, client-facing documentation and regulated communications.
Strong knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR, CySEC requirements, applicable EU financial services regulation, GDPR, sanctions frameworks, DORA and related legal/regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting product launches, marketing and sales initiatives, client documentation, complaint handling and cross-functional business projects.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal advisory skills in English; fluent Russian or other languages will be a plus.
Ability to provide clear, business-oriented legal advice without lowering regulatory or legal standards.
Strong leadership, ownership, prioritisation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to build repeatable legal solutions, not only handle one-off legal tasks.
Confidence working with senior management, business teams, compliance, risk, external counsel and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with legal technology, document management tools, knowledge management, templates, playbooks or legal process improvement will be a strong advantage.
Benefits

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
As a Solutions Architect at Niantic Spatial, you’ll own technical solutioning from early customer discovery through commercial structuring and delivery. This role serves as the primary technical partner to Business Development, Sales, and strategic customers. We welcome candidates from backgrounds in Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, or technical pre-sales roles. As the primary technical counterpart for strategic commercial customers, you’ll lead discovery and align development to reusable, platform-aligned capabilities rather than one-off builds — translating operational needs into architectures that integrate cleanly into existing enterprise systems, field workflows, and robotic platforms.
You’ll partner closely with Product Management so customer requirements shape the roadmap, and you’ll be central to developing, closing, and implementing new business across priority verticals — with a focus on Energy and Industrial — leveraging Niantic Spatial solutions such as Intelligent Field Operations, Reconstruction, Semantics, and Robotics.
What You’ll Do
Customer architecture & technical leadership
- Own the technical relationship and technical success for assigned commercial and strategic accounts from discovery through implementation, with priority focus on Energy customers leveraging Intelligent Field Operations and Semantics.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures (logical and physical) covering deployment, scaling, reliability, safety, and security across cloud, edge, and device environments.
- Lead technical workshops to capture operational objectives, requirements, and success criteria, and translate them into implementation-ready designs tailored to field environments.
Solution development & commercial proposal support
- Provide technical inputs to customer proposals, pilots, statements of work (SOWs), and commercial agreements.
- Lead technical solution documentation — architecture diagrams, integration approaches, deployment models, security considerations, and implementation plans.
- Partner with Sales/BD on technical differentiators, value narratives, demonstrations, and scoping assumptions aligned to customer ROI and operational impact.
Integration into enterprise & operational ecosystems
- Ensure solutions integrate into customer environments — identity systems, data platforms, GIS/geo services, robotics stacks, enterprise integration patterns, observability, and device constraints.
- Define integration patterns, APIs, and data flows across cloud, edge, and on-device systems; document operational runbooks and deployment/upgrade strategies suited to distributed field operations.
Product feedback loop
- Communicate customer needs, gaps, and technical requirements to Product Management and Engineering, influencing roadmap and prioritization with structured feedback from engagements, pilots, and deployments.
- Provide structured input on emerging use cases across Intelligent Field Operations, Semantics, and Robotics.
Delivery partnership
- Collaborate with delivery teams and partners to ensure architectures are implemented as designed; support escalations, performance optimization, field validation, and post-launch adoption.
- Support pilots and early deployments, ensuring measurable operational outcomes and scalable production transitions.
- Maintain a set of repeatable demos for commercial prospects; use demo feedback to inform proposals and the product roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering or Systems Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles supporting enterprise or industrial customers.
- Demonstrated experience developing solution architectures and contributing to commercial proposals, pilots, or customer-facing technical documentation.
- Strong architecture fundamentals across cloud and hybrid deployments, edge computing, networking, identity, security controls, and operational monitoring; enterprise integration (APIs, data pipelines, event-driven systems); and edge/device-constrained, distributed systems operating in real-world field conditions.
- Experience supporting customers in at least one of: Intelligent Field Operations (utilities, energy, telecom, logistics, asset inspection, industrial automation); robotics platforms (mobile robots, drones, autonomy stacks, perception/localization); or geospatial, mapping/GIS, spatial computing, or AI-driven perception systems.
- Ability to translate operational needs into implementable architectures and explain tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication, with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into Energy verticals, and Oil & Gas specifically.
- Experience with robotics software stacks (e.g., ROS/ROS2), autonomy systems, SLAM/localization, or sensor fusion.
- Experience deploying AI/ML or perception systems in real-world operational environments.
- Familiarity with safety, reliability, and operational constraints in industrial or field-based systems.
- Prior experience partnering with Product Management to turn customer requirements into roadmap outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
$171,000 - $215,000 · annual bonus · equity · comprehensive benefits
Location & Work Model
San Francisco Bay Area or Houston, TX (remote). If in San Francisco: Hybrid — at least 3 days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don’t always tick every box. If you’re excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed — you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
