ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
Voodoo’s Growth team is responsible for turning our games into successful products, combining user acquisition, creative, monetization, and data.
Within Growth, the Playable Ads team turns our games into short, interactive experiences designed to make players stop, play, and want more. Working closely with playable developers and creative teams, we design, produce, test, and iterate on playable ads across our 20+ game portfolio.
ROLE
Your goal will be to make someone stop-scrolling, understand a game, enjoy playing it, and want to discover more: all within a few seconds. You’ll coordinate creative production with internal and external teams, improve performance, and drive innovation.
Managing your own portfolio of games, you will:
- Deconstruct games into their most engaging moments: understand core loops, player motivations, difficulty curves and “aha” moments, then identify what can be turned into a compelling playable ad.
- Design playable concepts from scratch: come up with interactive experiences that capture the essence of a game in seconds, balancing gameplay depth, accessibility, pacing and curiosity.
- Think like both a game designer and a growth strategist: make creative decisions with a clear hypothesis around player behavior, then use performance data to understand what actually drives engagement.
- Write sharp gameplay briefs: translate ideas into clear mechanics, flows, difficulty progressions and player journeys that developers and production partners can execute.
- Work closely with developers and creative teams: guide production from the first concept to the final playable, making sure the gameplay feels intuitive, satisfying and true to the original game.
- Iterate relentlessly: analyze performance, identify where players drop off or engage, and turn those learnings into the next, better version.
PROFILE
We’re open to different backgrounds. What matters most is your ability to understand what makes a game engaging, turn insights into strong creative concepts, and drive them through production.
- You have a strong understanding of gameplay, player behavior, creative strategy, or growth, and know how to turn insights into actionable ideas.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to benchmark markets, identify trends, formulate hypotheses, and turn them into creative strategies.
- You have excellent project management skills and can turn ideas into clear briefs, align internal and external stakeholders, and drive projects from concept to execution.
- You have a sharp creative eye and can articulate why a concept, mechanic, or design choice works (or doesn’t).
- You have a strong interest in mobile games and apps, and enjoy understanding what makes players engage within seconds.
- You’re entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a strong bias towards testing, learning, and iterating.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with playable ads, game production, or third-party creative partners is a plus.
- You are fluent in English.
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary and other benefits according to the country you reside in.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION:
Hybrid New York or Remote (EST timezone).
ROLE:
This person will bring Enteprise Accounts onto Morpho: Neobanks, Fintechs and Exchanges that put Morpho-powered earn and borrow in front of their own users (B2C or B2B). You will own the full cycle, from the prospecting to go-live and ramp up of the integration. This is a new business acquisition role: it rests on finding the accounts where Morpho can become core infrastructure partner, getting to the people who decide, coordinating the launch and closing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build a strategic fintech pipeline through targeted outreach and discovery to qualify valuable lending use cases.
- Map decision-makers across business, product and compliance to build a clear path to agreement.
- Lead technical discovery with crypto and product leaders to shape viable onchain lending integrations.
- Drive structuring and negotiation with executive stakeholders to close complex partnerships.
- Coordinate Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk to move signed partnerships toward launch and active loans.
- Plan account transitions with Growth to support expansion
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
FIRST 30 DAYS
You're fluent in the Morpho stack and caught up on every live new business conversation. Your own network is mapped, and you have a first view of the accounts worth pursuing.
FIRST 4 MONTHS
The target accounts are mapped and prioritized, you're in live conversations with the top ones, and your first new account is in motion with a term sheet in draft.
IN 1 YEAR
Your first integrations are live and ramping, and you've built a repeatable pipeline of new-logo distribution deals. The accounts you cover already know Morpho.
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 10+ years experience of personally originating and closing complex fintech partnerships or integration deals.
- Technical fluency in crypto and onchain lending to lead most customer conversations independently.
- Understanding of how fintech business, product and compliance teams make decisions.
- Experience sustaining complex sales cycles and coordinating teams through launch.
- Executive presence, patient listening and the judgment to know when to push or pause.
- Strong ownership and autonomy in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Clear, crisp async communication across teams and time zones.
- A team-first mindset and low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Applied AI team is Mistral's customer-facing technical organization. We work directly with enterprise clients from pre-sales through implementation to deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Our team combines deep ML expertise with strong customer engagement skills, operating like startup CTOs who own end-to-end project execution. Our SRE team works transversally across customer engagements, enabling value creation through Mistral tech - at scale. By joining the team you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and real-world enterprise applications, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with both customer needs and Mistral's technological vision.
ABOUT THE JOB
You will be one of the founding engineers of the Applied AI SRE sub-team.
Your mission, alongside the team, is to build and operate the framework to ensure Mistral’s solution delivery is reliable and sustainable - and applied uniformly across all our accounts, both Mistral-hosted and customer-hosted. You should already have a strong understanding of what operational excellence looks like, and you’re ready to scale your impact.
You will operate in four concurrent modes:
- BUILD - Design for a fleet of Mistral platforms and apps. Build proactivity to reduce reactivity.
Productize reliability, author runbooks, create SLO templates, implement observability.
- RUN - Operate the Tier-1 customer environments that Mistral are contracted to operate.
Ensure SLO compliance, own on-call and incident response, manage drift, partner with Technical Support as L3 escalation, champion high signal post-mortems.
- ENABLE - Productize how Mistral deploy, secure, and scale our Applied AI solutions.
Engineer on-demand provisioning, author security baseline packages, embed security guardrails, automate everything.
- SECURE - Own the security operations layer for our customer-side deployments.
Lead CVE response across the fleet, ship supply-chain integrity controls (SBOM, signed images, provenance), co-page with InfoSec on security incidents, enforce secure-config baselines.
This is a framework-first, fleet management role at heart. If you're excited by the difference between solving one customer's problem and structurally solving the class of problem for every customer, this is the role.
HOW WE WORK IN APPLIED AI
• We care about people and outputs.
• What matters is what you ship, not the time you spend on it
• Bureaucracy is where urgency goes to vanish. You talk to whoever you need to talk to. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
• Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not from copying what worked before
• We say what we mean. Feedback is direct, timely, and given because we care.
• No politics. Low ego, high standards.
• We embrace an unstructured environment and find joy in it.
ABOUT YOU
• Fluent in English.
• 5+ years in SRE, Production Engineering, or DevOps, with a record of shipping tooling.
• Strong multi-tenant Kubernetes fluency, namespace segmentation, network policy, RBAC, admission control, operations at scale.
• On-call discipline: incident response, blameless post-mortem culture, runbook-first mindset.
• Observability stack in production: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Tempo, Signoz.
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform, Ansible (or close equivalents).
• Proficient in Python and/or Golang for tooling and automation.
• Security mindset: you treat secure-SDLC, CVE response, and supply-chain integrity as reliability properties of the shipped artifact, not as someone else's job.
• Strong written communication skills: runbooks, post-mortems, and customer-facing incident comms are core deliverables of this role.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment — and disciplined enough to defend the team's scope when work tries to spill in.
• Solid Linux internals, networking debug, and distributed-systems fundamentals.
STRONG PLUS
• Cloud or application security background (AppSec, K8s security, supply chain — SBOM, cosign, SLSA). At least one of our early hires must bring this; if it's you, flag it.
• Experience operating LLM / model-serving stacks in production
• Experience with multi-cloud or on-prem hybrid customer environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, sovereign clouds).
• Open-source contributions, particularly in SRE, observability, or security tooling.
