Operating through our global business lines of Energy Solutions, Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, and Lifting Solutions, we provide a broad range of specialist services including cranes, lifting, fluid power, training, equipment rental, pipeline, process, subsea, and valve services.
At EnerMech, we are driven by operational excellence, innovation, and technical expertise, delivering value through integrated solutions that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance performance for our customers worldwide.
Role overview
The Global Head of QHSE Systems and Assurance owns the design, integrity, and continual improvement of the EnerMech Integrated QHSE Management System across all regions and business lines. Reporting to the VP QHSE, the role sets one global standard for how QHSE work gets done: the policies, standards, procedures, digital tools, performance data, and assurance processes that sit behind every job EnerMech delivers. The role is accountable for keeping the system simple enough to use at the worksite, robust enough to satisfy clients, certification bodies, and regulators, and built around how work is actually done rather than how it is imagined. The position leads the global ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification program, the Group QHSE audit and assurance program, and the QHSE performance reporting framework that informs executive decision making.
Responsibilities
Act as global system owner and single point of accountability for the structure, content, and performance of the EnerMech Integrated QHSE Management System (IMS)
Develop and deliver a multi-year QHSE Systems and Assurance roadmap aligned with the Global QHSE Strategy and business objectives
Harmonize regional and business line QHSE systems into one global framework, removing duplication and conflicting requirements while allowing for legitimate local legislative and client variation
Own the QHSE document hierarchy (policies, global standards, procedures, work instructions, and forms) and ensure documents are controlled, current, and written for the people who use them
Lead the global ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification program, including certification body management, multi-site certificate scope, surveillance and recertification audits, and closure of nonconformities
Ensure the business works in accordance with applicable legislation, client requirements, and industry standards such as OSHA, UK HSE regulations, LOLER, PUWER, API, ASME, and IOGP guidance as relevant to region and scope
Establish and maintain a global process for identifying, registering, and evaluating compliance with legal and other requirements in every operating region
Develop and implement the Group QHSE Audit and Assurance Program on an annual, risk-based plan covering first, second, and third line assurance, and ensure findings are tracked to verified closure
Lead management of change for the IMS so changes to standards and procedures are risk assessed, communicated, trained, and verified before taking effect
Own the QHSE digital platform strategy (incident management, audit, action tracking, document control, competence, and permit systems) and partner with IT to select, configure, and drive adoption of QHSE software
Define the global QHSE KPI framework, including leading and lagging indicators, SIF potential classification, data definitions, and incident reporting thresholds, so performance is measured the same way in every region
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual QHSE performance reporting to the VP QHSE, Executive Leadership Team, and Board, turning data into clear insight and recommended action
Own the global incident management and investigation standard, including classification, notification, investigation methodology, and quality review of investigation outputs
Establish a global learning process so insights from incidents, near misses, audits, and successful work are shared across regions and business lines and lead to real change
Integrate Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles into system design so procedures, controls, and processes support the people doing the work
Lead the global nonconformance, corrective and preventive action, and continual improvement process; hold owners to account for closure and verify effectiveness
Facilitate Group-level management review of the IMS and support regional management reviews
Standardize core QHSE processes including risk assessment, permit to work interfaces, contractor and supplier QHSE management, competence assurance, emergency response, environmental management, and customer quality requirements
Support tendering, pre-qualification, and client audit requests with management system evidence, and work with regional teams to maintain third-party verification platform compliance
Coordinate environmental and sustainability data collection and assurance in support of Group ESG reporting obligations
Develop the QHSE training framework for management system awareness, internal auditor competence, and incident investigation competence
Benchmark the IMS against industry good practice and maintain relationships with relevant industry bodies and peer organizations
Manage the QHSE Systems function budget, including software licensing and certification costs
Line management, development, and performance management of the global QHSE Systems team, and build regional capability through a network of QHSE systems leads

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a People Business Partner to support managers and employees across Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Talent, Workplace, and Executive Assistants. Reporting to the Lead People Business Partner for Business & G&A, you’ll be the primary People Business contact for these teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor role: one day you may coach an employee through a difficult conversation, and the next you may partner with a C-suite executive on a major reorganization. No task is too big or too small. You’ll build a sustainable network across employees, managers, and leaders so you deeply understand each team’s work, talent, and business goals. You’ll independently own the People Business agenda for this portfolio, including its most senior leaders: set priorities with them, shape consequential talent and organizational changes, and drive the work through implementation and results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the People Business agenda for your portfolio. Build trusted relationships across employees, managers, and senior leaders; understand each team’s business goals, talent, and challenges; and set priorities that deliver results.
- Improve how managers manage. Coach managers through performance, feedback, development, retention, and difficult talent decisions. Help employees prepare for difficult conversations, and partner with senior leaders to strengthen management across their teams.
- Drive talent and organizational changes. Use firsthand context and people data to diagnose needs, align leaders on trade-offs, and lead work such as team redesign, leadership development or hiring, and new performance approaches through implementation and measurable results.
- Own sensitive people matters. Manage intake, communication, and follow-through for employee relations, leave, accommodations, investigations, and other cases, partnering with People Operations, Legal, Immigration, and other specialists.
- Lead performance, engagement, and compensation work. Guide teams through twice-yearly reviews and engagement cycles, including manager preparation, calibration, and follow-up. Advise leaders on cash and equity rewards through partnerships with the Compensation team.
- Make the wider People Business team more effective. Identify recurring gaps, build reusable processes, guidance, or tools, drive adoption, and measure improvements in quality, consistency, or capacity.
WHAT YOU NEED
- A strong record of improving how managers manage, including direct coaching on performance, development, retention, and difficult talent decisions. Relevant experience may come from People Business Partner work, consulting, leadership development, or substantial management experience.
- Sound talent judgment and independent ownership. You can earn senior-leader trust, set priorities across a broad portfolio, and drive consequential people and organizational changes through implementation with limited direction.
- Good judgment in sensitive situations. You act decisively with incomplete information, communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality and documentation, and know when to involve specialists or escalate with a recommendation.
- Strong analytical habits. You use people and business data alongside firsthand context to identify priorities, recommend practical action, and assess results.
- A hands-on IC mindset. You enjoy detailed casework and direct employee and manager coaching alongside senior-leader partnership. If your background is outside HR, you can learn People policies and case processes quickly with coaching.
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior People Business Partner experience, including employee relations, compensation, and recurring performance and engagement cycles.
- Experience in people consulting, performance coaching, or learning and development that includes direct work with managers and measurable talent outcomes.
- Experience creating reusable manager guidance, case templates, or responsible AI and automation workflows that improve a People team’s effectiveness.

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

Colocation Sourcing & Market Analysis
– Support colocation sourcing activities including market assessments, provider evaluations, regional capacity analysis, commercial benchmarking, and expansion planning.
Vendor & Contract Oversight
– Manage contract governance, service-level oversight, commercial risk, and compliance requirements across a diverse global provider ecosystem.
Commercial Analysis
– Support sourcing and capacity decisions through commercial analysis, provider benchmarking, market comparisons, and evaluation of colocation pricing, terms, and service offerings.
Lifecycle Governance
– Maintain oversight of key commercial and operational milestones, including lease events, capacity commitments, renewals, expansions, migrations, and decommissioning activities.
Performance & KPI Management
– Define, monitor, and report on operational and commercial KPIs to drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the colocation estate.
Executive Reporting & Governance
– Develop reporting and governance frameworks that provide clear visibility into capacity, commercial exposure, provider performance, risk, and strategic opportunities.
Market & Industry Awareness
– Maintain awareness of colocation market trends, regional supply dynamics, pricing movements, provider capabilities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
Regulatory & Sustainability Alignment
– Ensure infrastructure planning and commercial decisions align with environmental, sustainability, regulatory, and compliance requirements across multiple global regions.
Decision-Making & Strategic Recommendations
– Operate effectively in environments with evolving or incomplete business forecasts, providing infrastructure and commercial recommendations that balance growth, risk, timing, and cost considerations.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience in colocation strategy, data center commercial management, infrastructure sourcing, capacity planning, or related disciplines within large-scale global environments.
Demonstrated experience leading commercial negotiations with colocation providers, including renewals, capacity expansions, pricing negotiations, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
Strong understanding of colocation commercial constructs, including leases, service orders, SLAs, power commitments, contractual obligations, and provider governance models.
Experience managing colocation provider relationships across multiple regions, with understanding of market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and commercial models.
Strong understanding of colocation infrastructure, including power, cooling, resiliency, and capacity constraints, with the ability to connect technical considerations to commercial and business outcomes.
Experience translating business or deployment forecasts into actionable infrastructure capacity, power, and space strategies.
Experience supporting colocation sourcing activities including provider evaluations, market analysis, commercial assessments, expansion planning, and capacity negotiations.
Experience evaluating colocation commercial proposals, pricing structures, service offerings, and contractual terms to support infrastructure and capacity decision-making.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex datasets, contractual obligations, lifecycle milestones, and regional planning assumptions across a global footprint.
Experience developing governance processes, KPI frameworks, and executive-level reporting for infrastructure, commercial, or capacity management functions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical, operational, financial, legal, procurement, and business stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating within a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About this role
GiveDirectly gives cash directly to people living in poverty and in emergencies. Both depend on the same question: did this person live in this place, at this time? We ask it when we target the poorest households, and when a disaster displaces a community overnight. Location records held by Mobile Network Operators (MNO) can help us estimate an answer to this question at scale. We work with MNOs so they can infer, from their own records, whether a subscriber was resident in a target area over a defined period. Robust residence location inference from MNO data requires in-depth analytical work, and the methods we design have to run on an operator's systems - most often implemented by their engineers - under strict data protection and confidentiality rules.
We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to progress our work on location inference from MNO data, and to make it repeatable. Your job is to improve and extend our library of method templates, adapt them to each new operator and setting, and design new elements when an intervention requires it. You'll assess what can be inferred from a given operator's data, specify the analysis clearly enough for their data engineers to implement, then test it with them remotely or on site. You'll support introductory meetings with MNOs, describing methodologies at a high level, and inform the work of data privacy and cybersecurity teams to ensure only necessary data are shared securely. You'll also help colleagues across GiveDirectly understand the strengths and limitations of this data source, so we design programs around questions it can best answer.
This work is live in several countries, and we're expanding it across the countries where we have offices and to low- and middle-income countries anywhere in the world when a crisis hits.

Senior Product Manager - MNO data

Location:
At this stage of GiveDirectly’s growth and scale, we’re prioritizing hiring in the countries below, where we can employ you through a GD entity or an established employer of record: Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, DRC, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, and United States. This list reflects where our employment infrastructure is established today, and may evolve as we grow. If you’re based elsewhere and not open to relocation, we may not be able to consider your application for this role right now, but we’d encourage you to check back.
Please note that we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time.
Travel Requirement:
Substantial international travel, roughly 25 to 50% of your time depending on emergencies, sometimes at short notice - for workshops with operators to support programs and emergency responses.
What you’ll do:
Improve and extend our library of analytical method templates for establishing where people live from MNO data, and depending on circumstances, for detecting displacement or estimating poverty. Design novel methods when an intervention requires it.
Support colleagues in technical conversations with operators, bringing clarity on the data we need and why, and steering discussions toward technical designs that make the analysis workable.
Assess the information that can be inferred from each operator's data given data types and sparsity, and for each geography and targeted area. Support intervention design to account for data quality.
Write tests and method specifications for MNO data engineers to implement: steps, parameters, pseudocode, validation criteria.
Guide operator engineering teams through implementation, in writing and in person. Adapt methods to accommodate large data volume and computational constraints, balancing accuracy and operational needs.
Run in-country workshops with operators to support the set-up of new analyses and - where feasible - tune parameters based on statistical tests and distributions.
Feed every new analytical and implementation element back into standard templates, so the next country or intervention starts from a better position than the last.
Design for privacy from the start, so that as little data as possible has to be shared: aggregation, minimization, and where useful, privacy-enhancing technologies such as private set intersection or homomorphic encryption.
Protect the confidentiality of what operators share with us and improve internal data security processes and tools as we grow.
Build internal training material so that our technical and non-technical teams understand the strengths and limits of this data, and design interventions accordingly.
What you’ll bring:
Exceptional alignment with
GiveDirectly Values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve.
Strong mathematical modeling, machine learning and statistics. You choose methods for the question rather than for their sophistication, and you value being able to explain a result over squeezing out the last point of performance.
Deep comfort with spatio-temporal data: temporal filtering, GIS, probability distributions, combinatorial reasoning, and working with sparse, irregular observations. Direct experience with Call Detail Records (CDRs) or latching data is a strong plus. Comparable experience with mobility, transport, sensor or remote-sensing data counts.
The ability to reason without ground truth. Much of this work has no validated answer to check against, and you're comfortable setting parameters by reading the shape of the data and defending that choice.
Pragmatism about the trade-off between accuracy and implementability. You've deliberately simplified a method to fit an operational constraint, and you can say what it cost you.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You can explain a method and its limitations to an operator's engineers, to their data protection officer, to their leadership and to colleagues with or without technical background. You write well and are comfortable presenting to these multiple audiences. You build trust with counterparts you don’t manage, and they want to work with you again.
Experience writing technical specifications that other teams implemented, clear enough that people you don't manage could follow them correctly.
Able to read and review SQL and Python written by others, and to find the logical error in someone else's query. Writing production-quality code yourself is welcome but not required. Enough understanding of large data volumes and databases to judge when analytical simplification is required.
Commitment to privacy by design as a foundational value and starting point rather than a compliance step: designing analyses so that less personal data has to be shared. Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies for shared computation (private set intersection, secure multi-party computation, homomorphic encryption) is a strong plus.
Commitment to confidentiality. You've handled a partner's commercially sensitive data and can describe the habits you built around it, not just the clause you signed.
Experience designing training material that changed how non-specialist colleagues used a data source.
Comfort in fast-moving contexts where the brief may often shift, and where your technical expertise and understanding may not be shared by other stakeholders.
Additional desirable experience may include: poverty modeling; familiarity with survey data and survey instruments; experience inside a mobile network operator or working closely with one; open-source contributions in the mobility estimation space.
Comfortable with travel to fragile and post-disaster contexts.
Language Requirement: English.
Language Preferences: French, Portuguese, Swahili or Spanish.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll run Morpho’s corporate IT: accounts and access, laptops, and the SaaS tools the company runs on, all set up securely. You’ll work closely with the security team: they set policy and lead on incidents, and you put that policy in place across our tools and devices. The scope is broad and the work is hands-on. We’d rather automate repetitive work than hire for it, so expect to write scripts and build your own tooling, using AI where it helps. We’ll go through our stack with you early in the process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer SSO, the directory and the password manager. Handle onboarding and offboarding, and run regular access reviews.
- Manage the Mac fleet: setup, MDM policies, OS and app updates, and keeping the endpoint security agent installed and working.
- Apply the security baselines and access policies the security team defines, and keep our tools configured to match.
- Administer our SaaS tools: setup, admin access and licences. Handle the IT side of bringing on new vendors.
- Support the security team during incidents by isolating devices, revoking access and pulling logs.
- Provide evidence for IT controls during audits.
- Automate repetitive work such as onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and evidence collection.
- Write and maintain documentation for IT procedures.
- Take part in IT on-call.
DEFINITION OF SUCCESS
- 1 month: handles onboarding, offboarding and day-to-day account and device work without help, and knows how our tools are set up.
- End of probation: owns our identity, device and SaaS setup, has automated at least one process that used to be manual, and is the person the security team goes to for IT changes and incident support.
- 12 months: runs corporate IT independently. Onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and audit evidence mostly run on tooling they built.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in IT, systems engineering or IT security.
- Hands-on admin experience with an enterprise identity provider, an MDM and endpoint security tools.
- Strong macOS management: configuration profiles, privacy preference and system extension policies.
- Writes Python or Bash to automate work. Infrastructure as code is a plus.
- Has supported a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar audit.
- Knows crypto companies are frequent targets of phishing and social engineering, and sets up systems with that in mind. Web3 or fintech experience is a plus.
- Writes clear documentation.
- Prefers simple setups people follow over perfect ones they work around.
- Comfortable being part of an on-call rotation.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Senior Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Senior Customer Solutions Architect (Sr. CSA) owns the technical relationship for our most complex and strategic customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the Sr. CSA makes sure these customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor to some of our largest customers. The Sr. CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: leading architecture strategy, running executive-level technical conversations, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion.
The Sr. CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) across a book of larger, more strategic accounts. Beyond their own accounts, the Sr. CSA sets the standard for the CSA team by mentoring teammates, building repeatable playbooks, and shaping how the team works. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Location:
Austin, TX / Denver, CO / New York City, NY (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Austin, Denver or NYC and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of our most complex, strategic Enterprise accounts, including multi-business-unit and multi-region customers
Set the adoption strategy for each account, and drive optimization and sustained usage of the platform at scale
Introduce new products and features to customer leaders and architects, and shape how they fit into the customer's roadmap
Design enablement programs and workshops for large, distributed customer teams, and turn the best ones into reusable programs for the CSA team
Anticipate churn or contraction risks well before they surface, and lead recovery plans for at-risk strategic accounts, including implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth
Co-lead multi-quarter expansion strategy with the AE across business units, regions, and use cases, including opportunities to bring both Fivetran and dbt into an account
Shape the account plan and own the technical side of the expansion pipeline, translating executive-level customer initiatives into scalable data workloads and solutions
Lead technical validation of the most complex new workloads, including workshops and, where necessary, proofs of concept (POCs)
Turn successful use cases into repeatable expansion plays that other CSAs can run in their own accounts
Advise on the customer lifecycle, renewals, and commercial structure of large accounts
Technical Strategy and Architecture
Act as the chief technical stakeholder for your accounts after go-live, and the escalation point for the hardest technical questions
Set architecture direction across your accounts, and design cross-product Fivetran and dbt reference architectures that other CSAs reuse
Advise customers' senior architects and data leaders on pipelines, transformation, automation, governance, security, and platform adoption at scale
Maintain technical artifacts such as architecture documentation, design patterns, and knowledge bases, and raise the quality bar for the team's shared assets
Stakeholder Engagement and Account Planning
Serve as the company's technical voice with senior executives (VP and C-level), while building multi-threaded relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Run regular technical cadence calls, executive business reviews, and roadmap sessions
Own Mutual Success Plans and shape Mutual Account Plans with the AE, mapping whitespace across business units, subsidiaries, and use cases
Align customer technical strategy with business objectives and commercial plans, and represent the technical view in account strategy discussions
Internal and Partner Collaboration
Act as the technical orchestrator across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, resolving cross-team issues on strategic accounts with minimal direction
Advocate for customer needs internally, and influence the product roadmap and priorities with well-supported customer evidence
Collaborate with technology partners and system integrators (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP) to drive joint value on strategic accounts
Partner with CSA leadership to improve team processes, refine assets, and strengthen the knowledge-sharing loop
Technical Leadership Without Direct Reports
Mentor and coach CSAs on technical depth, account strategy, and customer conversations
Take on the most ambiguous and high-stakes customer situations, and bring structure that others can follow
Serve as a go-to expert and sounding board for complex accounts, architecture reviews, and executive-level presentations
Help onboard new CSAs and contribute to hiring by interviewing candidates
Build and share playbooks, reference architectures, and demo assets that raise the performance of the whole team
Thought Leadership
Create and deliver external-facing content through live events, speaking engagements, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other educational resources
Represent the company as a technical speaker at customer, partner, and industry events
Work closely with Regional and Product Marketing to support field and industry events, and align field and industry requirements with the product roadmap
What you bring
5+ years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer, with a track record on large Enterprise accounts
Proven record of owning customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion, with results you can quantify (such as NRR, GRR, or incremental ARR)
Deep technical background, with experience designing scalable data architectures, a strong understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack, and advanced SQL proficiency
Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes for complex, multi-team organizations
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and credibility presenting to senior executives
Experience mentoring or coaching peers, and influencing teams and processes without formal authority
A proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized approach to managing multiple strategic accounts
Comfort operating strategically while also engaging in deep technical discussions
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, think on your feet in customer conversations, and bring structure to unclear situations
A team-player mindset, both within the CSA team as we evolve our ways of working and in daily collaboration with AEs and SEs
Openness to travel: we value in-person relationship building, both internally and externally, and expect willingness to travel to customers and events as needed
What Will Make You Stand Out
Hands-on experience with dbt, including large-scale project design; dbt certification is a bonus
Python competency and advanced SQL knowledge
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in data integration, ETL/ELT, or replication technologies, plus experience with ancillary tools, APIs, and managing data infrastructure
Experience with workload-based or consumption-based sales models

Key Qualifications and Experience
What we need
A strong record of senior communications leadership in Europe and the Middle East, with substantial in-house technology-company experience and the ability to operate credibly across the region.
Outstanding storytelling and narrative-development skills: translating complex business and technology priorities into compelling, credible stories for different audiences and markets.
Demonstrated people-management experience: setting goals, coaching, managing performance and developing capable colleagues.
Gravitas and senior experience to personally lead high-stakes, multi-stakeholder situations, advise business leaders and navigate competing interests with sound judgment.
Evidence of judging when personal involvement is essential and when to delegate, alongside strong media relationships and experience directing agencies and regional resources.
Outstanding English writing, editing and spoken communication, with the curiosity and rigor to understand complex technology and build accurate narratives.
Helpful experience
AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology or another complex B2B sector; regional expansion, infrastructure investment or a publicly listed company.
Substantial Middle East communications work, relevant media relationships and additional regional language skills.
Agency experience is valuable alongside substantial in-house experience; an agency-only background does not meet the role’s requirements. Journalism experience can be beneficial.
Competencies and Behavioural Traits
Strong narrative judgment, senior presence, clear prioritisation and calm leadership. A capable people manager who develops others, gives direct feedback and delegates with purpose. Takes personal ownership where the stakes or complexity require senior experience, while keeping regional and global colleagues aligned. Comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, course-correction, experimentation and (occasionally) failure.
