Senior Data Engineer
to join our Data Engineering team in Berlin. In this role, you won't just build pipelines—you will architect the data foundation that powers our next generation of casual games and advanced analytics, and AI-driven workflows. You will be in an environment where you can take full ownership of business outcomes, bridge technical execution with strategy, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize and scale our data transformation journey.
About the job
Data Architecture & Strategy:
Design and build resilient, scalable data infrastructure optimized for analytical workflows, feature stores, real-time context delivery, and AI-ready, well-documented data for agents and LLM applications.
Modern Pipeline Engineering:
Build, maintain, and optimize robust batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines using Scala, Python, SQL and dbt.
Data Warehousing & Lakehouse:
Architect clean, cost-efficient, and highly performance schemes across our cloud data warehouse platform on Snowflake.
AI-Enabled Engineering & Agentic Workflows:
Use AI as a daily force multiplier, not only for writing code but across the data lifecycle, from design and documentation to testing, debugging, and incident triage. Design, build, and operate agentic workflows (for example, agents that monitor pipelines, investigate data quality issues, generate and validate dbt models, or answer analysts’ questions against governed data), with proper guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
Quality, Reliability & Governance:
Implement automated testing, observability, and monitoring frameworks to guarantee high data reliability and low latency.
Engineering Excellence & Best Practices:
Follow rigorous CI/CD practices, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), version control, and clear documentation across all data assets.
Cross-Functional Enablement:
Collaborate closely with marketing managers, game teams, product managers, and data analysts to turn ambiguous business needs into high-impact data solutions.
About you
Relevant Experience:
In-depth professional experience as a software engineer or data engineer.

Software Engineering Mindset:
Deep familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
Proactive & Impact-Driven:
Autonomous problem solver who evaluates technical decisions based on speed-to-market, business value, and ROI rather than theoretical complexity.
Collaborative Communicator:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical architecture to both engineering peers and business stakeholders.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding. The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.
At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences. ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their boards and parts on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours, not weeks, when shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Own relationships with PCB fabricators, electronics manufacturing partners and component distributors, and work with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate priority build slots, allocation and expedited shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical components to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductors, passive components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, embedded electronics, and prototyping flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions, tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience interpreting electronic schematics, BOMs, AVL requirements, PCB stackups, and manufacturing documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions: tight deadlines, shifting priorities, incomplete information, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience running purchasing and material management through an ERP system.
- Confident negotiator, commercially and technically, able to influence engineers, program managers and suppliers without formal authority.
- Professional English, written and spoken.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Engineering Electronics Background, knowledge of the tools and technical understanding/background of designs.
- Experience in space, aerospace, defence, hardware startups or other deep-tech R&D environments.
- Exposure to taking a hardware design from prototype into series production.
- Existing relationships with PCB/PCBA vendors, distributors and electronics manufacturing partners.
- Certifications (APICS, PMP, Six Sigma) useful but not required.
- Familiarity with rapid-prototyping suppliers, global component marketplaces, and digital sourcing tools.

Location: London, United Kingdom
Role: VP Operations
Reports to: CEO / Founder
Working model: On-site, London
Working Hours 9am-6pm
Role snapshot
Mission: turn OneDome’s acquisition-led strategy into predictable, high-quality execution across platform, operations and partners.
Primary focus: operating-model design (post-acquisition), completion certainty, and operational efficiency in a regulated environment.
You are the ‘programme manager on steroids’: you hold the whole machine in your head, zoom in/out fast, and relentlessly drive delivery.
Key partners: CEO, Chief of Staff, Product/Tech/Data leaders, Commercial/Partnerships, Risk/Compliance, and heads of acquired businesses.
Success is measured in completions, time-to-complete, cost-to-serve, partner performance, and operational risk outcomes—not activity.
The opportunity
This is a pivotal hire - OneDome has scaled quickly through acquisition and now needs a VP of Operations who can industrialise execution: remove duplicated legacy ways of working, create clarity of ownership, and build an operating cadence that makes performance repeatable.
Key responsibilities
Build and run the operating model: forums, governance, decision rights, OKRs/KPIs and cross-functional rituals that connect strategy to day-to-day delivery.
Lead post-acquisition integration: align processes, tooling, handoffs and incentives across acquired entities and the ‘mothership’ while protecting business continuity.
Own end-to-end completion performance: reduce friction and time-to-complete across mortgage, conveyancing and ancillary services; improve customer certainty and unit economics.
Drive partner operations at scale: set standards, SLAs and performance management across lenders, brokers, conveyancers, surveyors and other third parties.
Partner with Product/Tech/Data to prioritise automation and workflow tooling that de-risks operations, increases transparency, and surfaces issues early.
Strengthen operational risk: embed controls and auditability into operational processes, working closely with specialist risk/compliance functions to protect brand trust.
Build a high-performing operations organisation: structure teams, hire/coach leaders, create playbooks, and establish a culture of pace, detail and accountability.
Create a continuous improvement engine: instrument processes, diagnose failure points with data, and run systematic improvement cycles.
What success looks like
First
90 days
Complete a diagnostic of the current operating model, integration backlog, operational metrics and partner performance.
Agree a clear 100-day plan with the CEO/Chief of Staff: integration priorities, quick wins, and the next operating cadence.
Implement a visible governance rhythm (weekly/bi-weekly) with clean OKRs/KPIs and owners; remove ambiguity on decision rights.
Deliver early improvements in at least one high-friction area of the completion journey to build momentum.
12 months
A repeatable integration playbook that reduces time-to-integrate and avoids ‘legacy sprawl’.
Material improvement in completion rate and time-to-completion, with clear attribution to operational changes.
A stable, scalable operating cadence with reliable forecasting of delivery, partner performance and operational risk hotspots.
An operations team with strong middle leadership and clear accountability across the group.
Person specification
Essential experience
3-5 years of demonstrable operations leadership (COO/VP Ops/Head of Operations) in a fintech start-up/scale-up; marketplace and regulated delivery experience strongly valued.
Proven post-acquisition integration leadership: simplifying multi-entity operating models, harmonising processes and improving execution metrics.
Deep experience running multi-party delivery models reliant on external partners, with rigorous performance management.
Strong data fluency: uses funnel, operational and financial metrics to prioritise work, diagnose issues and make trade-offs.
Demonstrated ability to build cadence, accountability and pace in fast-moving, ambiguous scale-up environments.
Desirable
Formal programme delivery training (e.g., PRINCE2 / MSP / PgMP) or equivalent ‘battle-tested’ experience.
Experience in FCA-influenced or similarly regulated environments; comfort embedding controls without slowing the business to a crawl.
Exposure to mortgage, conveyancing, insurance, or other high-stakes customer journeys.
Behaviours and motivations
Structured and detail-obsessed: enjoys making messy, inherited processes clean and scalable.
High ownership, low ego: will get into the weeds, fix problems, then systematise and delegate.
Fast, clear thinker: can hold complexity and still communicate simply to drive decisions.
Bias for action with sound judgement: knows when to move fast and when to slow down for risk and reputation.

Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead who thinks like a product builder — someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind what they're building, not just the tickets in the backlog.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional domain team (Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product) and own the end-to-end development of features that genuinely matter: company accounts and cash flows, banking transactions, card issuance and management, and AI-enabled accounting. You'll help shape architecture decisions, raise the bar on engineering quality, and mentor the engineers around you.
If you're energized by working at the intersection of great mobile engineering and real product impact — this is the role.
What You’ll Do
Design and build new features for our Android application, used daily by business owners across Europe.
Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for:
Multi-account cash flow management

Jetpack Compose
.
Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable.
Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs.
Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.

Deep understanding of
OOP
,
SOLID
, and
Clean Architecture
.
Solid experience with presentation layer patterns —
MVI
,

, and
MVP
— and the ability to choose the right one for the context.
Hands-on experience with our core stack:
Reactive programming & async:
RxJava
,
Kotlin Coroutines / Flow
Dependency injection:
Dagger 2
,
Hilt
, or
Koin
Networking:
Retrofit
Navigation:
Cicerone
,
Jetpack Navigation Component
Modern UI:
Jetpack Compose
Practical experience with
Firebase
(FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics).
Experience with
Feature-module architecture
in production.
Confidence with
Git / GitLab
, including setting up and maintaining
GitLab CI/CD
.
A builder's mentality — you care about the product, the users, and the outcomes, not just the code.
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
Background in fintech or experience with financial products — you understand the stakes.
Solid grasp of mobile security best practices (especially critical in our domain).
Experience profiling and optimizing UI performance — reducing overdraw, improving recomposition efficiency in Jetpack Compose, and hitting smooth 60/120fps rendering.
Hands-on work with performance tooling:
Android Profiler
,
Perfetto
,
Baseline Profiles
, or similar.
Published apps on
Google Play
you're proud of.
An active
GitHub
profile with code you're happy to share.

Experience with
AI-powered IDE tools
(Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) — including agent mode, rules files configuration, and integrating AI into the daily development workflow.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE MISSION OF THE UNION RELATIONS LEAD
Unions and social partners play a central and legitimate role in how social protection is designed, negotiated and implemented in France. We're looking for a Union Relations Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with unions, their federations, and the broader paritariste ecosystem, making Alan a trusted, substantive and well-known interlocutor of French social partners, and supporting our Enterprise & Public Sector teams across large private employers and public institutions.
⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GENUINELY UNIQUE
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health tech companies builds its relationships with the French social partner ecosystem (from confederations to sector federations to paritariste institutions).
- You'll operate at the highest levels of the paritariste ecosystem: confederal leadership, sector federations, IP boards, organisations patronales.
- You'll shape the strategy, not just execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability (the playbook is yours to define)
- You'll work directly with Founders, Public Affair as well as Public Sector and Enterprise leadership.
- Real ownership from day one, in one of the fastest-growing tech unicorns in Europe.
⭐️ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the organizations that represent employees and members across the sectors that matter to Alan (unions, federations, and the structures that convene them).
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch level.
- Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions where our sector’s future is discussed.
- Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector work
- Be a partner to our teams serving large private employers and public sector clients, briefing them on the social partners context and how Alan’s offer speaks to their priorities
- Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning Alan’s ecosystem relationships into concrete commercial leverage.
- Share Alan’s content with social partners to help them assess Alan on its merits and form their own view.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem and turn that understanding into internal clarity.
- Represent Alan in the federations and working groups where our sector's future is discussed, contributing a constructive and recognizable voice.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where social dialogue is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions shared with Enterprise and Public Sector deal teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our social partner engagement and documentation.
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Public Sector team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves in our key markets.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Union Relations Lead role at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations: in a union organization, a branch federation, a paritariste institution, or in an external affairs role at a mutelle, IP or insurer
- Have legitimate credibility at federation level: ability to engage federation leadership as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive engagement at federation level on employer side.
- Have deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection sociale reforms, and how institutions at each level function
- Have proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
- Have outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, trustworthy, discreet, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself.
- Have ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences
- Demonstrable impact from prior social-partner work on an organization’s commercial and strategic outcomes
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
Nice to have:
- A confederal or federal elected / permanent past.
- Experience inside a paritariste institution
- Experience inside a sector federation on its social dialogue agenda.
- Legal background in droit social and comfort reading accords collectifs quickly.
- International exposure to the European social dialogue ecosystem.
- Prior experience with RFPs or tenders involving union-negotiated or paritariste schemes.

⭐ YOUR MISSION
Brokers play a structural role in how large and very large employers select, negotiate, and manage their health and prévoyance coverage. We're looking for a Broker Partnerships Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with the brokers who operate in the Enterprise segment, turning Alan into a trusted, credible, and commercially compelling partner for those actors, and supporting our Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management teams.
⭐ LOCATION
On-site in Paris, Île-de-France.
What makes this role genuinely unique
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health insurance companies builds its relationships with the brokers operating in the large and very large employer segment across France, and beyond.
- You'll have real ownership from day one and operate at the highest levels of the broker market.
- You'll shape Alan’s broker strategy and execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability. The playbook is yours to define and scale.
- You'll work directly with Alan's Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Insurance, and Executive Leadership.
⭐ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the brokers that sit between us and the largest employers in our markets (whether private or public), at senior and managing director level.
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design Alan's engagement strategy.
- Be the consistent Alan voice that brokers recognize: someone who shows up, follows through, and is known as easy to deal with without giving away what shouldn't be given.
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Commercial work
- Be a partner to our Enterprise Sales and KAM teams on every broker situation: drive strategic decisions deal by deal and turn ecosystem knowledge into commercial leverage.
- Introduce the right broker contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, transforming relationship capital into pipeline access on large and very large accounts.
- Share Alan's value and positioning with broker partners to help them understand, represent, and actively promote Alan within their client portfolios.
- Hold the line on our non-negotiables while finding creative ways to make the collaboration work for both sides.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the broker market at deal level and ecosystem level: who is growing, who is consolidating, where portfolio shifts are happening, and what it means for Alan's pipeline and positioning.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where the broker market is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy, including on consolidation, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on broker positions, portfolio footprints, engagement history, and contractual frameworks shared with Enterprise Sales and KAM teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our broker engagement and contract documentation (conventions de courtage, commission tracking, data sharing agreements).
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Commercial team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how brokers position Alan vs. incumbents, how they advise clients on insurer selection, and where we are perceived as "difficult to work with" — and feed that back into product, pricing, and GTM strategy.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience working with or inside the broker ecosystem: at a broker or in an external partnership or distribution role at a health insurer or mutuelle
- Have legitimate credibility at senior broker level: ability to engage managing director and senior leadership at major brokers as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive deal-level engagement on the insurer or employer side
- Have deep knowledge of the broker ecosystem in the large and very large employer segment: how brokers operate, how they are compensated, how they advise clients, and how they influence insurer selection at this scale
- Have deep understanding of health and prévoyance insurance: the technical dimension (garanties, gestion, régimes, prévoyance) must be native, not learned on the job
- Have proven ability to build trust with broker counterparts from the insurer or employer side: long-game, trustworthy, discreet, commercially disciplined
- Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management: calm, ego-free, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself and equally able to hold firm positions internally when sales pressure pushes toward broker accommodation beyond our framework
- Demonstrate commercial impact from prior broker-related work: broker relationships that translated into material deal flow, pipeline access, or portfolio migration
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited process and real autonomy
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight
