ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own the full commercial relationship and customer success across a book of 25 to 50 enterprise accounts - the builders, innovators, and product teams at companies between 2,000 and 10,000 employees who are defining what AI-native experiences look, feel, and sound like. Your job is to make sure every one of them is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction.
This is a high-impact, high-depth role. You'll manage a focused book while building the executive relationships, success plans, and expansion motions that drive meaningful outcomes at scale. If you love the challenge of going deep with complex organizations while keeping commercial momentum, this role was built for you.
On the ground, you'll be in the product with customers - advising on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and using data and logs to spot friction before customers do. You're the person who connects what's working technically to what's growing commercially and partnering closely with high growth accounts to help them achieve value.
Success of the customer and commercial ownership go hand in hand and are at the core of this role. You own NRR across your managed book of business, you drive cross-sell into ElevenLabs' expanding product suite, and you lead renewals end to end. The best AMs at ElevenLabs don't just retain customers, they grow with them.
COMPENSATION
This role offers a competitive on target earnings (OTE) structure with a split of 70% base and 30% variable. Variable compensation is weighted 70% net revenue retention (NRR) and 30% product cross sell. Cross-sell performance counts toward NRR, so strong expansion compounds across both components. Quota is set on managed ARR, giving you clear ownership over a defined book of business. The plan includes accelerators for above target NRR performance and is designed to reward account managers who grow with their customers, not just retain them. Variable compensation is paid on a quarterly basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 7 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - you have specific, quantified wins at the enterprise level and you can speak to them clearly
- You own revenue outcomes end to end at the enterprise level - quota, retention, and expansion - and you run the full expansion motion yourself without a sales handoff
- You've been in deals where the champion and the economic buyer aren't on the same page, and you know how to navigate that without losing the relationship or the deal
- You can hold a technical conversation with a developer or engineering team and earn their trust - familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs is a must
- You use product data to stay ahead of your accounts - spotting health signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and getting in front of risk before it becomes churn
- You can present to a C-suite, troubleshoot with an engineering team, and close with a procurement lead - sometimes in the same week - and you make each conversation count
Preferred
- Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space
- Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform

What the Role Is
We’re hiring a
Staff Software Engineer
who’ll be the technical lead for a new Search team at Babylist. This new team will be focused on moving Babylist’s search capability in-house, making our search results more relevant and personalized, and partnering with other teams to transform search in the product from functional to delightful.
Registry building is the heart of the Babylist product. Every parent builds a list of dozens of products, from swaddle to stroller, with real stakes (a friend or family member is going to buy these things, and a baby is going to use them). As a universal registry, this registry also typically spans many retailers. This makes registry building on Babylist one of the most interesting search and personalization problems in consumer e-commerce.
This is zero-to-one work, with big ambitions. You’d build a search capability from the ground up, with a clear mandate from leadership to do it. In your first year, we expect to have rebuilt search to be highly relevant and personalized, and delivered big bets like universal search: one experience across items we sell and items from other retailers, and across products, guides and registries. We also want to work with Addie, our AI registry assistant, to have LLMs play a role in the search experience.
If you want to tune an established search system, this isn’t the right role. If you’ve worked inside a strong search team and want to build a new system from scratch at a company earlier in that journey, read on.
What You'll Own
A Staff Engineer at Babylist sets direction. You’ll be the technical lead for search: you decide where it goes over the next year or two, sequence the bets that get there, and make the technical and product calls along the way. You’re still in the code and will drive initiatives forward across multiple teams. You’ll have software engineering and machine learning engineering support on the team.
A few examples of initiatives you’d drive on the Search team:
Build search in-house.
Choose the architecture for indexing, retrieval and serving, and plan a seamless migration. The system you design replaces what we use today and is the foundation for everything below.
Define what a good result is.
Decide how we measure result quality, then improve it through query understanding, ranking and the behavioral signals we collect.
Unify search across everything we show.
One experience across items we sell and items from other retailers, and across products, guides and registries, including how to rank items we don’t sell next to ones we do.
Decide how search and recommendations fit together.
Bring what we know about a user and their registry into results, and decide how much retrieval and ranking search shares with our recommendation models.
Make search conversational.
Work with the Addie team, our AI registry assistant, on queries like “best stroller for urban family,” where the shopper describes a need instead of naming a product.
Like every Staff Engineer here, you will:
Take a fuzzy business problem from the first sketch through to production, and stay on the hook for whether it actually helped customers.
Build the platform or tooling other teams adopt by choice, and own it as it scales.
Set the standard for how search builds with AI. Decide what good looks like, build the patterns and evals that get agents there and catch the output that's confidently wrong before it ships.
Partner with product, design and data as a peer, shaping what's worth building from the start.
Coach Senior engineers through the hard calls, the ambiguous ones as much as the technical ones
Who You Are
You meet the Staff bar at Babylist. You’ve shipped production systems for enough years to have earned strong opinions, and you hold them loosely. You can pick up an ambiguous problem and start moving before anyone hands you the full picture. You’ve already changed how a team builds with AI, and the new way stuck.
On top of that, you’ve worked on search problems before, ideally in an e-commerce setting. This role needs depth in the systems behind search and a clear focus on the people using it. You bring:
Hands-on search experience:
building and running search in production, including indexing, retrieval, ranking and query understanding. You know how to keep a search service fast, relevant and reliable as traffic and catalog size grow.
Experience evaluating search quality:
offline and online, including relevance judgments and A/B tests.
A focus on the user:
you use query data, behavior and judgment about result quality to decide what to build, and you can connect a search change to what shoppers do, and to conversion or revenue.
Comfort building from zero:
you can define the problem, design the system and own it end to end.
You measure yourself by impact:
a customer outcome, or a system a dozen teams come to depend on.
Compensation
We post real numbers. For a Canada-based Staff Engineer, the starting base salary range is $299,300 to $372,600 CAD, plus a target annual bonus of 20 percent of base. That's total target cash of roughly $359,160 to $447,120 CAD. On top of that you get meaningful equity and an RRSP match. Where you start in that range depends on your experience, and your pay grows from there with performance and scope.
How We Build
AI is the default here. Engineers run agentic sessions for most of the work, and a lot of the interesting engineering now lives in the scaffolding that makes the agents good: the eval harnesses, the curated context, custom review skills and fast CI. Agents also triage incidents and handle a big share of support. A human always owns the outcome.
The architecture is intentionally simple: one Rails monolith, MySQL and few moving parts. That's deliberate. Simple infrastructure lets us move fast and lets AI reason about the whole system, so the hardest problems are the ones in front of customers.

Why Babylist
An engineer, expecting her first baby, couldn't find the registry she wanted. So she built it. That's how Babylist started, and it's still how we work: engineers solving problems for families. Becoming a parent is one of the biggest moments in a person's life. Millions reach it for the first time every year, making thousands of decisions and figuring it out as they go. That's who we build for, and we're a long way from done.
Ten million people give gifts through Babylist every year. We did more than $750M in revenue in 2025, up 45 percent over the year before, and we've been profitable for eight years while staying independent. So you can take on a hard, multi-year problem without watching over your shoulder for the next round or the next correction. And the team is small, around 65 engineers, so what you ship stays visible and your scope stays wide.
How We Work
Remote-first across the US and Canada, and we have been for years. That's not changing. We trust you to own your time and your outcomes, and we get everyone in a room together twice a year. Teams are small, pods of three to five engineers, so nothing you ship disappears into a committee. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with product, design and data, and with the partners across the business who rely on what you ship. You'll also stay close to customers yourself: sitting in on user interviews, watching session recordings, riding along with support. Here that's part of the engineering job, on a regular basis.
How We Hire
Three rounds, usually two to three weeks start to finish.
Recruiter conversation (30 minutes).
Trade context: what you want next, what we're building and straight answers on comp, team and remote.
Technical screen (1 hour).
One round, no AI, language-agnostic. Reach for Google when you normally would. We just want to see how you reason from first principles.
Final round (4 hours).
Four one-hour interviews: system design, AI-assisted coding with the tools you'd actually use here, product sense and culture and values. You'll hear back either way within 24 to 48 hours.
Benefits
Company-paid medical and fully covered dental and vision
A 401(k) match
Generous paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus a gradual return-to-work program
Winter Wonder Week, a paid company-wide week off at the end of the year
A remote-work stipend
Mental-health and wellness support
A Few Things to Know
We record and transcribe interviews to evaluate candidates, in line with applicable privacy laws.
We expect you to use AI in your work and we welcome it in the process, but what you submit and say should reflect your own thinking.
If you have a family member or close relationship with a Babylist employee, let your recruiter know.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure/SRE Engineer to improve the reliability and stability of the customer-facing production infrastructure behind Webflow’s Convert pillar.
Convert owns a suite of products that give marketing and growth teams the tools to experiment, personalize, and drive real revenue from their web presence, including Webflow Analyze, Optimize, AEO, and Campaigns. As tens of thousands of projects launch on Webflow each month, you’ll help keep the platform secure, scalable, and dependable for the people who rely on it.
Much of what Convert delivers depends on data: high-volume event ingestion, real-time and analytical data stores, and pipelines that turn visitor behavior into reporting, experiments, and personalization. You’ll own the reliability, performance, and cost of this data infrastructure, including streaming and batch pipelines and analytical databases. You’ll set SLOs, build observability, plan capacity, and make sure data stays fresh, accurate, and available as volume grows.
The next chapter is ambitious. We’re serving some of the world’s largest enterprises and rethinking what an AI-native conversion platform can be. You’ll work across a large, revenue-generating system, partner with the engineers who build on it, and help decide how it needs to evolve.
About the role:
- Location: Remote-first (USA and Argentina)
- Permanent
- Exempt
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $187,500 - 225,000
- Zone B: $176,700 - 212,000
- Zone C: $165,000 - 198,000
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position.
As a Senior Infrastructure/SRE Engineer on the Convert pillar, you'll:
- Own and evolve the cloud infrastructure behind the Convert products, including compute, serverless, networking, and cloud operations on AWS.
- Build and maintain our infrastructure-as-code foundation in Pulumi, and evolve the patterns and shared components other teams build on.
- Improve scalability and reliability of distributed, event-driven systems, including our Druid, MongoDB, and Airflow workloads, with a focus on low latency.
- Make observability the foundation of how we operate. Improve the dashboards, alerts, and SLOs for the systems you own so we catch issues before customers notice, and on-call pages are actionable instead of noisy.
- Lead projects from design through launch that move team and engineering org goals.
- Write and review maintainable, tested, performant code and automation, and raise the quality bar for the team.
- Build AI-powered automation, from policy-as-code and drift detection to LLM-assisted runbook generation, and use AI tools in your daily work.
- Help the team build reliable systems.
ABOUT YOU
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
You’ll thrive as a Senior Infrastructure/SRE Engineer if you:
- Have 5+ years owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment with little tolerance for downtime. You come from infrastructure, SRE, or cloud engineering with a love of automation and code, or from software engineering with a deep interest in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and a clear view of what good cloud operations look like.
- Have used infrastructure as code (Pulumi or Terraform) and prefer changes made through code, not consoles.
- Have operated high-throughput, data-intensive distributed systems in production, such as Druid, MongoDB, or Airflow, and understand scalability, fault tolerance, consistency trade-offs, and performance tuning.
- Are fluent in Python or TypeScript/Node.js for automation and tooling, and can read and work in Java services.
- Treat observability as the basis of operations: you design SLOs, dashboards, and alerts so that issues surface before customers notice and pages are actionable.
- Handle incidents well, including on-call and blameless postmortems, and fix the root causes behind them instead of just closing tickets.
- Want to improve developer productivity, with CI/CD, tooling, and paved paths that let product engineers ship without owning infrastructure.
It would be a bonus if you had even one of the following:
- Experience with Apache Spark, Airflow, or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with Kafka or other event streaming platforms.
- Experience building AI-assisted infrastructure tooling, including cost optimization loops, anomaly detection, or policy-as-code with LLM assistance.
- Experience contributing to multi-region architecture including data residency, regional failover, or latency-based routing.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.

- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Compensation Range: $94,400 to $118,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You'll Do:
You are the person who brings Huntress to life in the room. You travel to roadshows, tradeshows, and other events, meet people who didn't plan to meet you, and turn genuine conversations into momentum for the business. Give More Than We Take shows up in the way you create value first, listen closely, and build relationships that feel human rather than transactional.
You are Outcome-Obsessed about creating meaningful engagements at events from the moment you leave your house to the moment you return, knowing that booth hours are just the tip of the iceberg. You make sure the right prospects receive thoughtful follow-up, account executives get the context they need, and qualified conversations become fully booked demo opportunities. You take ownership of the details, spot what is missing, and use sound judgment when the process needs to bend to serve the customer and the team.
Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned roadshows, tradeshows, and other events up to 60% of the time
while representing Huntress with energy, professionalism, and a clear understanding of the audience.
Drive meaningful traffic to the Huntress booth with pre-event outreach, and by starting conversations, engaging attendees, and creating reasons for the right people to stop and learn more.
Execute on-site activations and feet-on-the-street account-based marketing activities as directed by your manager.
Build genuine relationships with prospects and partners, in transit, in hallways, over drinks, over dinner, at the booth, at event receptions and parties. Wherever the MSPs are, that’s where you’ll be found.
Drive interest through thoughtful conversation, and book demos at in-person events.
Manage event follow-up and relationship progression so account executives receive timely context, clear next steps, and strong opportunities to pursue.
Use AI tools to research target accounts, prepare for conversations, organize event notes, and draft timely follow-up while applying sound judgment to the final work.
What You Bring to the Team:
Experience engaging prospects at tradeshows, roadshows, conferences, or other in-person events is valuable.
You are curious, self-starting, eager to learn, driven, and comfortable taking initiative without waiting for perfect instructions.
You can engage strangers naturally, make small talk that leads somewhere useful, and build relationships without making the interaction feel transactional.
You are travel-ready and comfortable working in environments that require frequent movement, quick judgment, and consistent energy.
You are detail-oriented and able to follow a process while recognizing when the situation calls for a thoughtful deviation.
You use AI to work faster and smarter in day-to-day preparation, research, and follow-up, with good judgment about accuracy, privacy, and when human context matters most.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Director, Strategic Development
Position Overview
Sony Interactive Entertainment is entering an important new chapter in its evolution looking to expand business and identify future growth opportunities. This is a senior leadership position for an individual who combines exceptional strategic judgment with the ability to activate change across complex, highly accomplished organizations. The successful candidate will help SIE move beyond strategy as an annual planning exercise toward a continuous discipline of strategic choices, organizational alignment, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes.
Working directly within the Business Strategy team alongside senior leaders across PlayStation, this individual will build the frameworks, decision mechanisms, and leadership practices that enable executives to own the outcomes of the company's strategic evolution.
The central purpose of this role is not simply to develop strategy. It is to help the organization become better at continuously making, activating, and adapting strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Activate PlayStation's Strategic Transformation
Translate PlayStation's long-range strategic direction into clear, actionable enterprise priorities that connect the company's existing strengths with future growth opportunities.
Help operationalize the strategic shifts defining PlayStation's evolution, including developing new value propositions, driving business model adaptation to new customers and opportunities and moving from periodic planning to continuous strategic adaptation.
Establish practical frameworks that clarify what SIE must preserve, evolve, and newly develop over the next three to five years.
Partner with functional executives to translate enterprise strategy into meaningful choices, commitments, and measurable outcomes within their organizations.
Identify structural, cultural, and operational barriers to transformation and help leadership teams address them.
Activate the strategy by embedding it within cross functional leaders to own it and adapt it as assumptions change.
Establish Continuous Strategic Planning and Adaptation
Build a strategy capability that operates throughout the year, responding to market shifts, emerging technologies, competitive developments, and organizational learning.
Design and implement a continuous strategy operating rhythm, connecting three-to-five-year ambitions with annual priorities, quarterly strategic reviews, and ongoing opportunity assessment.
Develop scenario-planning, strategic sensing, and portfolio-evaluation frameworks that allow leadership to anticipate change rather than simply respond to it.
Connect insights from product, commercial, finance, technology, studios, and external partners into an evolving view of PlayStation's future.
Create the right level of materials for decision-oriented executive forums and then orchestrate those important meetings to find emerging opportunities, challenge assumptions, and recommend adjustments to strategic priorities.
Build mechanisms for leaders to revisit investment assumptions and reallocate attention and resources as evidence changes.
Influence and Mobilize Cross-Functional Executive Leadership
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, bringing together different perspectives and enabling collective decisions on issues that transcend individual business units.
Build trusted relationships with VP- and SVP-level leaders across PlayStation and Sony Group.
Facilitate high-stakes strategic conversations involving competing priorities, resource constraints, and differing perspectives on the future.
Use rigorous analysis (both internal and external), commercial judgment, and compelling narratives to influence decisions without relying on formal authority.
Help executive teams move from conceptual agreement to explicit decisions, accountable ownership, and coordinated action.
Challenge established assumptions constructively while demonstrating respect for the achievements and operational realities of existing businesses.
Identify and resolve strategic misalignment before it becomes an impediment to execution.
Develop the Core / Explore Strategic Framework
Support the development of two distinct but interconnected operating models that allow PlayStation to maximize current business performance while investing in future opportunities.
Establish differentiated frameworks for evaluating core-business optimization and higher-uncertainty exploration initiatives.
Help define how future opportunities are identified, validated, incubated, prioritized, and transitioned into scaled operating businesses.
Partner with Finance and operating leaders to develop portfolio-level investment frameworks that balance near-term returns with longer-term strategic value.
Create transparent decision criteria for advancing, redirecting, or discontinuing strategic initiatives.
Ensure exploration activities are commercially grounded without subjecting early-stage opportunities to inappropriate mature-business performance expectations.
Support leadership in determining where shared capabilities, resources, and partnerships can accelerate both operating systems.
Strengthen Enterprise Strategy Execution and Organizational Capability
Create repeatable approaches that allow SIE leaders to turn strategic direction into coordinated organizational progress.
Develop executive-level strategy activation frameworks, including strategic outcome maps, decision rights, leadership commitments, and progress measures.
Partner with team members to create processes for translating strategic choices into functional priorities without creating unnecessary reporting or bureaucracy.
Facilitate leadership working sessions that resolve trade-offs and create durable ownership of agreed outcomes.
Build strategy toolkits and practical methodologies that functional teams can adopt independently.
Capture and institutionalize lessons from strategic initiatives, including successes, unsuccessful experiments, and changing market assumptions.
Introduce AI-enabled research, synthesis, scenario modeling, and knowledge-management capabilities that increase the speed and quality of strategic work.
Required Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise strategy, business transformation, corporate development, strategic operations, or product leadership, including substantial experience influencing senior executives within complex global organizations.
A proven record of leading enterprise-wide strategic transformation, with tangible examples of changes adopted by business leaders and sustained beyond the initial initiative.
Deep experience influencing cross-functional leadership teams, particularly in situations involving ambiguous authority, competing priorities, and significant organizational complexity.
Demonstrated success designing and implementing strategic planning, portfolio management, or governance frameworks that improved actual business decisions.
Experience in technology platforms, gaming, digital entertainment, consumer ecosystems, or similarly dynamic industries.
Strong commercial and financial judgment, including the ability to evaluate investment trade-offs, growth opportunities, and long-range enterprise value.
Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and strategic storytelling capabilities.
Experience navigating global organizations and multicultural leadership environments.
Demonstrated ability to use emerging AI and analytical capabilities to improve strategic effectiveness.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this role

How We Build
Babylist is in the middle of a fundamental shift in how software gets made, and we are not tiptoeing into it. We are rebuilding our engineering culture around a simple belief: AI changes everything. How teams are structured, how decisions get made, how fast ideas become working software. Our engineers own problems end to end, working directly with product, design, and business partners with short feedback loops and real stakeholder access. We ship, learn, and iterate fast. When something is not working, we throw it out and start over — project failure and personal failure are not the same thing here. AI tools are as natural to our workflow as an IDE or version control. We are not exploring this, we are living it. Our engineers use AI to explore tradeoffs, pressure-test designs, and move from problem to solution in hours instead of days. They generate code with AI so they can stay focused on the decisions that actually require human judgment — not the routine ones. More velocity means more time for craft: better test coverage, stronger architecture, and deeper customer understanding. We hold ourselves to a higher quality bar because of AI, not in spite of it. We are building this playbook in real time, and we are looking for people who want to build it with us. If you have already changed how you work because of AI — or you are ready to — and you care more about shipping something great than following a prescribed process, we should talk.

What the Role Is
Babylist's Platform team is the foundation every engineering team builds on — and this role is at the center of keeping it reliable, fast, scalable, and secure. As a Staff SRE, you'll own the infrastructure and reliability practices that support 9 million+ users and the engineers who build for them. You'll bring strong software engineering skills and experience building security into production systems, turning that experience into code, automation, and secure defaults. You'll evolve our AWS infrastructure, CI systems, and developer tooling as Babylist grows across e-commerce, registry, health, media, and mobile. You'll share the team's core SRE responsibilities and bring particular depth in security engineering, leading security improvements alongside reliability, developer experience, and platform initiatives.

— you've personally designed, implemented, and operated controls for access, workload identity, secrets, or network isolation
Deep hands-on Terraform expertise
— you own IaC, not just contribute to it
Proven AWS experience
at scale — EKS, RDS, cloud networking, DNS, CDNs, load balancers — you know the gotchas
Experienced operating Kubernetes in production
— you've debugged the hard stuff, not just deployed the easy stuff
Comfortable designing and improving CI/CD systems
— CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or similar; you care about developer velocity, not just pipeline uptime
Strong observability instincts
— Datadog, Sentry, PagerDuty, Cronitor — you build alerting that's actionable, not noisy
Experienced with on-call and incident management
— you've run the post-mortems and actually changed things afterward
Comfortable supporting developers across local, staging, and production
— you're a resource, not a gatekeeper
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Infrastructure ownership
— manage and evolve our AWS environment using Terraform, keeping EKS clusters, databases, and core services current, performant, and secure
Software and automation
— ship tested tools and services with runbooks and self-service workflows that other engineers can adopt and operate
Secure infrastructure defaults
— build versioned, tested Terraform modules for least-privilege access, secrets, and workload isolation, with automated checks for configuration drift
CI/CD reliability
— keep delivery fast and dependable across Engineering, integrating dependency and container scanning, secret detection, and short-lived deployment credentials
Developer support
— be the person engineers turn to when environments break; unblock them fast across local, staging, and production
Monitoring & alerting standards
— define service-level objectives (SLOs) and actionable alerting with engineering teams, using incident trends to prioritize reliability improvements
Recovery readiness
— validate backups, restore procedures, and failover paths through regular recovery tests
Incident response
— lead or support incident response, drive post-incident reviews, and close the loop so the same thing doesn't happen twice
Platform strategy
— shape our long-term infrastructure roadmap and lead cross-team initiatives from design through rollout, adoption, and ongoing operation, mentoring engineers along the way
Why This Role
Platform is the team every engineering team depends on — your work has outsized leverage across the entire product org, not just one area
The infrastructure is solid and actively evolving — you'll shape how reliability and security are built into the platform as it grows
This is a staff-level role with real cross-team visibility — you'll influence how Babylist engineers build and ship, not just keep the lights on
You'll work on systems that support millions of families at a high-stakes life moment — the scale is real and the product context makes the reliability work matter
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$226,673 to $271,991 + target 20% annual bonus and competitive equity

ABOUT THE ROLE
Core Platform builds the foundations every other team at ElevenLabs builds on: how users, workspaces and permissions work across our products. Our systems sit on the path of every request and are relied on by millions of users and by enterprise customers, so correctness, security and safe rollout matter as much as speed.
We are hiring full stack engineers (backend leaning) for two focus areas. Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities might include:
Workspaces & User Management (serving external customers)
- Building and improving the building blocks customers touch directly: API keys, login experience, analytics, admin tooling, workspace security and more
- Working closely with Sales, FDEs and customer teams to turn enterprise and self-serve feedback into the right improvements, and helping large customers with complex organisational structures.
- Shipping customer-facing features end to end, from backend services to the admin and settings UI.
Permissions & Resources (serving ElevenLabs engineering teams)
- Designing and building generic resource and permissioning services that product teams use to build features safely and quickly.
- Solving hard, largely greenfield problems at scale, for example how a customer with a million agents assigns and manages access.
- Working across product teams to understand their needs, and driving adoption with changes that don't require every team to rework their code.
In both teams you will:
- Scope work as part of a large existing system: understand what exists, what could go wrong on rollout, whether a migration is needed, and how downstream teams are affected.
- Roll out changes safely and with minimal disruption to existing users, teams or systems.
- Debug and operate what you build, working from customer reports, logs and code.
- Own features from scoping to completion, with the support of experienced engineers who are happy to mentor.
REQUIREMENTS
We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking engineers who can show they have solved impressively hard problems, through past projects or GitHub contributions. We do require:
- Expertise in Python.
- A strong background in backend development, with comfort working across the stack where the work needs it.
- Experience with common software and system design patterns and infrastructure, including APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions and data structures.
- Strong test design and security fundamentals.
- Care and attention to detail when changing live, business-critical systems, and the ability to learn a large existing codebase quickly.
- Comfort with ambiguity: working out what should be built, and prioritising among competing signals.
Bonus:
- Experience with authentication, authorization or permissioning (OAuth, SSO/SCIM, RBAC or similar).
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience building internal platforms or services used by other engineering teams.

Location: Dallas; Austin; Houston
THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at ClickHouse, you'll own the technical side of the sales cycle for enterprise accounts in Texas. This role serves our Enterprise segment in Texas, and the ideal candidate would be based in Austin or Dallas.
You'll engage with data platform engineers, architects, SRE, and the VP who owns the standard - and your job is to design something that satisfies all of them and then prove it at production scale.
Getting an enterprise team there usually means moving them off something else, so most of your work is making that migration credible: the architecture, benchmarks run against their own data, and a plan their engineers believe they can execute.
This is a role for engineers who want the hard version of the problem: real scale, real constraints, and an incumbent to displace. Prior pre-sales experience helps but isn't required - technical depth is non-negotiable.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own the technical evaluation for enterprise accounts - from discovery through POC or competitive bake-off, architecture sign-off, security review, and first production workload.
- Engage across a wider set of stakeholders than a single team: data platform engineers, architects, SRE, security, and the executive who owns the standard. Design solutions that hold up with all of them in the room.
- Design for production scale - sizing, sharding and replication strategy, ingestion topology, tiered storage, cost modeling, and what happens when something fails at 3am.
- Win competitive displacements against Elasticsearch, Splunk, Snowflake, BigQuery, Druid, Pinot, and homegrown systems, using benchmarks the customer's own team can reproduce.
- Own the migration plan - sequencing, dual-run, validation, and cutover - so the customer's team can see exactly how they get to production.
- Clear the security and procurement path: questionnaires, compliance artifacts, network and identity architecture, and BYOC or private deployment requirements.
- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to progress and close opportunities - you own the technical win, they own the commercial close. Build the TCO case against the incumbent/competition together.
- Advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering - you're the voice of the technical buyer inside ClickHouse.
- Contribute reference architectures, benchmark harnesses, migration guides, and objection handling material that help the team scale what's working.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Deep technical foundation in data infrastructure - built through experience as a data engineer, platform engineer, software engineer, DBA, or solutions architect.
- Production experience with analytical databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Druid, Pinot, Vertica) and with operating them, not just querying them.
- Distributed systems judgment: partitioning, replication, consistency trade-offs, query execution, and a felt sense for where things break under load.
- Fluency across the modern data stack - Kafka and CDC pipelines, orchestration, object storage, BI tools, and at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) at architecture level.
- Experience running a technical evaluation against a named competitor and winning it, including designing the migration off the incumbent and the parts of it that are genuinely hard.
- Customer-facing experience with real stakes - pre-sales, consulting, technical account management, or a staff-level engineering role that put you in front of customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can whiteboard with a staff engineer in the morning and present to a VP of Engineering in the afternoon.
- Comfort with longer cycles and more stakeholders. Enterprise evaluations don't close in three weeks, and you know how to keep one moving without letting it stall.
- Willingness to say ClickHouse isn't the right tool for a given workload when that's true.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
