WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We're looking for a Korean-speaking scriptwriter who:
- Thinks natively in Korean and writes with real wit, not translation. Has strong instincts for hooks, humor and storytelling.
- Lives online: knows Korean trends, memes, K-content and creator culture.
- Moves fast, takes feedback well and lets data guide rewrites.
- Takes extreme ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Writing original scripts and hooks in Korean for YouTube, Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
- Adapting winning English formats for Korean culture, trends and humor (transcreation, not translation).
- Covering AI tools, tutorials, model comparisons and educational content for the Korean audience.
- Pitching bold creative concepts for ads, AI-video showcases and viral formats.
- Turning research, trends and product updates into clear, structured video scripts.
- Rewriting and improving scripts based on watch time, CTR and engagement data.
- Building a library of reusable Korean script templates and hook formulas.
- Working with Growth Researchers, Video Editors and Creative Directors in Russian and English.
YOUR MUST-HAVES
- Korean: TOPIK 5–6 or native-level fluency, with the ability to write natural, witty copy. Russian: native or fluent (our internal working language).
- English: IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent.
- Experience writing for social media, YouTube, advertising or entertainment. A portfolio or examples of scripts, posts or videos you've written.
- Knows how to intergrate AI into the narrative
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience creating content for Korean audiences.
- A degree from a Korean university, or experience living and working in Korea.
- A background as a screenwriter, journalist, blogger or content creator.
- Experience with AI tools for video or text generation.
THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF YOU
- Want to do literal translation rather than creative writing.
- Prefer theory over execution.
- Avoid feedback or rewriting.
- Don't follow trends, AI tools or social media.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).
- Full-time position.
Location: Melbourne
The Role
You’ll own a net-new enterprise territory in Melbourne. Most of your number comes from accounts that don’t buy from us yet.
New business usually starts with a team already running ClickHouse — open source, or a Cloud account someone expensed — until a bill or a security review pushes the conversation up to the platform team and the budget owner. Common triggers: an Elasticsearch or Splunk bill that’s hard to defend, a warehouse that can’t serve a customer-facing feature fast enough, an AI product querying tens of billions of rows.
You’ll carry a small set of existing accounts alongside the hunt, where growth comes from new teams inside an account that already buys from us. One team lands a workload, it works, and four other teams have a similar problem. But the bulk of this role is finding and opening accounts that aren’t on our map yet.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle for new accounts in your territory — first conversation through security review, procurement, and close, on Cloud commitments and multi-year committed spend.
- Build your own pipeline. Self-sourced outbound is the primary input to this territory, not a supplement to inbound.
- Find and convert existing ClickHouse usage in new accounts. Unmanaged open-source deployments and self-serve Cloud accounts are the highest-yield source of new pipeline in this segment.
- Multi-thread across the data platform team, the budget owner, security, and the executive sponsor rather than relying on a single champion.
- Work with your Solutions Architect through the technical evaluation. They own the technical win, you own the commercial strategy and the close.
- Run the procurement path: security questionnaires, legal redlines, vendor onboarding, and BYOC or private-deployment requirements, including Australian data residency where it’s required.
- Give your champion the internal business case — TCO comparison against the incumbent, migration plan, and risk mitigation.
- Grow the accounts you land by mapping the remaining teams and use cases and building an expansion plan against them.
- Watch consumption trends across your accounts and engage early when usage flattens or spikes. Both are signals.
- Keep Salesforce accurate and submit a forecast leadership can plan against.
- Participate in the developer community in your territory: meetups, conferences, and events across Melbourne.
What You Bring
- 6+ years selling technical infrastructure to enterprise buyers — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, observability, or developer tooling.
- A track record of self-sourced pipeline. You can explain your weekly prospecting approach and what actually works for you.
- Experience selling into Melbourne and Victorian enterprise accounts, and familiarity with how procurement and security review run here.
- A track record closing complex deals that went through security review, legal, and procurement.
- Enough technical fluency to hold an architecture conversation. You don’t need to write SQL, but you should be able to explain why a company moves a workload off Elasticsearch.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-metered commercial models, where revenue moves with usage between contract events.
- Experience selling into developer-led, bottom-up adoption as well as top-down.
- Ability to orchestrate people who don’t report to you — Solutions Architects, executive sponsors, partners, product managers.
- Comfort building a territory from scratch rather than inheriting mature coverage.
- Accurate forecasting, including when the number is bad.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Partner Account Manager for AI-Native and Boutique SI Partners at Anthropic, you will own the relationship with a portfolio of our key AI-native and boutique systems integrator partners. These are the specialist services firms enterprises turn to when they want to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI with Claude, and they are among the fastest-moving partners in our ecosystem. Your job is to turn each of those relationships into a growing joint business: a shared plan, a healthy pipeline, and customers in production.
This is a commercial role first. You will build joint business plans with partner leadership, work with your partners' sales teams on live opportunities, team up with Anthropic's Partner Sales team to bring those partners into the right accounts, and keep a clear, accurate view of how each partner is performing. You will work closely with our Partner Sales, Partner Programs, Partner Support, Partner Activations, and Partner Success teams so your partners get the full value of what Anthropic offers, and you will bring what you hear from partners back to those teams.
This role reports to the Head of Boutique & AI-Native SIs and works closely with sales, product, and applied AI teams to make sure our SI partners are equipped to win and deliver transformative AI solutions for their clients.
Responsibilities
Partner Development and Go-to-Market
Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of key AI-native and boutique SI partners, from practitioners through to founders and executive leadership
Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
Lead partner business planning, including setting mutual goals, identifying target accounts, and defining success metrics
Work directly with your partners' sales teams to identify opportunities and support deal progression
Partner closely with Anthropic's Partner Sales team, who lead introductions and co-sell with our account executives and account teams, so your partners are positioned on the right accounts and opportunities
Run a regular operating cadence with each partner, including business reviews against the joint plan
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work hand in hand with Partner Sales as your primary go-to-market counterpart. You own the partner relationship and the joint business plan; Partner Sales works with Anthropic's sales leaders, account executives, and solutions architects to bring your partners into deals at the right time with clear roles, and owns co-sell execution and the partner-linked pipeline and forecast
Work side by side with Partner Success Leads on the partners you share. You own the overall partner relationship and the commercial plan; the Partner Success Lead owns each customer engagement from partner match to completed outcome, including delivery quality and the customer's Claude usage
Build executive-level trust with each partner's practice and delivery leadership together with Partner Success, so that when an engagement needs the partner to restaff, escalate, or invest, the ask is taken seriously
Align with Partner Success on how each partner's Claude practice is growing, including certified bench depth, a repeatable offering in a chosen industry lane, and published customer stories, and carry that into the joint business plan and go-to-market
Bring the commercial view to the quarterly practice reviews Partner Success runs with each partner, so the partner hears one set of joint goals across pipeline, completed engagements, customer adoption, and certified practitioners
Keep the handoffs clean: with Partner Sales when a partner deal closes, and with Partner Success when an engagement is matched to one of your partners, so both teams have what you know about the partner's strengths, capacity, and proof points
Work with Partner Programs to help your partners understand and progress through Claude Partner Network tiers, requirements, and benefits
Work with Partner Activations to bring your partners into the customer engagements where they can have the most impact
Work with Partner Support to get partner questions and issues resolved quickly, and to spot patterns worth fixing at the source
Work with Partner Enablement so partners have the training, certification pathways, and technical resources they need to build and deliver with Claude
Serve as the voice of your partners inside Anthropic, informing program, enablement, and product priorities
Partner Operations and Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate tracking of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue using our existing systems, tools, and processes, including deal registration and CRM discipline
Keep partner performance dashboards and reporting current, and use them to run partner reviews and internal updates
Follow our standard operating procedures for partner activities, and help keep them documented and up to date
Maintain partner data integrity and consistent measurement across your portfolio
Track KPIs for each partner and for the overall health of your portfolio
Assess partner contribution, engagement, and growth potential using established frameworks, and recommend where Anthropic should invest
Track and report the return on partner investments such as funding and enablement, and give Partner Success your recommendation on funding requests from your partners
Identify opportunities to improve how we work with partners and bring them to the teams that own those programs
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years of experience in partner development, channel management, or partner management
Demonstrated success driving revenue through partners, with pipeline and bookings results you can point to
Experience working with systems integrators, consulting firms, or similar enterprise-focused services partners
Strong business acumen, with the ability to support deal progression and navigate complex partner relationships
A commercial orientation: you are a business driver first and a relationship manager second, and you are comfortable asking a partner to invest in its own capability
Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking KPIs, working from dashboards, and using data to decide where to spend your time
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills at all levels, from partner practitioners to founders and executives
A track record of working well across functions to get things done for partners without owning every team involved
Experience with CRM systems and partner relationship management tools
Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment
Low ego, high curiosity, and a habit of making the people around you better
Willingness to travel to support partner relationships and joint customer engagements
Strong candidates may also have
Experience in AI, cloud platforms, or other high-growth technology categories where partner enablement and technical differentiation are critical
A background working at or with AI-native services firms, boutique consultancies, or systems integrators
An understanding of how boutique services firms run, including how they staff, price, and fund a new practice
An understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how partners influence complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Hands-on familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, and how enterprises build and deploy LLM applications
Experience at a high-growth company where the program was still being built
Passion for AI and an understanding of how enterprises are adopting AI technologies

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to drive high-impact marketing initiatives that bring product innovation to life, with a particular focus on health and longevity. In this role, you will translate product and brand strategy into compelling, integrated marketing campaigns that build consumer understanding, strengthen brand relevance, and drive measurable business results. You will help shape how WHOOP connects with consumers around some of the most important opportunities in health, wellness, and human performance.
As a key member of the Brand Marketing team, you will own initiatives from planning through execution, working closely with Product, Creative, Performance Marketing, Brand Media, Communications, and other cross-functional partners. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring structure to ambiguity, and know how to turn ambitious ideas into exceptional marketing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who moves quickly, exercises strong creative judgment, and can independently drive complex initiatives while keeping teams aligned and focused on results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead product-focused brand marketing initiatives: Own the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns and marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on WHOOP health and longevity products, translating product innovation and strategic priorities into compelling consumer-facing marketing.
- Bring product stories to life: Partner closely with Product, Creative, and other teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, campaign strategies, creative briefs, and activations that make complex product benefits relevant, accessible, and meaningful to consumers.
- Drive cross-functional execution: Lead high-priority initiatives from brief through launch, coordinating across Creative, Performance Marketing, Brand Media, Growth, Communications, and other partners to establish clear priorities, manage timelines, navigate challenges, and deliver exceptional work.
- Create clarity and momentum: Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving projects, proactively identifying challenges, driving decisions, and establishing processes that enable teams to move quickly and stay aligned without compromising quality.
- Connect marketing activity to business results: Establish clear campaign objectives and success metrics, partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen future marketing initiatives.
- Elevate marketing excellence: Contribute strategic thinking, creative judgment, and consumer insights to improve the quality and effectiveness of brand marketing work, serving as a trusted partner who raises the bar for execution across teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, consumer marketing, or a related field, ideally within a consumer-facing brand.
- Demonstrated experience independently leading integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, or major marketing initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and measurement.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing, product positioning, and storytelling, with the ability to translate complex product features and benefits into compelling, differentiated narratives that resonate with audiences.
- Exceptional project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to align stakeholders, drive decisions, and deliver high-quality work without direct managerial authority.
- Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, solve problems independently, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong creative judgment and strategic thinking, balanced with a hands-on approach and attention to detail across campaign development and execution.
- Interest in health, wellness, longevity, or human performance is a plus, with the curiosity and consumer empathy to understand emerging trends and translate them into relevant marketing opportunities.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.

The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $150,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC) is launching the Contributory Linked Incentive. The program rewards PhilHealth members who keep up their contributions with benefit top-ups and other added support. The idea is simple: paying in today protects you tomorrow.
The program's success depends on more than good design and strong administration. Members also need to understand it and trust it. They need to know why contributions matter, how PhilHealth uses the money, what benefits they can expect, and how the program protects their health over time. That includes access to tuberculosis (TB) screening, treatment, and continuity of care. Steady contributions also make the Philippines more resilient. When members keep paying in, the health financing system stays strong enough to fight TB and to detect, prevent, and respond to outbreaks, advancing global health security (GHS) goals.
PHIC therefore needs a Senior Strategic Communications Advisor to develop a coordinated communications strategy that should build understanding and support among PhilHealth members and the general public, employers and other contribution partners, hospitals and healthcare providers, including TB treatment facilities, civil society and community leaders. The Advisor will support PHIC in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Support PHIC in the development and implementation of an integrated Marketing and Communications Strategy and Plan for the Contributory Linked Incentive program.
Work with the information/communications department of the Agency and other relevant offices to monitor progress, ensure alignment of timelines, and flag technical, operational, or legal risks that need swift resolution among offices
Coordinate with the Department of Health, local government units, and TB and GHS partners to keep messaging consistent.
Specific Responsibilities
The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Advisor:
Conduct key informant interviews, analysis of available and forthcoming research findings, and supervision of subsequent research efforts.
Help develop an integrated Marketing Communications Strategy and Plan for the Contributory Linked Incentive program that includes a Stakeholders engagement approach and Social Media Strategy. The plan should incorporate messaging on public awareness and use of PhilHealth TB benefits, as well as public perceptions of health security risks and emergency preparedness.
Assist the Agency in the production and development of communication materials in appropriate languages (i.e. AVPs, TVCs, RCs, social media materials), including identification and coordination with third-party communications partners, whenever needed.
Perform other related tasks assigned by the PHIC's Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer.
Key Outputs
Marketing and Communications Strategy and Plans incorporating TB and GHS components
Stakeholder's Analysis and Engagement Plans, including TB and GHS stakeholders
Social Media Plan for PHICS and the Contributory Linked Incentive program, including TB and GHS content
Duration of Engagement
About 6 months
Reporting
The Advisor shall directly report to PHIC's Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer as the clearing house for Agency communications
The Advisor will work day-to-day with PHIC's information/communications department.
For communication products that incorporate TB and GHS, the Advisor will coordinate with the DOH National TB Program, Epidemiology Bureau, Health Promotion Bureau and the U.S. Embassy Manila – Department of State point of contact.
The Advisor will provide a detailed monthly report to the U.S. Department of State, submitted by the 5th day of the following month. Additionally, they will participate in bi-weekly calls with U.S. DOS staff. The format for reporting may be adjusted with concurrence from the DOS Grants Officer Representative
Qualifications
At least 10 years of relevant work experience, especially in communication strategy development and project management
Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and running national communication campaigns in the Philippines
Relevant master's degree such as communications, public health, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
Work adaptability, ability to work under tight deadlines, and ability to balance multiple work streams
Relevant regional experience in the Philippines

Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the role
We’re looking for a Director of Operations to lead the operational function supporting our growing global business.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for building the processes, systems and operating infrastructure needed to deliver a seamless customer experience at scale. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, ICT & Security, Compliance, Support and the wider business, ensuring our day-to-day operations are efficient, resilient and ready to support continued growth.
The role combines Group-wide operational leadership with specific regulatory responsibilities within our Irish regulated entity, Push Virtual Assets Ireland Ltd. The successful candidate will be expected to obtain approval from the Central Bank of Ireland to perform the Pre-Approval Controlled Function of Chief Operating Officer (PCF-42) and undertake responsibilities associated with Controlled Function CF-8 (Complaints Adjudication).
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our regulated operations meet applicable regulatory requirements, while developing proportionate and scalable operational frameworks for the wider business. This requires someone who understands how to balance operational efficiency, customer experience and innovation with the governance, accountability and controls expected of a regulated financial services business.
Given the nature of our products, you’ll help ensure we maintain a high bar for operational excellence while meeting the requirements expected of a regulated financial services business.
How you can make an impact:
Develop and scale the operational strategy, structure and processes required to support a growing global business and customer base without compromising quality, controls or customer experience
Assume responsibility for the operational management of Push Virtual Assets Ireland Ltd in the capacity of PCF-42, ensuring effective oversight of its day-to-day operations, operational risks, controls and regulatory obligations.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and operational risks, implementing processes and systems that improve reliability, speed and quality of execution
Ensure we deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience across key operational touchpoints, from onboarding through to ongoing support and issue resolution
Own the Group’s complaints management framework, ensuring complaints are appropriately identified, investigated, escalated and resolved, with specific responsibility for complaints adjudication within the Irish regulated entity in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to use tooling, automation and AI to reduce manual processes, improve efficiency and create better experiences for both customers and internal teams
Define and monitor operational KPIs, identifying trends, risks and opportunities and translating data into clear actions and priorities
Bring operational and customer insights into product development, helping identify friction points, improve customer journeys and ensure operational readiness for new products and launches
Own relationships and performance across relevant operational vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet our standards for quality, reliability and customer
Partner closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure operational processes and customer outcomes meet applicable regulatory requirements
Work with ICT & Security to oversee operational resilience, incident management and business continuity arrangements, working closely with relevant teams to ensure operational risks and incidents are appropriately identified, managed, escalated and remediated.
Hire, coach and develop a high-performing Operations organisation with a strong culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
Provide operational reporting and management information to executive leadership and relevant Boards, ensuring appropriate visibility of operational performance, customer outcomes, incidents, complaints and material risks.
Let’s connect if you have:
You have 8+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Operations, Business Operations or a related function, with meaningful experience in a senior leadership role
You’ve built or scaled operations within a high-growth consumer technology, fintech or financial services business
You have experience operating across regulated and unregulated business activities, with an understanding of how operational requirements, governance and controls differ depending on the nature of the business
You have experience delivering customer experiences at scale, with a strong understanding of how operations, technology and support come together across the customer journey
You have a track record of designing processes and operating models that can scale with significant customer and transaction growth
You understand how to use technology, automation and AI to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary manual work
You’re highly data-driven and comfortable establishing KPIs, analysing performance and using data to prioritise improvements
You have experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance and other cross-functional teams
You have a strong understanding of the operational and governance requirements applicable to regulated financial services businesses, including customer complaints, operational risk management and regulatory accountability.
You have experience being a PCF-42 or a similar regulated position
Experience within crypto or Web3 is strongly preferred, particularly within consumer-facing products, but isn’t essential
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!

About the job
We have launched Keet Mobile on iOS and Android, bringing our full P2P technology stack to everyone. Keet Mobile is not your average app: it’s heavy lifting is performed by a custom JS runtime specially designed for peer-to-peer usage (in fact, it reuses 100% of Keet Desktop’s code!). The UI logic, on the other hand, is 100% React Native, giving us flexibility and the ability to iterate quickly.
We believe this pattern opens the door to huge possibilities in the future, and we need your help getting there!
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and maintain Keet Mobile, our peer-to-peer chat and calling app for iOS and Android. Keet Mobile is built with React Native and Expo, and its P2P core runs on the device itself in a Bare worklet. You'll own features end to end, from UI/UX implementation to using the P2P core apis.
You will:
- Build and polish features across chat, voice and video calls, media sharing, device pairing and identity backup
- Integrate native platform capabilities such as push notifications, camera, bio-metrics and background tasks on both iOS and Android
- Profile and optimise performance on real devices, including startup time, long chats, media handling, battery and network use
- Write unit and end-to-end tests, and help keep releases stable through CI and crash reporting
- Work closely with the core P2P, design and product teams, and review code with a high bar for quality
Significant experience with React Native, Redux for state management and Redux-Saga
Highly proficient in JavaScript and ES6+.
Experienced with WebSockets, RESTful based APIs.
Knowledge in native languages (Swift/Kotlin) and familiarity with native build tools (Xcode/Android Studio) is advantageous.
Experience working with a remote team
Interested in modernizing and optimizing different mobile or web applications.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for strong engineers with experience and interest in designing, building, and maintaining the novel, high-performance systems that make up our serverless platform.
Specifically, you’ll be working on the distributed object storage system that underpins every container image, volume, and checkpoint on Modal: hundreds of petabytes of data, replicated across multiple cloud object stores and a CDN, cached on local NVMe across a large fleet of workers in many datacenters, and shared peer-to-peer within each datacenter.
You’ll make cold starts feel local when the data is hundreds of milliseconds away, designing the caching, preloading, and peer-to-peer layers that hide object-store latency and keep public ingress off saturated uplinks. You’ll own durability and cost at petabyte scale, from streaming and batch replication between origins to garbage collection over billions of objects. You’ll work across the stack, from local disk and page cache to distributed blob storage and garbage collection, and you’ll help shape what storage becomes next as we push storage closer to workloads.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Build P2P sharing of data across workers within a single datacenter to dramatically reduce ingress
- Replicate data across multiple blob storage providers
- Automate garbage collection across hundreds of petabytes of data
- Deploy colocated storage clusters to datacenters to accelerate high-throughput customer workloads
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 5+ years of experience writing high-quality production code
- You’ve built high-performance distributed storage or caching systems at a large scale (the more challenges you’ve worked through, the better)
- You have strong cloud skills, including deep familiarity with object storage (S3 or similar), CDNs, and their consistency, throughput, and cost characteristics
- You have strong knowledge of low-level operating system foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, page cache, containers, etc.)
- You’re willing to step into the thick of it with our on-call rotation and respond to production incidents
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with replication, content addressing, and consistency models in multi-region or multi-cloud systems
- Experience operating storage systems at scale (petabyte-scale datasets, high-throughput read/write paths, large-scale garbage collection or data migration)
- Experience with data engineering at petabyte scale
- Prior experience with Rust
