Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As Finance Operations Lead, you’ll own the core finance workflows that keep Humanoid running smoothly, from supplier invoices and payments through customer billing, transaction coding and categorisation, reconciliations and the general ledger.
A key part of the role is ensuring financial activity is captured completely and accurately in the ledger. You’ll establish clear coding standards and processes, and make sure transactions are classified consistently and supported by reliable source data.
You’ll also help build a best-in-class finance technology stack for a fast-growing, global business. You’ll lead the implementation and optimisation of finance systems and tools, and identify ways to use AI and automation to make processes faster, more accurate and easier to use. This includes accounting and ERP platforms, Ramp, modern banking tools and AI-enabled workflows.
You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and FP&A Lead, and partner with our dedicated Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure purchasing activity flows into finance accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both delivering the work and transforming how it gets done.
What You’ll Do
OWN FINANCE OPERATIONS AND LEDGER INTEGRITY
- Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, categorisation, approvals, supplier queries, payment runs and reconciliation.
- Manage accounts receivable, including customer billing, cash application, transaction coding and collections.
- Ensure transactions are recorded completely, accurately and consistently in the ledger, with appropriate supporting documentation and coding.
- Maintain and improve the chart of accounts, coding guidance and transaction categorisation across entities, currencies, departments and relevant business dimensions.
- Review ledger postings and investigate miscoded, incomplete or unusual transactions, working with the relevant teams to resolve issues at source.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement on the finance elements of procure-to-pay, including approval controls, purchase order and invoice matching, and accurate recording of commitments and spend.
- Coordinate vendor payments and cash operations across entities, currencies and banking platforms.
- Manage key balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals and other month-end close activities.
- Help ensure finance operations run reliably, with clear ownership, appropriate controls and minimal avoidable manual work.
BUILD A BEST-IN-CLASS FINANCE TECH STACK
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of finance tools, including ERP and accounting software, expense and payment platforms, modern banking tools and workflow automation.
- Help design an integrated finance technology stack that meets the needs of a scaling, multi-entity business, using tools such as Ramp and accounting platforms such as Xero or NetSuite.
- Improve the flow of transaction data from source systems into the ledger, reducing duplicate handling, manual entry and coding errors.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to automate repetitive finance work and improve the speed and accuracy of transaction processing.
- Evaluate and apply AI-enabled tools, including Claude, to practical finance workflows such as information processing, analysis, documentation and process support.
- Work with Supply Chain, Procurement, engineering and operations to improve the quality and consistency of financial data.
- Establish appropriate controls, governance and documentation as new tools and automation are introduced.
- Document finance processes and provide practical guidance so teams understand how to use them.
SUPPORT REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE
- Provide accurate, timely finance data to support reporting on actuals, cash, burn, vendor spend and other operating costs.
- Maintain clear visibility over cost centres, contracts, recurring expenses and supplier commitments.
- Prepare documentation and data for audit, statutory filings and compliance reporting.
- Maintain supporting reconciliations and schedules, and coordinate information requests with external auditors and advisers.
- Support VAT, and indirect tax obligations globally.
- Work with FP&A to reconcile actual results against budgets and forecasts and investigate material differences.
PARTNER ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day finance operations questions.
- Help teams navigate invoicing, expenses, payment and accounting processes, including the information needed for accurate transaction coding.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to establish effective handoffs between purchasing activity and finance.
- Support cost control and spend governance through accurate, timely financial information.
- Build strong working relationships across finance, procurement, engineering, supply chain, people and product.
We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounting or financial control.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, transaction coding, ledger management, reconciliations and month-end close.
- Experience managing transactions from source documentation through coding, approval, payment or collection, and accurate ledger posting.
- Experience working with or supporting procure-to-pay processes in partnership with procurement or supply chain teams.
- Experience implementing or improving finance systems, workflows and automation in a growing business.
- Interest in building a modern, well-integrated finance technology stack and applying AI and automation to real operational problems.
- Confidence working with accounting or ERP systems, expense tools and online banking platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership over the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- A practical, service-oriented approach to helping teams follow finance processes.

Location: Open to candidates living near New Jersey, Kansas City, Oklahoma or the Minneapolis area. Hands-on work is within a reasonable commute or drive of your home base
Nebius is building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI — and we're scaling fast. In line with our values, we're committed to an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, and we're looking for an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to set the direction, standards and capability that keep our expanding operations safe, compliant and sustainable.
This is no ordinary role. We need a decisive, credible leader who owns the regional EHS agenda — someone who can set strategy, build a high-performing team, and act as the trusted voice of EHS at leadership level, while staying close enough to the detail to guide, challenge and support when it matters most.
This is a genuine opportunity to shape how EHS operates as Nebius scales. You'll have real autonomy to set priorities, build capability across your team and sites, and influence decisions at a regional and business level — backed by strong support from senior stakeholders and a growing global EHS function.
You'll be accountable for the performance, maturity and culture of EHS across your region — leading through others, setting the standards your team and sites work to, and stepping in personally when situations demand calm, experienced judgement under pressure. Above all, you'll help make sound EHS practice a source of competitive advantage for Nebius, not a compliance exercise.
What you'll do
Set and own the regional EHS
plan
, turning policy and legislation into clear priorities and controls for your sites.
Translate the global EHS strategy into everyday practice across your region, making sure teams are well supported and equipped with the toolkit to advance site EHS performance.
Lead, manage and develop local teams — setting objectives, building capability, and owning outcomes.
Act as the senior EHS voice with regional and site leadership — advising on risk and holding the business to account.
Own regional governance and assurance — audits, inspections, and the quality of your team's risk assessments and controls.
Take personal command of major incidents and crises — leading investigations, building a learning culture, and reporting to executive level with composure under pressure.
Set the standard for construction, commissioning,
operations
and other high-risk activity, equipping specialists to manage risk on the ground.
Own the regional EHS performance narrative — turning data into insight that drives decisions and accountable action plans.
Review EHS data and performance metrics regularly, acting on trends and insights to drive continuous improvement across the region.
Support the wider environmental and sustainability agenda, partnering with teams to embed it across your region.
Represent Nebius with regulators, industry bodies and partners, protecting its credibility on EHS.
Champion Nebius's culture and values, embedding EHS as core to how the business operates.
What we're looking for
Credible, decisive, and people-focused. You'll bring:
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field, plus 6+ years' Environmental, Health & Safety experience, including experience leading or managing a team.
Deep working knowledge of country and regional legislation, with a track record of shaping policy and standards, not just applying them.
A genuine subject-matter expert — able to go deep on technical detail when needed, while spending most of your time enabling others to deliver.
Proven experience
supporting
incident response and investigations, including in high-pressure, high-consequence situations, with the composure to make sound decisions under stress.
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and holding them to account.
Experience
coaching and developing teams and capability.
Strong commercial and organisational judgement — able to balance risk, cost and pace.
Excellent communication skills, with the gravitas to advise, challenge constructively, and represent EHS externally.
A continuous-improvement mindset and the ambition to build a function, not just run a programme.
Preferred
8+ years' experience, including international or multi-site regulatory environments.
Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure, construction, engineering, commissioning or other high-risk environments.
Chartered status or equivalent: CMIOSH, GradIOSH working towards Chartered, NCRQ Level 6, or equivalent senior EHS qualification.
Experience managing regional budgets and cross-site resourcing.
Why Nebius?
Lead with impact — set the direction for EHS as Nebius scales.
Build something lasting — grow a team and a function, not just deliver a programme.
Operate at leadership level — advise, influence and be accountable alongside the business.
Be backed — join a growing global EHS function with real investment behind it.
Grow with us — build a lasting career as Nebius continues to scale.
Our approach
Environmental, health and safety isn't something we do separately — it's how we do the job. Strong outcomes come from partnership, trust, collaboration and shared accountability. As Manager, your role is to set the standard, build the capability, and create an environment where leaders and teams are equipped to make good decisions, manage risk effectively, and speak up, learn and improve.
If you want to lead a function where your judgement is trusted and you can genuinely shape how we work, we'd love to hear from you.
Join Nebius. Help build the future of AI infrastructure — safely, responsibly and together.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 50,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
At Linear, we are committed to quality. Security is an essential part of that quality — not a layer that we add later, but something we build in from the start. We have a foundational security program we're proud of but, as Linear evolves our product and scales into enterprise, there's meaningful work ahead: staying ahead of vulnerabilities as our attack surface grows, responding fast and cleanly when incidents happen, and hardening our product and infrastructure. As Security Engineer at Linear, you'll be operating in a high-autonomy role with real scope, doing hands-on security work across the product and infrastructure we build.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you’ll do
Depending on your experience / skillset and our broader priorities, you could:
- Operate, automate, and extend vulnerability management end-to-end: triage, prioritize, and drive remediation across product, infrastructure, and dependencies, and keep the program’s SLAs meaningful rather than theoretical
- Run our bug bounty program: triage incoming reports, validate severity, work with engineering on fixes, and keep researcher relationships professional and responsive
- Lead product security testing: threat model new features (including AI/agent-facing surfaces), review designs and code for security-relevant risk, and do hands-on testing (manual and tool-assisted) rather than relying solely on scanners
- Be a primary responder for security incidents: lead investigation and containment, drive postmortems, and turn lessons into concrete hardening work
- Own meaningful chunks of our cloud/infra security posture on GCP/k8s/Postgres: harden configurations, close gaps surfaced by audits or scanning, and partner with infra engineering on secure defaults
- Build and maintain security tooling and automation, including using AI/LLM tooling to speed up triage, code review, and repetitive investigation work, so the program scales without linear headcount growth
- Partner with the GRC/Trust function: feed real findings into the risk register and control evidence, and help make sure compliance requirements reflect actual engineering practice
What we’re looking for
- A generalist, senior-level security engineer (5+ years across security engineering, with real depth in at least two of: vulnerability management, product/appsec testing, incident response, and cloud security). We need breadth, rather than a narrow specialist in any one of these.
- Hands-on and technical: you can read and reason about code (we use a lot of TypeScript), you’re comfortable in cloud environments (GCP a plus), and you can go deep on a finding rather than just filing a ticket for someone else to fix. You’re comfortable using AI coding/security tools as force multipliers (Linear Agent, Claude, Codex, etc).
- Calm under pressure: you can lead an incident from first alert through postmortem without needing to be told what to do next
- A builder: you’d rather write a script or ship a tool than repeat a manual process a third time
- A pragmatic risk-reducer: you optimize for actually reducing risk, not for checking a box or maximizing findings count
- Autonomy-oriented: comfortable setting your own priorities, working with significant independence, and knowing when to escalate
- A clear communicator: able to explain a technical finding to a non-technical stakeholder and write it up so it’s actually actionable
Our tech
This is a hands-on security engineering role. You'll be running tools, reading/writing code, building detections, working in our cloud environment, and partnering closely with the engineers who build our product. Our stack is fronted by Cloudflare and runs on Google Cloud with k8s, Postgres, and Node.
For day-to-day work, we use:
- Linear, GitHub, Slack, and Google Workspace for collaboration
- Claude and ChatGPT for general & engineering-specific AI tasks
- Vanta for compliance automation and evidence collection
Our security-specific tooling includes:
- GitHub Advanced Security
- RunReveal
- SentinelOne
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute
Compensation
For US-based candidates, the expected cash compensation range for this role is $240,000—$282,000. For sales roles, this range represents on-target earnings (OTE), including base salary and variable compensation; for all other roles, it represents base salary. Final compensation is determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. For sales roles, actual earnings vary based on sales performance. Equity is a meaningful part of all offers at Linear.

Why loveholidays?
We’re on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway.
Our trailblaze together culture is what drives our success, powered by our people and the way they work. Using progressive technology, we drive cutting-edge innovation and improve how our customers discover, book and experience their holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your growth through meaningful challenges, new experiences and the freedom to shape your own path. You’ll create impact for our future by taking ownership, contributing to shared goals and helping shape what comes next, all as part of our enhanced international community of talented, collaborative and passionate teams.
The difference you’ll make
You’ll own the products that help loveholidays grow direct relationships with hotels. By making it easier for partners to join us, manage their supply and improve their performance, you’ll help hotels achieve their commercial goals while giving our customers greater choice and value.
Our ambition is to build an industry-leading operating system for our suppliers: bringing together onboarding, day-to-day management and the insights partners need to make better commercial decisions. You’ll help turn that ambition into a clear product direction. Your initial focus will be simplifying hotel onboarding and improving how effectively we turn direct hotel supply into bookings.
You’ll be part of the Direct Hotels team, reporting to the Head of Product for Supply Platform. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations and Analytics to build capabilities for hotel partners that support our broader supply strategy. The team sits within Platform, which provides shared technology and tools to help teams across loveholidays deliver the outcomes that drive value for our suppliers and experiences that delight our customers.
Your day-to-day:
- Own the product direction and roadmap. Translate the Direct Hotels ambition into prioritised opportunities, clear outcomes and achievable delivery increments. Make informed trade-offs between supplier needs, commercial value and technical investment.
- Understand the people using our products. Work directly with hotel partners, contracting teams and loading operations to uncover problems, test ideas and understand what will drive adoption.
- Improve the journey from onboarding to bookable supply. Simplify how information is collected, checked and maintained, using automation and self-service where they make the experience easier to navigate and more reliable.
- Build towards supplier self-service. Develop capabilities that progressively give hotels more control over their relationship with us, working towards connected management tools and useful commercial insights.
- Take products from discovery through to measurable impact. Work closely with Engineering and Design to prototype, test, deliver and iterate. Explore practical applications of AI, define success measures and use evidence from adoption, supplier feedback and commercial performance to guide what comes next.
Your skillset:
- Product ownership and strategic delivery: A track record of taking complex problems from discovery through to delivery and demonstrating meaningful user and business outcomes. The ability to connect a long-term vision to the next useful improvement, navigate uncertainty and drive delivery.
- Supplier and user understanding: The ability to understand different users’ goals and turn complicated workflows into useful, intuitive products. Experience with B2B, supplier, partner or marketplace products would be particularly valuable.
- Commercial and analytical judgement: Confidence connecting product decisions to growth, margin and operating costs, while considering value for both hotel partners and holidaymakers. Experience defining success measures, investigating performance and using data alongside qualitative research to make decisions.
- Communication and technical fluency: Clear communication and the ability to align commercial, operational and technical colleagues around priorities, decisions and outcomes. Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data and platform constraints with Engineering.
- Experimentation and AI curiosity: A practical approach to testing ideas and applying new capabilities, including examples of how you have used or evaluated AI to improve products or ways of working.
Experience in hotel distribution or travel technology would be welcome, but is not essential. We’re also interested in people who have solved comparable supplier, marketplace or operational challenges in other industries.
The interview journey:
- Talent intro, 30 minutes
- First stage with the hiring manager, 45 minutes
- Final stage with key stakeholders, including a platform case to present, 1 hour
- Behavioural and culture conversation with the VP of Product, 45 minutes
Perks of joining us:
- Company pension contributions at 5%
- Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up
- Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends
- 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum
- Ability to buy and sell annual leave
- Access to our electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme
- Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers
Our commitment to inclusion
At loveholidays, we focus on creating an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute, grow and succeed. We value the different perspectives, experiences and ideas each person brings, because they help us work better together, challenge our thinking and make stronger decisions.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we want everyone to feel supported and able to do their best work. We’re also committed to making our hiring process accessible, so please let our Talent Acquisition team know if you need any adjustments at any stage.

About the job
We are looking for Developer Productivity Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. Your focus will be our desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation.
This is a hands-on engineering role with room to shape the tooling roadmap. You will work with engineers to identify useful improvements and own them from implementation through adoption and ongoing support. Success means shorter feedback loops, dependable automation, and tools that developers trust and use.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including the repository guidance and integrations they need to work effectively.
Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows that investigate failures, propose fixes, and give engineers evidence they can act on.
Improve automated pull request reviews, evaluating finding accuracy and reducing noise for reviewers.
Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions. Work with package owners on practical thresholds and targeted refactoring.
Improve development environments, testing, and build and release workflows so engineers and agents can verify changes reliably.
Prioritize improvements with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and measure effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.
Example projects include agents that investigate CI failures, diagnose compatibility and performance regressions, and flag changes that affect package interfaces or architecture. You will choose and refine these workflows with the engineers who use them.
Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others, with strong JavaScript/TypeScript and
Node.js
skills.
Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents, with sound judgment about their limitations, output validation, and human review.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures.
A strong approach to code quality: maintainable code, useful automated checks, and refactoring that preserves behavior.
Ability to work independently, collaborate with engineers, and communicate clearly in English within a remote, globally distributed team.
