About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our IDEs are built on a massive scale: a 14 GB monorepo with more than 500 developers committing code every day and hundreds of thousands of automated tests running to keep everything stable. Delivering regular, reliable updates across this ecosystem without blocking engineering teams is a massive infrastructure challenge.
That’s where you come in. You’ll join our infrastructure team as both a technical specialist and process owner for our release infrastructure, building reliable systems that make it possible to ship releases smoothly. You’ll take ownership of the CI/CD pipelines, optimize delivery workflows, and make sure changes flow smoothly from local development all the way to release. That's where you come in. You'll join our infrastructure team as both a technical specialist and process owner for our release infrastructure, building reliable systems that make it possible to ship releases smoothly. You'll take ownership of the CI/CD pipelines, optimize delivery workflows, and work closely with engineering teams to keep changes moving smoothly from local development through to release.
Day to day, you will:
Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to keep releases reliable and repeatable.
Manage branching strategies, coordinate code freezes, and handle hotfix releases.
Diagnose pipeline failures and resolve build bottlenecks before they affect delivery.
Automate repetitive release tasks and improve YouTrack workflows for better issue tracking.
Gather requirements from development teams to turn pain points into smooth tooling improvements.
Communicate process changes to stakeholders and support teams through transitions.
Lead retrospectives after incidents to continuously refine our release process.
What you’ll bring
Curiosity and a systematic approach to solving complex infrastructure problems.
Clear communication skills to collaborate with multiple engineering teams.
A strong drive to automate manual tasks and remove friction for fellow developers.
Comfort taking ownership of release decisions and managing trade-offs under deadline constraints.
Pragmatism when prioritizing build stability, release speed, and developer experience.
What you’ll need
Proven hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
Fluency in Kotlin or Java.
Practical experience working with Gradle or similar build systems.
Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.
Proficiency Experience using issue tracking tools like YouTrack or Jira to manage workflows.
Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
Experience with large-scale monorepo builds, the JetBrains toolchain (TeamCity, YouTrack), plugin compatibility testing, or multi-product release pipelines are pluses.
What success looks like
You earn the trust of our engineering teams by making releases predictable, smooth, invisible, and stress-free. Pipelines run efficiently, failures are diagnosed quickly, and repetitive tasks are continuously automated away. Developers across the IDE department can focus on building great features, confident that the delivery pipeline behind them is rock-solid.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building a portfolio of AI-native, SaaS-oriented businesses across different stages of maturity — from established profit pools to scaling businesses and earlier-stage growth bets.
We are looking for senior commercial leaders who can take ownership of one of these business areas and build it into a focused, repeatable, and durable growth engine.
This role is for high-agency commercial builders who combine strong revenue ownership, sharp customer understanding, and disciplined execution with the ability to operate in ambiguity, experiment quickly, and make clear strategic choices.
You will report to the COO or a designated business line leader and work closely with a senior product counterpart in a joint business-building setup. You will own the commercial side of the business while shaping shared priorities across product, monetization, and growth.
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing/Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Operations/Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, Data/Analytics, and People. The initial focus is Germany, with potential to support expansion into additional markets.
The exact scope will depend on your experience spike and where we see the strongest fit.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own commercial strategy and outcomes. Define growth ambition, profitability targets, commercial priorities, and the execution roadmap for a major business area.
Make key commercial choices. Shape ICP, segmentation, positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging, channels, and customer lifecycle.
Build repeatable growth loops. Improve acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back through disciplined experimentation.
Lead revenue generation. Build or scale the right commercial motion — product-led, sales-assisted, partner-led, account-based, lifecycle-driven, or hybrid.
Partner closely with Product. Work with a senior product counterpart on roadmap implications, monetization priorities, and business-critical product choices.
Establish performance discipline. Define KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, review rituals, and accountability mechanisms.
Build strong teams. Hire, coach, and raise the bar for commercial talent while creating clear ownership and leadership capacity.
Manage complexity. Anticipate regulatory, operational, data, partner, and compliance risks and create practical guardrails.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Success depends on the maturity and economics of the business you lead.
In more mature businesses, success may mean sharper focus, stronger pricing and commercial discipline, better profitability, healthier cash generation, and durable growth.
In scaling or earlier-stage businesses, success may mean clearer ICP and positioning, stronger conversion and retention, validated propositions and channels, healthier unit economics, and repeatable growth loops.
Across all cases, success means stronger commercial judgment, faster learning, better execution, and tight alignment between product direction, monetization, and business outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, GTM, strategy, or general management roles; experience in SaaS, subscriptions, platforms, marketplaces, fintech, or B2B services is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build or scale a commercial engine, including sales motion, segmentation, pricing, packaging, channels, lifecycle, and operating cadence.
- Strong sales background with hands-on ownership of revenue outcomes, pipeline quality, conversion, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Strong P&L and unit economics orientation, including CAC, payback, retention, expansion, margin trade-offs, service cost, and cash implications.
- Strong product-commercial judgment and ability to work closely with Product without relying on hierarchy.
- High ownership, structured execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Data-driven and experiment-minded, using evidence, customer signals, and fast learning loops to improve performance.
- Talent multiplier with experience hiring, coaching, delegating, and developing strong leaders.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE SPIKES
We are hiring across several priority business lines and do not expect every candidate to cover all of them. We are especially interested in profiles with one or more of the following spikes:
Consumer SaaS / self-service
Experience scaling consumer SaaS, subscription, or product-led growth businesses with high-volume digital funnels, including conversion, lifecycle, retention, pricing, experimentation, and efficient acquisition.
Consumer SaaS / expert-assisted services
Experience scaling SaaS subscription businesses where software and service delivery are deeply connected, including expert support, operations, quality control, capacity planning, and service economics.
SaaS for self-employed professionals
Experience building and scaling Business SaaS solutions for self-employed professionals, SMEs, accountants, or similar B2B ecosystems, including sales-led or partner-led GTM, onboarding, retention, expansion, and platform monetization.

Our Solutions Architecture team understands high-level business strategy and translates it into technical requirements for our customers. We love figuring out ways to stretch the limits of what is technically possible. Our job is to provide technical leadership and guidance to customers, prospects, and partners, helping them visualise the steps to achieve their business objectives, and then delivering the outcome with them.
This role spans the whole customer journey. Before the sale, you are the technical lead alongside our Sales team, shaping the solution and earning the technical win. After the sale, you stay with the customer and deliver it, owning the hands-on work that turns a signed contract into a working, adopted capability. You own the outcome, not just the design. When a customer asks a question, you answer it.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis' solutions and offerings, explaining complex topics to a variety of audiences in a compelling yet understandable way. You'll directly impact some of our most strategic private sector customers, and throughout all of these activities you'll provide feedback that improves the value and experience customers have with Chainalysis' solutions.
In this role, you'll:
- Partner with the Sales team as the technical lead, running discovery, demonstrations, and proofs of value, and leading the discussions on value creation and solution development that achieve the technical win
- Design customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products, and give guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation
- Own the post-sale customer experience end to end, configuring, deploying, and tuning our products yourself rather than coordinating others who do it, and working alongside customer teams so they become self-sufficient
- Drive sustained adoption and measurable value, from fast onboarding through to the ongoing work of monitoring usage, reviewing product health, tuning rules and alerts, and intervening when adoption slips
- Map customer workflows to capabilities across the product suite, including investigations, compliance, security, and data analysis solutions
- Investigate using Chainalysis tooling to a competent standard, tracing, attributing, and analysing on the platform, so you can surface actionable insights and integrate Chainalysis into the customer's compliance and risk workflows
- Be the person customers look to for answers, resolving technical, compliance, analytical, and operational questions directly, and owning time-sensitive decisions by validating signals quickly and moving the right matters through the correct escalation path
- Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to our Product and Engineering teams, including data gaps such as unclustered or unattributed services that you find in the field
- Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers, identifying business opportunities and substantially increasing our foothold with private sector customers and prospects
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Worked in or directly with our private sector customer types: banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, and blockchain developers
- Practical understanding of compliance, investigative, and risk workflows, and can speak credibly from practitioner experience in investigations, compliance, fraud, risk, or security
- A technical generalist background, comfortable with REST API integrations and familiar with how data is structured in SQL, and always interested in learning more
- Experience of account or customer management for an enterprise SaaS business, including commercial awareness and partnering with sales counterparts on renewals and expansion
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and executive audiences
- Curiosity, fast learning, and motivation to solve difficult customer problems
- A collaborative approach and generosity with knowledge
- Fluency in English
Nice to have experience:
- Financial compliance and anti-money laundering obligations
- Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, and SQL databases
- Hands-on use of AI tooling to improve delivery quality or speed
- Experience handling sensitive data and proprietary methods, and protecting them while using them effectively
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together — with no limits on users, agents, or scale. We help midsize and large organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. With a global team and a large ecosystem of partners, Creatio serves thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows daily. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We're proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.'s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for an
Engineering Manager
to lead Creatio's Platform & Cloud Operations domain - 17 engineers across four teams who own the foundation the entire engineering organization runs on and our customers live on:
the CI systems and development environments that set the pace for every product team
the automation behind the cloud environment hosting our product servers and customer instances
the upgrade pipeline through which every release reaches customers
the internal tooling that multiplies the output of all our engineering teams
This is one of the widest spans of ownership in our engineering organization. CI speed is product release speed. The reliability of our cloud is what Creatio looks like to customers every day. The quality of the upgrade pipeline determines how quickly the value of each release reaches the market. Decisions made here scale across the whole company.
Your customers are Creatio's engineering teams and the customers running on our cloud. Success is measured in build reliability and CI lead time, cloud availability and cost, upgrade success rate and time-to-upgrade, and how much faster our engineers ship because of what your teams built.
You will work at the system level: growing Team Leads, holding the architectural integrity of the domain and the quality bar on every release, and deciding where four teams put their focus. Planning, decomposition, and day-to-day delivery stay with the teams - your leverage is in making those teams stronger.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and commitments
Own delivery timelines and timeline trade-offs across the domain, and partner with engineering leadership team on scope and priorities
Own ways of working across four teams with genuinely different operating models - two infrastructure teams carrying on-call duty, one release and upgrade team carrying direct customer risk, one internal-product team whose users sit two desks away
Architecture and technical quality
Be accountable for the architecture of the domain and for its critical architectural decisions, working alongside Architects who drive the design
Own the domain's technical debt strategy - what gets paid down, when, and at what cost to delivery
Step personally into complex and critical technical problems
Release and operational quality
Be accountable for release quality readiness , you assess it, and you hold the authority to block a release when the quality risk warrants it

Be accountable for release quality readiness , you assess it, and you hold the authority to block a release when the quality risk warrants it
Own post-release quality analysis, and the operational health of the customer cloud: incident ownership, on-call practice, and the discipline that has to follow an outage
People and organization
Line management, performance management, 1-on-1s, development plans, and onboarding for 17 engineers

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
ROLE
Morpho's Protocol team is evolving the core lending infrastructure that powers products and markets across the ecosystem. As the number of opportunities, integrations, and protocol initiatives grows, the team needs clear product direction on what to build, why it matters, and how to sequence the work.
This role will work with Morpho’s protocol team to shape product strategy and guide execution. You will turn the needs of users and ecosystem partners into a focused roadmap, work closely with protocol and engineering teams to shape solutions, and drive improvements from discovery through launch and adoption. You will operate at the intersection of deeply technical systems, financial markets, and a fast-moving ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the roadmap for Morpho's protocol team, defining the highest-impact problems to solve and sequencing opportunities against company goals, user needs, technical constraints, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Build and run a continuous discovery process with curators, distributors, integrators, developers, and other protocol users to understand their workflows, pain points, and emerging needs.
- Translate user and market insights into clear product requirements, decision frameworks, and success criteria that help protocol and engineering teams move quickly with strong rationale.
- Partner closely with protocol, engineering, research, security, legal, solutions, partnerships, and marketing to take initiatives from early exploration through design, implementation, audit, launch, and adoption.
- Evaluate product and technical tradeoffs, including when to extend the protocol, improve surrounding infrastructure, enable partners, or deliberately avoid adding complexity.
- Define and track the signals that show whether protocol initiatives are working, combining quantitative data with ecosystem feedback to guide iteration and future investment.
- Communicate product direction, decisions, tradeoffs, and release implications clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Improve how product decisions are made and documented as Morpho and its protocol ecosystem scale.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's protocol, development and release process, current roadmap, and the rationale behind the major initiatives in flight. You have built relationships across protocol, engineering, research, security, and go-to-market teams, and have started speaking with key curators, distributors, integrators, and developers.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You have established a clear, prioritized view of the most important protocol problems and opportunities. The roadmap reflects explicit tradeoffs, user evidence, technical constraints, and measurable outcomes. You have driven at least one meaningful initiative from discovery into execution and proactively keep stakeholders aligned on decisions and changes.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
You have shipped a meaningful protocol improvement and can show how it advanced user or business outcomes. Product, protocol, and engineering teams have stronger shared context on what to build and why. You consistently identify important user needs, ecosystem shifts, and roadmap conflicts early, and have improved Morpho's product discovery and decision-making process.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5+ years building technical products in complex or fast-changing environments.
- Proven track record taking products or major features from ambiguous problem spaces through launch and iteration.
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to reason about system design and constraints, engage deeply with engineers and researchers, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent product judgment: you can distinguish important user problems from requests, make principled tradeoffs, and focus teams on the work with the greatest impact.
- Strong user discovery and synthesis skills, with the ability to uncover needs across different user types and turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear direction.
- Experience leading cross-functional work without relying on formal authority.
- Ability to define success, use quantitative and qualitative evidence, and adapt direction as new information emerges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in an async environment.
- Comfort creating clarity and driving decisions in highly ambiguous contexts.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: you act without waiting to be told.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in crypto, DeFi, traditional finance, or fintech.
- Familiarity with lending markets, smart contracts, or permissionless protocols.
- Experience shipping products with significant security, audit, regulatory, or governance considerations.
- Experience working with research & development teams
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

About the role

- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability.
- Ability to turn complex financial information into clear, effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Solid grounding in finance and accounting principles.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with good judgment under ambiguity.
- High precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, with a strong appetite for growth and rigorous self-review.
- Fluent in English.
Good to have
- Experience working with or within a technology company.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- CFA designation or progress toward one.
- Financial modeling certification or specialized training.
What we offer
You'll work at the center of Salmon's growth story, with direct visibility into how the business is funded, valued, and scaled. You'll be backed by a global team of finance and technology professionals and work alongside leadership on the decisions that shape Salmon's next stage. We follow a hybrid-first working arrangement.

As an MVNO Networks Manager at Airalo you will be responsible for establishing and managing the host operator partnerships that allow Airalo to operate its own networks locally. You will own each new market from the first conversation with a host mobile network operator through commercial negotiation, regulatory approval and technical integration to commercial launch, and you will remain its commercial owner once it is live.
You are someone who owns a market from its business case through to its commercial performance in operation. You are equally at ease negotiating terms with an operator's executive team, scoping the integration with their technical team, and running a service management review once the market is operational.
You will work in close coordination with our legal, finance, product, engineering and core network teams, as the local networks you establish need to interoperate with Airalo's existing platform and services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Represent Airalo as the ideal interface to host mobile network operators on a global level
Identify, approach and secure new host network partnerships across target markets
Assess and recommend full MVNO or light MVNO constructs per market, including the commercial, technical and timeline implications of each
Build the business case for each new market together with Finance, and present it to Airalo's leadership team and to host operator executives
Negotiate terms and conditions of MVNO, wholesale and reseller contracts with host mobile network operators
Support Legal on the regulatory approvals required per market, including entity and licensing, numbering allocation and number portability, and provide information to product management
Work with the Delivery team on the implementation of regulatory obligations such as mobile number portability, lawful interception and emergency calling
Coordinate the technical integration of host mobile networks with Airalo's OSS and BSS platform together with our product, engineering and core network teams
Prepare and run the rollout of new markets, from launch readiness through to first commercial traffic
Hand over each launched market to our NOC and operations teams, and run regular service management reviews with host operators covering network quality, SLA compliance and incident performance
Perform escalations in case of network quality issues and availabilities
Define and perform reconciliation processes between host operator invoices and Airalo's own usage records
Define and run traffic, revenue and cost analytics per market, and report performance against business case
Renegotiate commercial terms with host operators as volumes grow and market conditions change
Develop and maintain a repeatable market entry playbook, and methods to assure unification of conditions and agreements
Must-haves:
5 years minimum relevant experience in the mobile telco industry, in a commercial, wholesale or business development role
Having personally negotiated and closed at least two wholesale or MVNO agreements with host mobile network operators
Proven ability to build a market business case, including subscriber lifecycle assumptions, traffic forecasting, wholesale cost modelling, margin and payback, in close cooperation with Finance
Proven ability to present and defend a business case and its assumptions to a leadership team and to host operator executives
Experience owning commercial performance against forecast after launch, including contract renegotiation as volumes grow
Ideally having served within an MVNO, MVNA or MVNE, or on the operator side selling wholesale to them, with hands on mentality
Working knowledge of full MVNO and light MVNO architectures, including core, HSS/HLR, IMSI ranges, numbering and interconnect, and of the commercial trade-offs between them
Good overview in Telecommunication Network technologies like Mobile Core (PGW, IMS, Voice GW, HSS), OSS & BSS, and eSIM provisioning
Understanding different Mobile Network Generations like 2G, 3G/UMTS, 4G/LTE, 5G NSA and 5G SA and how they influence customer experiences
Ability to lead technical scoping and service management discussions directly with host operators, covering integration scope, launch dependencies, SLA definition and ongoing service reviews
Understanding the regulatory requirements on providing mobile services, including numbering, portability, emergency calling and lawful interception, and familiar with KYC processes for mobile subscriptions
Experience in a fast moving environment such as a startup, scale-up or challenger MVNO, with the ability to run several markets at different stages in parallel
Excellent English skills; in writing, speaking and reading, business fluent
Willingness to travel internationally occasionally to meet host operators
Good-to-have:
Having taken an MVNO from signed agreement through to live commercial traffic and first subscribers
Established working relationships with host mobile network operators and national telecom regulators
Experience selecting, contracting or managing an MVNE platform vendor
Prior ownership of a P&L or a country level budget
Master Studies and/or MBA highly preferred
Additional languages alongside English

Your Role:
Solve some of the team’s toughest technical problems and build solutions that hold up as the product grows.
Partner with product managers, architects, and other engineers on technical approach and planning, contributing perspectives that can extend beyond your immediate area when it’s useful.
Act as a go-to technical resource for complex design and architecture questions, helping ensure solutions hold up against business needs, compliance standards, and long-term maintainability.
Take ownership of the most complex technical issues that come up in your systems, driving root cause analysis and fixes that hold up over time.
Mentor other engineers through code review, design discussions, and everyday guidance, helping raise the technical bar around you.
Bring a high bar to your own code and design work, and help others do the same through thoughtful review and knowledge sharing.
Your Opportunity:
Take deep ownership of significant, technically demanding components, and help evolve core infrastructure so it stays reliable and scalable as the product grows.
Work with a high degree of independence on complex technical initiatives - some of which may touch multiple systems or teams - from design through delivery.
Help shape automation, testing, and deployment practices that raise the bar for reliability and velocity.
Own complex projects from design through delivery, and contribute meaningfully to the thinking behind them - including, at times, decisions that touch the product itself, not just the implementation.
What You'll Need:
BSc in Computer Science or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution, or an exceptional track record in server-side development with advanced technical expertise.
8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a demonstrated ability to take on complex, ambiguous problems independently and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, Go, Python, with an ability to adapt to new technologies as needed.
Extensive experience building highly scalable, distributed systems, with a strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native development.
Demonstrated success designing and deploying services at scale on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong technical judgment, with experience mentoring other engineers and weighing in on decisions that shape the product’s direction.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver reliably under tight deadlines.
If you’ve reached this point, and you’re still not sure if you should apply…..Just do it! We’re human and we don’t fit a perfect mold. Having diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, that’s a good thing! If you’re coming from outside of the cyber industry - great! If you’re looking to try something new - awesome! All we ask is you bring passion to all that you do, crave creativity and innovation, and embrace the hard work of gaining new skills and accepting big challenges.

Product Operations is central to how Product and R&D teams work, creating systems and practices to focus on solving the right problems and delivering products. AI is increasingly important, with teams experimenting with tools like Glean and Claude, automations, agents, and AI usage throughout product development.
The role of AI Product Operations Lead involves building and operating internal AI Operations capability for R&D. It requires turning ambiguous opportunities into reliable solutions by identifying high-value AI problems, understanding workflows, designing solutions, building or coordinating delivery, and being accountable for performance after launch.
Responsibilities include:
— Building and improving a backlog of AI opportunities across R&D, prioritizing impactful AI jobs.
— Taking ambiguous problems from discovery to delivery: understanding users and workflows, exploring options, designing systems, implementing, testing, documenting, launching, measuring, and improving.
— Designing simple AI-native solutions fitting naturally into workflows, deciding when prompts, automations, integrations, agents, databases, or custom apps are appropriate.
— Helping R&D get value from enterprise AI tools like Glean and Claude, partnering with IT and InfoSec on access, configuration, connectors, enablement, and support.
— Owning the lifecycle of AI systems including automations, skills, agents, and internal web apps.
— Establishing evaluation, testing, reliability, observability, security, and maintenance practices, improving systems over time.
— Partnering across R&D to uncover needs, unblock delivery, clarify ownership, and involve experts.
— Running and evolving R&D AI governance and enablement practices, providing leaders visibility into work, risks, adoption, and outcomes.
— Participating in broader AI governance efforts as an R&D contributor.
— Working with Finance and partners to improve visibility into AI tool usage, spend, and value to inform investments.
— Exploring and supporting autonomous agents to improve planning, discovery, design, build, evaluation, and management across product development.
Requirements:
— Strong practical experience applying AI to real-world problems, building usable solutions.
— Proven track record taking ambiguous problems from discovery through implementation, testing, adoption, and improvement.
— Excellent systems thinking to understand people, processes, tools, data flows, integrations, permissions, and constraints, making trade-offs.
— Strong user and workflow discovery skills to understand real jobs and simplify solutions.
— Hands-on technical fluency building, modifying, troubleshooting internal workflows, automations, agents, or apps.
— Practical experience with modern development tools like GitHub, repositories, pull requests, application hosting, deployment, logging, and troubleshooting.
— Ability to manage work independently: prioritizing backlog, handling dependencies and risks, documenting decisions, communicating with stakeholders.
— Strong approach to evaluation and reliability, defining "good", testing, collecting feedback, and improving live systems.
— Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams, asking questions, challenging assumptions, seeking expert input, and progressing without close supervision.
— Good judgment on responsible AI, security, access, governance, and knowing when to involve partners.
The role reports to VP of Product Operations and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, IT, InfoSec, and AI practitioners across Typeform.
