Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to own and grow Higgsfield's relationships across the agency ecosystem.
You'll work with leading creative, advertising, media, and digital agencies to bring generative AI into real-world creative workflows — from campaign development and content production to scaled creative experimentation.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven seller who understands how agencies operate, knows how to build relationships with creative and business leaders, and is excited about defining an entirely new category of technology.
We're open to hiring this role at the Account Executive or Senior Account Executive level based on experience and track record.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full sales cycle across agency accounts, from prospecting and initial engagement through negotiation and close.
- Build relationships with senior leaders across creative, production, innovation, strategy, media, and technology teams.
- Develop strategic relationships with major agency groups and their individual agencies.
- Identify opportunities to embed Higgsfield into agency workflows and client engagements.
- Navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, business units, and client relationships.
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, events, partnerships, and inbound opportunities.
- Develop account strategies that expand initial adoption into broader agency relationships.
- Partner closely with Product and Marketing to translate agency feedback into product and GTM opportunities.
- Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Help define Higgsfield's broader agency sales strategy and playbook as we scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience, with deeper experience expected at the Senior AE level.
- Strong understanding of the advertising and agency ecosystem.
- Experience selling technology, platforms, or solutions into agencies or creative organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to own and close complex, high-value commercial relationships.
- Strong network across creative, advertising, media, production, or agency leadership is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both creative leaders and commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence, relationship-building skills, and commercial judgment.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and helping build a sales motion rather than simply inheriting one.
- Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by revenue ownership.
- Genuine excitement about generative AI and how it will transform advertising and creative production.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join Ramp's People team during an active Workday implementation. Reporting to our Senior HRIS Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in configuration and system support, partnering closely with our implementation partner and cross-functional teams through go-live and hypercare.
This is an opportunity to help strengthen the data integrity, controls, and employee experience that support Ramp as we scale. You'll bring a solutions-focused, collaborative approach and strong systems thinking to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, understands how People data flows across systems, and looks for ways to streamline processes as they build them, staying flexible as priorities evolve along the way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, run testing cycles, resolve issues, and ensure cutover readiness
- Run data validation and audits across HRIS and downstream systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance through regular reporting
- Support system releases and enhancements, including testing changes, documenting outcomes, and triaging issues as they arise
- Train and enable team members and system users on existing and new processes and functionality
- Build and maintain SOPs and job aids that make recurring HRIS processes accurate, scalable, and easy for others to support
- Support AI transformation initiatives involving Workday, partnering with People, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and production support
- Direct experience with one or more Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Absence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to reconcile data, identify root causes, and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems.
- Strong attention to detail and track record of managing employee data with sound judgment, accuracy, and appropriate controls
- Ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testing, and documentation
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to resolve issues with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally across People, Finance, IT and business stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience supporting a Workday implementation post-production stabilization
- Familiarity with Workday reporting, integrations, or security concepts
- Exposure to automation tools or AI-assisted workflows
- Background in a high-growth tech or fintech environment, ideally with global scope

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant
to join our CEO Office and serve as a critical operational partner to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership while owning the day-to-day workplace operations of our San Jose headquarters.
This is not a typical Executive Assistant position. You will be embedded within our CEO Office, working directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff as a critical operational partner in a high-velocity environment. You'll manage a diverse portfolio spanning executive support, office operations, product review logistics, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, exercises impeccable judgment, and can shift seamlessly between strategic projects and hands-on execution.
You will be embedded within the CEO Office and serve as an operational backbone that keeps both executive priorities and the San Jose workplace running smoothly. On any given day, you might manage a complex executive calendar across global time zones, coordinate an international trip, prepare for a CEO product review, resolve an office issue with WeWork, manage an insurance renewal, oversee assets inventory, or execute a company offsite partnering with People team.
This role is ideal for someone who combines the judgment, responsiveness, and anticipation of an exceptional Executive Assistant with the ownership and operational mindset of a Workplace Manager. You are comfortable shifting between highly confidential executive matters and hands-on operational execution, and you naturally create structure, systems, and order wherever they are needed.
Given the nature of this role, you will have access to highly confidential and sensitive company information.
Discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Office & Executive Support
Manage complex scheduling for internal and external meetings for the CEO Office across global time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and executive logistics for the CEO Office
Conduct product research based on CEO's requests to support leadership decision-making
Coordinate executive demo preparation logistics with Content Ops, Marketing, and Business, including procurement, research, and packing lists
Coordinate product review meetings, including agendas, pre-meeting materials, attendees, and follow-up actions
Maintain robust tracking systems for CEO Office requests, action items, decisions, and follow-ups, ensuring clear ownership, status visibility, and timely closure
Provide flexible, responsive support in a fast-paced environment with variable hours
Workplace Administration
Serve as the on-site office administration point of contact for the San Jose office, including supporting executive workspace needs and on-site meetings
Serve as day-to-day liaison with WeWork community management for facilities, access, and general office needs
Manage office supplies, mail, and general workplace administration
Support logistics for CEO Office events and external meetings (venue/vendor sourcing, agenda and presentation coordination), partnering with People on company-wide events and employee experience programming

Demonstrated experience supporting or owning workplace and office operations, including facilities, vendors, events, and administrative processes.
Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with exceptional discretion and professionalism.
Exceptional organizational skills with an almost obsessive attention to order and detail.

You think several steps ahead and notice what will be needed before someone has to ask.

You have a strong interest in technology and actively look for ways to use tools and automation to improve efficiency.

Our Client's Digital Finance IT is building an AI-enablement layer on top of our enterprise data platform to enable business users across Finance to interact with governed data in natural language. We're hiring a
Data Enablement Engineer
to design, build, and operate the trusted datasets, semantic models, and embedded AI experiences that make this possible.
This is a
data platform engineering role
, not a data science or model-building role. You will spend your time engineering the data foundation that makes AI reliable — semantic layers, governed data products, and embedded natural-language analytics — not training models.
What You'll Do
Design and build
AI-ready data products
on Databricks — trusted datasets with well-defined business semantics, KPIs, hierarchies, and business glossary alignment
Implement
semantic layers
and governed datasets that support both traditional BI consumption and natural-language querying by business users
Deploy and operate
Databricks Genie spaces
with Unity Catalog, tuning them for accuracy, adoption, and business relevance
Build
RAG pipelines and conversational analytics applications
grounded in governed enterprise data — including Streamlit or Databricks Apps that let business users query data without writing SQL
Engineer robust ETL/ELT pipelines (dbt, Airflow, Snowpark, PySpark) that produce and maintain the trusted data these AI experiences depend on
Implement
data governance
— RBAC, row/column-level security, masking, lineage, auditability, catalog and metadata management — in a regulated pharma environment
Optimize
cost and performance
on both the data platform side (warehouse sizing, cluster tuning, query optimization) and the AI side (token usage, caching, model routing)
Partner with Finance business stakeholders to translate domain requirements into semantic models and governed data products they can trust
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
5+ years hands-on data engineering
on cloud data platforms — Databricks demonstrated in real project delivery, not skill-list-only
Direct hands-on experience with Databricks Genie
— you have built, configured, and tuned these in production or advanced pilots, with specific reference to the flavors used (Cortex Analyst / Search / Agents / LLM Functions, or Genie spaces with semantic models)
Semantic layer / trusted data product delivery
— you have built governed datasets that business users can rely on, with KPI definitions, hierarchies, and business glossary alignment
dbt, PySpark, Snowpark, SQL, Python
— strong across the modern data stack
Orchestration
with Airflow, Databricks Workflows, or equivalent
Data governance in regulated environments
— RBAC, RLS, masking, lineage, auditability
Experience integrating
structured and unstructured data
(PDFs, SharePoint/Teams content, enterprise knowledge sources) into AI-enablement workflows
Nice to Have
Pharma, life sciences, or regulated financial services domain experience
Veeva CRM, IQVIA, SAP, or clinical data source integration
Streamlit or Databricks Apps for business-facing analytics
Databricks Data Engineer Professional certification
LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent RAG frameworks
Cost optimization on both compute (warehouse/cluster) and LLM (tokens/caching/routing) dimensions
What We're NOT Looking For
Data Scientists
— this role is not model training, fine-tuning, LoRA/RLHF, or ML research
Pure Data Engineers
who list Cortex or Genie as a skill but haven't shipped it in production
AI/GenAI engineers
whose center of gravity is LangChain agents or RAG-over-documents, without a strong governed data platform foundation
Computer vision, NLP model builders, or multi-agent orchestration specialists
— wrong shape for this role

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We're looking for a Staff level Engineer to lead the design and development of a next-generation Data Platform at Vercel. This is a unique opportunity to architect a foundational system that will power data across our products and business, supporting everything from real-time analytics to AI/ML initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Data Engineering, you'll define the technical vision for our data ecosystem, work across the organization to align engineering strategy with product goals, and build scalable, reliable systems using modern technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake.
You'll lead from the front, writing production-grade code, setting high standards for design and data governance, and mentoring a team of engineers as the organization grows. If you're excited by the challenge of building scalable data systems that drive product innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Design and implement a next-generation data platform that supports diverse requirements, including batch and real-time integrations, advanced analytics, and multiple data types, leveraging Kafka, Kafka-based tooling, and additional streaming technologies to power real-time data movement and processing.
Work with engineering, product, and senior leadership teams across Vercel to architect solutions that address business needs, aligning technical strategies with product goals and ensuring seamless data availability and usability.
Define and maintain guidelines for data ingestion, creation, enrichment, and storage, while overseeing data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing (ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake) to achieve low-latency analytics and scalable storage.
Develop end-to-end solutions across the tech stack, setting the example for engineering excellence, and provide mentorship and direction that fosters continuous improvement and innovation in the team.
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to data protection standards, and champion high availability and fault tolerance through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
Drive architectural decisions and roadmap planning that ensure efficiency, scalability, and high performance, and evaluate build-vs-buy trade-offs, integrating vendor solutions where appropriate.
Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning teams to evolve infrastructure that supports advanced analytics and AI initiatives, serving as a key contributor to strategy, tooling, and platform enhancements for ML-related workloads.
Act as a key decision-maker for discovering, vetting, and selecting data architectures and technologies critical to Vercel's success, and establish multi-phase strategic roadmaps that align with overall business objectives and drive data platform maturity.
What you need
8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles, with at least 5 years at the Principal Engineer level.
Proven track record designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures at high scale in a complex, fast-paced environment, with experience across Kafka and its ecosystem (e.g., Kafka Streams, Confluent Platform), ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake, and broader big data frameworks.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated big data services.
Strong background in data governance and security, and adept at ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protecting sensitive information.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across varying organizational levels.
A leadership mindset, with demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive consensus, and advocate for best practices across the organization.
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Industry recognition or notable contributions in data engineering (e.g., published works, open-source contributions) is a plus.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own frontend across product and marketing surfaces: You will work across both our core product interface and customer-facing web pages, ensuring a cohesive, polished user experience across all touch points. This includes building features in the web app and also collaborating on our website to keep branding and user experience consistent and high-quality.
- Build content infrastructure that unblocks the team: You'll develop our CMS (we use Sanity) to give content and marketing teams self-serve tooling, structured content models, and preview/staging workflows, so routine changes don't depend on engineering. You'll design content schemas and editing experiences that let non-engineers move quickly and confidently.
- Champion growth: You'll partner with marketing, sales, and operations to implement analytics and enable experimentation, turning business goals into shipped, instrumented features so we always know what's actually working.
- Make localization first-class: You'll support localization and internationalization — multilingual content, translation workflows, and the infrastructure behind them, so non-English experiences are genuinely first-class rather than afterthoughts.
- Treat performance as a feature: You'll own Core Web Vitals, media and asset optimization, and the diagnosis of the subtle issues: layout shift, lazy-loading, video quality, render timing. You care about speed, and you measure it.
- Hold a high bar for accessibility: You'll champion semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and WCAG-minded component design, ensuring the site is usable by everyone who visits it.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Marketing and growth fluency: You've worked on marketing or growth-facing web before, and you understand the business context — funnels, conversion, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing—not just the code. We care about this more than years of experience or exact seniority.
- Strong frontend fundamentals: You're fluent in modern JavaScript and TypeScript and React (or a similar framework), with a real sense for UI/UX craft and an instinct for getting the small details right.
- A genuine commitment to performance and accessibility: You care about both deeply and can point to specific, concrete things you've done to improve them in production.
- Comfort with structured content: You've worked with a headless CMS and structured content models before. Sanity experience is a plus.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration: You work well with non-engineers — designers, content writers, and marketers — and can translate their goals into technical work, and technical tradeoffs back into terms they can act on.
Even better...
- Localization and i18n experience: You've worked with internationalization systems and translation tooling before.
- Analytics and experimentation depth: You're familiar with web analytics and experimentation platforms and know how to use them to drive decisions.
- Third-party integration experience: You've integrated services like video hosting or error monitoring into a content workflow.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.
