About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is investing in shared platform capabilities that power Claude across our consumer and developer products: the common foundation that Claude, Cowork, Claude Code, and future surfaces are built on. We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to be the connective tissue for this effort, someone who ensures we're building the platform the rest of Anthropic's products are built on, and that product teams actually get leverage from it.
This is not a single-team TPM role. You'll work across the platform engineering teams and every product team that consumes the platform, driving one cohesive roadmap rather than a collection of disconnected workstreams. Success looks like products at Anthropic shipping more easily, faster, and more reliably because they're built on a common foundation, with developer velocity increasing measurably across the company, not just within one team.
Responsibilities
Own the cross-Apps platform roadmap end to end: sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across platform teams and the apps teams that depend on them
Drive alignment between platform engineering and apps teams so platform investments map to real consumer needs and adoption actually happens (leverage only exists if teams build on the platform)
Identify duplication across surfaces and convert it into shared platform capabilities
Establish the operating rhythm: planning, status, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs
Create program documentation including roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans
Facilitate technical decision-making by bringing together stakeholders, driving consensus, and ensuring timely resolution of blocking issues
You may be a good fit if you
Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs
Have experience with platform engineering efforts (shared services, developer platforms, or common capabilities consumed by multiple product teams) and can engage meaningfully with the engineers building them
Have driven platform adoption across consuming teams, where success depended on other teams choosing to build on what you shipped
Have experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously
Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams
Thrive in unstructured environments with a knack for bringing order to chaos and creating clarity in ambiguous situations
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Are passionate about Anthropic's mission and interested in the challenges of bringing AI capabilities to users safely and reliably

We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on transformation leader to redesign and scale the end-to-end
Quote-to-Cash process
, with an initial focus on the journey from
deal initiation through customer activation
.
You will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that eliminate friction, standardize processes, strengthen governance, and embed automation across quoting, approvals, contracting, billing setup, and activation. The goal is to improve deal velocity, accuracy, predictability, and scalability as the business grows.
This is a
0→1 and 1→n transformation role
. You will assess the current state, define the target operating model and transformation roadmap, and drive implementation across processes, policies, systems, data, and ways of working. You will partner closely with
Sales, Commercial Ops, Legal, Finance, GTM Ops, GTM Systems, Billing Engineering, and Billing Product
.
Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of the
end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
, initially focusing on deal initiation, structuring, approval, contracting, billing setup, and customer activation.
Assess current-state processes, identify root causes of friction and rework, and define a scalable
future-state operating model
.
Develop and execute a prioritized transformation roadmap spanning
processes, policies, systems, data, controls, and organizational responsibilities
.
Redesign complex, fragmented, or manual workflows to improve speed, accuracy, automation, and the customer and seller experience.
Define and implement
policies, governance frameworks, approval authorities, and deal guardrails
that enable scale without unnecessarily slowing the business.
Partner with
Sales and Commercial Ops
to improve deal quality and enable first-time-right deal structuring.
Collaborate with
Legal and Finance
to simplify approvals, standardize contract terms, and maintain appropriate commercial and financial controls.
Work with
GTM Systems
to embed workflows, policies, data requirements, and controls into CRM, CPQ, contract management, and related tools.
Partner with
Billing Engineering and Billing Product
to create a reliable and increasingly automated flow from order form to billing and customer activation.
Standardize the handling of complex deal constructs, including
usage-based pricing, multi-year agreements, ramp structures, prepayments, and custom commercial terms
.
Establish clear ownership, handoffs, and service expectations across teams involved in the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
Develop playbooks, guidance, and change-management programs that drive adoption of new processes and tools.
Establish transformation metrics and track improvements in
cycle time, approval time, rework, policy adherence, billing accuracy, activation accuracy, and time-to-revenue
.
Lead cross-functional programs from design through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
What You Will Transform
A fragmented deal lifecycle into a
scalable, integrated Quote-to-Cash operating model
.
Manual and inconsistent processes into
standardized, automated workflows
.
Reactive deal escalation into
clear policies, decision rights, and approval frameworks
.
Disconnected order forms and billing setup into a reliable
contract-to-billing-to-activation flow
.
Limited process visibility into
measurable performance, clear accountability, and continuous improvement
.
Institutional knowledge into repeatable
playbooks, system controls, and scalable operating practices
.

Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Voice of the Customer (VOC) Program Manager to build and run a company-wide VOC program at Figma. Sitting within the Product Support org, this role is responsible for pulling insights from across Figma's customer-facing surfaces, Support, Sales, NPS, community, and more, and translating them into fast, actionable signals for Product, Engineering, and Support. This isn't just a reporting role: you'll own the full insight loop, from surfacing and prioritizing the biggest customer pain points to tracking whether they're being addressed and bringing wins back to customer facing orgs and our product partners. You'll work cross-functionally across Support, Sales, Research, Marketing and Product, and leverage AI to move faster than ever. It's a rare opportunity to build something that matters at company scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own the rhythm of VOC reporting and define the mechanisms that feed into the program, including launch insight reporting and ensuring insights are visible, shareable, and easy to act on across the org
Surface and prioritize the biggest customer pain points, align with Product and Engineering on roadmap prioritization, and advocate for customer needs – bringing wins back to Support and Sales to demonstrate program impact
Monitor and report on customer sentiment from pre through post-product launches, providing recommendations across Product, Support, and Sales on where to act — from unresolved pain points and product gaps to process improvements and sales blockers
Set shared, data-backed goals with Product and Engineering partners and monitor progress to help keep those goals on track
Work directly with Sales to bring customer problem statements into the VOC program and ensure field insights inform priorities
Integrate signals from NPS, Research, Sales, and community alongside Support data into a unified narrative that reaches Product and Engineering swiftly
Strategically implement AI workflows to build scalable processes that generate and deliver insights faster
Communicate customer insights across a range of audiences, from frontline support to Product leadership, with clarity and a strong point of view
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience building and running a VOC program, as a PM or Manager, with a strong POV on what good looks like
A background in a customer-facing function (Support, Success, or Sales – Support preferred)
Demonstrated ownership mentality — a track record of identifying problems, driving solutions, and ruthlessly prioritizing when capacity is limited
Fluency in AI workflows and demonstrated ability to build lightweight, scalable processes quickly
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling customer narratives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive action across a range of audiences
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Previous experience with Figma products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
