WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion’s Data Foundations team builds and operates the batch and streaming infrastructure behind our product features, analytics, search, and AI experiences. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to shape the next generation of this platform as Notion serves larger customers, expands globally, and supports more data-intensive products. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems, set direction, build and develop a high-performing team, and lead multi-quarter initiatives across our data lake, streaming, distributed-compute, governance, and reliability systems. You’ll stay close to critical technical decisions while creating clear ownership, growing engineers and technical leaders, and helping the team execute as one—partnering closely with Data Engineering, Data Product, Search, AI, Infrastructure, and Security.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Set the direction for Data Foundations. Turn ambiguous company and customer needs into a clear multi-quarter strategy across the data lake, streaming, distributed compute, governance, and platform reliability—and align engineers and partner teams around it.
- Build and develop a high-performing team. Attract strong engineers, set clear expectations, grow technical leaders, and create an environment of ownership, direct feedback, and accountability.
- Lead the team’s hardest initiatives from idea to operation. Ensure complex work has strong technical ownership, de-risk architectures through prototypes, break work into shippable milestones, and coordinate execution across engineers and teams.
- Make Notion’s data platform enterprise-ready. Guide the team toward durable foundations for external key management, data residency, access controls, lifecycle management, and governance without creating separate systems for every requirement.
- Raise reliability, simplicity, and cost efficiency. Identify systemic risks and architectural gaps, establish clear service ownership, and lead migrations that make Kafka, Debezium, S3/Iceberg, Spark, EMR, Athena, and related systems easier to operate at scale.
- Multiply the engineering organization. Establish reusable abstractions and paved paths, delegate meaningful ownership, raise the quality of technical decisions, and scale expertise through coaching, documentation, tooling, design reviews, and direct collaboration.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deep data-platform expertise. You have designed and operated large-scale batch and streaming systems and can reason across storage, compute, ingestion, orchestration, serving, governance, and production operations.
- Direction-setting leadership. You have led a Data Platform or infrastructure team through multi-quarter work—finding the right problems, defining a strategy, sequencing execution, and driving decisions with long-term consequences.
- Team-building and talent development. You have attracted strong engineers, grown people across career stages, developed technical leaders, and created clarity when expectations or performance needed to change.
- Hands-on engineering judgment. You stay close to critical systems and designs and know when to prototype, simplify, buy, build, or migrate. You can go deep while preserving ownership for the engineers leading the work.
- Platform-product thinking. You understand the needs behind partner requests and turn repeated patterns into safe, ergonomic, self-serve capabilities rather than accumulating bespoke solutions.
- Organizational influence. You create clarity across team boundaries, surface uncomfortable technical or organizational risks early, and help engineers do their best work through strong context, delegation, feedback, and coaching.
- You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, move faster, and build more creatively.
THE SYSTEMS AND PROBLEMS YOU MAY LEAD
- Evolving Notion’s data lake toward an S3 + Iceberg lakehouse with stronger governance, discoverability, schema evolution, and lifecycle controls
- Scaling Kafka and Debezium-based streaming infrastructure that powers real-time product, analytics, and AI use cases
- Improving Spark and distributed-compute performance, workload isolation, developer experience, and cost efficiency
- Designing EKM, data residency, and compliant processing capabilities across Notion’s data estate
- Creating clear platform interfaces and self-serve primitives for Data Engineering, Search, AI, and product teams
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Notion’s data infrastructure is no longer only an internal analytics layer. It increasingly powers customer-facing features, AI systems, enterprise controls, and high-volume product workflows. The team needs a leader who can see across these systems, build the technical leadership and operating culture required for that responsibility, and find the problems that matter before they become roadmap blockers. Success means Data Foundations has a strong, growing team with clear direction and dependable execution—and teams across Notion can build ambitious data-powered products faster without compromising customer trust.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $281,000 - $334,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX professional with deep experience in casual mobile F2P games; someone who understands what makes games intuitive and compelling, and who can translate that understanding into clean, effective design. We're looking for someone who finds as much satisfaction in a polished UI screen as in a well-validated UX flow, and is comfortable owning their work end-to-end.
We’re a small team, and our process moves from quick prototyping through marketing validation to building a vertical slice and, if that succeeds, towards a launch. You'll shape UX early - helping validate that a concept is intuitive, and take on UI design and production as we build toward the various releases, with UX considerations continuing to surface as new features are added.
Please note that this is a 1-year fixed-term contract.
About the job
Design and create UI screens, icons, flows, buttons, and game components for early-stage casual F2P mobile games, staying true to a defined art direction
Maintain and evolve UI style guides and design systems for consistency across screens and features
Own UX for new game prototypes, ensuring mechanics (even reimagined ones) are intuitive and easy to onboard into
Translate game design and monetization requirements into clear, player-friendly interfaces
Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, product managers, and engineers
Work independently to scope, prioritize, and own delivery of work
Report directly to the Creative Director of New Games
About you
Prior experience working with casual mobile games
Strong UI design and execution skills, and sharp UX instincts, with the ability to shift fully into whichever the project phase demands, from concept-stage UX validation to UI production
A solid grasp of onboarding, retention, and monetization-friendly design patterns
2D art skills for UI execution (icons, popups, liveops screens, and supporting visual elements in a defined art style)
A portfolio demonstrating this range across UI production, UX validation, and supporting art
Ability to work autonomously and drive ambiguous problems to resolution, while incorporating feedback from the Creative Director and cross-functional partners
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain decisions clearly to various cross-disciplinary stakeholders
Proficiency with standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, or equivalent) as well as Unity for implementation and testing
Comfort working in a small team, prototyping, wearing multiple hats, and shifting between conceptual and hands-on work is essential
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Anthropic's Public Sector Sales Lead for France, you will be the face of Anthropic to the French State. This is a founding, zero-to-one role: there is no public sector team in France today, and you will build our strategy, our routes to market and our first strategic relationships from the ground up. Reporting to our EMEA South leadership, you will lead the adoption of safe, frontier AI across central government, starting with the largest ministries. You will work hand in hand with our Public Policy lead in Paris, because in few companies is policy as central to the mission as it is at Anthropic, and with Partnerships, Legal, Security and Product to put in place the commercial and compliance frameworks the State needs in order to work with us at scale.
This is a senior individual contributor role. We expect you to have run a public sector business and led teams, and to be energised by stepping back into a hands-on seat where you build it yourself and where the size of your team says nothing about the size of your scope. In the first year, success is measured less by a large number and more by putting Anthropic on the map with the French State: a clear strategy, the right foundations and our first strategic agreements.
Responsibilities
Define and own Anthropic's public sector go-to-market strategy for France: where we play first, how we win, and what we need to build to get there
Be the senior face of Anthropic to the French State, building trusted relationships with ministerial cabinets, senior officials and digital and technology leaders across the largest ministries, including defence, finance and justice
Own the full sales cycle on our first strategic public sector opportunities, from first engagement through procurement route, close, deployment and expansion
Work with Partnerships, Legal and Finance to put in place the routes to market the State needs, including resale and partner channels, framework agreements and central purchasing bodies such as UGAP
Partner day to day with our Public Policy lead in France so that commercial and policy engagement reinforce each other, and stay aligned with French and European AI strategy and regulation
Lead the conversation with customers on data sovereignty, security and compliance (for example SecNumCloud and the State's cloud doctrine), and work with Security, Legal and Product on how we meet those requirements
Prove value with customers alongside a shared Applied AI architect, cloud providers and systems integrators, doing much of the groundwork yourself in the early stages
Learn from and contribute to our UK and US public sector teams, bringing what works to France and sharing what you learn
Create the playbooks, references and operating rhythm that will let us scale a public sector team in France over time
You may be a good fit if you have
15+ years in enterprise technology sales, including significant time running a public sector business unit or leading sales teams that sell to French central government
The appetite to move from a leadership role into a hands-on senior individual contributor role with no team at the outset
Evidence that you thrive building from zero: a new market, a new business line or an early-stage company, where systems, processes and support were not yet in place
A track record of landing large, complex and genuinely transformative agreements with major ministries, as the person leading the deal
A deep, senior network across central government, and the credibility to engage at director and cabinet level as well as with technical teams
Practical command of French public procurement, including tenders, framework agreements, central purchasing bodies and partner or resale routes
Real expertise in data sovereignty, security and compliance requirements in the French State, and experience leading those conversations with customers
Experience of, or a clear aptitude for, working closely with public policy or government affairs colleagues
Ownership and resilience: you treat what is missing as something to build, and you bring colleagues with you to build it
The technical curiosity to learn our products in depth and hold credible conversations with both engineering leaders and senior officials
Fluent French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication in both
Willingness to go through French security clearance (habilitation) should specific accounts require it
A genuine commitment to safe and beneficial AI, and the ability to articulate why it matters for public institutions

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About airSlate
airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
As our first B2B Demand Generation Leader, you'll build the function from the ground up: define the strategy, choose the tech stack, and create the repeatable pipeline machine that scales signNow and AltaFlow B2B revenue. You'll inherit an existing sales motion, established brands, and a self-service customer base of millions - your job is to accelerate what's already working, not prove a concept.
This is a greenfield mandate with a real commercial foundation beneath it. If you've built before, you'll know how rare that combination is.
Salary range: $180,000/yr — $220,000/yr
What you'll work on:
Build and lead airSlate’s B2B demand-generation function and team across the portfolio, initially prioritizing SignNow and AltaFlow.
Design and execute integrated ABM, lead-generation and nurture programs for SMB, mid-market and selected enterprise buyers.
Jointly set MQL, sourced-pipeline and funnel-conversion targets with Sales, RevOps and each BU, and own delivery against them.
Define and continually improve target-account selection, qualification, lead scoring, routing, handoff and follow-up SLAs with Sales and RevOps.
Partner with GTM Leaders, PMMs and Campaign Strategy to translate ICP, positioning and business priorities into campaigns and sales-ready assets.
Instrument attribution and report conversion from demand source through sales-accepted opportunity; optimize by campaign, source, segment and product.
Assess current people, processes and technology; redeploy and hire talent as appropriate, and build repeatable operating cadences with Marketing Ops, Data and the CIO.
Requirements:
8–12+ years in B2B demand generation, including direct experience building and scaling a function from an early stage; B2B SaaS experience required.
Demonstrated record of producing measurable sourced pipeline for sales-assisted SMB/mid-market motions through ABM, lead generation and nurture.
Proven ability to operate as a peer to Sales and RevOps and to define, defend and improve MQL criteria, scoring, routing, handoffs, SLAs and pipeline commitments.
Hands-on builder and people leader who can personally design and run programs before the team is fully staffed, then recruit, coach and scale the organization.
Strong command of modern MarTech/RevOps systems, attribution and funnel analytics; able to partner on stack and data architecture without depending entirely on others.
Comfortable in a multi-product, multi-BU environment with differing GTM motions; PLG-to-sales-assisted experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer and market orientation, executive communication and fluent English; U.S. location preferred, or Western Europe with meaningful U.S. customer exposure and Eastern Time overlap. Regular travel expected.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Document/workflow software experience is a plus.
What we offer
Flexible working environment - Our teams operate across the globe. We value in‑person collaboration in our hubs, but we also embrace remote and hybrid working. You can work from one of our offices in the United States, Poland, Romania or Ukraine, or remotely from many countries.

Professional growth and learning - We invest in your development through courses, conferences, and access to learning resources. We encourage career growth and internal mobility, supporting teammates who want to explore new opportunities within airSlate.
Health and well‑being - We provide comprehensive benefits tailored to each country, including health coverage, wellness programmes and access to fitness options. We also dedicate quarterly company-wide Mental Health Days, when everyone takes time off to rest and recharge.
