But that’s just the beginning: Tether Power: Driving sustainable growth, our energy solutions optimize excess power for Bitcoin mining using eco-friendly practices in state-of-the-art, geo-diverse facilities. Tether Data: Fueling breakthroughs in AI and peer-to-peer technology, we reduce infrastructure costs and enhance global communications with cutting-edge solutions like KEET , our flagship app that redefines secure and private data sharing. Tether Education : Democratizing access to top-tier digital learning, we empower individuals to thrive in the digital and gig economies, driving global growth and opportunity. Tether Evolution : At the intersection of technology and human potential, we are pushing the boundaries of what is possible, crafting a future where innovation and human capabilities merge in powerful, unprecedented ways. Why Join Us? Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design. We're taking Keet to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up at global scale. You lead the teams that build Keet's features: the API team, which adds feature-focused APIs to Keet's core, and the frontend team, which builds the React app on top, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for distributed, local-first systems, so you can work fluently on top of a P2P engine without needing to build it yourself. Responsabilities Engineering Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping. Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs. Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app. Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine. Product Partnership Work alongside Keet's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work. Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist. Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially where P2P opens doors that centralized apps can't. Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them. Leadership Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like. Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders. Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it. Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally in chat, calling, or social apps. Strong product sense: you can tell a good feature from a busy one. Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. Offline-first and eventual consistency should feel natural. You don't need P2P protocol expertise, because our core abstracts it away. Deep JavaScript and React. Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to give and receive direct critique. Bonus: experience with local-first apps, CRDTs or sync engines, offline-capable mobile or desktop apps, or open source.
Location: Dublin, IE About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running. We want every employee to do their best work without friction. We're hiring an IT Support Engineer who pairs strong technical skills with a service mindset and good judgment. Anthropic is growing fast, and IT needs to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive work (including with Claude), and improving the day-to-day employee experience. You'll handle support across our mostly macOS environment and help with the operational work that lets us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with room to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time. This isn't a scripted support role. You'll have real ownership, use your judgment to improve our processes, and grow with the team as we scale. Key responsibilities Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts, mostly through our ticketing system, plus Slack and in-person Diagnose and fix issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian) Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs) Handle escalations that need cross-team coordination Join an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers Communicate clearly with users at every technical level Write and maintain internal documentation, including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles Spot patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues, and flag opportunities to automate Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as we scale Contribute to automation efforts Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems Write scripts (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks Minimum qualifications Hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting macOS endpoints, and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android Experience with Google Workspace administration Experience with Slack administration, including workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting Experience supporting and administering other SaaS tools Understanding of identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory services Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts Basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation Strong troubleshooting skills, with a methodical and persistent approach Clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved Preferred qualifications Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPNs Experience with IT projects beyond day-to-day support, such as migrations, tool rollouts, or process redesigns Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity Interest in developing deeper technical skills and taking on more complex systems administration over time The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: €125.000 — €165.000 EUR Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: Palo Alto, CA or Seattle, WA ABOUT DOCKER Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout. We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default. _______________________________________________________________________ THE ROLE As agents take on bigger jobs, the infrastructure around them matters more. Docker's answer is to give every agent a strong boundary, make its environment and authority reproducible, and let the work run where it makes sense, from a developer's laptop to the cloud. The Docker AI Substrate team brings that foundation to the enterprise: the largest companies in the world, running agents at scale, with the security, reliability, and control they expect from any critical system. We are a small, senior team at the start of that work. As a Staff Software Engineer here, you will shape the architecture, build the core systems, and run what you build. Locations: Seattle, WA or Palo Alto, CA. _______________________________________________________________________ RESPONSIBILITIES - Design and build the systems that deploy, release, and operate Docker's agentic platform for enterprise customers, in Go and on Kubernetes. - Make the platform run consistently across cloud providers and environments, with the security, identity, and network boundaries enterprises require. - Own the release and supply chain path so every deployment is reproducible, verifiable, and trusted. - Run what you build: production ownership, on-call, SLOs, incident response, and the operational tooling that keeps it boring. - Set technical direction with the team's architect and engineering leadership, and work with partner teams across runtime, developer experience, identity, and observability. - Raise the bar through design review, testing discipline, and mentorship as the team grows. _______________________________________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - You have built and operated a cloud control and management plane. Software that provisions, upgrades, and watches infrastructure for many tenants or environments, in production, with a pager. Experience at a cloud provider, a managed-service vendor, or a platform team that stamps out environments. - Kubernetes beyond deployment. You have written controllers or operators, understand reconciliation and CRDs, and know why declarative beats imperative at fleet scale. - Deep in at least one major cloud. Hands-on with compute, networking, identity, and managed services, and able to pick up a second cloud fast. - Production ownership. On-call, incident response, SLOs, post-mortems. You run what you build. - Distributed systems design. Fault tolerance, consistency, observability, idempotent reconciliation. - Go. Professional proficiency. Docker's backend and all of this team's code is Go. - 10+ years of professional software engineering in infrastructure, platform, or cloud services, with the judgment to set direction for others. STRONGLY PREFERRED - Kubernetes resource orchestration and cloud controllers, such as KRO. - Release engineering and software supply chain: OCI registries, digests, license compliance. - Private connectivity between cloud accounts: PrivateLink, VPC peering, service endpoints, egress policy. - OpenTelemetry pipelines with multiple destinations. - Building managed services. - Firecracker, microVMs, or other isolated execution environments for untrusted code. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Visa sponsorship: Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs. _______________________________________________________________________ COMPENSATION & EQUITY All full-time roles include equity. Final compensation is determined on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, and location. United States: $170,350 – $275,550 base ______________________________________________________________________ POSTING INFORMATION - Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role. - AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process. - Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent. ______________________________________________________________________ PERKS & BENEFITS - Remote-first by design – Work from your home, with offices in Seattle and Paris for connection and collaboration. - Flexibility that fits your life – We trust you to manage your schedule while delivering great work. - Time to recharge – Generous PTO, designated quarterly Whaleness Days, and a designated end-of-year Whaleness break. - Home office support – Set up your workspace for comfort and success. - Technology stipend – Equivalent to US$100 net per month to help support your work. - Learning & development – Annual stipend for conferences, courses, certifications, and continued learning. - Parental leave – 16 weeks of paid parental leave after six months of employment. - Equity for all full-time employees – Share in Docker's long-term success as we continue to grow. - Comprehensive benefits – Medical, retirement, and paid holidays vary by country. - Docker swag – Because representing the whale never gets old. Docker is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a team that reflects a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe diverse teams build better products, make better decisions, and better serve our global community. #LI-REMOTE
