ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
Modal's LLM inference platform delivers frontier performance https://modal.com/blog/kimi-k3-by-moonshot-now-available-on-modal for open-source models with best-in-class elasticity and developer experience, made in part possible by our custom runtime with GPU memory snapshots https://modal.com/blog/gpu-mem-snapshots and multi-cloud substrate https://modal.com/blog/resource-solver.
We're looking for a leader to own the direction and execution of this platform to continue to establish us as the clear market leader, working closely with customers like Cognition, Doordash, Ramp, and many more. You'll be leading a group of highly talented engineers working on our market-leading LLM inference offering, spanning the serving stack, routing infrastructure, internal agentic optimization platform, and the user-facing product surface area.
This is a hands-on leadership role — expect to split your time between technical contribution, product shaping and people management depending on what the team needs. You'll set direction, remove blockers, and build a strong engineering culture as your team tackles hard problems in distributed computing, frontier inference serving, and performance optimization.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
Team
- Recruit, hire, and grow a high-performing team of engineers; run regular 1:1s focused on coaching, feedback, and career growth
- Set clear performance expectations, hold a high bar, and build an environment where engineers do their best work
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, customer obsession, and continuous improvement
Technical and Product Direction
- Drive technical and product decisions through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions
- Lead our efforts working with customers with novel or frontier workloads so they can be successful running on Modal
- Translate learnings from frontier customers into a roadmap for our internal optimization platform and user-facing product, so that gains from optimization and research efforts are accessible to all of our users
- Establish standards for reliability and product excellence; ensure the team owns projects end-to-end, from spec through production
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with business operations and compute strategy on continuing to develop our strategy for compute purchases across a variety of accelerators
- Collaborate with GTM on product launches, positioning, and improving win rates for inference opportunities
- Help guide the roadmap for teams building the infrastructure platform underlying inference, as well as adjacent product teams

- You have a track record of building high-performance systems at scale

- You have deep knowledge of low-level OS foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, containers, etc.)
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience working with LLM inference in production
- Familiarity with underlying concepts like engines, kernels, routing, KV cache management, and speculative decoding
(Kubernetes/Swarm).
SQLAlchemy, Pydantic.

- Инфраструктурный кругозор: уверенная работа с Linux (bash, сеть, процессы), опыт контейнеризации (Docker).
(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Условия:
- Оформление по договору ГПХ или ИП (РФ) с компенсацией налога.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead the next phase of OKX's growth in Australia. This is a leadership role: you will build and lead our sales and partnerships function to win customers, grow trading volume and deliver revenue in the Australian market.
You will have direct impact and responsibility for business metrics including revenue, AUM and growth in key customer segments. That means generating a robust pipeline, closing deals, signing partnerships, and leading a team that turns opportunities into trading activity. As part of a global exchange, you will also connect our global capabilities with the needs of the Australian market, working closely with local and global Product, Marketing, Growth, Operations, Legal & Compliance to make sure commercial priorities turn into strong execution.
This is a builder role. We are looking for a hands-on seller and sales leader, comfortable building the sales playbook, opening doors, closing deals and building the team required to scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Australian Sales Plan & Revenue Targets
Responsibility for Australian revenue and trading volume targets, with clear accountability for pipeline, forecast and delivery.
Identify and prioritise the highest-value customer segments and accounts.
Set clear KPIs and operating rhythms (pipeline reviews, forecasting, win/loss analysis), and adjust focus based on results.
Build and Lead the Sales Team
Develop and execute strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and trading activity.
Identify opportunities to strengthen OKX's positioning and competitive differences in Australia.
Build scalable commercial models and growth channels rather than relying solely on short-term campaigns or individual relationships.
Work closely with Marketing, Product and Growth teams to improve customer journeys, propositions and conversion across the funnel.
Lead Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Coach and lead a high-performing sales team in Australia, with clear targets and incentives.
Build a repeatable sales process: prospecting, qualification, closing and account management.
Drive customer acquisition, activation and retention through direct sales and account management.
Feed market and competitor insight back to Product and Marketing.
Build a scalable pipeline, not one that depends on a few individual relationships.
Win and Grow Key Accounts
Personally support with closing high-value customers, including institutional and VIP/high-net-worth clients.
Work with Operations, Product and Marketing to tailor propositions for each segment - including localisations of products and segment specific campaigns.
Develop
Strategic Partnerships
& Distribution
Originate, negotiate and close strategic partnerships that materially accelerate OKX's growth in Australia.
Explore new distribution channels (fintech, payments, brokerage, wealth, exchanges and other platforms) beyond traditional crypto acquisition.
Own partner relationships after signing and track the revenue from each.
Navigate a Global and Regulated Environment
Partner closely with Compliance, Legal and Risk teams to ensure commercial strategies and market initiatives are developed within applicable regulatory requirements.
What We Look For In You
8+ years in sales, business development or partnerships, including experience leading a sales team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or sales targets, and of building or scaling a sales function, ideally within crypto, fintech, trading, brokerage, financial services or another competitive, regulated business.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results: revenue, trading volume, new customers won and AUM.
Strong understanding of the Australian market, including local customer behaviour, competitors and growth opportunities.
Hands-on seller who can still lead from the front.
Proven experience closing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to originate and negotiate strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements.
Comfortable using CRM and pipeline data to forecast and manage performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix organisation.
Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment where leaders are expected to build rather than simply manage.
Genuine interest in blockchain technology, digital assets and the evolution of financial markets.
Nice-To-Haves
Existing book of clients or partners in Australia's crypto, fintech, institutional or payments ecosystem
Experience at a crypto exchange or platform, or other regulated financial services business
Understanding of crypto trading products, customer segments and market structure.
Experience in trading, brokerage, derivatives or other transaction-driven businesses where success is measured by customer trading activity and AUM.
Experience working across global and cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with Australia's regulatory environment for digital assets and financial services.
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.

An overview of this role
As a Technical Program Manager in GitLab’s R&D organization, you’ll lead cross functional initiatives that help teams deliver reliably, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll own programs that cut across multiple product stages and engineering teams, turning strategic priorities into clear plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving progress in an all-remote, asynchronous environment. You’ll use GitLab issues, epics, and handbook-first documentation to create visibility, remove blockers, and keep complex work moving across time zones, while partnering closely with Engineering Leadership at all levels. In your first year, you’ll be expected to independently run a portfolio of programs from scoping through delivery and retrospectives, and to improve how R&D programs operate by contributing to and evolving Technical Program Management best practices.
What you’ll do
Lead 1–3 strategic technical programs at a time spanning multiple engineering teams and product stages, ensuring clear scope, priorities, and outcomes.
Partner with engineering leaders and other key stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and delivery milestones for cross functional initiatives.
Own end-to-end program planning and execution, from initial discovery and scoping through delivery, measurement, and retrospectives.
Drive asynchronous collaboration using GitLab issues, epics, and handbook updates so globally distributed teams stay aligned and informed.
Identify risks and blockers early, coordinate resolution across teams, and escalate when needed to maintain momentum.
Facilitate working group meetings and async discussions to support decision-making, surface tradeoffs, and keep programs on track.
Track and communicate program health through metrics, dashboards, and regular status updates to provide visibility to the Engineering Division and partners.
Contribute to evolving Technical Program Management practices by documenting processes, sharing learnings, and improving how R&D programs run across GitLab.
Take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
What you’ll bring
Experience in technical program management, project management, software engineering, or similar technical roles.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile ways of working, including how engineering teams plan, build, and ship.
Skill in coordinating programs across multiple engineering teams or departments, aligning stakeholders on goals, timelines, and milestones.
Strong written communication skills for asynchronous, documentation-first collaboration in a fully remote environment.
Ability to work independently in a distributed setting, set priorities, and make progress with minimal supervision.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying blockers, and proposing practical solutions to keep programs moving.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or platforms like GitLab, with interest in deepening this knowledge over time.
Openness to learning, iterating based on feedback, and applying transferable skills from varied backgrounds to technical program management.
About the team
You’ll join the R&D organization as part of the Technical Program Management function, a small, cross-functional team that leads high-impact programs spanning multiple product stages and departments. The team focuses on driving clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery for complex initiatives that touch many parts of GitLab, using a handbook-first, asynchronous way of working with stakeholders across regions and time zones. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering leaders and partners in other functions to improve how programs are planned, executed, and communicated, helping evolve shared practices, templates, and tooling for program governance across R&D.

As a Backend Engineer on Coder's Enterprise Experience team, you'll build the features that help large organizations run Coder in production with confidence. The team owns what administrators and operators need to run Coder well. That covers how it scales, how it's upgraded, how reliably it performs, how it's observed and reported on, how activity is held accountable, and how it's secured.
You'll join a cross-functional team of backend, platform, and QA engineers who own the operator experience end to end. You'll ship features from design through production and partner with product and design to solve real operator problems.

- Build the observability, reporting, and audit features administrators rely on to see what their deployment is doing.
- Build features that keep enterprise deployments secure, following the team's security practices.
- Help investigate and resolve scalability bottlenecks under production-like load, from database access patterns to concurrency in coderd.
- Help resolve backend issues surfaced by Coder operators and administrators.
- Document the features you build so a reviewer and the next engineer do not have to decode them.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to RFC-style design discussions, and join the on-call rotation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Professional experience writing and shipping Go.
- Working understanding of Go's concurrency model, including goroutines, channels, and the sync package.
- Comfortable with SQL, schema changes, and writing migrations.

- Experience investigating performance under real-world load, including debugging race conditions.
- Experience with observability, audit, or security features in an enterprise product.
- Experience with major cloud providers, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience building or operating distributed systems at a meaningful scale.
- Curiosity about the latest developer tooling.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own institutional partner products such as Custody, Brokerage, and Fees & Incentive Programs (including MM/MT structures, VIP tiering, and rebate frameworks). Final scope will weigh your background, but the mandate is consistent: build institutional-grade products that compete on infrastructure, economic design, and reliability — and translate that into measurable growth in client adoption, trading volume, and revenue. You will partner with engineering, operations, sales, compliance, and external service providers to ship complex changes that institutional counterparties trust and rely on.
What You’ll Be Doing
Clearly define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES, drive its evolution and turn client and partner requirements into shipped features. Grow the client and partner base. Optimize operations through self-service portals and process automation.
Own the fee schedule and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates), balancing market dynamics, competitor moves, and institutional needs against company strategy, revenue, and competitive position. Build and continuously evolve AI agents for competitor intel, liquidity analysis, fee and rebate simulation, and program operations.
Own the commercial logic of your product lines. Build ROI-grounded business cases for product and partnership investments; quantify revenue and AUM impact to drive prioritisation;
Articulate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to internal leadership and external institutional clients.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes. Navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints (HK, SG, EU, US) and balance trade-offs between speed, scalability, and compliance.
What We Look For In You
PM experience at a crypto exchange on Custody OES, or at a custody, or background from traditional finance on Collateral / Tri-party / CCP solutions. Deep market knowledge and an end-to-end grasp of how counterparties, custody, execution, and settlement connect.
Solid understanding of liquidity dynamics and how institutional crypto markets actually work. Prior hands-on experience managing fee schedules or designing incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates) is a strong plus.
Proven experience of leading strategic business reviews, facilitating on-site requirement discovery, and converting client feedback into prioritized product initiatives. Strong track record of partnering with Sales, BD, and Relationship Management teams in a B2B institutional setting.
Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to complex problems, align senior stakeholders across functions, and drive decisions and execution. Able to communicate complex strategies and trade-offs with clarity and influence, producing high-quality strategy documents, product plans, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations. Demonstrated effectiveness leading and influencing globally distributed teams across time zones and diverse cultural contexts.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for market research and product operations. Building automated workflows, using AI for data analysis, or prototyping AI-powered features.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Product Director (P7-1). Experience building a zero-to-one product is a strong plus.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
