About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About GiveDirectly in the DRC
GiveDirectly DRC was established in 2018 to enable cash transfers to poor and rural populations via mobile phones, thereby promoting food security, poverty reduction, and financial inclusion. We aimed to demonstrate the operational feasibility and cost-effectiveness of transferring large volumes of money digitally in one of the world's least developed countries. Since its inception four years ago, GiveDirectly DRC has used mobile phones to transfer over $14 million to more than 65,000 beneficiaries in four provinces: South Kivu, North Kivu, Ituri, and Kinshasa.
GiveDirectly's activities in the DRC have expanded to include, among other things: compelling proofs of concept for mobile-based cash transfers; and the implementation of innovative technologies to target disadvantaged urban populations in Kinshasa, in collaboration with the DRC's social protection agency, the DRC Social Fund. The delivery of contactless cash to beneficiaries in Beni and Bunia affected by the economic consequences of COVID-19. You will be joining Give Directly DRC at an exciting time in its history, as we are establishing and hope to launch several new programs and strengthen our partnership with the DRC government.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, Programs (DRC), you'll help bring GiveDirectly's programs in the Democratic Republic of Congo to life — owning their end-to-end execution, from operational design to on-the-ground delivery. You'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving: designing systems that work, catching risks before they escalate, and using data to drive continuous improvement. You'll also lead people, managing a team of managers and field staff, while partnering closely with the Program Director and Country Director to shape what comes next. It's a role for someone who's energized by both the big picture and the operational details that make it real.
What You’ll Do:
Develop detailed project management plans for all our programs and drive them through successful end-to-end execution
Design operational models for new programs — including targeting, payments, and customer service — and define, monitor, and report on key operational and efficiency indicators
Identify operational vulnerabilities, such as fraud or reputational risk, and implement mitigation solutions aligned with the risk framework set by the Program Director
Analyze program-level data to diagnose the causes of underperformance and drive continuous quality improvement
Partner with Tech and Data teams to design surveys and ensure data integrity in Salesforce
Directly manage a team of managers, with oversight of field teams and call centre at multiple levels
Support the Program Director and Country Director in scoping new programs, including operational feasibility and risk assessment.
Manage partner relationships with key operational partners with oversight of scoping, contracting and ensuring the terms of our agreements are respected.
Develop materials for engagement with donors and other external stakeholders in order to represent our work externally.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience managing and implementing programs within international NGOs or a comparable operational environment; experience in cash or money transfer programming is an asset
Work experience in the DRC, or strong knowledge of the DRC context, is highly desirable
Experience in team management, including recruitment, team building, and development
Strong analytical thinking, with a proven ability to use data to identify problems and improve programs
Experience using technology and digital tools to drive results and operational innovation
Proven instinct for risk management and creative problem-solving in complex operational environments
A high degree of autonomy and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fragile, rapidly changing environment
Strong alignment with
GiveDirectly's values
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate fluently in English and French with high level stakeholders
Professional proficiency in French and English required; knowledge of Congolese Swahili and/or Lingala is an asset

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic’s Infrastructure organization is responsible for the systems that train our models, serve our products, and support our engineering teams. That includes datacenter operations, capacity planning across cloud providers and our own facilities, accelerator cluster management, production serving infrastructure, developer tooling, data pipelines, and networking. It’s a lot of surface area, and the demands on it are growing fast.
We’re hiring a TPM leader to own program management across this whole ecosystem from compute provisioning through to production workloads. We’re bringing up new datacenters, scaling multi-cloud compute across AWS, GCP, and Azure, managing datacenter construction, and building the software infrastructure to keep pace. The team is growing very quickly, and we’re looking for a senior leader with experience at scale to build and scale this team to support Anthropic’s rapid growth. You’ll report to the Head of TPM, partnering closely with various engineering leaders on technical strategy, roadmapping, and aligning TPM support where it is most impactful.
You’ll personally drive 2–3 critical programs while leading your teamin parallel. This is a role where you need to be comfortable doing the work yourself before you can hand it off.
What you'll do:
IC Program Leadership
Own and drive 2–3 of the highest-priority programs across infrastructure while you build the team
Run the actual programs—datacenter bring-up timelines, capacity scaling plans, infrastructure migrations, cross-team reliability efforts, or whatever the most pressing needs are
Build the processes and playbooks as you go—figure out what works by doing it, then codify it for the team
Earn credibility with engineering leads through solid execution, not just strategy
Team Building & Development
Set the standard for what good TPM work looks like in this domain through your own output
Coach and develop TPMs
Transition programs to your team as you hire
Grow the team with excellent TPMs by defining roles, writing JDs, sourcing candidates, and closing hires
Planning & Prioritization
Work with various engineering leads to identify work that would most benefit from TPM support
Make real tradeoffs about what to staff vs. what to skip given limited TPM capacity during the build phase
Maintain portfolio-level visibility across programs—status, risks, dependencies, blockers
Represent the team in planning cycles and leadership reviews
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate across Infrastructure and partner teams (Research, Product, Security, Finance, Legal) on programs that span organizational boundaries
Drive alignment on programs that cross the hardware/software line—e.g., capacity plans that feed into training schedules, or efficiency work that spans accelerator kernels and serving systems
Own executive communication on program status, risks, and resource needs
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 7+ years directly managing TPMs and ideally some experience leading larger TPM organizations
Have built a team or function from scratch before—you know the difference between hiring for a defined role vs. figuring out what the roles should be
Have scaled TPM teams to support rapidly-growing, fast-moving company environments
Have worked across physical and software infrastructure—datacenters, networking, hardware ops, distributed systems, cloud platforms, developer tooling. You don’t need to be deep in all of it, but you need to be conversant enough to ask the right questions and spot the real risks.
Have run large-scale compute or infrastructure programs—capacity planning, cluster deployments, datacenter build-outs, cloud migrations, or similar
Can communicate complex programs clearly to senior leadership without losing the important details
Are good at context-switching between doing the work and managing people, and don’t see the IC work as beneath you
Are comfortable making staffing and prioritization decisions without perfect information
Deadline to apply:
None, applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$365,000
—
$565,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why This Role?
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Cohere's customer-facing Program Management team, with a focus on Canadian public sector and defence accounts. This is a highly specialized role requiring an individual who understands technical program delivery, the technical complexity of frontier AI models and the unique requirements of government and defence organizations.
You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of Canadian federal departments, provincial agencies, Crown corporations, and defence organizations. However, we will also consider exceptional candidates who:
- Currently hold Secret clearance and are eligible for TS upgrade
- Do not currently hold clearance, but are eligible and willing to undergo the Top Secret clearance process
- Have a previous government security clearance that has lapsed
Please note that obtaining Top Secret clearance can take 12-18 months. Candidates without active clearance will work on non-classified public sector accounts while the clearance process is underway.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management—it's a highly specialized role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of Canada's most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organizations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.

Perplexity is revolutionizing how companies get work done. We are seeking a Virtual Events Manager to build the channel that shows people what our products can do and teaches them how to use them. You will develop a deep working knowledge of our products, turn that knowledge into compelling live experiences, and own the programs that convert audiences into active users and qualified pipeline.
This role has two sides. You are a charismatic host and product storyteller who can command a virtual room, and you are the operator who keeps every event on the rails. You will find and prepare the right experts from across Perplexity, work with Growth to build the audience, and measure whether each program produced a real business return.
If you have a passion for understanding how things work, thrive in taking something complex and making it engaging, and want to build a world-class virtual events engine from the ground up, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Know the product cold. Develop a deeper working knowledge of our products than anyone else in events, using new features as they ship, building the workflows yourself, and staying close to the teams that built them.
- Own virtual events end to end. Run the channel from program strategy and calendar planning through event briefs, speaker staffing, rehearsals, live production, follow-up, and retros. Build a reliable portfolio of onboarding programs, product launches, feature deep-dives, customer conversations, and use-case workshops.
- Bring the product to life. Host, moderate, present, and demonstrate the product live with energy and clarity. Turn complex capabilities into specific, accurate stories that audiences can understand and put to work.
- Find and prepare the right people. Build relationships across Product, Engineering, Research, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing to identify the strongest speakers and subject-matter experts for each program. Brief them thoroughly, sharpen their stories, and make sure they are ready to deliver.
- Build the audience. Partner with Growth, Lifecycle, Social, Comms, Sales, and Customer Success on full-funnel promotion plans that drive qualified registrations. Track pacing closely, identify gaps early, and run experiments across audience, creative, channel mix, timing, and follow-up.
- Turn every event into an engine. Extend the value of each program through recordings, replays, clips, FAQs, demo flows, education materials, and sales follow-up. Build formats and templates that make the next event faster and better.
- Measure outcomes, not just outputs. Instrument the funnel from registration through attendance, engagement, product activation, qualified pipeline, and revenue. Track cost per registration, cost per attendee, cost per qualified attendee, sourced and influenced pipeline, and channel ROI, then use the findings to improve the portfolio.
- Build the operating system. Create the intake process, master calendar, production checklists, run-of-show templates, speaker bench, readiness gates, contingency plans, scorecards, and reporting cadence required to scale the channel without lowering quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in virtual events, product marketing, customer education, demand generation, or a related role, ideally within a high-growth technology company, or work that proves the skill regardless of title.
- Proven ability to learn technical products deeply and translate complex capabilities into simple, specific, and accurate live demonstrations.
- A polished, credible on-camera presence, with experience hosting, interviewing, moderating, or presenting to professional audiences.
- Strong cross-functional instincts and the ability to find, recruit, brief, and coordinate busy experts without relying on formal authority.
- Full-funnel growth fluency, including registration strategy, audience segmentation, campaign testing, conversion, and post-event nurture.
- Analytical rigor, with experience defining channel metrics, working with CRM and marketing automation data, and calculating return on investment.
- Excellent production judgment and attention to detail, including rehearsals, technical readiness, live moderation, and fallback planning.
- High slope: you learn unfamiliar products and domains fast, and your rate of improvement is your standout trait.
- Extreme comfort delivering clarity in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll join Ramp's travel team, which builds two products, Ramp Travel and Juno. Both integrate with a growing network of travel management company (TMC) partners. You'll be our expert on how those integrations work in practice: how content (search, booking and changes), payments, approvals, servicing and reporting flow between our products and each TMC.
You'll own the operational side of each partnership, from the day it's signed through every customer that goes live on it. You'll work closely with engineering, our customer success managers, and the teams that sign new TMC partners and bring in customers through them, but you won't own those commercial relationships.
Success means each new TMC goes live more efficiently than the last, mutual customers on each TMC go live faster and more smoothly over time as your playbooks improve, and the TMC servicing experience for Ramp and Juno travelers is seamless and delightful.
The travel team is small and building quickly across both products, so everyone works beyond the edges of their role. Alongside your core work, you'll help wherever the team needs it most.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and refine our playbook for standing up a new TMC partner, and work with engineering to take each new TMC from signed partnership to its first live mutual customer.
- For each live TMC, build the playbook for adding mutual customers and new points of sale, including in new countries and regions. Support CSMs when a rollout needs TMC-specific setup.
- Investigate with engineering when bookings, payments or data don't flow correctly, and see fixes through with the TMC.
- Train TMC agents who service accounts through our dashboards. For TMCs that use their own tools, make sure our workflows fit theirs.
- Create SOPs for TMC agents to ensure they deliver top tier support for travelers.
- Keep TMC partners up to date on product changes that affect them, and answer their agents' questions.
- Always get to the why behind a TMC ask and make sure that it’s the best path forward. Just because something is done a certain way doesn’t mean that it’s the right or only way.
- Actively track and analyze data to manage and measure the quality of the travel support experience offered by our partners.
- Join partner review calls to represent day-to-day operations.
- Identify the steps in your playbooks that can be automated or built into the product, and work with product and engineering to make that happen.
- Take on work beyond your core role, such as joining Juno's customer support rotation, where you'll see firsthand how our partner integrations shape the customer experience.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years in implementation, partner operations, technical consulting, or a similar partner- or customer-facing technical role, ideally in travel technology, SaaS or fintech.
- Corporate travel domain experience, such as working at a TMC or with GDSs (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport), NDC content, or travel mid- and back-office systems.
- Technical fluency to troubleshoot integrations and data flows across systems and hold credible conversations with engineers. Engineering depth is not required.
- Experience managing external partners or vendors, and working cross-functionally with customer success, product and engineering.
- Strong written communication, including the ability to train others and explain technical issues to nontechnical audiences.
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, debugging, or data analysis, even if you do not write production code.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, travel, fintech, or another operationally complex product.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Perplexity is looking for a technical program manager to be the connective tissue between our model providers, engineering, and product teams, driving our core inference platform forward.
Perplexity runs one of the highest-throughput inference stacks in the industry, serving Ask, Computer, and API traffic across a large and constantly shifting portfolio of first-party and third-party models. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and finance: you'll orchestrate across model providers and internal teams to keep new models and capacity moving smoothly into production, while executing the roadmap for the inference platform itself. The ideal candidate has strong technical judgment, thrives coordinating across teams and external partners with competing timelines, and is energized by building the operating model for a function that doesn't have much precedent yet.
OUR MISSION
Perplexity's mission is to power curiosity. Curious people are the people who drive change in the world. Driving change is a continuous cycle of learning, building, and integrating.
Learn: curious people constantly learn new things by asking more. They question the status quo in their own expertise and they constantly learn outside of it. Research is essential to them and never ending.
Build: curious people make and create things, to show the world their new answers to problems no one else ever questioned. They take action on what they've learned. Makers need tools to create their products, their companies, their reality.
Integrate: they must interact with the world as it is to drive change and adoption. True leaders do not simply build something and hope. They must have armies of agents and workers who can constantly work in millions of small ways.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Execute the roadmap for the inference platform request handling, rate limits and quotas, usage controls, and the reliability and observability surface engineering and product teams depend on
- Be the connective tissue between model providers and Perplexity's engineering and product teams coordinating onboarding, launch readiness, and rollout for new models and capacity
- Drive latency, throughput, uptime, and cost-efficiency as core execution metrics, surfacing tradeoffs between them rather than letting them become side effects
- Run the operating model for model-release and optimization programs, including day-zero launches, across performance engineering, infrastructure, and product teams
- Lead cross-functional delivery for inference-stack changes, from planning through launch and post-launch validation
- Build the mechanisms that make releases predictable rituals, dashboards, launch checklists so inference releases stay low-risk at Perplexity's scale
- Partner with GPU capacity and compute teams to reconcile execution decisions against cost, capacity, and vendor constraints
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience with technical program management or product management in infrastructure, distributed systems, or ML/model-serving products
- Direct experience with production LLM or ML inference understanding what makes serving fast, reliable, and cheap rather than just what a roadmap slide says about it
- Comfort orchestrating across external partners and internal engineering teams with competing priorities and timelines
- Experience with data and metrics, and the judgment to surface difficult tradeoffs between latency, throughput, uptime, and cost
- Thrives in a small, agile team; has initiative and desire for ownership without much precedent to lean on
- 6+ years of combined technical program management or product management experience

Capacity Management sits at the intersection of technology, infrastructure planning and business priorities. Our work depends on close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, product, finance and sales. We coordinate multiple areas of activity, manage cross-functional agreements and help the organization understand what capacity is available, where it is needed and which dependencies may affect delivery.
As Nebius grows, this operating model needs to be easy to understand — not only for our team, but also for the many people who work with us. Today, much of this knowledge is distributed across different documents, tools and individuals.
We are looking for a student or recent graduate to help us turn this complex environment into a clear and useful knowledge base. Your primary project will be to redesign and build the Capacity Management home page and supporting documentation in Confluence.
This is not simply a content-formatting assignment. You will need to speak with stakeholders, understand technical and managerial realities, identify connections and gaps, and translate what you learn into a structure that people can actually use.
Your responsibilities will include
Learning how the Capacity Management function operates and how it interacts with other teams.
Interviewing team members and cross-functional stakeholders to collect and validate information.
Mapping our main areas of responsibility, workflows, dependencies and stakeholder interfaces.
Designing a clear information architecture for the Capacity Management Confluence space.
Creating a practical home page that helps different audiences find the right information quickly.
Developing or improving onboarding materials for new team members and partners.
Documenting key processes, ownership areas, terminology, decision paths and working agreements.
Collecting feedback from users and improving the content based on how it works in practice.
What we expect
You are currently completing, or have recently completed, a degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, operations management or a related field.
You can bring structure to incomplete, scattered or ambiguous information.
You can explain complex subjects in simple, precise language.
You are comfortable asking questions, listening carefully and following up until you understand how something really works.
You can distinguish between a process as it is intended to work and how it works in practice.
You are interested in cloud infrastructure, technical operations and cross-functional project management.
You pay attention to detail without losing sight of the larger picture.
You are comfortable collaborating with both technical specialists and managers.
You do not need to be a cloud infrastructure expert when you join. Curiosity, analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly are more important.
It would be an advantage if you have
Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
Worked on university, volunteer or personal projects involving several stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts, capacity planning or service operations.
An interest in technical project or program management as a career.
What you will gain
This Early Talent Program offers a close-up view of how cross-functional management works in a fast-growing cloud infrastructure organization.
You will have the opportunity to:
See how technical, commercial and operational priorities are coordinated in practice.
Discover the real-world dependencies behind cloud infrastructure at scale.
Learn how capacity decisions connect engineering, hardware, finance, product and customer demand.
Understand how ownership boundaries, working agreements and escalation paths are created.
Work with experienced specialists and managers across several functions.
Deliver a visible project that will be used for onboarding and day-to-day collaboration.
By the end of the program, you should have a much deeper understanding of the managerial complexity behind large-scale technical systems — and concrete experience turning that complexity into something clear and actionable.
What success looks like
A successful Early Talent will result in:
A clear and navigable Capacity Management home page.
A documented overview of the team’s purpose, responsibilities and boundaries.
An understandable map of our main activities, stakeholders and dependencies.
Practical onboarding guidance for new team members and cross-functional partners.
An agreed structure and ownership model for keeping the documentation current.
Positive feedback from the people who use the space.
If the Early Talent is successful, we will be happy to discuss an opportunity to continue with the team in a full-time Project Manager position, subject to performance, mutual fit and business needs.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

About the company:
KIEFER is building Greece's integrated AI ecosystem. From renewable energy infrastructure and AI systems to robotics and enterprise applications, we connect the technologies that power Europe's intelligent future. Founded in 2014, KIEFER has delivered 600MW+ of energy projects and is now developing sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI products and physical AI systems for Greece and Southeast Europe.
KIEFER TEK Ltd is a leading EPC contractor in the renewable energy sector, delivering complex energy infrastructure projects across Greece.
As our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) portfolio continues to grow, we are strengthening our project delivery team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of utility-scale BESS projects — from contract award and project planning through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and final handover.
This is a head-office–based role with selective site presence, designed for a Project Manager who can maintain the full project picture: contract, scope, schedule, cost, risk, client and overall delivery.
What You Will Own
- Take end-to-end accountability for BESS projects, from project kick-off through commissioning and final handover
- Define and drive the project execution strategy, programme, budget, milestones and key deliverables
- Ensure compliance with EPC contractual obligations, technical requirements and agreed project milestones
- Own project financial performance, monitoring budget, forecast, cash flow, cost-to-complete and commercial exposure
- Act as the primary project interface with the client, maintaining clear communication, alignment and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, Finance, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers around a single integrated delivery plan
- Ensure engineering, procurement and construction activities remain aligned with project priorities and contractual milestones
- Provide direction and coordination to Construction and Site Management teams, while retaining overall accountability for project performance and delivery
- Identify project risks and critical issues early, establish mitigation actions and drive them through to resolution
- Manage project changes, variations and claims in coordination with Commercial, Engineering and Construction teams
- Lead project progress meetings, reviews and reporting with clients, internal stakeholders and senior management
- Maintain effective oversight of construction progress through targeted and purposeful site visits, without being responsible for day-to-day site supervision
- Drive projects toward safe, timely and commercially successful completion
Who We’re Looking For
- Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or another relevant discipline
- Proven experience in Project Management within EPC, energy, renewable energy or major infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of the interaction between engineering, procurement, construction, contracts, cost and schedule
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple internal and external interfaces
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets, forecasts, variations, contractual requirements and project risks
- Confident client-facing communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Structured, accountable and proactive approach, with the ability to maintain control of multiple priorities
- Previous experience in BESS, renewable energy, substations or complex electrical infrastructure will be considered a strong advantage
- Ability to understand site realities while maintaining focus on overall project performance rather than day-to-day construction supervision
- Interest in long-term involvement and professional growth within a rapidly expanding energy-storage portfolio
Why Join KIEFER TEK
- Take ownership of strategic utility-scale BESS projects shaping the future of energy in Greece
- Head-office–based role with selective travel and meaningful project visibility
- Real accountability across scope, schedule, cost, contract and client — not simply task execution
- Work across the full EPC lifecycle, from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning
- Direct exposure to clients, senior management and key project stakeholders
- Work with advanced energy-storage technologies and large-scale energy infrastructure
- Join a growing BESS portfolio with opportunities for increased responsibility and long-term career development
- Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and level of responsibility
Equal Opportunity
At KIEFER TEK,we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all candidates, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, nationality, ethnic background, religion, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
We welcome applications from all qualified professionals and are committed to a fair, inclusive and merit-based recruitment process.

Anthropic's enterprise business is growing fast, and enterprises are adopting Claude across product surfaces. Before they can deploy at scale, they need the same foundations everywhere: security and compliance controls, identity and access management, data governance, admin controls, and cost and spend management. This work is especially critical for customers in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector), whose security, privacy, and resilience requirements set the bar for everyone else.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to partner with the teams that own these enterprise foundations, own the planning and execution rhythm that gets each capability onto every surface, and contribute to a coherent leadership view of coverage, gaps, and progress across products. This is a senior role: product, engineering, and GTM leaders will look to you for where we stand on enterprise readiness and for the plan to close the gaps.
Responsibilities
Run the planning and operating cadence for the foundational-capability roadmap across surfaces: clear DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth on coverage and status for product, engineering, and GTM leadership
Drive the highest-priority foundational capability programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery on every surface
Shape the readiness bar for new products and features: what a surface must have in place before it reaches enterprise customers, and the call on in-flight features that are missing controls
Work across teams and directly with customers: partner with sales, customer success, solutions, and support on active deals and escalations, join customer security and compliance reviews, and bring what enterprises are blocked on back to product and engineering
Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs: work with legal, compliance, and GTM to prioritize the highest-impact enterprise asks and map them to roadmaps with dates
Sample projects include
Take a regulated customer's security control assessment from findings to closed gaps, with owners and dates across product, security, and infrastructure
Stand up a data residency program: gather requirements by market, what each surface must support, and sequencing with infrastructure
Build the operating model for co-building with a large enterprise design partner: staffing, cadence, and how their asks reach the roadmap
Extend healthcare compliance coverage to new product surfaces, with a migration path customers can actually take
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
Have driven decisions among senior leaders with competing priorities, and are comfortable plainly articulating what is and is not ready for enterprise customers
Have driven adoption of platform or horizontal capabilities across product teams that don't share a reporting line, where success depended on other teams building on what you shipped
Understand what enterprises require before they adopt at scale, particularly for customers in regulated industries: security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP), identity and access (SSO, SCIM, RBAC), data governance (retention, residency, customer-managed keys), audit logging, and spend controls
Have worked directly with regulated customers on their security reviews, questionnaires, audit findings, and contract redlines, and understand how control design, evidence collection, and engineering delivery fit together
Thrive when the operating model itself is still being defined and see shaping it as part of the job
Strong candidates may also have
Owned a HIPAA program end to end at a software company, including BAAs, PHI handling, and supporting product controls
Worked with financial services customers on data retention, data residency, and encryption requirements (including retention and deletion commitments, regional hosting, customer-managed keys, and contractual evidence and attestations)
Run a design partnership or co-build with a large enterprise customer
Experience using Claude or other LLM tooling to automate program tracking and reporting
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$365,000
—
$435,000 USD
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Manager, Enablement Programs, you will own the programs and operating system that help sellers ramp fast and execute with confidence — from global onboarding to role-readiness, Field OS, and AI-enabled enablement workflows. This role exists because we’re evolving our Enablement and GTM motion, and we need a leader to drive that change: set the standard for what “great” looks like in the era of AI, build an AI-native enablement model, and own the agentic workflows that help the field execute.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90: Build the first version of the Field OS as a seller-ramp unlock (priority workflows, trusted resources, and AI-enabled execution moments by role).
- By day 90: Map and prototype the core custom agents that help sellers ramp faster and apply the right support at each stage of the sales process.
- By day 90: Refresh onboarding around continuous iteration (A/B testing, measurement, and role-specific alignment to the sales process) and implement onboarding engagement + impact metrics.
- By day 90: Stand up a dedicated manager onboarding track to help managers ramp faster and reinforce new-hire success consistently.
- By end of year 1: Make onboarding and role readiness a repeatable system that measurably improves ramp and raises the bar on enablement quality through tight feedback loops and durable workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven ability to design and run global enablement programs end-to-end (especially onboarding), including live + async modalities across regions and time zones.
- Strong program leadership and operating cadence: clear roadmaps, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and measurement that drives iteration (not just reporting).
- Experience building scalable enablement systems (resource governance, intake processes, comms rhythms) that sellers actually use.
- AI-fluent approach to enablement: using AI and automation to improve quality, speed, and consistency of seller execution (and instrumenting adoption/impact).
- People leadership experience managing and developing a small team; sets high standards and builds a calm, high-ownership operating rhythm.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
