About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives in the top of the funnel. This is a hands-on, sourcing-first role focused on building and owning talent pipelines across the US, LATAM, and APAC — with the heaviest emphasis on APAC, where our fastest hiring growth is happening and where deep market knowledge is hardest to buy.
You will spend the majority of your time proactively identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent — not processing inbound applications. You will map markets, build long-term talent communities, and become the person hiring managers come to when they need to know who’s out there. If you are energized by outreach that actually lands, by knowing a market better than anyone else in the room, and by building pipelines before the req even opens, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactive Sourcing (Core Focus):
Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, Maimai, BOSS Zhipin, referrals, alumni networks, and crypto-native communities.
APAC Pipeline Building:
Serve as the sourcing engine for APAC hiring. Develop deep talent maps across key hubs — Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, and India — and build region-specific outreach strategies that account for local platforms, languages, notice periods, and compensation norms.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
Produce competitor org maps, talent availability reports, and compensation benchmarks by region. Translate market data into practical guidance that shapes role scoping, level calibration, and hiring plans.
Candidate Engagement & Conversion:
Write and test outreach that gets replies. Own the candidate experience from first touch through handoff, running screens that assess motivation, mobility, and fit while keeping candidates warm through long hiring cycles.
Pipeline Ownership & Nurture:
Build and maintain evergreen pipelines and talent communities for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Keep silver-medalist and passive-candidate pools active so we are never starting from zero when a req opens.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional HR teams across time zones. Run intake and calibration sessions, share pipeline reviews, and set realistic expectations grounded in market reality.
Sourcing Data & Reporting:
Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics — outreach volume, response rate, screen-to-submit, submit-to-onsite, and pipeline health by region. Use the data to redirect effort toward the channels that convert.
Employer Brand in Market:
Represent OKX to passive talent. Support regional recruiting events, meetups, and community engagement, and help position OKX as the destination employer in crypto across every market you cover.
What We Look For In You
3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing experience, with a demonstrable track record of building pipelines from scratch rather than working inbound applicant flow.
Hands-on APAC sourcing experience strongly preferred — you have hired into at least one major APAC market and understand its platforms, candidate behavior, and hiring norms.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions and time zones, ideally including US and LATAM alongside APAC.
Advanced sourcing toolkit: Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portfolio platforms, and region-specific channels. Comfortable finding talent where it is not looking for you.
Strong written outreach skills — you can craft personalized, high-response messaging at volume.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing CRMs; disciplined about data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
crypto, Web3, or fintech recruiting experience; additional language capability relevant to APAC markets (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa); experience building talent communities or running sourcing jams and hiring events.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
More that we love to tell you along the process!
OKX Statement:
OKX is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, genetic information, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, lawful alien status, national origin, age, marital status, and non-job related physical or mental disability, or protected veteran status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
The salary range for this position is $143,111 - $214,666
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Nebius is looking for a Public Affairs Leader to serve as the number two on our public affairs team, working directly under the VP of Public Affairs with real authority over a growing team and an expanding set of markets. You will be the operational lead for our North American state and local engagement work, managing a field team, driving community strategy, and stepping in wherever the work needs you.
Nebius takes a community focused approach that sets us apart in the market. Communities have real concerns about land use, water, power, and local economic impact, and the companies that earn trust early move faster and build better. This role sits at the center of that effort.
You will start with three direct reports placed across active markets, with the team growing as our pipeline expands. You will have communications and marketing support, a strong story to tell about Nebius's approach, and direct access to the VP to help shape strategy, not just carry it out.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the field team
Manage and develop a team of three market-based public affairs professionals, as new markets come online.
Set priorities, coach performance, and ensure field staff have the support and strategy they need to be effective on the ground.
Serve as the deputy to the VP of Public Affairs — covering decisions,
representing
the function internally, and stepping in as needed.
Manage relationships with outside consultants and government relations firms across markets.
Drive community engagement strategy
Develop and execute the community engagement playbook across active markets, from
initial
project introduction through construction and operations.
Represent
Nebius
externally before local elected officials, planning boards, public town halls, and community open houses.
Identify
risks early — political, regulatory, community — and develop mitigation strategies before they become blockers.
Support and guide
Nebius's
community investment programs, including local education and workforce initiatives.
Work across the company
Partner closely with legal, infrastructure, communications, and marketing teams to coordinate messaging and stakeholder strategy around specific projects.
Translate complex policy and community dynamics into clear, actionable briefings for senior leadership.
Track political and regulatory developments across North American markets, surfacing issues and opportunities relevant to our build-out.
What Success Looks Like – Year One
The field team is stable, well-managed, and
operating
with a consistent engagement approach across markets.
Community trust is
established
in active markets, with permits and social operating
license
secured where needed.
A repeatable community engagement playbook is in place and being used by the team.
You've
built the relationships internally to be an effective deputy — legal, infrastructure, and comms teams
see
you as a go-to partner.
We expect you to have:
7
–10 years of
public affairs,
communications
and/or community engagement work
Hands-on experience with
developing infrastructure and engaging communities
Experience working in or alongside a fast-moving company or startup environment; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Proven ability to manage
a team and outside consultants.
Data center, energy, or other large-scale infrastructure experience
strongly preferred
How you work:
A relationship-builder: credible and comfortable in rooms with everyone from a neighbor to the Mayor, company executives, and project antagonists
A clear communicator: you translate complexity into crisp executive summaries and briefings that decision-makers can actually use.
A self-starter that can independently work towards key objectives, set goals and achieve them.
Collaborative across functions: you work naturally with legal, comms, and business teams rather than operating in a silo.
Solutions-oriented: when you surface a problem, you bring a recommended path forward.

Health insurance:
100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
401(k) plan:
Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is bringing data center capacity online faster than the industry has ever attempted, and the owner-furnished equipment (OFE) that makes a site live — switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, busway, PDUs, chillers, CDUs, air handlers, dry coolers, pumps and piping skids — is long-lead, high-value, and sits squarely on the construction critical path. When a transformer slips three weeks at the factory, a data hall slips three weeks at the site.
We're hiring a Supply Chain Delivery Manager to own that equipment from purchase order to dock. You will be the site-facing supply chain lead for a regional portfolio of data center projects: tracking every OFE line item against the construction schedule, running factory and logistics escalations with OEMs, holding suppliers and general contractors accountable for delivery performance, and giving leadership a clear, converged picture of delivery risk across the portfolio. Your job is to make sure equipment production and delivery are never the reason a site misses its ready-for-service date.
This is a senior individual-contributor role on the Compute DC Infrastructure team, working daily with Construction, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Commissioning, and our general contractors and OEMs. It is not a category-management or negotiation role — Sourcing owns supplier strategy and commercial terms — and it is not a people-management role. The emphasis is execution: schedules, escalations, logistics, and site readiness.
What You'll Do
Delivery planning and schedule integration
Own the end-to-end OFE delivery plan for each site in your portfolio: order placement, engineering submittal/approval milestones, production slots, FAT dates, ship dates, and required-on-site (ROS) dates, integrated with the GC's construction schedule.
Engage during preconstruction with Construction, Engineering, and the GC to set OFE delivery expectations, sequence equipment arrivals to the build, and identify schedule risk before POs are cut.
Lead OFE kickoff meetings at the site level with the GC and internal construction teams, establishing points of contact, delivery windows, receiving requirements, and escalation paths.
Maintain the single source of truth for OFE status across the portfolio — a live tracker of every line item, its milestone dates, and its risk rating.
Supplier execution and escalation
Run weekly delivery cadences with OEMs and integrators on open orders; verify production progress against committed slots rather than accepting reported dates at face value.
Act as the primary escalation point for factory slips, component shortages, FAT failures, and shipping delays; drive recovery plans (expedites, partial ships, resequencing, alternate sources) with Sourcing and Engineering.
Partner with Sourcing on corporate-level supplier escalations, bringing site-level schedule intelligence to commercial conversations.
Hold GC OFCI teams accountable for receiving, storage, and installation-readiness performance; manage the change/claim process when delivery issues affect the GC's schedule.
Logistics and site readiness
Plan and coordinate transportation for oversize/overweight and high-value equipment — carrier selection, route surveys, permits, crane and rigging coordination — with our logistics partners and the GC.
Manage laydown, staging, and interim storage decisions when site readiness and equipment arrival diverge; coordinate with Quality and Commissioning on receiving inspection and storage/preservation requirements.
Ensure equipment arrives complete — accessories, spares, documentation, and vendor startup support scheduled — so installation and commissioning are not delayed by missing pieces.
Risk management and reporting
Identify, triage, and report delivery risks across the portfolio; propose solutions and drive decisions to protect capacity milestones.
Establish and lead recurring Capacity Delivery Reviews giving leadership converged visibility into OFE delivery status and risk by site and by equipment category.
Track delivery KPIs — on-time-to-ROS, schedule drift by supplier and category, escalation cycle time, expedite spend — and use them to surface systemic issues.
Feed lessons learned back into Sourcing (lead-time assumptions, contract delivery terms, buffer strategy) and Construction (ROS sequencing) to improve the next program.
Who You Are
8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management on large-scale, schedule-driven construction programs.
Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities — transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, busway, chillers, CDUs, air handlers — and familiarity with how those OEMs actually build and ship.
You've managed cross-functional escalations across construction teams, suppliers, and internal partners, and you know when to expedite, when to resequence, and when to escalate commercially.
Comfortable reading and influencing construction schedules (P6 or MS Project) and tying equipment milestones to them.
Strong written and verbal communication — you can turn a messy delivery problem into a one-page recommendation for leadership.
Data-fluent: you build and maintain trackers and dashboards, and you'd rather look at the numbers than trust a status email.
Thrive with high autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment; you own outcomes, not just updates.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with hyperscale or AI data center construction and OFCI (owner-furnished, contractor-installed) delivery models.
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects (5–10+) across a regional portfolio.
Working knowledge of FAT/SAT and commissioning workflows and how equipment documentation gates them.
Heavy-haul / project logistics experience, including international freight, customs, and Incoterms.
Technical understanding of data center electrical distribution and cooling system design.
Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools (SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Smartsheet/Procore).
PMP, CSCP, or similar certification.
Logistics
Location: [San Francisco / hybrid, or remote US near the regional portfolio?]
Travel: [up to 40%] to construction sites in the regional portfolio and to supplier factories as needed.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our EMEA Growth & Engagement team, which owns the growth and engagement of Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus across 40+ markets in Europe and the Middle East and is working to build the best local commerce membership programs in the markets we operate in.
You will join our Engagement pod, which focuses on understanding what turns a subscriber into a healthy, engaged and long-term member. You will be responsible for i) identifying and prioritising the largest opportunities to improve our member experience and subscription health, ii) understanding how customer needs and behaviours evolve across different stages of the Plus lifecycle, and iii) driving the highest-priority opportunities from strategy through experimentation and execution to tangible business results.
To get the job done, you’ll work closely with our wider subscription team and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, Commercial and Finance, while taking full ownership of driving your initiatives to fruition and, most importantly, measurable results.
Our team is responsible for driving the growth and long-term health of our subscription programs. Your exact problem space may evolve as our priorities change, but in practice you will:
Build a clear view of the largest opportunities to improve member engagement and subscription health across EMEA. Use customer behaviour, market performance and economics to size opportunities and prioritise the areas most likely to materially move our business results.
Understand the member lifecycle end to end, identifying where customers struggle to onboard, build habit, discover value or remain engaged, and translate those insights into practical interventions that improve customer and business outcomes.
Own initiatives from initial problem definition through to execution and results, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, Commercial and Finance.
Build and run an experimentation roadmap against the highest-priority opportunities. Translate business problems into clear hypotheses, design A/B tests or other appropriate experiments, analyse the results and make decisions on whether initiatives should be scaled, iterated or stopped.
Track and own the key performance indicators relevant to your problem space and, where necessary, drive corrective actions. This may mean pulling shorter-term lifecycle levers or shaping longer-term Product and Engineering solutions to address underlying drivers.
Collaborate closely with local and regional teams to ensure our strategies reflect customer needs and market context, and turn successful approaches into repeatable playbooks that can scale across Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus.
Keep a close eye on our customer experience and identify opportunities to make Plus easier to understand, use and get value from throughout the membership lifecycle.
The Engagement pod works across a broad range of customer problems. Examples could include improving the first 30–60 days of membership, onboarding and early order progression, benefit discovery and adoption, lifecycle and CRM journeys, programs that drive incremental order frequency and activity, and initiatives that improve longer-term member engagement and retention.
Our humble expectations
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in i) strategy & operations, consumer growth or engagement at a leading consumer technology / platform company, ii) subscriptions, loyalty or membership businesses, or iii) management consulting with subsequent operating experience.
Problem-solving and prioritisation skills: our team is in the business of solving hard problems and developing new solutions. There is rarely a ready-made playbook to follow, so you’ll need to be comfortable structuring ambiguous problems, getting into the details and identifying which opportunities are most likely to move the needle.
Analytical and experimentation skills: you’ll work with data every day and need to be comfortable identifying and sizing opportunities, designing and interpreting A/B tests and making decisions based on the results. Strong spreadsheet skills are a must-have and SQL experience is useful.
Customer and lifecycle judgement: you are able to understand how customer behaviour and needs evolve across the membership journey, identify the moments that matter most and translate those insights into practical ways to improve onboarding, engagement and retention.
Business ownership and independence: you have experience owning measurable business results and can demonstrate how you have taken a problem from initial analysis through to execution and impact. You’ll be given significant responsibility and freedom, so you need to be comfortable operating without a predefined roadmap.
People and project management skills: you’ll need to be able to inspire and persuade colleagues from a broad spectrum of backgrounds and seniority levels and get cross-functional teams working towards one goal in a coordinated and efficient way.
AI fluency: AI is increasingly part of how we work at Wolt day to day. You should already be comfortable using AI tools in your work, or be excited to quickly become so, and continuously look for ways to use them to work faster and solve problems better.
Business acumen and eye for superb user experience: you’ll need to be able to see the forest for the trees and have good intuition about what works best for customers while understanding the economics and trade-offs behind business decisions.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Design and run the financial control framework: regular reconciliations (internal system vs. PSP vs. bank), mismatch classification, SLA-driven resolution process, approval flows, and audit trail.
Manage merchant settlements: settlement amount calculation, provider fees, minimum fees, surcharges, refunds, chargebacks, FX conversions, and balance transfers.
Oversee multi-entity finance: consolidated reporting across several legal entities, currencies, and intercompany transactions; prepare data for statutory accounting and external audits.
Act as the business owner of financial automation: formalize financial logic, define KPIs and data sources, set requirements for Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Development teams, and accept dashboards and reports into production.
Lead and develop the Finance team: hire, structure roles, assign accountability, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-changing environment.
Report financial results and insights to the CEO and founders in clear, business-oriented language.
Experience we are looking for:
8+ years in finance, with
at least 3 years managing a finance team or function
.
Background in at least one of: fintech, payments/PSP, acquiring, EMI, banking, crypto payments, or another high-volume transactional business.
Proven track record of building or transforming financial processes and moving from manual Excel-based reporting to automated pipelines.
Experience managing multiple legal entities, currencies, and intercompany operations.
Management Reporting
Hands-on ownership of P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and plan-vs-actual reporting.
Ability to define financial metrics and standard calculation formulas; build unit economics.
Profitability analysis by product, client, channel, or business line.
Confident working with Volume, Revenue, Total Clearing Cost, COGS, Gross Profit & Margin, EBITDA, SG&A, Merchant Obligations, Provider Costs, Net Position, and Cash Flow.
Experience presenting financial results to C-level executives and board members.
Payments & Financial Operations
Deep understanding of money flow in a payment business.
Experience with settlement cycles, provider fees, processing and clearing costs, refunds, chargebacks, FX conversions, and balance transfers.
Ability to trace the financial result from a single transaction up to the consolidated P&L.
Reconciliation & Financial Control
Practical experience organizing regular reconciliations: internal data vs. PSP, PSP vs. bank, obligations vs. actual payouts.
Ability to classify discrepancies, set acceptable thresholds, assign ownership, define SLAs, and build a resolution process.
Experience with audit trail, separation of duties (calculation, verification, execution), and control of manual adjustments.
Data Team Collaboration & Automation
Ability to formalize financial business logic and define formulas, data sources, and acceptance criteria for reports and dashboards.
Experience setting requirements for Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Development teams.
Ability to validate calculations, detect discrepancies between dashboards and source data, and prioritize automation by business impact.
Tools
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and experience building financial models.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Looker Studio, or similar).
Comfortable working with large data volumes.
Language
English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher). You will work with contracts, bank and PSP correspondence, participate in calls, and explain financial calculations to international counterparts.

Hands-on experience with crypto payments: on-ramp/off-ramp, crypto-fiat and crypto-crypto conversions, blockchain fees, wallet balance reconciliation.
SQL knowledge; experience with BigQuery or other DWH.
Experience implementing ERP, reconciliation systems, or treasury management systems.
Background in an international company; experience with European PSPs, EMIs, or banks.
Experience building a finance department from scratch or leading a finance transformation.
External audit experience.

A clear mandate and timeline: within 6 months, you will build a structured Finance department, automate P&L reporting, launch regular cash-flow forecasting, and establish merchant settlement controls with the resources and support to make it happen.
A team ready for leadership. Existing finance staff, a dedicated Data team to partner with on automation, and a separate Treasury function that handles execution so you can focus on strategy and control.
