- Work directly with dealers, riders, media, athletes, and internal teams to gather market feedback and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Support media launches, product reviews, demo programs, trade shows, dealer events, and other product-focused activations.
- Establish and maintain the product marketing calendar, launch processes, asset requirements, and cross-functional go/no-go milestones.
- Help define how X-LAB’s broader product portfolio fits together, ensuring each model has a clear role, audience, value proposition, and reason to exist.
You’re a Great Fit With:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within cycling, sporting goods, outdoor, mobility, or another product-driven industry with heavy consumer touchpoints (MANDATORY).
- Proven experience bringing physical products to market and coordinating complex cross-functional launches by building and project managing a world-class product launch engine.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into clear, differentiated consumer benefits and compelling storytelling.
- Strong understanding of positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience developing product marketing materials across ecommerce, retail, sales, PR, and dealer channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple products, launches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with product designers, engineers, sales teams, creative teams, retailers, and senior leadership.
You’re a Spectacular Fit With:
- A genuine passion for cycling and the ability to speak credibly with everyone from a first-time rider to a bike shop owner, engineer, journalist, or WorldTour mechanic.
- Experience working with international product development or manufacturing teams, particularly across Asia and North America.
- Fluency in Mandarin or experience collaborating closely with China-based teams.
- An instinct for identifying not only what makes a product better, but why that difference should matter to someone.
Success Metrics
- Establish a repeatable, cross-functional product launch process with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and go/no-go milestones within the first 90 days.
- Ensure every X-LAB product has clearly defined positioning, target rider, competitive set, key differentiators, and consumer-facing value proposition.
- Deliver coordinated, on-time product launches across website, media, dealer, sales, creative, and operational channels.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Notion’s product surface expands, we need a builder-teacher who can turn new capabilities into technically accurate education that helps customers confidently build with Notion. In this role, you’ll explore Notion’s newest capabilities, teach by showing, and ship as the product evolves. You’ll be the technical face of Notion Academy: leading workshops, recording walkthroughs, and building implementation guides.
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Expand Notion’s technical education library. Author technically rigorous Academy content, implementation guides, and Help Center resources that make our most complex capabilities easier to understand and adopt.
- Become a trusted voice for Notion Academy. Teach customers through video, live webinars, and workshops, demonstrating real workflows and solving problems in real time.
- Build with Notion’s newest capabilities. Get hands-on with new product features, use customer insights to identify high-value use cases, and determine top priority workflows for education to focus on.
- Reimagine learning with AI. Experiment with adaptive, contextual learning experiences that respond to what customers are trying to build and where they need help.
- Prove and scale the impact of technical education. Use product adoption signals to measure impact and improve what we teach, then build reusable standards to help the team deliver effective technical learning faster.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Builder mindset: You learn new product features by getting hands-on, experimenting, and building until you understand.
- Comfort navigating technical content: you don’t need to write code, but you can read a technical architecture doc, identify what’s outdated, and work with engineers to fix it.
- Customer-facing credibility: You’re comfortable teaching, building, and troubleshooting in front of customers.
- AI experimentation: You actively use AI to build, learn, and teach technical proficiency.
- Product expertise: You can quickly understand a new feature, identify where it creates meaningful customer value, and turn that into practical use cases.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Notion product expertise
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical enablement

- Spot patterns across departments and lift one-off solutions into reusable building blocks.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years building and deploying production AI software.
- Strong full-stack engineer: Python/TypeScript, scalable backends (FastAPI/Node), and enough frontend (React/Vue) to ship a usable app yourself.
- Hands-on with modern GenAI use cases: RAG, agents, workflows, orchestration and evaluation.
- Strong command of vibe-coding tools, paired with genuine care for clean code and architecture: speed without slop.
- Strong ownership and a bias for delivery. This is made for high-velocity engineers who already have experience.
- Fluent in AI-native tools (Slack, Linear, etc.).
- Passionate about solving customer problems. Here, your customers are Mistral's own teams.
- Excellent communication in fluent English: you can explain a technical idea to a lawyer, a marketer and a staff engineer in the same afternoon.
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to Legal, Public Affairs, Marketing or Compute/Infra domains, or a track record of getting fluent in an unfamiliar domain fast.
- Data engineering or analytics experience (warehouse modeling, dbt, dashboards).
- Contributions to open-source projects, especially around LLMs.
- A builder's instinct for internal tooling and platform reuse.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. About the role
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to help build GitLab Duo Agent Platform, the agentic orchestration layer that runs AI agents and flows across the entire software lifecycle.
Principal Engineers at GitLab are recognized experts across multiple technology domains and represent the senior technical leadership within their organization. In this role you will set technical direction for a significant part of the Agent Platform, working across several teams to turn agentic capabilities into something engineering organizations can actually depend on: predictable, observable, governable, and fast enough to sit in the critical path of real development work.
The Agent Platform is not a single service. It spans agent execution and orchestration, flow definition and event-driven triggering, the AI Catalog through which customers discover and manage agents, model routing and evaluation, and the governance surface that decides which agents may act where and under whose identity. It runs on GitLab.com, GitLab Dedicated, and Self-Managed installations, including deployments that use self-hosted models to meet compliance requirements. You will work on the parts of that system where the hard architectural questions live, and you will do it hands-on.
This role reports into the VP of the AI Engineering organization and works closely with Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, Product Management, Infrastructure and Security.
What you'll do
Define the technical direction for a significant area of Duo Agent Platform across several teams, and partner with Engineering Managers and Product to turn it into a roadmap with a six-month horizon.
Build the orchestration layer that makes agents and flows reliable: session lifecycle, tool invocation, context assembly, concurrency, retries, timeouts, and failure modes that degrade gracefully instead of stalling a developer's workflow.
Hands on work on driving topics throughout the whole organisation from POC level, architecture to full implementation.
Participate in Incident Management on-call rotation, to help meet availability goals for GitLab.com.
Strong product builder and ownership mentality. Understanding of product strategy, technical strategy, delivering customer value and iteration towards a successful product
Write clear, opinionated design documents, architecture narratives, and decision records that let other teams make aligned decisions. Ensure the architecture holds across multi-tenant GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments, including self-hosted model configurations, and respects data governance boundaries in each.
Use the platform on our own work, find where it falls short of what we claim, and feed that back through improvements into the product.
Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers, and raise the bar for experimentation rigor and cross-team collaboration.
Work across the whole platform on different projects, features and teams. This reaches across:
Design the extensibility surface so customers can build custom agents and flows, connect their own tools and internal systems, and bring external agents such as Claude Code and Codex into GitLab workflows without weakening the platform's guarantees.
Drive down the cost and latency of agentic requests, and work with Product on how model selection, routing, and credit consumption behave as usage grows.
Define the evaluation practice for the platform: offline benchmarks and online experiments that measure task completion, correctness, tool-call accuracy, latency, and cost per task, and that catch regressions before customers do.
Build the governance and safety surface with Security and Compliance: policy-driven controls over which agents and models may run where, permission and identity semantics that align to existing roles and group structure, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, traceability of every flow session, and audit that stands up to enterprise review.
Complete Interview Training and participate in hiring for the department as a technical interviewer or panel member.
What you'll bring
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years at Staff, Principal level or equivalent senior technical leadership.
Hands-on production experience building on large language models: agent loops, tool calling, context management, retrieval, prompt and model evaluation. Experience shipping this to real users, not only prototyping it.
Strong background in distributed systems, including service decomposition, fault tolerance, observability, and operational resilience under multi-tenant load.
A track record of defining evaluation frameworks and using benchmark and experiment results to make architecture decisions, rather than shipping on intuition.
Experience designing human-in-the-loop controls, safety guardrails, and responsible AI practices for systems that act on a customer's behalf.
Ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security on problems that start out ambiguous.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and shaping technical direction across multiple teams without direct authority.
Comfort working in one or more of Ruby, Go, Python, or TypeScript, and willingness to work across the stack the platform spans.
Excellent written and asynchronous communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed organization.

About us
OpenZeppelin is the security standard onchain finance is built on. Founded in 2015, our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to an open financial system, built on open standards and secured by rigorous research.
Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.
We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The Customer Success Team
The Customer Success Team owns full project lifecycles and client deliveries end-to-end; keeping Security Research, Secure Development, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Executive team and clients aligned on a shared plan throughout the entire delivery. Core responsibility of the Customer Success team is client satisfaction as well as supporting any renewal discussions and ongoing partnership. The type of deliveries span across the security services work (audits, reviews, applied research), smart contract library development, web3 tooling as well as marketing and developer relationship engagements.
What you'll be doing
Own the Engagement:
Own the full lifecycle of strategic ecosystem accounts, from kickoff through delivery, renewal, and expansion. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for each client.
Drive Delivery:
Lead client kickoffs, manage scope through a structured change-order process, oversee end-to-end audit delivery, coordinate quality review and publishing, and proactively escalate risks to internal leadership.
Administer Program Governance:
Operate the day-to-day governance framework for each engagement — RASCI matrices, workstream structures, and engagement models — and keep the program's working cadence and reporting metrics current. Maintain core program artifacts (milestone plans, scope/MVP definitions, RAID logs) as the definitive source of truth, and formulate executive-level status reports for client and internal leadership.
Orchestrate Technical Delivery:
Coordinate architecture and requirements sessions with client engineering teams and translate outcomes into actionable delivery milestones. Oversee delivery across audit and engineering teams — backlogs, sprints, and stage gates — to ensure high-quality, on-time releases, and provide formal go/no-go recommendations at key milestones. Manage technical dependencies including repository access, audit cycles, and vendor onboarding, collaborating with legal on contractual or SOW-related blockers.
Coordinate Third-Party Infrastructure:
Synchronize delivery timelines and technical specifications with third-party infrastructure providers and partners, supporting senior leadership in commercial and contractual decision-making where needed.
Facilitate Dependency Mapping & Risk Management:
Facilitate stakeholder coordination and dependency mapping across cross-functional teams, resolving operational blockers at the working level and escalating critical decisions to senior stakeholders. Maintain the program's risk and compliance register and drive a regular cadence for regulatory-readiness governance and mitigation.
Build Account Intelligence:
Maintain deep, current knowledge of each ecosystem's goals, tech stack, governance, roadmap, and funding landscape. Anticipate client needs and surface opportunities before they are asked for.
Grow the Account:
Partner with Sales, Secure Development, Security Services, and Growth to identify upsell opportunities, build compelling renewal narratives tied to value delivered, and contribute directly to the business unit's recurring revenue and subscription targets. Coordinate on target-state and go-to-market use cases, monitoring GTM execution and flagging slippage to program leadership.
Engage Technically:
Review codebases at a high level for estimation purposes, hold meaningful technical conversations with client engineering teams, and translate between the client's technical context and OpenZeppelin's delivery teams.
Operate with Rigor:
Monitor team performance against key delivery metrics including resource utilization, allocation, and on-time delivery. Use our internal tooling (GitHub, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, and our internal automation system) to streamline workflows and reduce operational overhead.
Deliver Unreasonable Hospitality:
Every interaction should exceed expectations. You set the standard for exceptional client care across all account touchpoints, and the judgment calls that AI tooling cannot replicate are yours to make.
You have
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Engagement Management, Solutions Architecture, or a closely related customer-facing technical role.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical delivery on time and within scope, and managing a book of business with renewal and expansion responsibility.
Technical background sufficient to review code at a high level for estimation and to hold credible conversations about smart contract architecture. You do not need to write Solidity, but you should not be lost in a code review.
Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, L1/L2 infrastructure, and the dynamics of open-source business models. Genuine passion for the space.
Solidity or Rust reading proficiency, or hands-on cybersecurity experience.
Exceptional relationship-building skills. Clients call you first because they want to, not because they have to.
Strong commercial instincts: experience managing renewal cycles, negotiating change orders, and building account expansion narratives.
Superb organization and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements concurrently across many stakeholders and time zones.
Advanced English; excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to a CTO and a CFO in the same meeting.
Advanced knowledge of project management and collaboration tools including GitHub, Notion, Linear, Slack, and HubSpot.
Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first, globally distributed environment.
Nice to have
Prior experience working directly with protocol teams, L2 ecosystems, or blockchain foundations.
Familiarity with OpenZeppelin's product suite (Contracts, Open-Source Tools, Audits, AI Auditor).
Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
Background in solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, or professional services delivery.
Experience in a high-growth startup building processes from scratch.
PMO or people management experience.
