We are hiring a Finance Transformation Lead to drive the modernization of the finance function. You will be the finance change agent and program owner across our biggest foundational bets: ERP implementation, process automation, a 5-day close, controllership and SOX-lite, and standardized data and dashboards.
This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role for someone who has run large finance transformations before. You will act as the finance PMO and process architect, reporting to the CFO and working across the entire finance organization and its advisors. You should be ready tomanage multiple complex workstreams, have an analytical mind, pay keen attention to detail, and love to get your hands dirty.
What you'll do:
ERP program ownership
Own the finance side of the ERP program (with system integrators and/or ERP vendors) from BRD through design decisions, data migration, parallel run, and cutover — including alignment with external auditors on post-cutover reporting.
Act as Airalo’s primary counterpart to the SI and other delivery partners, holding them to quality, pace, and commercial outcomes.
Lead design decisions across the finance value chain (revenue recognition incl. deferred revenue, breakage, rewards; COGS and inventory accounting; intercompany; multi-entity consolidation; period-end close; treasury; tax; AP).
Own the transformation roadmap and governance (SteerCo), manage stakeholders and dependencies, and drive adoption and training so change sticks.
Process redesign & controllership
Engineer and automate the core finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A), eliminate manual effort, and drive a shorter month-end close.
Own the data migration strategy, including chart of accounts design, master data ownership, and cutover balances.
Drive the design of the future-state finance operating model across group entities, including roles, controls, segregation of duties, and approval workflows.
Data, reporting & decision-making
Deliver standardized dashboards and driver-based forecasting (toward a ±5% accuracy target), with a single source of truth.
Embed finance in the company’s key decision forums.
Program & change management
Define and track the efficiency, accuracy, and cost benefits of the transformation.
Report progress to leadership and the Audit & Risk Committee.
Embed AI and automation opportunities into the design (close acceleration, anomaly detection, reconciliations, reporting) rather than treating them as an afterthought.
What you'll bring:
10+ years in finance with a clear track record of leading large-scale finance transformation.
Has led an ERP implementation end to end as the finance lead (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Deep process re-engineering and automation experience across O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A.
Strong controllership and controls background (SOX / SOX-lite, ITGC, audit readiness).
Program and change-management discipline; can run a multi-workstream roadmap with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and/or a Big 4 / consulting transformation background.
Influence and credibility with senior stakeholders inside and outside finance.
Preferred experience
Prior exposure to telecom, MVNO, SaaS, marketplace or other usage-based / partner-settlement revenue models.
Experience embedding AI / automation into finance processes (close, controls, reconciliations, reporting).
Familiarity with modern data/BI tooling (e.g., dbt, BigQuery, BI dashboards) and finance data architecture.
Multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction experience; M&A integration a plus.

As
Senior Director, Solutions Engineering for the Americas
, you'll build and lead a team of high-performing Solutions Engineers. You'll own the region's technical sales strategy alongside your sales leadership counterparts, and partner with Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across our customer base.
This is a role for
technical leaders,

What You'll Do
Recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of presales SE leaders and ICs from diverse backgrounds, balancing hands-on fieldwork with team leadership.
Know our products and demos well enough to step into customer conversations and move deals forward directly.
Own the region's numbers (ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy) and run a consistent forecasting cadence with your team.
Act as executive sponsor for key accounts, and support the team's evaluations, demos, deep dives, and POVs.
Work with Sales leadership on customer programs and community/company events that drive adoption and expansion.
Partner with Product and Engineering to represent customer needs and prioritize based on data, not just requests.
Build programs and collateral that help key customers succeed in adopting our technology.
Identify and enable channel partners at the local, geo, and global level.
Hold quarterly career conversations, set clear 30/60/90 onboarding expectations, and manage performance across the team.
Bring insights from the field back into internal process and product direction, and share what you learn beyond your own team.
What You Bring
3+ years in a Director-level role leading a team, plus 5–10 years in high tech in technical roles (Developer, Architect, Sales Engineer/Architect, Manager, etc.)
A hands-on approach to the technology: you stay current on the product and get directly involved in demos, deep dives, and POVs
Experience selling monitoring, data, or visualization products, with enough technical depth to be credible with engineering and executive buyers
A track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first startup environment
Experience mentoring, developing, and managing team performance over time
Experience with a formal sales methodology (e.g., Command of the Message, value selling, MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks)
A track record of owning a book of business and directing your team's work to exceed quarterly targets
Open-source selling or cloud-first/PLG go-to-market experience is a plus

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

Drive alignment across complex and ambiguous initiatives by balancing business impact, user experience, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities to make informed decisions and move work forward.
Write comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) to translate vision into strategic implementation plans that align cross-functional teams and accelerate execution.
Leverage behavioral analytics, user research, and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize user journeys, and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps across critical user journeys, including the Homepage, Navigation, Pricing, Signup, and other high-impact experiences to improve acquisition, conversion, and pipeline.
Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Product, Analytics, and executive stakeholders to influence priorities and deliver cohesive web experiences.

Skills We’re Looking For
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term web growth strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across acquisition, conversion, and pipeline generation.
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, independently driving initiatives from concept through launch, measurement, and optimization.
Deep expertise in behavioral analytics, experimentation strategy, conversion rate optimization, and translating insights into strategic recommendations.

Identify emerging opportunities in AI, personalization, and web technologies, influencing roadmap direction and investment decisions that accelerate long-term business growth.

Skills We’re Looking For

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity
Grafana's Demand Generation team creates and accelerates pipeline across the full customer journey. We run a modern, AI-forward operation: lifecycle email programs driven by an AI engine, territory-level buying signals surfaced directly to sales leaders, and agentic workflows that handle work that used to take teams of specialists.
Our webinar program is one of the highest-leverage things we run: technical, practitioner-first sessions on a weekly cadence across AMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, putting the product in front of the people who would actually use it. Hands-on sessions, not sales pitches.
We're hiring a Webinar Program Manager to own it. This is a specialist seat, not a generalist one. You'll inherit an established program with a documented process and a full handover from the person who built it, and you'll own the operating rhythm from there: the calendar, the presenters, the build and promotion of every session, the follow-up, and the reporting.
This is not a "run the playbook" role. Sessions run in parallel at a pace no one could manage by hand, so the way to raise quality is to keep automating the mechanics. We expect this person to build with AI as a default and treat automation as a first-class deliverable, not a side project.
You'd be joining a demand gen team that is genuinely rebuilding how the function works, where AI agents run real production programs and the people on the team design the machine rather than turn the crank. The webinar program already produces, and much of the pipeline it touches starts with a session rather than a seller. You're not here to prove webinars matter. You're here to make each one produce more with less manual work behind it.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the webinar calendar end to end.
Presenter booking, registration pages, campaign setup, promotion, live delivery, follow-up, and the flip to on-demand, across multiple regions and time zones.
Keep sessions practitioner-first.
Brief technical presenters, shape the outline, and keep a session useful to the audience that registered for it.
Bring data to topic planning.
Use past performance and downstream pipeline quality to recommend what we run and what we retire, and lock the plan with demand gen and product marketing each quarter.
Automate the production line.
Extend the automation behind session setup and promotion, and keep pushing into the parts of the process a person shouldn't be doing by hand, including repurposing recordings into other content.
Report
on what happens after the session. Registrations are the input. Connect sessions to product adoption and pipeline, report it honestly, and flag what isn't producing.
Grow the program's reach.
Expand into additional languages and formats where the numbers justify it.
What Makes You a Great Fit
4+ years in demand generation, event marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company (open source or developer-focused a plus).
Hands-on ownership of a recurring webinar or virtual event calendar across multiple regions. A cadence you were accountable for hitting, not a handful of one-off sessions.
Hands-on with a webinar platform (ON24, Zoom Webinars, Contrast, Goldcast or similar) and the plumbing behind it: CRM campaigns, registration sync, attendance data, follow-up triggers.
Comfortable working with technical presenters. You can brief an engineer or solutions architect and hold the line on what the audience came for.
Hands-on with AI in your actual work: you've built automations or agentic workflows (or are visibly on that path), and you think about AI as leverage, not a threat or a buzzword.
Comfortable with data: you can pull your own numbers, sanity-check them, and build a program readout a VP would trust.
Strong program management fundamentals. Twenty-plus moving pieces at once is a logistics job before it's a marketing job, and you ship on time without needing a coordinator.
Bonus Points For
Content repurposing at scale: clips, blog, social, on-demand libraries.
Localized program experience, and a view on when translation earns its cost.
Familiarity with the observability, monitoring or open source ecosystem.
Customer.io, Salesforce and a modern data stack (BigQuery or similar).
Experience with product-led motions alongside sales-led ones.

This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the U.S. or Canada. Residents of Quebec are not eligible for this role.
At Grafana Labs, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. We recently started a skunkworks initiative with a mission to bring observability to the rest of the business. Our goal is to make Grafana the single best place where humans and AI agents understand and act on real-time data from across the enterprise. As part of this initiative, we are building an AI-native data intelligence system that gives agents reliable, governed access to enterprise context. This system helps agents retrieve the right data, metadata, definitions, lineage, quality signals, and institutional knowledge without every agent builder having to maintain their own brittle context files. The principle is simple: the context system retrieves, agents decide, and data teams maintain the intelligence.
The new team is a mix of seasoned Grafanistas and new hires. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for a Senior-level Backend Engineer to help build the first production services for this context layer management system. You will design and ship the core backend architecture that powers ingestion, context storage, retrieval APIs, and agent-facing integrations. This is an early-stage role on a high-autonomy team, so you should be comfortable working through ambiguity, making pragmatic architectural decisions, and building systems that can evolve from internal dogfooding to production-grade SaaS. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.
Key responsibilities:
Build the core backend services: Design, implement, test, and operate the first services for context ingestion, context indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, source configuration, and system administration.
Create a scalable SaaS foundation: Help define and build the architecture for a multi-tenant service, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, background jobs, and reliable service boundaries.
Power agent-facing retrieval workflows: Build APIs and service interfaces that allow AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications to retrieve relevant context, provenance, confidence signals, and warnings.
Work across product and infrastructure: Partner with the team to make practical tradeoffs between fast experimentation and long-term reliability, especially as the project moves from prototype to production.
Operate what you build: Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards. Use observability tools to understand system behavior and improve reliability.
Contribute to technical direction: Help shape the architecture, service boundaries, storage choices, API contracts, deployment patterns, and engineering practices for a new product area.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the AI solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
What we're looking for:
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems. You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems and making UI design decisions with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with your peers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Requirements:
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Nice to have:
Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows.
Experience as a data analyst or work with data platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, DataBricks)
Experience building tools for data engineering.
