ClickHouse Cloud, the fully managed version of the open source ClickHouse database, is available on AWS, GCP, and Azure. Customers can purchase directly from ClickHouse or through the cloud marketplaces. Billing is how every ClickHouse product reaches customers and shows up in our financials. As we add new products and new ways to buy, we are investing in our billing platform to scale with them. As Senior Product Manager for Billing and Marketplaces, you will own a key area of that work and report to the Director of Product Management, Billing and Marketplaces.
YOU WILL:
- Own the roadmap, execution, and launches for a key area of billing or marketplaces (for example metering and pricing, prepaid commit, or a cloud marketplace), working alongside engineering leads, Finance, and Sales Ops.
- Scope features with engineering, turn them into a clear near-term roadmap, and track them through to launch.
- Improve our prepaid commit capabilities, including customer-specific rate cards, contract changes and rollovers, customer-facing balance visibility, and spend alerts.
- Drive our cloud marketplace integrations across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including private offers, usage reporting, and subscription linking.
- Improve payment and collections flows, including dunning and delinquency handling, so customers are billed accurately and service is not interrupted by avoidable billing issues.
- Lead billing launches for new products and pricing models in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on how customers are billed across the company.
YOU BRING:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning billing, metering, payments, or commercial platforms for a cloud or usage-based product.
- Solid understanding of usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, and committed spend contracts, and how they translate into systems, invoices, and revenue.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure marketplaces, including private offers, co-sell, and metering APIs.
- Familiarity with payments across card, invoice, and marketplace channels, including dunning and delinquency flows.
- Working knowledge of order-to-cash, including invoicing, tax, multi-currency, and revenue recognition.
- Experience with third-party billing and payment platforms, such as Stripe or a usage-based billing vendor.
- A track record of independently leading complex projects across engineering, Finance, and go-to-market teams, from scoping through launch.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting trade-offs to product and engineering leadership and explaining billing concepts to non-technical audiences.
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience at an infrastructure, database, or developer platform company.
- Comfortable going deep with engineers on event-driven architectures, data pipelines, and idempotency, and fluent enough in SQL to analyze billing data yourself.

What The Role Is
Babylist Media sells onsite and offsite advertising to the brands that growing families rely on. This role owns the supply side of that business: our Koddi ad stack, how onsite inventory is structured and served, how it's monetized, and how campaigns are distributed offsite. It's a new role. Until now, this work has been split across several people, and no one has owned it end to end. You'll report to the Director of Revenue Operations. You'll lead offsite media support and our outsourced onsite ad ops partner, and you'll still be hands-on in the ad server yourself.
Who You Are
You have sell-side experience
: you've worked at a publisher or retailer that owns and monetizes its inventory
You've administered an ad server hands-on
: line items, targeting, priorities and delivery rules, recently enough that you can still do it yourself
You understand ad server logic and its tradeoffs
: priority tiers, how competing demand is decided, pacing, frequency and fill. You can explain why a campaign under-delivered
You've owned yield
: eCPM, fill, sell-through and utilization, and you've turned those numbers into inventory and pricing decisions
You've built inventory frameworks
: capacity planning, allocation and prioritization rules, and controls that prevent overselling
You've led people and partners while still doing hands-on work
: you've set priorities for a team or vendor and held them to standards, and you still configure campaigns yourself when a launch needs it
Retail media experience is a big plus
: our inventory sits next to registry and shop purchases, and Koddi is a retail media platform
You have working knowledge of the broader stack: DSPs, SSPs, programmatic, identity and measurement
Experience moving a direct-sold, flat-fee business toward CPM or programmatic selling is a plus
Familiarity with paid social distribution (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) sold as a media product is a plus
You can explain a technical tradeoff to Sales, Product and Finance in plain language and get a decision
You're comfortable moving between strategy, vendor management and troubleshooting in the same week. Parts of the stack are still manual, and you'll be defining the playbook, not following one
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You'll Make an Impact
Assess the current stack in your first 90 days and deliver an ad-tech, inventory and yield roadmap
Own Koddi configuration, serving logic and delivery health across onsite placements: Registry, Feed, Shop and more
Set the inventory rules for capacity, allocation and prioritization, and partner with Revenue Systems so Boostr and Koddi enforce them
Increase eCPM, fill and utilization from the supply we already have
Stand up the outsourced onsite ad ops partner: SLAs, QA standards and escalation paths
Lead offsite distribution strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Babylist Connect
Build incident response so delivery issues are caught before they turn into make-goods
Own the roadmap from flat-fee sponsorships toward CPM-based selling and, over time, self-serve buying
Why This Role
We need a hands-on experienced owner of ad tech, inventory or yield. You'll define the function instead of inheriting someone else's playbook
The business is moving from flat-fee placements toward CPM and self-serve, and you'll own the roadmap that gets it there
You'll set the strategy and lead the execution team, and you'll still work in Koddi yourself. It's a player-coach role, not a desk job reviewing other people's work
The inventory is first-party and high-intent: expecting and new parents shopping on registry and in the shop
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$143,963.00
to $
192,062.00
with an annual bonus range of 20% to 25%
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s Applied AI team helps the world’s largest organizations put Claude to work. As a Cybersecurity Specialist on Applied AI, you’ll be part of an overlay team of domain experts who sit alongside our enterprise account teams and bring deep security expertise to the accounts where it matters most.
You won’t own an account. You’ll be the security expert the account team pulls in to win and grow the most important security conversations: helping CISOs and security leaders see where Claude can take on real security work, then guiding them from early pilots to durable, production workloads. You’ll cover a portfolio of enterprise accounts across regulated industries like financial services, insurance, and healthcare, strategic accounts like semiconductors (IP protection, industrial control systems, export controls), and digital natives and public sector agencies, each with its own threat model.
How this team works
You partner with account executives, account architects, and generalist Applied AI engineers, who own the customer relationship and the broader technical engagement. You bring the security depth they don’t have time to build.
You work across many accounts at once, so the playbooks, reference implementations, and evaluation approaches you build are reused across the field, not just for one customer.
You are the connection point between the field and Anthropic’s Product, Research, and Engineering teams, turning what you see in customer security programs into product feedback.
You work alongside ISVs, systems integrators, and managed security providers who already serve these customers, enabling them where they own the engagement rather than competing with them.
Responsibilities
Join account teams to understand a customer’s security program, identify where Claude can do meaningful security work, and turn that into a technical plan and business case
Serve as the security-domain technical advisor on strategic enterprise accounts, from discovery through deployment
Move customers from one-time code scanning to sustained security workloads: application security in the SDLC, continuous automated penetration testing, alert triage and investigation, and threat intelligence that answers “does this new vulnerability affect us, and where”
Build and maintain reference implementations, harnesses, and evaluation approaches, and help customers adapt them to their own environments and controls
Run workshops and hands-on sessions where customer security teams use Claude on their own code and workflows
Equip partners to deliver Claude-powered security outcomes, with a clear line between what Anthropic delivers and what partners deliver
Speak credibly to every audience, from appsec engineers to CISOs and executives, including how to explain the value and risk of security work in business terms
Define and track adoption depth for each security workload across your accounts, and work with Product and Engineering on the telemetry to measure it
Write the playbooks and best practices the rest of the field can reuse, including how Claude complements the security tooling customers already own
Develop reference customers who can speak to the value they’re realizing
Stay current on frontier LLM capabilities and the new classes of vulnerabilities and attacks they surface
Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years in security roles, with hands-on depth in at least two of: application security and secure SDLC, offensive security and penetration testing, detection and response, or threat intelligence and vulnerability management
Experience in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, security consultant, TAM), or on a security team where you had to win investment from leadership
Experience with large enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles, including working alongside the vendors and partners already in the account
The ability to translate between security teams, engineering teams, and executives
Comfort with Python, CI/CD, and cloud environments, plus hands-on experience using LLMs for security work such as code review, vulnerability discovery, triage, or investigation
A love of teaching and a collaborative approach to working across teams and balancing competing priorities
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$300,000
—
$400,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
The
Senior People Technology Solutions Lead
is a senior individual contributor responsible for advancing the technology capabilities that support SIE's global People organization. Grounded in People Technology and enterprise HR systems, this role combines a strong understanding of HR processes, platforms, data, integrations, and employee experiences with expertise in emerging technologies such as generative AI, AI agents, agentic orchestration, APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), automation, and AI-assisted development.
Reporting to the Senior Director of People Technology Services, this role serves as a technical practice lead for innovation within PTS. The Principal Platform Engineer works across HRIS, integrations, reporting and analytics, service delivery, and other People Technology areas to identify opportunities, establish technical direction, develop use cases, and turn emerging capabilities into practical solutions.
Success requires strong partnership across organizational boundaries. The role works closely with People & Places as PTS's key business stakeholder, understanding priorities and identifying opportunities where technology can improve employee experience, service delivery, efficiency, and insight. At the same time, the role connects PTS with the broader IT strategy and enterprise technology capabilities in areas such as AI and agents, service management, low-code development, data, integration, security, and architecture.
This is a hands-on senior technical role as well as an influential one. The Principal Platform Engineer operates with a strong bias for action, using Agile and iterative approaches to quickly turn ideas into learning and business value. Depending on the problem, that may mean developing a technical position or white paper, rapidly building a prototype or proof of concept, or incrementally evolving a solution toward production. The emphasis is on testing ideas early, learning from evidence, and continuously refining the approach while helping colleagues across PTS build the skills and confidence to use emerging technologies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
People Technology Strategy & Innovation
Serve as a technical practice lead for emerging technology within PTS, helping establish direction for the practical and responsible adoption of AI, automation, orchestration, application extension, and other new capabilities.
Apply broad knowledge of HR technology, HR processes, workforce data, integrations, reporting, security, and service delivery when identifying opportunities and shaping solutions.
Translate developments in enterprise technology, vendor roadmaps, and internal capabilities into practical People Technology use cases, technical positions, and actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities across PTS where technology can reduce repetitive operational work, improve quality and employee experience, increase insight, or enable the team to focus greater capacity on higher-value activities.
Establish reusable approaches and solution patterns that allow successful ideas to scale across PTS rather than remaining isolated experiments.
AI, Automation & Agile Solution Delivery
Provide hands-on technical leadership for solutions using generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, APIs, MCP, workflow orchestration, automation, Codex, low-code technologies, and other emerging capabilities.
Use rapid prototyping and iterative delivery to test assumptions, demonstrate possibilities, gather feedback, and reduce uncertainty before committing to larger investments.
Break complex opportunities into smaller, testable increments that can demonstrate value quickly and inform subsequent decisions and development.
Lead technical design for complex or cross-platform solutions, evaluating build, buy, extend, integrate, automate, and orchestrate options based on business value, feasibility, architecture, security, user experience, and sustainability.
Apply appropriate AI patterns including grounding and retrieval, context management, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and human oversight.
Lead or contribute directly to prototypes, proofs of concept, and production implementations, remaining sufficiently hands-on to validate ideas and solve difficult technical problems.
Use evidence from prototypes, experiments, and delivered capabilities to determine whether to iterate, scale, change direction, or stop.
Partnership & Enterprise Collaboration
Partner with
People & Places
leaders and teams to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities and translate them into potential technology-enabled outcomes.
Connect PTS strategy and use cases with the broader
IT technology strategy
, identifying where enterprise platforms and shared capabilities can accelerate or improve People Technology solutions.
Collaborate with teams responsible for capabilities such as enterprise service management and employee-service experiences (e.g., ServiceNow), AI agents and conversational experiences (e.g., Moveworks), low-code development and workflow automation (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform), enterprise AI platforms, data, integration, security, and architecture.
Act as a boundary spanner across business and technology organizations, bringing together the appropriate expertise and capabilities to address opportunities that cross organizational or platform boundaries.
Represent the particular needs of People Technology, including sensitive workforce data, complex HR processes, employee experience, and regulatory considerations, while promoting reuse of enterprise capabilities and alignment with broader technology standards.
Influence, Adoption & Practice Development
Establish a clear technical point of view through recommendations, white papers, presentations, prototypes, and well-led discussions that result in decisions and action.
Bring structure and direction to complex technology discussions, clearly communicating options and tradeoffs and adapting technical detail to the audience and decision required.
Build adoption of new tools and approaches across PTS through demonstrations, coaching, reusable examples, documentation, mentoring, and hands-on collaboration.
Mentor team members and increase broader PTS capability in AI, automation, APIs, orchestration, solution design, and modern technology practices.
Act as an agent of change, helping colleagues understand why new approaches matter, demonstrating their value through practical application, and supporting adoption as successful capabilities become part of everyday delivery.
Ensure solutions meet SIE expectations for architecture, security, privacy, data protection, responsible AI, auditability, human oversight, and production support.
Measure success not only through individual delivery, but through adoption, reusable capability, measurable business outcomes, reduced operational effort, and increased capacity for higher-value work.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience across enterprise technology, application development, automation, HR technology, digital transformation, platform development, or technology consulting, with significant experience delivering complex technology solutions.
Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions using generative AI, automation, APIs, integrations, workflow technologies, or modern application-development approaches.
Demonstrated experience taking emerging technology from concept or proof of value through iterative development, production implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation.
Strong practical understanding of generative AI and agentic architectures, including agents, orchestration, grounding and retrieval, tool use, APIs, evaluation, guardrails, human oversight, and production considerations.
Experience leading complex technical initiatives that span systems, teams, or organizational boundaries and influencing outcomes without relying on direct management authority.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate technology options, establish a clear point of view, and translate that thinking into recommendations, technical positions, prototypes, designs, or delivered solutions.
Working knowledge of enterprise HR technology and HRIS concepts, including workforce data, business processes, integrations, reporting, security, and handling sensitive employee information.
Demonstrated experience using Agile and iterative development approaches, including rapid prototyping and experimentation, to reduce uncertainty and progressively deliver business value.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology to technical, business, and leadership audiences and drive discussions toward decisions and outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to mentor others, share expertise, and increase technical capability beyond one's own individual contribution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in People Technology, HR Technology, or HRIS within a complex global enterprise environment.
Experience with enterprise architecture, API ecosystems, cloud services, integration platforms, RAG, vector search, observability, or AI evaluation frameworks.
Experience with Workday HCM, Workday integrations, Workday APIs, Workday Orchestrate, Workday Extend, or comparable enterprise HR platforms and extension capabilities.
Experience developing AI agents, multi-step agentic workflows, or enterprise orchestration solutions.
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable approaches for securely connecting AI models and agents with enterprise tools and information.
Experience with AI-assisted software development and coding agents (e.g., Codex).
Experience with enterprise service management and workflow platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Experience with enterprise AI agent or conversational platforms (e.g., Moveworks).
Experience with low-code application development and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate).
Experience applying security, privacy, responsible AI, data governance, monitoring, or evaluation controls to enterprise AI and automation solutions.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
Be a boundary-spanning technical leader
who connects People Technology priorities with capabilities and expertise across the organization and influences outcomes through credibility rather than formal authority.
Maintain a strong bias for action and learning
, using rapid experimentation and iterative delivery to create momentum and learn from evidence while applying appropriate rigor based on risk and complexity.
Remain hands-on
, moving comfortably between technical strategy and practical execution, including prototypes, solution design, architecture, and difficult technical problems.
Build a practice, not a dependency
, increasing the ability of others to identify opportunities and use emerging technologies rather than becoming the person who must personally own every innovative solution.
Turn knowledge into influence and action
through clear recommendations, white papers, presentations, prototypes, experimentation, and disciplined discussions that lead to decisions and delivery.
Be technology curious, but not technology led
, embracing AI, agents, Codex, MCP, APIs, orchestration, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies while beginning with the problem and desired outcome.
Understand People Technology
, recognizing the intersection of complex HR processes, sensitive workforce data, employee experience, integrations, controls, and global requirements.
Be a multiplier
, with impact demonstrated through both personal delivery and increased capability, productivity, innovation, and insight across PTS.

ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners generally aren't on LinkedIn and they don't read e-books. They ask friends, search Google, and more and more often, they ask ChatGPT. We need someone who can find new ways to reach them and get those ideas live quickly.
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to build and ship our organic and non-paid growth experiments. This role is for a builder, not a strategist. You'd rather ship a working test today than a polished deck next week. You'll take ideas from the backlog to live, measure them honestly, and double down on what works. Using AI and no-code tools, you'll build pages, tools and campaigns yourself instead of relying on agencies and six-figure budgets.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who sets direction and priorities. You'll work in deep collaboration with our other growth marketers, product marketing and creative teammates, plus embed yourself in the wider org of Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Product, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Ship growth experiments, fast: Take ideas from our growth backlog and get them live: landing pages, tools, ads and content. Run plenty of them, keep what works and kill what doesn't.
- Get Tebi recommended by AI: Own our visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. Create and update content built to be cited, not just published, and track how often we show up compared with competitors.
- Build tools operators actually use: Build free tools, calculators and templates for restaurant owners, and scale our programmatic landing pages. Use no-code, AI and vibe coding tools to ship without waiting on engineering.
- Run creative campaigns: Help launch scrappy, unconventional campaigns across markets, from competitive campaigns to guerrilla and partner media, with the support of our Marketing team.
- Turn word of mouth into a channel: Test referral and sharing ideas that turn merchant word of mouth into a steady flow of demo requests. Work with our Product Growth team to build the winners into the product.
- Keep paid and organic working together: Support our performance agency with landing pages, creative tests and tracking.
- Measure everything: Keep the experiment log up to date: hypothesis, cost, result and next step. Set up tracking and UTMs properly so we know what actually drove each demo.
How we'll measure success:
- Experiments shipped each month, and what we learned from them
- Demo requests from organic and other non-paid channels
- How often Tebi appears in AI answers for our category, by market
- Demos from free tools, the reservation widget and programmatic pages
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Think like a growth marketer but move like a hacker. You know what drives results and how to build just enough to prove it
- Ship rather than spec. A working prototype today beats a polished plan next week
- Have built and launched things yourself, like pages, tools, automations or campaigns, and can tell us what happened, including what didn't work
- Already use AI to work faster and have a point of view on how it's changing the way people find products
- Are hands-on with no-code and AI tools (Framer or Webflow, Zapier or Make, Claude or ChatGPT, Cursor or similar), without being precious about the stack
- Are comfortable with data and honest about results, in GA4, HubSpot, Looker or whatever gets the answer
- Have creative, sharp ideas and the discipline to ship the unglamorous parts too
- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do. No task is above or beneath you
- Speak fluent English. Another European language is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEO, and with AEO or getting a brand cited by AI tools
- Experience marketing to small businesses, or a background in hospitality
- Vibe-coding projects you're proud of
We don't have a minimum number of years for this role. We care more about how you think and what you've built than how long you've been doing it. If this sounds like you but you don't tick every box, we'd still like to hear from you.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Automation and AI.
Lead product discovery and delivery for automation and AI applications. Agree evaluation methods, acceptance criteria and human oversight with the appropriate owners, and assess performance after deployment.

Strong working knowledge of financial crime controls: customer due diligence and KYC, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention and case management.
Understanding of AML and counter-terrorist financing requirements across several jurisdictions, such as the UK Money Laundering Regulations, the EU AML Directives and their equivalents in Australia, the UAE and the Bahamas, and how they translate into product requirements.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
In West Africa, people wait for symptoms to get worse, wait months for an appointment, and depend on a health system stuck in paper and manual processes. We exist to end that wait.
Founded in 2022 in Senegal, Tanel is the first digital health insurer in francophone West Africa, operating in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. With 30,000+ members, a network of 1,200+ health facilities and 400+ pharmacies, and revenue multiplied by 7 in 2025, Tanel has proven real product-market fit.
In 2026, Alan, Europe's prevention-first health insurer (€950M+ revenue, 1M+ members in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), acquired Tanel to accelerate its expansion in Africa. Together, we are building the reference health insurer in francophone West Africa, aiming for $200M in revenue by 2030.
🚀 WHY JOIN NOW?
Care is our members' first point of contact, and today it runs on the energy of a small, committed team: about 5 people across Dakar and Abidjan, answering members, HR admins and providers on WhatsApp, phone, email and the app.
What got us here will not get us to the next stage:
- Scale: our member base is set to grow several times over in the next 3 years.
- Expansion: after Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, we plan to open new countries in the coming years.
- Integration: we are moving Care Africa onto Alan's ways of working (KPIs, rituals, playbooks) and, in 2027, onto Alan's tools and platform.
- Performance: we need to structure our KPIs: what we measure, why, and how we act on it, from response times to member satisfaction.
This is a rare chance to shape a Care organization from the ground up, with the backing of a Care Ops team that has already done it in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
⭐ THE ROLE
As Care Ops for Alan Africa, you are the most senior Care person on the ground. You do not manage the team directly: our crew lead does. You own the transformation: how the team is organized, how it grows, how it performs, and how it converges with the rest of Alan. You are part of Alan's global Care Ops team, and you bring local reality into global decisions as much as you bring global practices to Africa.
Your missions include:
1/ Design and roll out the target operating model
- Turn Alan's Care model into a version that works for Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire: how agents split their time between members and improvement work, opening hours, weekends, service levels we commit to.
- Define the team structure for the next 3 years: roles, tiers, one team or one per country.
- Set up outsourcing where it makes sense, and manage the performance of our external partners.
- Build the hiring plan with the crew lead and take part in recruitment, including final-round validation.
2/ Lead the integration with Alan
- Bring Alan's KPIs, rituals and playbooks to the local team, and make sure they stick through training and follow-up.
- Help the crew lead grow the team and coach agents into Care Experts who own improvement projects.
3/ Own operational performance, quality and tools
- Structure our KPIs and reporting: what we measure, why, and how we review it every week, including member satisfaction on WhatsApp and phone.
- Diagnose root causes behind delays, backlogs and member pain points, and turn them into concrete actions.
- Make sure our tools (ticketing, WhatsApp, phone) are set up and fully operational, and lead the transition to Alan's stack with Product, so local needs are built in.
- Provide the inputs (volumes, hours, productivity) that feed our staffing model and budget, and challenge the outputs.
4/ Be the bridge between local and global
- Represent Care Africa in Alan's Care community: share what works, raise what doesn't, contribute to global projects.
- Contribute to Care's strategic plan, for Africa and at global level.
⭐ YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience operations, including structuring, scaling or turning around a team.
- Have led change in teams or functions you did not manage, and know how to earn buy-in rather than impose a playbook.
- Are data-fluent: you set and track the right KPIs, read and challenge an analysis, and use numbers to make decisions. You do not need to build forecasting models.
- Are fluent in French and work comfortably in English, written and spoken.
- Know the West African context and adapt your approach to the people and the market you work with.
- Are structured, autonomous and at ease with ambiguity: much is still to be defined, and you will help define it.
- Care deeply about access to healthcare and want to have a real impact on members' lives.
Strong pluses: experience in health, insurance or assistance; managing outsourcing partners; leading a CRM or tooling migration; running WhatsApp or phone-heavy support; speaking Wolof.
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract, full time, based in our Dakar office, with regular trips to Abidjan.
- A central role in a fast-growing African healthtech, backed by Alan's global Care team.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan for you and your family.
- All the tools you need to do your best work.
- Learning and training opportunities: a flexible policy, budgets for books and conferences.
- For this role, we are hiring within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity (pay scale to confirm).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If this role excites you but you don't tick every box, we would love to hear from you. Everyone, including people from underrepresented groups, should feel free to apply: either we succeed, or we learn.
