We are looking for a Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team in Spain!
Are you a master storyteller with a knack for turning ideas into powerful messaging? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment where communication shapes brand perception and drives engagement? We’re looking for a Global Communications Manager to craft compelling narratives, elevate our brand presence, and create meaningful connections across audiences. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and impact, this is your opportunity to make a difference—let’s talk!
What you'll do:
Write and edit social media content for Aleph’s channels, including posts, captions, carousels, short video scripts, and campaign copy, adapted to each platform and audience (global, regional, and local).
Support regional marketing managers with ready-to-adapt PR and content toolkits, copy reviews, and localization guidance.
Review press releases for clarity and key messaging, help regional marketing managers prepare them, and turn announcements into engaging social, email, and internal communications content.
Write and optimize email marketing programs, including newsletters, campaign emails, and nurture sequences. You’ll own subject lines, preview text, and CTAs, A/B testing them to improve open, click, and conversion rates.
Incorporate AI tools across the content workflow, from research and initial drafting to localization and variant testing.
Manage the integrated content calendar day-to-day across social, email, web, and the marketing intranet.
Apply our brand voice and tone guidelines, ensuring website copy, presentations, and sales materials remain consistent.
Monitor social listening, respond to community engagement, and identify potential reputational risks early.
Track social and email performance metrics (engagement, views, open rates, CTR, conversions) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
What you need for this role:
5+ years of experience in content marketing, PR, communications, or integrated marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
Proven expertise in developing and executing communication strategies, including content for social media, employee-generated content (EGC), email, and internal communications (comunicación interna).
Solid understanding of PR materials (press releases, Q&As, media kits, etc.), including their structure, newsworthiness, and how to craft compelling headlines and leads. PR agency experience is strongly preferred.
Experience using content and PR tools, media monitoring solutions, content management systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, eClincher, PR Newswire).
Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, able to transition seamlessly from a punchy 150-character post to long-form content while maintaining brand voice.
A systems mindset focused on building scalable, localizable, and measurable content strategies rather than chasing short-term trends.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and time zones.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to create and adapt content, paired with strong editorial judgment on where human oversight is essential.
Comfort with data, with a proven ability to derive actionable business insights from performance dashboards.
What will make us really love you:
You have a creative mindset and a passion for storytelling that captivates audiences.
You excel at turning complex messages into engaging, clear content for diverse audiences.
You’re a natural relationship-builder, fostering trust with stakeholders at all levels.
You bring strategic thinking and can pivot quickly in a fast-changing landscape.
You love analyzing trends, insights, and data to continuously optimize communication efforts.
You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives in high-pressure situations.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is looking for an Ads & Promotions Specialist to join our growing team in Zagreb. In this role, you’ll drive ad revenue by selling advertising and promotional products to restaurants and stores across Croatia. You’ll partner with Account Development Managers and Account Managers to grow ad adoption among managed merchants, while owning the full sales cycle for unmanaged merchants yourself. This role suits someone who loves hitting targets, can win over a skeptical merchant, and doesn’t let a “no” slow them down.
You will:
Sell ads and promotions to managed and unmanaged merchants, owning a pipeline and working toward clear revenue targets.
Prioritise your time across high-value managed accounts and a broad base of unmanaged merchants, keeping track of every opportunity.
Pitch to merchants, handle objections, and turn hesitant or previously uninterested merchants into active advertisers.
Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns so merchants see a strong return, stay on ads longer and keep coming back.
Work closely with Account Development Managers and Account Managers to align campaigns with merchant goals and broader account strategies.
Support sales enablement by building and adapting pitch materials, reporting and best practices for the wider team.
Use AI tools day to day to prioritise prospects, personalise outreach and speed up reporting.
Our humble expectations
Fluency in Croatian and English, with the confidence to pitch, negotiate and close in both.
1–2 years of sales experience, ideally B2B and with quota-carrying targets.
A track record of hitting goals, including examples of pushing through when a target was hard to reach.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust with merchants and influence internal stakeholders.
Organised and able to prioritise effectively when juggling many accounts and competing deadlines.
Resilient and results-oriented, able to learn from lost deals and keep momentum.
Nice to have
An analytical mindset and comfort using campaign data to build a business case or spot upsell opportunities.
Understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices.
Experience in account management, marketing, operations or business analysis.

We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's Process Architecture pillar designs how operations should work. This role builds what that looks like in practice.
You'll use modern AI-assisted development tools, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, and LLM APIs, to rapidly prototype and ship internal tools that eliminate manual effort across our operational teams. Your primary customers are Disputes, Due Diligence, and Transaction Monitoring: high-volume, high-stakes teams where the right automation meaningfully reduces analyst burden and improves decision quality.
You'll move fast. You'll take processes that currently live in spreadsheets and manual case queues and turn them into something that mostly runs itself. Process Architects redesign how work flows; you make the new flow real.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype and ship tools for operational teams - fast.
- Build workflow automations that connect case management systems, document stores, APIs, and LLMs into end-to-end pipelines
- Create analyst-facing interfaces, triage tools, summary generators using self-built applications, Retool, or similar.
- Apply LLMs where they reduce cognitive load: classification, case summarisation, structured extraction, decision support.
- Embed with Disputes, CDD, Periodic Review, and Transaction Monitoring to learn how analysts actually work - not how the process doc says they do.
- Translate vague pain points i.e "this part takes forever" into shipped tools in days or weeks, not quarters.
- Demo early, iterate based on what analysts actually use versus ignore.
- Treat every tool as a product: instrument usage, capture feedback, measure time saved or quality gained.
- Document what you build and share reusable patterns so good ideas compound.
What We're Looking For
We care more about what you've built and how you think than years of experience or formal credentials.
Must-haves
- You've used Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar to build something real, a script, a tool, a side project, that solved an actual problem. Not just tutorials
- Comfortable in Python, or willing to be within weeks.
- Basic API fluency: you can read a doc, make a request, parse the response, and chain a few calls
- Familiarity with at least one LLM API. You've written a prompt, gotten structured output back, and understood why it sometimes goes wrong
- Bias to ship - you'd rather get a rough version in front of users on Friday than a polished version in three weeks
- Curiosity. You're the kind of person who opens the hood - you want to understand how things work, not just use them
Nice-to-haves
- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
- Retool, Gradio, or similar lightweight UI frameworks
- Git, basic SQL, or comfort with JSON/CSV at scale
- Exposure to payments, fraud, compliance, or risk operations - even tangentially
- A portfolio, GitHub, or demo you can walk us through
