About the Role
We are looking for a delivery-focused Security Operations Project Manager to join the Cyber Security PMO, reporting to the Head of PMO under the CISO. This is a dedicated, single-program role: you will own end-to-end delivery of the Global SOC Operation program one of the most strategically significant initiatives in the CISO organization. The program spans five major workstreams across SOC design, telemetry, detection, incident response, and continuous improvement. You will be the engine that keeps this program moving.
What You Will Own
You will be the single accountable PM for the Global SOC Operation program; responsible for driving execution, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across a large, multi-workstream program.
Execution and Delivery
: own the end-to-end project lifecycle across all workstreams: from project initiation and planning through execution, validation, and formal closure. Ensure every workstream has a clear plan, named owners, realistic milestones, and a path to delivery.
Planning and Tracking
: build and maintain detailed project plans in Jira. Keep the program board accurate, up to date, and executive-ready at all times. Translate ambiguous objectives into structured, executable task hierarchies with clear ownership and sequencing.
Dependency and Risk Management
: identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies before they become blockers. Maintain a live RAID log, drive mitigations, and escalate critical risks with full context and a recommended course of action.
Stakeholder Coordination
: run structured governance across a wide range of stakeholders including SOC engineering, IT, Legal, Privacy, HR, Finance, and CISO leadership. Facilitate kickoffs, steering reviews, and milestone sign-offs. Navigate cross-functional friction, Privacy, Legal, Work Council; with persistence and structured escalation.
Reporting and Visibility
: produce concise, accurate status reporting for the Head of PMO and CISO. Surface progress, risks, decisions, and next steps in a format that enables fast, informed decision-making.
What We Expect
4–6 years of hands-on project or program management experience with a strong delivery track record in complex, cross-functional technical environments.
Proven ability to manage a large, multi-workstream program simultaneously.
Deep Jira proficiency: task and epic management, board configuration, dashboards, reporting, and portfolio tracking.
Strong project decomposition skills; able to take an ambiguous objective and break it into structured, executable workstreams with named owners and milestones.
Proactive risk mindset: anticipates blockers, surfaces them early, and drives resolution without waiting to be directed.
Strong written and verbal communication in both Hebrew and English, with confidence engaging global stakeholders.
Technological orientation — able to understand SOC architecture, tooling stacks, and security workflows at a sufficient level to manage delivery and challenge estimates.
Experience working within a SOC, CISO, or security operations environment; a must.
Familiarity with SOC domains: SIEM, SOAR, detection engineering, threat hunting, DFIR, or incident management; a must.
Nice to Have

ABOUT US
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.
We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and are continuing to grow, with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.
Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Scorewarrior, we're making a long-term investment in Building Blocks — a new generation of self-service internal products with clear interfaces, contracts, and documentation that game teams can adopt independently.
Localization Hub is the first Building Block.
Today, Localization Hub, together with Crowdin, powers localization workflows across Scorewarrior — from translation tracking, analytics, and reporting to automated translation quality checks and an AI-powered localization assistant.
Our next goal is to transform Localization Hub into the first fully self-service Building Block, enabling content teams to localize standard features independently while the lead focuses on high-level decisions.
The engineering team behind Localization Hub will establish the architecture, engineering standards, and practices that future Building Blocks will build upon.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to design and build the portal's micro-frontend platform and a shared component library. Localization Hub will be the first module.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design the micro-frontend platform architecture and defend the solution
- Develop the portal Core and the module contract
- Set up module delivery: template, CI/CD, documentation
- Migrate the current Localization Hub as the first module of the portal
- Build a shared component library based on Atomic Design and Storybook, contributing to its visual design as well
- Set standards for module teams and help them onboard to the portal
- Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews and documentation
- Own portal performance: loading time, bundle size budgets and rendering speed across modules
- Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks and degraded performance
- Collaborate with backend engineers, module teams and product to align on APIs, requirements and platform priorities
- Take part in planning and scoping the platform roadmap, and drive upgrades of shared dependencies across modules
- Mentor engineers and help improve team practices in frontend architecture, testing and performance tuning
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience
- Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Strong HTML and modern CSS skills, and the ability to build well-structured, reusable and responsive components
- Experience building a micro-frontend platform in production with React, TypeScript, Vite and React Router: Module Federation, Next.js Multi-Zones, import maps or similar, and independently versioned npm modules
- Frontend CI/CD experience: environment-based rollouts, CDN, versioned releases and rollbacks
- Experience creating or evolving a design system and Storybook
- Experience writing unit, integration and end-to-end tests (Vitest or Jest, Playwright)
- Understanding of performance, accessibility and web security
- Ability to justify decisions in writing (design documents, ADRs)
NICE TO HAVE
- Interest in design and basic Figma skills
- Experience migrating an existing application to micro-frontends without disrupting users
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience with state and data management in React: Zustand, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query
- Frontend observability: Sentry, per-module metrics
- GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes
WHAT WE OFFER
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary
- Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol)
- A modern, sunny office close to the sea
- Private health insurance for you and your family members
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children
- Lunch compensation
- A sports and fitness allowance
- Company-funded personal development opportunities (professional and language courses, books, etc.)
- Bonuses for outstanding results, years of service, marriage, and childbirth
- Friendly monthly office parties and epic annual offsite company birthday and Christmas celebrations

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Remote - US (Washington, DC preferred)
ROLE
US regulatory engagement is Morpho's top legal priority. The SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN are writing the rules that will govern onchain lending, and the volume of rulemakings, requests for comment and staff engagement now exceeds what Legal can cover alongside its other work. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role owns Morpho's US policy pipeline end to end, from tracking rulemakings to drafting submissions and leading meetings with agency staff, Congress and industry coalitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN rulemakings, guidance, staff statements and enforcement relevant to onchain lending, and maintain a live calendar of comment deadlines with a recommended posture for each.
- Lead the drafting of comment letters, responses to requests for comment and other written submissions, pulling in input from Protocol, Product, Research and outside counsel, and prepare them for General Counsel sign-off.
- Prepare and lead meetings with agency staff and commissioner offices, including briefing materials, talking points and follow-up submissions.
- Represent Morpho in trade association working groups and industry coalitions, and coordinate Morpho's input into joint filings.
- Engage congressional offices and committee staff on legislation and its implementation where it affects DeFi lending.
- Manage outside policy counsel and consultants day to day: scope, deliverables and spend.
- Brief leadership and product teams on US policy developments in short written updates, and flag implications for the protocol, products and external messaging.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You can explain Morpho Markets, Morpho Vaults and the role of curators accurately to a non-technical regulator. You have built a tracker of open SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN items with a recommended posture for each, joined the relevant working groups, and contributed to at least one live comment letter or coalition submission.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You own the comment pipeline end to end: first drafts reach the General Counsel on schedule with no missed deadlines. You have prepared and led at least two agency meetings, send a short monthly US policy update to leadership, and have working relationships with staff at the SEC, the CFTC and key congressional offices.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Agency staff and coalition partners treat Morpho as a credible, technical voice on DeFi lending, and Morpho's positions show up in coalition filings and, where possible, in staff guidance or final rules. Outside counsel runs against clear deliverables and within budget, and you have drafted a 2027 US policy plan for General Counsel approval.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 8 years working on SEC or CFTC matters, at an agency, in a law firm regulatory practice, at a trade association or on an in-house regulatory or policy team. Prior SEC or CFTC staff experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of federal securities and commodities law and of the rulemaking process: notice and comment, staff guidance, no-action and exemptive relief.
- Excellent writing, with comment letters, regulatory submissions or similar work product to show for it.
- Existing relationships with agency staff, congressional staff or industry coalitions.
- Able to learn how onchain lending works and explain it clearly and accurately to a non-technical audience.
- Sound judgment on when to escalate, and comfortable preparing positions for sign-off rather than setting them alone.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told.
- Clear and crisp async communication across a team split between Paris, New York and DC.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

ROLE
Morpho's commercial activity is growing fast, and the partnerships, integrations and vendor relationships behind it now outpace what Legal can cover. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will own the contract lifecycle for our partnerships end to end (intake, standard paper, signature, post-signature obligations) and build the tooling behind it, so that standard deals close without waiting on senior lawyers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal desk: intake and triage of partnership team requests, NDAs on our paper and the counterparty's, and first drafts and negotiation of our standard partnership and incentive agreements, through to signature packs and signing summaries.
- Post-signature tracking: a single contract repository linked to our CRM, and an obligations register (milestones, grant tranches, exclusivity periods, notice windows, renewals) with alerts to deal owners and Finance. Be the go-to person for the conditions of signed deals.
- Legal ops infrastructure: negotiation playbooks, a clause library, a consolidated set of templates, a Legal FAQ for recurring partner questions, AI workflows and agents for intake, drafting and review, outside counsel budget tracking, and a monthly report on legal throughput.
- Vendor and compliance ops: standard vendor and SaaS terms, renewals and insurance calendar, due diligence and security questionnaires, internal policy upkeep and data room hygiene.
- As capacity allows: corporate housekeeping for Morpho's legal entities, and support on employment, IP and privacy matters with outside counsel.
- Work daily with the partnership team, Finance, RevOps, BizOps and outside counsel.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's products and main commercial relationships, own the partnership legal queue and all NDAs, and have read every live partnership agreement and our standard templates.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
Counterparty-paper NDAs are turned around within 2 working days. Every signed agreement sits in one repository linked to its CRM record, and the obligations register is live for all agreements in force, with alerts to deal owners and Finance.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Standard template deals run without senior lawyer involvement, except for listed deviations. Partner categories are consolidated into an agreed set of templates, each with a playbook. You deliver a monthly throughput report (volume, cycle time, deviations), vendor renewals and insurance sit on a single calendar, and you have proposed the 2027 legal operations roadmap.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Legally trained (qualified lawyer or equivalent law degree), with 5 to 8 years in commercial contracting, part of it in-house at a fast-growing technology company.
- Has negotiated partnership, integration or licensing agreements alone, on both own and counterparty paper. US-style commercial drafting is essential.
- Has built legal operations in practice (contract lifecycle tooling, playbooks, intake, reporting), not only used them.
- Builds with AI tools: writes prompts and skills, automates document workflows, and knows where review by a lawyer is still required.
- Comfortable working with Finance on payment mechanics, milestones and budgets, and with a CRM as the source of truth.
- Able to hold a position with a deal team under time pressure.
- Clear, concise communication with non-lawyers.
- Strong ownership and autonomy at startup pace with limited support: doesn't wait to be told.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Ability to work across US Eastern time zones with shifting priorities.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. About the job
As a member of our AI research team, you will drive innovation in model compression and efficient deployment for advanced multimodal AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Your work will focus on reducing model footprint and computational cost while preserving accuracy, enabling high-performance AI to run efficiently across resource-constrained edge devices. You will apply and advance compression techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, and pruning to streamline complex multimodal architectures that integrate text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in model compression methods and a strong background in multimodal model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel compression strategies that balance model size, latency, throughput, and accuracy. Your responsibilities include building robust compression pipelines, establishing performance and fidelity metrics, and addressing bottlenecks in production inference. The ultimate goal is to deliver scalable, low-memory, low-latency AI systems on edge devices (i.e., smartphones) that maintain high fidelity and tangible real-world value.
Responsibilities
Break down the key responsibilities in bullet points. It’s helpful to make them actionable and measurable. This could also be grouped into categories for more complex roles.
Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Research and hands-on experience with model pruning for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Solid understanding of neural network architectures and training processes – Including transformers (e.g., LLMs, VLMs), backpropagation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with C++ is a plus (especially for implementing low-level quantization kernels or inference optimizations).
