Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
The Unified Privacy Platform team’s mission is to earn the trust of every DoorDash user by upholding their right to privacy, consent, and transparency. We are building a common privacy foundation across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo so Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants can understand how their data is used, control their choices, and exercise their privacy rights through simple, consistent experiences.
Our work is organized around three connected pillars: the Privacy Center, a unified user-facing destination for privacy controls and rights; the Unified Privacy Platform, which captures and enforces consent, policy, jurisdictional requirements, and privacy actions; and Privacy Operations and Intelligence, which gives Legal, Support, Privacy, and engineering operators the workflows, diagnostics, audit history, and automation needed to resolve privacy work safely and efficiently.
Together, these capabilities turn fragmented, one-off compliance work into reusable platform primitives that can support new products, brands, and emerging regulations.
Location: London, UK. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in the office.
About the Role
DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Unified Privacy Platform team. You will lead a team of backend and platform engineers responsible for the next generation of privacy and consent infrastructure, including the Privacy Center, the User Consent Platform, privacy-policy decisioning, self-service data-rights experiences, and the operational tooling required to manage privacy cases at global scale.
As the Engineering Manager, you will own and execute a multi-year vision for privacy at DoorDash. You will balance legal and regulatory correctness, user trust, security, reliability, and developer velocity while building systems that work consistently across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. You will be a strategic partner to Product, Legal, Security, Data Governance, Marketing and Communications, and engineering leadership, establishing clear ownership boundaries and turning complex privacy requirements into scalable, self-service capabilities.
What you'll be doing
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of backend and platform engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, privacy by design, operational excellence, and thoughtful cross-functional partnership
Drive the technical strategy across the Privacy Center, the Unified Privacy Platform, and Privacy Operations and Intelligence
Build the cross-brand User Consent Platform, including canonical consent state, policy and configuration management, consent SDKs, audit history, and consistent enforcement across products and jurisdictions
Deliver simple, self-service experiences for consent and communication preferences, Right to be Forgotten (RTF), Right to Information (RTI), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
Turn emerging privacy and regulatory requirements into standardized platform capabilities instead of one-off product implementations
Lead the migration from fragmented legacy consent systems to a single source of truth across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, while managing compatibility and safe deprecation
Define clear contracts with data-governance fulfillment systems and downstream product and storage teams so privacy actions are traceable, retryable, auditable, and correctly reflected back to users and operators
Provide architectural guidance for distributed systems that manage sensitive user choices, policy evaluation, orchestration, secure data delivery, reporting, and immutable audit trails
Partner with recruiting to build a diverse and inclusive team, attracting and retaining exceptional engineering talent
What You’ll Need to Thrive
A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in people management leading backend or platform teams
8+ years of industry experience
Extensive experience as an engineer or engineering leader in a fast-paced, platform-focused development environment
Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems, service application programming interfaces (APIs), policy or rules engines, workflow orchestration, state machines, data-lifecycle systems, or audit architectures
Preferred experience with privacy, consent, data governance, or regulatory systems, including concepts such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), data-subject rights, retention, deletion, and legal holds
The ability to translate ambiguous legal, policy, and product requirements into clear platform boundaries, reusable abstractions, and executable roadmaps
Strong product sense and the ability to partner effectively with Legal, Product, Design, Security, Data, Marketing, Support, and engineering teams across multiple brands and geographies
A growth mindset—you are eager to expand your skills, raise the quality bar, and build enduring systems in a rapidly changing environment

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
The Associate Operations Manager for Supply Activation & Acquisition plays a pivotal role at Wolt. As Central scales at an unprecedented pace, your mission is to keep courier supply ahead of demand - both in the moment and over the medium term. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 3, ensuring that intraday activation (weather-driven boosts, DxGy and ARC / radius adjustments) and courier acquisition (job boards, application attainment, reactivations and sign-ups) are tightly coordinated across all Central markets.
In this role, you will own two of Central’s most closely tracked supply KPIs - undersupplied hours and GOV loss - reported weekly to senior leadership, alongside a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget. Your leadership extends beyond day-to-day activation calls; you will be the primary bridge to higher management on supply health, escalating risks early and proposing structural fixes such as mobilizer strategies and special events planning ahead of demand spikes (holidays, weather events, local events). Your ability to translate data into fast, defensible calls will be key to keeping Central’s ADT, UH% and GOV loss on plan.
What you’ll be doing
Own Central’s intraday activation strategy - activation surges, special events management and day-to-day operations (radius / busyness adjustments, communication flows, etc.) - to keep courier supply matched to demand hour by hour.
Lead and mentor a team of 3 and own a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget across Central markets.
Own Central’s courier acquisition function: job boards, application attainment, reactivation campaigns and sign-ups.
Own and report on Central’s UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly, surfacing risks and driving corrective action with senior leadership.
Plan and execute mobilizer strategies and special events coverage (holidays, weather events, local events) ahead of demand spikes.
Partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build tools and processes that scale activation and acquisition across markets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for top management on Central’s supply health.
Our humble expectations
Proven track record managing complex, data-driven operations across multiple markets, ideally in courier / gig supply, logistics or marketplace operations.
Comfortable owning hard KPIs (UH%, GOV loss) and being accountable for the numbers, not just reporting them.
Experience leading and developing a small team (3 direct reports).
Strong budget ownership experience - able to allocate and defend a multi-million euro spend across activation and acquisition levers.
Excellent ability to distill complex operational trade-offs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Comfortable working under time pressure during weather events, special events and demand spikes.
Fluent English skills in both spoken and writing.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 500-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 and high growth organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex, six-figure, multi-product, platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in the New York City metro area or New England area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, about 30-40%.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies spanning 500+ employees, with 1+ year of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
- A consistent record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $1M-2M range and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise platforms and multi-product solutions, and not just transactional or stand-alone point products.
- Clear methodology for maintaining 2.5x pipeline coverage at all times through territory tiering, account planning, outreach cadence, and cold calling efforts.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Bonus points for:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
What you can expect:
Own and grow a strategic commercial territory
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
- Create new executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
- Cultivate relationships in the channel through innovative account mapping techniques and in-person co-selling opportunities.
Sell the full platform story
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Orchestrate 4-6 month sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements, org-wide solutions with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
Expand strategic customer relationships
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
Operate as one team
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
How you work:
- Knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Demonstrated ownership of full cycle sales from initial cold outbound to close to expansion.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
As the Engineering Manager for Design Systems Adherence, you'll lead the team building the workflows, tools, and quality feedback loops that help customers create design and code that correctly adheres to their design system when working with Figma’s Agents. This work spans context engineering i.e making guidelines, examples, and documentation useful to AI, agent architecture improvements as well as creating datasets, evaluators, and benchmarks that show how well outputs follow a customer's design system. You'll set strategy across these areas, raise the bar on adherence measurement, and turn evaluation results and customer feedback into feedback loops that make design quality better.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape Figma's Agent and improve overall design quality. An organization’s Design System is one of the key differentiators of design quality as we can use it to make agent output adhere to their specific brand, products and design language. We are also aiming to solve Design <> Code parity and minimize drift away from the defined design system in both code and designs.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow a 6-8 engineer team responsible for Design Systems Adherence across our workflows
Coach and develop engineers through career growth, feedback, and technical leadership, building a culture of ownership and high-quality execution
Own and evolve design system context: make guidelines, examples, documentation, and other guidance available to AI as useful, actionable context that improves how it applies a customer's system
Set the technical strategy for adherence measurement - including high-fidelity evaluation datasets, quality rubrics, evaluators, and deterministic regression checks that catch issues as Figma's Agent evolves
Build benchmarking, tools, and dashboards that help Figma and customers understand design system adherence and act on the results, while tracking visual quality, latency, and cost
Partner closely with Product, Design, and AI Research teams at Figma to achieve business impact
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience leading and growing high-impact engineering teams with a track record of strong impact
Hands-on depth in building AI assistants, evaluation systems, and using the latest large language models and harnesses
Fluency with modern AI development and evaluation workflows, such as context management, dataset curation, automated evaluators, benchmarking, and regression testing
A strong foundation in software engineering and a platform mindset: you build tools and systems other teams adopt and rely on, alongside workflows that solve real customer problems
A high quality bar for customer experience, data quality, and reliable measurement, and the ability to set technical direction and drive cross-functional alignment in complex environments
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Strong understanding of design systems, including components, tokens, usage guidelines, and their integration across design and code
Proven ability to establish evaluation and customer feedback loops to continuously improve AI products
Skilled in benchmarking AI products across output quality, latency, and cost, translating findings into actionable product priorities
Track record of developing shared evaluation tools, curated datasets, or dashboards to measure quality and prevent regressions
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Fivetran
Fivetran is the global leader in automated data movement, helping organizations centralize data from hundreds of sources into the destinations that power their analytics and AI. Our Databases product area is core to that mission: we build the connectors and underlying engine that reliably, securely, and efficiently move data out of the systems enterprises run their business on, and into the modern destinations they analyze it in.
About the Role
Fivetran's Databases portfolio spans source connectors for the OLTP and legacy systems enterprises depend on — Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, SAP, and more — as well as the destination connectors (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others) that land that data for analytics and AI use cases. Underneath both sides sits a shared core data processing engine that captures, transforms, and loads data reliably at scale across Fivetran’s 700+ connectors.
We're hiring a Product Manager to help define what's next for the portfolio. This is a technically-oriented, high-leverage role for someone who wants to own roadmap decisions that sit close to the metal — replication mechanics, schema handling, CDC — while still being fluent in the business case (ARR, customer focus, competitive dynamics) that justifies the investment.
You'll partner closely with the engineering teams building and improving connectors, work with the sales and marketing teams to launch new features and drive adoption, and with company leadership to influence product strategy.
What You'll Do
Identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities for new Fivetran database source connectors and destination connectors, grounded in customer demand, competitive gaps, and revenue potential.
Partner with engineering leadership on platform features to shape the roadmap for how data is captured, transformed, and loaded reliably at scale across every connector that depends on it.
Write and evangelize clear PRDs that translate customer and market signals into specs engineering can build against with minimal back-and-forth.
Own roadmaps end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, spec, build partnership, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Deeply analyze market and customer behavioral data to drive evidence-based product investments.
Engage directly with customers, prospects, and field teams (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support) to validate problems and de-risk investments before committing engineering resources.
Represent the Databases product area in cross-functional planning.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to data infrastructure, databases, ETL/ELT systems
Comfort operating at technical depth (schema design, replication mechanics, CDC, data types) and business altitude (ARR, TAM, competitive positioning) in the same day.
A track record of owning outcomes for complex, engineering-heavy roadmaps
Strong written and verbal communication skills: PRDs, feature briefs, and roadmap narratives that engineering and executives can act on without additional translation.
Bonus: direct experience with database internals, log-based CDC, or building/operating a data replication or processing engine.
The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role.
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. At DoorDash, there are three audiences that are at the core of every decision we make - our Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers. The Research team has a direct link to uncover the unmet needs and pain points of each of these audiences. We bring their voices into the business in order to help set the strategic vision for all of DoorDash’s current and future products.
About the Role
We’re looking for a
Principal Researcher
to be a strategic research leader for EMEA, shaping what DoorDash builds next. You’ll combine deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods to find the unmet needs, behavioral shifts, and market openings that point to new products and new growth. You’ll work as a peer to senior product, design, engineering, data science, and business leaders, and your work will directly inform roadmaps, investment decisions, and company-level strategy.
This role is built for a seasoned researcher who is equally comfortable in a living room interview, a survey dataset, and a leadership review, and who uses AI as a daily tool to move faster and see further, without giving up the judgment that makes research trustworthy. You’ll also raise the bar for the wider research practice by mentoring researchers, sharing methods, and helping the team define what great looks like in an AI-enabled era.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shape Product Strategy:
Translate deep understanding of Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers into a clear point of view on where DoorDash should play and win. You’ll frame the highest-stakes questions, bring evidence to roadmap and investment debates, and influence decisions at the director and executive level.
Detect New Opportunities:
Proactively identify emerging needs, behavior changes, and white space that point to new products, new verticals, and new growth levers. You’ll size and validate opportunities with a mix of foundational discovery, market and competitive context, and behavioral data, and turn them into concepts teams can act on.
Lead Mixed-Methods Research:
Design and run rigorous research end to end, choosing the right method for the question: ethnography, in-depth interviews, diary studies, and usability testing alongside surveys, conjoint and MaxDiff, segmentation, experiment design, and behavioral and log analysis. You’ll triangulate across sources so the “what,” the “how much,” and the “why” tell one coherent story.
Partner with Data Science and Experimentation:
Work closely with data science and analytics to connect qualitative insight to A/B test design, metrics, and product outcomes, and to explain the “why” behind results. You’ll help teams learn from what worked, what didn’t, and what to test next.
Apply AI to the Research Craft:
Use AI tools and LLMs in your daily workflow for synthesis, analysis, survey and discussion guide design, and scaling qualitative depth, and design human-in-the-loop checks that catch confident but wrong outputs. You’ll help the team identify where AI accelerates research and where it should not be trusted, and contribute to shared prompts, workflows, and standards. You’ll also study how people experience AI-powered features across DoorDash’s products.
Influence and Communicate:
Tell compelling, decision-ready stories that move partners from insight to action. You’ll adapt depth and format to the moment, from a fast directional read that unblocks a team this week to a foundational body of work that anchors a multi-year strategy, and you’ll follow through to see that findings change what gets built.
Lead Through Others:
Serve as a thought partner and mentor to researchers across levels, review and elevate research quality, and help partners run good research on their own where that makes sense. You’ll help set the team’s research agenda, methods, and standards, and contribute to hiring and growing the team.
Operate Across Brands and Regions:
Bring a global lens to your work, partnering across brands, markets, and cultures and adapting approaches to local context so that insights scale beyond a single market.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in user, market, or product research at a technology company (or equivalent depth), with a track record of leading ambiguous, high-visibility work at staff level or above
Demonstrated impact on product strategy: examples where your research changed a roadmap, unlocked a new product or line of business, or redirected significant investment
Proven ability to detect and shape new product or growth opportunities, from early signal through validated concept
Expert command of both qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, ethnography, and usability testing as well as survey design, statistical analysis, and experimentation. Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python for pulling and analyzing your own data is a plus
Hands-on experience using AI and LLMs in research (for example, synthesis, analysis, prototyping, or scaling qualitative work), with sound instincts about where they help and where they mislead. Experience researching AI-powered products is a plus
Experience in consumer, two-sided or multi-sided marketplace, logistics, commerce, or local services contexts is a plus
Exceptional storytelling and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority and build trust across product, design, engineering, data science, and business teams
A bias for speed and pragmatism: comfortable delivering directional insight quickly while knowing when a decision calls for deeper rigor
Experience mentoring or coaching researchers and raising the quality of a research practice
Advanced degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Statistics, Survey Methodology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.

You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the role
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our People team are the architects of a great workplace where brilliant minds come together to do their best work. From discovering diverse talent and nurturing future leaders, to creating spaces that spark collaboration and crafting rewards that celebrate success - we're passionate about building a culture where everyone can thrive.
We are bringing our recruitment teams together into one EMEA organisation aligned to the business departments we support. We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment for Marketplace for Wolt and Deliveroo, the B2B space and SevenRooms, building a team that combines strong business partnerships with consistent hiring delivery across both brands.
Based in Helsinki, you will lead a geographically distributed team of recruitment managers and recruiters across EMEA. You will set the strategy for your portfolio, develop the leaders and specialists in your team, and work with senior business, Finance and People leaders to translate hiring demand into a clear delivery plan.
This role combines leadership through managers with direct leadership of selected individual contributors. You will bring together different markets and business needs, make informed choices about capacity and priorities, and help the team establish effective ways of working in the combined organisation.
What you will be doing:
Lead through managers.
Coach and develop recruitment managers and individual contributors, set clear expectations and build a team with strong judgement, accountability and room to grow. Develop leadership capability and succession within your portfolio.
Own the recruitment strategy for your portfolio.
Translate business plans for Marketplace, B2B and SevenRooms into short- and longer-term recruitment priorities across Deliveroo and Wolt. Balance department requirements with country, language and role-level needs.
Advise senior business leaders.
Build trusted partnerships with the leaders of the areas you support. Bring an informed perspective on talent availability, hiring priorities and trade-offs, and challenge plans constructively when demand, resources or market conditions do not align.
Plan capacity against demand.
Partner with Finance and People colleagues to forecast hiring, maintain the position and capacity plan, and allocate recruitment resources using productivity, hiring complexity and business priorities. Surface delivery risks early and recommend practical responses.
Deliver measurable hiring outcomes.
Hold your teams accountable for agreed hiring goals, conversion, time to fill, offer acceptance and candidate experience. Use data and talent-market insights to diagnose issues, improve delivery and explain progress to senior stakeholders.
Build consistent hiring practices.
Work with Talent Acquisition colleagues and recruiting operations to improve sourcing, assessment and interview practices. Support effective adoption of shared tools and standards while retaining the local expertise needed to hire well across EMEA.
Lead the team through change.
Bring recruiters from both brands together around clear responsibilities and effective working routines. Protect valuable business relationships, coordinate handovers and help people build the knowledge and connections they need.
Champion fair and inclusive hiring.
Embed inclusive sourcing, structured assessment and consistent decision-making throughout your portfolio. Partner with business leaders to maintain a high hiring bar and a respectful candidate experience.
What you will need to thrive
Essential :
Leadership at scale.
Experience leading recruitment managers and geographically distributed recruiting teams, with evidence of developing leaders and improving team performance.
Business and commercial recruitment expertise.
A strong track record delivering recruitment across commercial or business functions in a complex, fast-moving organisation, with the judgement to support distinct business models and hiring needs.
Senior stakeholder influence.
Experience advising senior business leaders, challenging assumptions with evidence and aligning stakeholders around realistic priorities and delivery commitments.
Strategic workforce and capacity planning.
The ability to translate a hiring forecast into a recruitment plan, assess resource requirements and make clear trade-offs across competing needs.
A practical command of recruitment data.
Confidence using funnel, productivity and delivery metrics to identify causes, guide action and communicate business impact.
Experience across markets.
An understanding of the complexities of hiring across EMEA, including how language, local market conditions and role requirements affect sourcing and delivery.
Nice to have:
Change leadership.
Experience helping teams adopt new structures, processes or systems while maintaining trust, continuity and hiring delivery.
Integration experience.
Experience combining recruitment teams or operating models across brands, countries or acquired businesses.
Why join us
You will shape recruitment for several distinct business areas at an important point in the integration of Deliveroo and Wolt. The role offers the opportunity to influence senior leaders, develop managers and recruiters across EMEA, and build a sustainable delivery model grounded in business demand.
You will work with colleagues across the broader DoorDash organisation, sharing expertise and improving how we identify, assess and hire talent. We value the different perspectives people bring and want everyone to have the opportunity to do their best work.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at

About the Role
AI is changing how data practitioners write, debug, and ship dbt code. As
Staff Product Manager
for
Developer Experience
, you will set the strategy for how that change plays out in dbt.
You will own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for the end-to-end developer workflow: the
Studio IDE
,
Developer Agent
(our AI coding assistant inside dbt Wizard), the
Cloud CLI
, and the
dbt VS Code Extension
. These surfaces are the daily home of tens of thousands of data practitioners, from seasoned analytics engineers to newer practitioners who rely on AI to move faster with confidence.
This is a Staff-level role with broad scope and direct influence on company direction. You will be the key partner to the
Fusion team
, the engine behind dbt’s next-generation compilation and intelligence. You will decide how Fusion’s capabilities become differentiated developer experiences, and you will make sure developer needs shape the Fusion roadmap. The feedback loop between Developer Experience and Fusion is central to how dbt Cloud evolves, and you will be its architect.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on: a leader who can define where AI-native developer tooling is going, and who is deeply passionate about
AI agents
and what it takes to build them well.
In This Role, You Will
Set strategy and own the roadmap
Define and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for developer experience across Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the VS Code Extension, and translate it into clear priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
Align developer experience investments with company strategy, product-led growth goals, and the Fusion platform direction. Set success metrics and hold yourself accountable for the outcomes.
Make high-stakes bets on where to invest, what to build, and what not to build, using market insight, customer evidence, and technical judgment.
Lead AI agent product development
Define what a best-in-class AI coding agent looks like for the full range of dbt users. This includes agentic workflows, multi-step task execution, context management, natural language interaction, and guided experiences that meet users where they are.
Shape principles for trust, transparency, control, and evaluation in agentic experiences, so users can rely on the agent for real work.
Track the fast-moving AI development landscape (Copilot, Cursor, Devin, and beyond) and turn it into a differentiated point of view, not just feature parity.
Drive cross-functional execution and influence
Partner with the Fusion team to co-define the boundary between platform and product, agree on API contracts, and keep roadmaps coordinated.
Lead engineering, design, and GTM teams through a predictable shipping cadence, and keep teams aligned on what matters and why.
Influence senior leadership and stakeholders across the company with crisp strategy docs, compelling demos, and clear framing of complex tradeoffs.
Mentor other PMs and raise the bar for product craft, rigor, and technical depth across the organization.
Stay close to users and the market
Build tight feedback loops with the dbt community and enterprise customers, with particular attention to power users and technical practitioners.
Use user research and competitive analysis to ground strategy in evidence and bring a sharp external perspective into planning.
What Success Looks Like
A clear, widely understood developer experience strategy that engineering, design, and leadership are aligned behind.
Developer Agent is recognized as a differentiated, well-regarded AI coding product for data practitioners, not just a feature.
Developer satisfaction and engagement (activation, session depth, feature adoption)
The Fusion partnership runs on shared roadmap visibility, clear contracts, and coordinated launches.
The Cloud CLI is a first-class product that developers actively choose.
You’re a Good Fit If You Have
8+ years of product management experience
, including a track record of owning strategy and roadmap for developer platforms at scale.
Direct experience owning developer environment products
, with an informed point of view on what makes development tools excellent and where modern IDEs fall short.
Hands-on experience with AI agents.
You have built, shipped, or led agentic features (multi-step LLM workflows, tool use, context management, evaluation), and you are passionate about the space. You use AI coding assistants daily and have strong, well-reasoned opinions about what works and what doesn’t.
A history of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority, including across platform and product team boundaries.
A strong technical foundation: you can reason about system architecture, engage deeply with engineers, and contribute to technical decisions.
Experience turning user research and developer feedback into prioritized, well-scoped product work.
Excellent written and verbal communication, from crisp specs to executive-level narratives.
Comfort working asynchronously on a distributed, remote team.
You’ll Have an Edge If You Have
Experience building or shipping AI agent products at the frontier, such as agentic UX, evaluation frameworks, or agent orchestration.
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar SQL-first transformation frameworks.
Familiarity with LSP, tree-sitter, or other IDE infrastructure primitives.
Experience with CLI tooling and developer workflow automation.
Background in open source or strong engagement with developer communities.
Knowledge of modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift) and the analytics engineering ecosystem.
