We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact
Compensation & Rewards:
In Sweden, the base compensation range for this role is SEK 775,444 - SEK 930,533. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

Workplace: Hybrid
Coder is hiring its first Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA, who will sit within our Content & Learning pillar and report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement. You will be the enablement presence for the region, creating and adapting content, building programs, and supporting the EMEA sales team across a diverse set of markets.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment, knows how enterprise sales work across EMEA, and can move between content creation, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration without losing momentum. You'll work closely with the global enablement team, Marketing, and Product Marketing while independently owning the regional agenda.
If you're someone who knows that a playbook that works in North America doesn't automatically work in EMEA, loves building things that sales teams actually use, and wants to be the first enablement hire in a region with real room to shape how it's done, this role is for you.
This position follows a hybrid work model. Candidates should be local and able to work from our London office on a regular weekly basis, with scheduling flexibility.
What you’ll do here
- Create and adapt sales enablement content for EMEA markets playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and training materials that reflect regional buyer dynamics, language nuance, and sales culture
- Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for EMEA sales reps, ensuring they ramp quickly and stay current on product and messaging updates
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Marketing to translate global messaging and positioning into field-ready content that actually resonates with EMEA buyers. Pushing back constructively when global content needs regional adaptation
- Work with EMEA sales leadership and SDR leadership to understand what reps need in the field and turn that signal into content and programs that are practical and immediately useful
- Collaborate with the global Content & Learning team to ensure regional content is consistent with global standards while remaining locally relevant
- Identify gaps in the EMEA enablement program and proactively build resources to close them
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue-facing role with an EMEA focus
- Proven ability to create high-quality enablement content independently. You can go from a brief to a finished playbook without hand-holding
- Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously as the sole enablement person in a region. You can set your own priorities and manage up effectively
- Strong internal collaborator. You know how to consume global messaging, identify where it needs to flex for the region, and work cross-functionally to get it right
- Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency a plus
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as a P3 individual contributor.
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Background in B2B SaaS, enabling enterprise sales teams
- Experience enabling sellers in a developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering context
- Familiarity with various sales platforms (Highspot, Nooks, LetterAI)
- Experience supporting partner or channel sales motions
- Prior experience as a first or early enablement hire in a region

The IP & Licensing team is responsible for all content and data licensing at Mistral. Your work will directly determine whether we can use the data we acquire, how we track what we are allowed to do with it, and whether our clients and partners stay within the rights we grant them. You will build the infrastructure that makes legal analysis repeatable, not just advisory.
Your scope spans the full lifecycle of data-related agreements: clearing inbound data usage requests, codifying contract terms into structured metadata, tracking ongoing compliance obligations, and automating reporting. You will also design and run AI-powered workflows that handle contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and renewal alerts, turning legal judgment into scalable operations.
What You Will Do
- Clear inbound data usage requests by researching rights status, scope, obligations, and restrictions before data enters Mistral systems.
- Review data-related agreements and codify their key terms into structured metadata, maintaining the team's template library and playbook alongside Legal.
- Determine whether specific AI use cases are covered by third-party agreements, identify gaps, and recommend contract amendments.
- Build and maintain a central database as the single source of truth for every signed data-related agreement, covering permitted uses, confidentiality, and re-use permissions.
- Track ongoing compliance obligations and automate reporting, including renewal alerts and master licensing partnership administration.
- Develop and run AI workflows for contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and compliance monitoring.
- Verify provenance, ownership, and consents for acquired data, flagging obligations that must be tracked.
- Monitor that Mistral clients and partners operate within granted rights, administering the approval system that enforces legal restrictions.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in law, publishing, information science, business, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in copyright, permissions, licensing, legal operations, or contract administration, ideally in an AI, tech, or data-driven environment.
- Solid working knowledge of EU and US copyright law and contract administration, with demonstrated ability to interpret contracts independently.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential agreements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal constraints to non-lawyers.
- A legal-ops mindset: you take initiative, anticipate needs through ambiguity, and think about how to operationalize legal analysis at scale.
- Comfort building agentic AI workflows in a complex enterprise environment; you are an AI power user, not just a consumer.
- Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or another European language is a plus, as is experience with CLM tools like Ironclad, prior work setting up AI workflows in a legal team, or contracting experience with publishing houses.

- Partner with relevant second-line teams to ensure external engagement activity is consistent with the Compliance framework, risk appetite, regulatory obligations and the responsibilities of the three lines of defence.
- Coach, develop and set clear expectations for Senior Analyst(s).

You have 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy and analytics, strategy and operations, investment banking, account management, business development or other analytically-intensive and client-facing roles
You have strong SQL skills: you can pull, read and manipulate large data sets yourself and turn them into insight (other forms of data experience can be considered)

You are an excellent data storyteller who can build a clear narrative from data and present it, and defend it, to senior executives
You have proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions, with strong project management, organisation and presentation skills
You are a problem solver at core with a strong bias for action, you like rolling up your sleeves as much as you like the big picture, and you are comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts
You know how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance
You have well-developed negotiation skills and the ability to flex your style to all levels and situations
You are comfortable using AI tools day to day to work faster and smarter
