How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it’s the best version of itself in the real world. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers’ executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
- Genuine interest in Financial Services and improving the end customer experience. Experience in financial technology, implementations at financial institutions, working inside of these institutions or familiarity with financial services security and compliance requirements (fair lending, PII handling, etc.) are a strong plus.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

- Coach SDRs on effective multichannel outbound prospecting, including account research, relevant messaging, call execution, and using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Partner with AEs and Sales and Marketing counterparts on pipeline-generation, territory, and prospecting initiatives that support SMB business objectives.
- Report on team performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency over time by identifying opportunities to optimize systems, processes, enablement, and AI-supported workflows.
- Establish and maintain a library of prospecting resources, best practices, and training materials for the SMB SDR team.
- Represent the SMB Sales Development team cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments.

- Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record exceeding goals
- Minimum of 2 years of experience building and leading sales development teams with a proven track record of exceeding goal
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies, and history of consistently performing above quota in an outbound sales environment
- A passion and excitement for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (ie. Salesforce, Looker, and Excel) and familiarity with email and call automation platforms
- High proficiency with AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, etc.), with the ability to incorporate tooling into prospecting, coaching, team workflows, and process improvement to drive greater SDR productivity

This role exists to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world usability, ensuring our agents are both capable and seamlessly integrated into Mistral’s broader product ecosystem.

- Define and evangelize a clear product strategy for our Context & Search platform, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, balancing speed, quality, and user-centric design.
- Collaborate with design and research teams to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences, iteratively refined by data and feedback.
- Drive go-to-market efforts, including pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies, in partnership with marketing and sales.

- Strong technical fluency to navigate trade-offs and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- A relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by data and qualitative insights.
- Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams—engineering, design, and go-to-market—without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for executives, teams, and users.
- Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift rapidly.
- Low ego, high EQ, and a collaborative mindset to build trust and drive decisions through clarity.
- A builder’s mindset, with experience turning 0→1 ideas into products users love, and the autonomy to own outcomes end-to-end.

Our Solutions Architecture team understands high-level business strategy and translates it into technical requirements for our customers. We love figuring out ways to stretch the limits of what is technically possible. Our job is to provide technical leadership and guidance to customers, prospects, and partners, helping them visualise the steps to achieve their business objectives, and then delivering the outcome with them.
This role spans the whole customer journey. Before the sale, you are the technical lead alongside our Sales team, shaping the solution and earning the technical win. After the sale, you stay with the customer and deliver it, owning the hands-on work that turns a signed contract into a working, adopted capability. You own the outcome, not just the design. When a customer asks a question, you answer it.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis' solutions and offerings, explaining complex topics to a variety of audiences in a compelling yet understandable way. You'll directly impact some of our most strategic private sector customers, and throughout all of these activities you'll provide feedback that improves the value and experience customers have with Chainalysis' solutions.
In this role, you'll:
- Partner with the Sales team as the technical lead, running discovery, demonstrations, and proofs of value, and leading the discussions on value creation and solution development that achieve the technical win
- Design customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products, and give guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation
- Own the post-sale customer experience end to end, configuring, deploying, and tuning our products yourself rather than coordinating others who do it, and working alongside customer teams so they become self-sufficient
- Drive sustained adoption and measurable value, from fast onboarding through to the ongoing work of monitoring usage, reviewing product health, tuning rules and alerts, and intervening when adoption slips
- Map customer workflows to capabilities across the product suite, including investigations, compliance, security, and data analysis solutions
- Investigate using Chainalysis tooling to a competent standard, tracing, attributing, and analysing on the platform, so you can surface actionable insights and integrate Chainalysis into the customer's compliance and risk workflows
- Be the person customers look to for answers, resolving technical, compliance, analytical, and operational questions directly, and owning time-sensitive decisions by validating signals quickly and moving the right matters through the correct escalation path
- Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to our Product and Engineering teams, including data gaps such as unclustered or unattributed services that you find in the field
- Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers, identifying business opportunities and substantially increasing our foothold with private sector customers and prospects
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Worked in or directly with our private sector customer types: banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, and blockchain developers
- Practical understanding of compliance, investigative, and risk workflows, and can speak credibly from practitioner experience in investigations, compliance, fraud, risk, or security
- A technical generalist background, comfortable with REST API integrations and familiar with how data is structured in SQL, and always interested in learning more
- Experience of account or customer management for an enterprise SaaS business, including commercial awareness and partnering with sales counterparts on renewals and expansion
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and executive audiences
- Curiosity, fast learning, and motivation to solve difficult customer problems
- A collaborative approach and generosity with knowledge
- Fluency in English
Nice to have experience:
- Financial compliance and anti-money laundering obligations
- Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, and SQL databases
- Hands-on use of AI tooling to improve delivery quality or speed
- Experience handling sensitive data and proprietary methods, and protecting them while using them effectively
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.

With a global team and a large ecosystem of partners, Creatio serves thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows daily. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We're proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.'s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for an
Engineering Manager
to lead Creatio's Platform & Cloud Operations domain - 17 engineers across four teams who own the foundation the entire engineering organization runs on and our customers live on:
the CI systems and development environments that set the pace for every product team
the automation behind the cloud environment hosting our product servers and customer instances
the upgrade pipeline through which every release reaches customers
the internal tooling that multiplies the output of all our engineering teams
This is one of the widest spans of ownership in our engineering organization. CI speed is product release speed. The reliability of our cloud is what Creatio looks like to customers every day. The quality of the upgrade pipeline determines how quickly the value of each release reaches the market. Decisions made here scale across the whole company.
Your customers are Creatio's engineering teams and the customers running on our cloud. Success is measured in build reliability and CI lead time, cloud availability and cost, upgrade success rate and time-to-upgrade, and how much faster our engineers ship because of what your teams built.
You will work at the system level: growing Team Leads, holding the architectural integrity of the domain and the quality bar on every release, and deciding where four teams put their focus. Planning, decomposition, and day-to-day delivery stay with the teams - your leverage is in making those teams stronger.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and commitments
Own delivery timelines and timeline trade-offs across the domain, and partner with engineering leadership team on scope and priorities
Own ways of working across four teams with genuinely different operating models - two infrastructure teams carrying on-call duty, one release and upgrade team carrying direct customer risk, one internal-product team whose users sit two desks away
Architecture and technical quality
Be accountable for the architecture of the domain and for its critical architectural decisions, working alongside Architects who drive the design
Own the domain's technical debt strategy - what gets paid down, when, and at what cost to delivery
Step personally into complex and critical technical problems
Release and operational quality
Be accountable for release quality readiness , you assess it, and you hold the authority to block a release when the quality risk warrants it
Own post-release quality analysis, and the operational health of the customer cloud: incident ownership, on-call practice, and the discipline that has to follow an outage
People and organization
Line management, performance management, 1-on-1s, development plans, and onboarding for 17 engineers
Workload, capacity, and resource allocation within the domain
Hiring and exit decisions, compensation recommendations, and building the Team Lead bench
Coach Team Leads on leadership and systems thinking in a domain this size, that is the primary lever, not a side responsibility
Requirements:
Experience managing software engineering teams, including working through Team Leads
Strong engineering background in platform, infrastructure, or cloud operations: CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code, cloud architecture, observability, and release engineering
Experience running production infrastructure under availability commitments: incident management, on-call practice, and post-incident follow-through
Proven ability to drive delivery, engineering quality, and organizational effectiveness across more than one team
Comfort making timeline trade-offs under pressure and defending them with data
Experience partnering with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and people management skills
Ability to make pragmatic decisions and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
What You Should Expect From Us:
Growth & Development:
Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.
Flexibility & Well-Being:
We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Recognition & Impact:
A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.
Innovative Culture:
Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
ROLE
Morpho's Protocol team is evolving the core lending infrastructure that powers products and markets across the ecosystem. As the number of opportunities, integrations, and protocol initiatives grows, the team needs clear product direction on what to build, why it matters, and how to sequence the work.
This role will work with Morpho’s protocol team to shape product strategy and guide execution. You will turn the needs of users and ecosystem partners into a focused roadmap, work closely with protocol and engineering teams to shape solutions, and drive improvements from discovery through launch and adoption. You will operate at the intersection of deeply technical systems, financial markets, and a fast-moving ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the roadmap for Morpho's protocol team, defining the highest-impact problems to solve and sequencing opportunities against company goals, user needs, technical constraints, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Build and run a continuous discovery process with curators, distributors, integrators, developers, and other protocol users to understand their workflows, pain points, and emerging needs.
- Translate user and market insights into clear product requirements, decision frameworks, and success criteria that help protocol and engineering teams move quickly with strong rationale.
- Partner closely with protocol, engineering, research, security, legal, solutions, partnerships, and marketing to take initiatives from early exploration through design, implementation, audit, launch, and adoption.
- Evaluate product and technical tradeoffs, including when to extend the protocol, improve surrounding infrastructure, enable partners, or deliberately avoid adding complexity.
- Define and track the signals that show whether protocol initiatives are working, combining quantitative data with ecosystem feedback to guide iteration and future investment.
- Communicate product direction, decisions, tradeoffs, and release implications clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Improve how product decisions are made and documented as Morpho and its protocol ecosystem scale.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's protocol, development and release process, current roadmap, and the rationale behind the major initiatives in flight. You have built relationships across protocol, engineering, research, security, and go-to-market teams, and have started speaking with key curators, distributors, integrators, and developers.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You have established a clear, prioritized view of the most important protocol problems and opportunities. The roadmap reflects explicit tradeoffs, user evidence, technical constraints, and measurable outcomes. You have driven at least one meaningful initiative from discovery into execution and proactively keep stakeholders aligned on decisions and changes.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
You have shipped a meaningful protocol improvement and can show how it advanced user or business outcomes. Product, protocol, and engineering teams have stronger shared context on what to build and why. You consistently identify important user needs, ecosystem shifts, and roadmap conflicts early, and have improved Morpho's product discovery and decision-making process.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5+ years building technical products in complex or fast-changing environments.
- Proven track record taking products or major features from ambiguous problem spaces through launch and iteration.
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to reason about system design and constraints, engage deeply with engineers and researchers, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent product judgment: you can distinguish important user problems from requests, make principled tradeoffs, and focus teams on the work with the greatest impact.
- Strong user discovery and synthesis skills, with the ability to uncover needs across different user types and turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear direction.
- Experience leading cross-functional work without relying on formal authority.
- Ability to define success, use quantitative and qualitative evidence, and adapt direction as new information emerges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in an async environment.
- Comfort creating clarity and driving decisions in highly ambiguous contexts.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: you act without waiting to be told.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in crypto, DeFi, traditional finance, or fintech.
- Familiarity with lending markets, smart contracts, or permissionless protocols.
- Experience shipping products with significant security, audit, regulatory, or governance considerations.
- Experience working with research & development teams

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Mistral partners with the leaders of their industries to redefine how their most complex, high-stakes challenges are solved with frontier AI.
As a Solutions Operations Manager for our strategic accounts, you act as the Technical Program Manager to the account leadership: you sit at the heart of the transformation, working with the client's leadership and with Mistral's best deployment strategists, forward-deployed engineers and applied scientists. You own technical program management end-to-end, planning, governance, execution, while also running the day-to-day operations of the accounts.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a solid technical background who has led complex programs and is equally comfortable on running operations. You embed in an account, own the outcome, and bring AI into the day-to-day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the operational backbone of the account, you act as the right hand to the Program Lead, ensuring Mistral sets the standard for execution, speed, and collaboration with the client. Your role blends technical program management, hands-on delivery governance, and day-to-day operations.
GOVERNANCE & STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT
- Ensure the Program Lead’s vision is clearly articulated and adopted by both Mistral’s account team and the client
- Drive alignment between client stakeholders and Mistral teams to ensure shared priorities and high-quality delivery standards
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making for leadership through weekly cadences, steering committee prep, and risk dashboards.
STRATEGIC SCOPING & VALUE DEFINITION
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, operating model, and strategic priorities
- Partner with the Program Lead and Account team to scope transformative programs, identify and define use cases, and build a clear business case and value framework
- Translate strategic ambition into measurable outcomes and track the long-term business impact of each program
DELIVERY & EXECUTION
- Own delivery frameworks: timelines, milestones, reporting, proactively securing commitments and flagging risks or delays early.
- Optimize delivery processes by identifying friction points and standardizing workflows to enhance quality and predictability.
- Run the account's logistics for Mistral team going on site (access, security, meetings)
OPERATIONAL INNOVATION & AUTOMATION
- Build and enhance Mistral’s platform and internal tools to empower program delivery with scalable, tailored solutions
- Automate workflows to eliminate manual friction in planning, reporting, and follow-ups, accelerating execution and reducing operational overhead
WHO YOU ARE
- Technical foundation. You have an engineering or equivalent technical background and 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (or similar) delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs at a tech company, scale-up, or enterprise.
- AI-fluent. You genuinely use AI tools to automate your own work: drafting, analysis, reporting, PMO tasks. You're comfortable building and iterating on automations.
- High agency. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap, you close it, and you raise the standard as you go.
- Customer-centric. You can hold a room with senior enterprise stakeholders and translate between business strategy and technical delivery.
- Meticulous and reliable. Ownership to the last detail; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- Adaptable. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment; bias to action over process for its own sake.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech delivery environments.
- Exposure to change management / adoption at scale within large organizations.
- Hands-on experience automating workflows with LLMs or building internal tooling.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
- Location: Paris, with travel expected ~30% of your time to customer sites (Europe)
- Team: Solutions Org, reporting into the Solutions leadership.
- Scope: One or several strategic accounts.

Your Opportunity:
Take deep ownership of significant, technically demanding components, and help evolve core infrastructure so it stays reliable and scalable as the product grows.
Work with a high degree of independence on complex technical initiatives - some of which may touch multiple systems or teams - from design through delivery.
Help shape automation, testing, and deployment practices that raise the bar for reliability and velocity.
Own complex projects from design through delivery, and contribute meaningfully to the thinking behind them - including, at times, decisions that touch the product itself, not just the implementation.

BSc in Computer Science or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution, or an exceptional track record in server-side development with advanced technical expertise.
8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a demonstrated ability to take on complex, ambiguous problems independently and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, Go, Python, with an ability to adapt to new technologies as needed.
Extensive experience building highly scalable, distributed systems, with a strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native development.
Demonstrated success designing and deploying services at scale on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong technical judgment, with experience mentoring other engineers and weighing in on decisions that shape the product’s direction.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver reliably under tight deadlines.

Having diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, that’s a good thing! If you’re coming from outside of the cyber industry - great! If you’re looking to try something new - awesome! All we ask is you bring passion to all that you do, crave creativity and innovation, and embrace the hard work of gaining new skills and accepting big challenges.
