ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Director of Marketing who is a sharp strategic storyteller and a hands-on operator to join our Advertising & Rewards division. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own positioning and go-to-market at the intersection of several high-growth opportunities: a B2B advertising business, a B2C rewards app, a zero-party data and rewards platform, an on-chain identity and attribution layer, and a major strategic brand initiative.
Strong narrative development, messaging, and launch GTM skills are essential, along with experience turning complex, multi-product technology into clear, compelling stories for very different audiences — game developers, app marketers, and brand advertisers. The ability to build go-to-market from the ground up, owning positioning and enablement end to end, will be key to your success in this role.
If you’re passionate about crafting stories that make emerging technology click for buyers and love helping game developers and brands connect with players through advertising and rewards, we would love to hear from you!

Translate strategic direction into positioning, messaging, launch roadmaps, and measurable GTM outcomes for each product and initiative.
Act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring high-quality delivery across every workstream.
Provide thought leadership on narrative development, competitive positioning, and content strategy as the portfolio and brand initiative scale.
Contribute to future marketing team design as the division builds out brand and agency sales.
Brand & Agency Sales Growth
Build the new narrative, messaging, and marketing plan required to support Xsolla Ads’ expansion into brand and agency sales.
Partner with the Currency team on the company’s strategic brand initiative, helping define and roll out Xsolla’s new positioning.
Build the messaging foundation and sales enablement that the emerging brand sales team will carry to market.
Translate the new brand positioning into a consistent story across products, sales, and external communications.
Messaging & Cross-Product Narrative
Own the cross-product narrative that ties the portfolio into one coherent story across Choice, ID+ and Backpack, Rewards, and Ads.
Build core messaging frameworks, value propositions, and proof points for each audience, keeping them consistent across web, sales, PR, and events.
Make complex and emerging concepts, including Web3, on-chain attribution, and zero-party data, legible and compelling to non-technical buyers.
Sales Enablement & Content

Develop audience- and persona-specific demand stories for both gaming and non-gaming ICPs, with alignment and feedback from BD.
Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Leadership
Own the marketing operating model across the portfolio, including campaign intake, prioritization, GTM documentation, and approvals.
Maintain GTM calendars and a coordinated launch and event drumbeat across the year, and surface trends, risks, and optimization opportunities to the VP of Marketing.
Partner across product, growth, design, BD, legal, finance, and central marketing to keep launches on-brand and on time.
Coordinate with the central Xsolla marketing team to ensure division campaigns stay consistent with brand standards and broader GTM strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
7–8 years of experience in marketing or GTM, with a proven track record of owning product launches and positioning end to end.
Mastery of positioning, messaging, and narrative — able to turn complex, multi-product technology into a clear story for multiple audiences.

Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt voice across executive narratives, sales enablement, and customer-facing copy.

Experience in gaming or games-adjacent industries.
Background in ad tech, programmatic, or loyalty and rewards.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a commercially driven, analytically sharp, and results-oriented Account Manager to join the Xsolla Offerwall team. This is an exciting opportunity to own the advertiser side of a premium rewarded inventory network at the intersection of mobile gaming, user acquisition, and advertising technology. The best candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and is passionate about helping game studios achieve their acquisition goals through performance-driven advertising.
In this client-facing role, you'll build and grow relationships with gaming studios and UA teams, optimizing campaign performance and ensuring partners get measurable results through Xsolla's Offerwall. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to advertisers, translating data into actionable strategies, and collaborate closely with Xsolla's product, operations, and technical teams to continuously improve the partner experience.
Strong account management skills, a deep familiarity with mobile gaming and performance advertising, and the ability to balance day-to-day campaign management with long-term partner growth will be key to your success. If you're energized by the intersection of gaming and performance marketing and love building meaningful advertiser relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Partner Growth & Account Management
Guide new publisher integrations from onboarding through launch, nurture long-term monetization partnerships, and expand existing accounts by driving adoption and incremental revenue growth through Xsolla's Offerwall.
Balance multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering results under shifting timelines.
Maintain deep knowledge of mobile advertising, the rewarded ecosystem, and app monetization models to ensure partner strategies stay competitive.
Problem Solving & Diagnostics
Serve as the first line of defense when a partner reports a performance drop, integration bug, or unexpected revenue anomaly — approaching each issue methodically: isolate the variable, form a hypothesis, and validate it against the data before proposing a fix.
Analyze data to uncover trends, diagnose challenges, and recommend optimization strategies that drive measurable revenue impact, distinguishing symptoms from root causes rather than treating surface-level fixes as solutions.
Own ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end — coordinating with product, engineering, and operations to identify what's broken, why, and what the right fix is, even when the answer isn't immediately obvious.
Anticipate downstream issues before they escalate, using pattern recognition from past partner problems to flag risks proactively rather than reactively.
Strategic Relationships & Executive Communication
Own and cultivate strategic relationships with senior and executive stakeholders at publisher partners, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional point of contact.
Prepare and deliver executive-level business reviews, business cases, and growth roadmaps that translate complex data and problem resolutions into clear, actionable business outcomes for senior decision-makers.
Tailor communication style and depth to the audience — distilling technical or operational detail into strategic narratives when presenting to executives, while retaining the ability to go deep on the details with day-to-day partner contacts.
Represent Xsolla in high-stakes conversations (renewals, escalations, strategic planning) where executive trust and credibility directly influence partner retention and growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal product, operations, and technical teams to implement partner requirements and resolve potential blockers, and know when an issue needs to be surfaced to internal leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience
3+ years in digital media, mobile advertising, programmatic, or related SaaS/AdTech account management, sales, or business development.
Demonstrated ability to grow client portfolios, negotiate partnerships, and achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Problem-Solving Mindset
A structured approach to ambiguity — comfortable breaking down a messy, undefined problem into testable pieces rather than waiting for someone else to define the issue.
Track record of resolving complex, cross-functional issues independently, knowing when to dig in personally versus when to loop in the right internal stakeholder.
Genuine curiosity about "why" — treats every escalation or performance dip as a question to be answered with data, not just a ticket to be closed.
Resilience and resourcefulness when the first solution doesn't work; iterates rather than stalls.
Analytical Strength
Comfortable interpreting data sets (e.g., KPIs such as CPM, CTR, LTV, retention, or ARPU) and translating insights into strategy and root-cause diagnosis.
Communication & Executive Presence
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation ability; adept at simplifying technical and performance concepts for diverse audiences, including senior and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience managing strategic relationships with VP or C-level contacts, including leading executive business reviews and high-stakes partner conversations.
Proven success working with cross-functional groups, particularly product, operations, and technical teams, to drive problems to closure.
Industry Knowledge
Understanding of mobile ecosystems, rewarded ads, ad monetization strategies, and performance marketing models.
Mindset
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven; thrives in fast-moving environments with minimal structure.
Views obstacles as puzzles to be solved rather than blockers to be reported.
Tools
Proficiency in productivity and analytics tools (e.g., Google Sheets, BI dashboards, CRM platforms, and presentation software).
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.

Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
As our business grows, and as AI is improving, we need fewer, better building blocks: less per-team glue, more self-service capabilities every team builds on, so engineers spend their time on customers instead of plumbing. This is platform engineering at Arcadia. The role could just as well be titled Developer Platform, DevEx, DevProd, or SRE.
Arcadia builds and operates the petabyte-size lakehouse, and the client-facing applications that run on Kubernetes. The role will span both, reporting directly to the engineering VP.
What Success Looks Like
Arcadia engineers and their agents rely on platform building blocks, from services and pipelines to databases, queues, and storage, that come wired in with logging, metrics, tracing, alerts, encryption, access controls, backups, and cost tags, with sensible defaults.
Teams change their own pipelines, environments, alerts, and SLOs. When something breaks, the owning team sees it first, traces it to the change that caused it, and rolls it back themselves. They see their own delivery numbers and cloud spend, and act on them. Platform upgrades reach them as a merged pull request, not a checklist. Engineers take the paved road because it's the fastest way to production, and platform engineers spend their time building capabilities, not working tickets.
What You'll Be Doing
Push
quality
attributes into the platform, especially as AI increases the volume of changes: test and regression gates, progressive delivery and fast rollback, supply-chain and policy checks in the pipeline, and cost that's visible and attributable to the teams.
Run the platform as a curated internal
product
: find what slows teams down, pick the few capabilities worth building, publish the roadmap, and measure adoption, delivery speed, stability, and developer satisfaction.
Build software
: self-service APIs, templates, and golden paths for CI/CD, environments, and observability, so teams get what they need without waiting on anyone. You write a meaningful share of the code.
Carry the cost of
migrations
: track usage, automate instead of handing out checklists, push through the final 20%, and sunset.
Manage the platform's
stakeholders
: say yes with compromises, say no without breaking trust, bring shadow platforms back onto the paved road, and make cost visible to the teams that generate it.
Set the technical
direction
and evolve the platform, and
coach
Senior Engineers through design partnership and review.
What You'll Bring
Both halves of platform engineering: a software engineer's instinct for clean abstractions and APIs, and a systems engineer's depth in cloud, Kubernetes, networking, and IaC.
Reliability you've owned: SLOs, observability, on-call, and incident response.
Customer empathy: you talk to the engineers you serve, tell a real need from a loud request, and retire what nobody uses.
Big, long-running projects you've seen through: migrations pushed past the final 20%, platforms sunset on purpose, and the attention to detail both require.
A clear philosophy on structuring infrastructure and delivery for security, velocity, and reliability, and the stories behind it.
Current, hands-on production coding, the habit of figuring things out (research, spike, deliver), and relentless pragmatism about what's worth building.
Drive to reduce toil for everyone through software.
Ability to initiate and get stuff done org-wide.
No healthcare background required.
Would Love for You to Have
Regulated-data experience (HIPAA, PHI, SOC 2 or HITRUST environments).
A public voice through talks, writing, or open source.
Experience turning an infrastructure or DevOps team into a product-minded platform team.
Experience building platform support that scales: support tiers, office hours, docs, and developer advocacy.
Experience making cloud and CI cost visible and actionable for the teams that generate it.
What You'll Get
The opportunity to own Arcadia's platform and to set its direction for years.
Direct influence on how Arcadia's engineering org works on daily basis; your tooling, patterns, and standards become examples others build on.
Remote-first across the US, with in-person hubs growing in Boston, DC, and NYC.
A flexible culture with personality and heart, named a Built In 2026 Best Place to Work.
Work that shows up in patients' lives.
About Arcadia

About the Team
The
Fraud
Investigations Team (FIT)
is a First Line of Defense function within OKX’s
Risk organization
responsible for identifying, assessing, investigating, and helping manage significant internal and external fraud risks affecting the company, its customers, personnel, and operations.
FIT conducts and supports complex investigations involving digital assets, internal and external fraud, employee misconduct, insider threats, unauthorized access or misuse of information, vendor and third-party misconduct, account compromise, social engineering, collusion, conflicts of interest, and other significant fraud-related matters.
The team works closely with Legal, HR, Information Security,Engineering, Physical Security, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and other functions across OKX.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Analyst, Blockchain Investigations &

blockchain investigations role
requiring significant hands-on expertise tracing digital assets across complex blockchain ecosystems. The successful candidate must be capable of independently conducting sophisticated on-chain investigations, developing and testing attribution hypotheses, identifying relationships among wallets and entities, following assets through multiple chains and protocols, and translating highly technical blockchain activity into clear investigative findings.
Blockchain analysis is a specialized investigative discipline. Accordingly, we are seeking someone who understands not only how to operate commercial tracing platforms, but also the
underlying blockchain architecture, transactional mechanics,
attribution
methodologies, clustering techniques, tracing limitations, and evidentiary considerations
necessary to reach reliable conclusions.
The role extends beyond on-chain analysis. The Senior Analyst will combine blockchain intelligence with enterprise data, system logs, transactional records, open-source information, and other evidence to support complex fraud and insider-risk investigations.
The position will also provide analytical support to the Global Physical Security Team (PST) on selected protective-intelligence and threat-assessment matters.

comprehensive investigative picture rather than treating blockchain activity in isolation
.
Develop investigative hypotheses and objectively test those hypotheses against available evidence, including information that supports, contradicts, or fails to establish the hypothesis.
Conduct
timeline reconstruction, link analysis, relationship mapping, pattern analysis, clustering, and comparative analysis
across individuals, accounts, wallets, devices, systems, transactions, and entities.
Support investigations involving
account takeover, impersonation, social engineering, business-email compromise, payment diversion, affiliate misconduct, and trusted-party abuse
, particularly where a digital-asset, employee, vendor, or enterprise nexus exists.

allegations, investigative leads, known facts, third-party
attribution
, analytical judgments, assumptions, information gaps, and substantiated conclusions
.
Ensure analytical conclusions are proportionate to the evidence and do not imply greater certainty than the underlying blockchain or other data supports.
Maintain sufficient documentation to allow significant blockchain findings to be
reviewed, reproduced, and understood by another qualified analyst
.
Preserve and handle investigative records in accordance with applicable
evidence-preservation, chain-of-custody, confidentiality, privacy, access-control, and need-to-know requirements
.
Support appropriately authorized law-enforcement, regulatory, litigation, or legal matters in coordination with the appropriate company functions.
Protective Intelligence & Physical Security Support
Provide analytical support to PST on selected matters involving threats or concerning activity directed toward employees, executives, offices, events, or other company interests.

Relevant blockchain-specific training or certifications, including certifications associated with
Chainalysis
, TRM Labs, or comparable blockchain-analysis platforms
.
Professional certifications such as
CFE, CFCS, CAMS, GIAC, or comparable investigative,
fraud
, financial-crime, cybersecurity, or intelligence credentials
.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role requires significantly more than knowing how to enter an address into a blockchain analytics platform.
The successful candidate should be able to receive a complex transaction, wallet, allegation, or investigative question and independently determine
how to trace the activity, which chains and protocols are involved, what the available data establishes, what additional information is needed, what
attribution
can reasonably be made, and where the technical or evidentiary limitations prevent a definitive conclusion
.
The individual should be able to move seamlessly between
on-chain and off-chain evidence
, recognizing that a blockchain transaction may establish movement of assets without necessarily establishing the identity, knowledge, intent, or conduct of the person behind a wallet.
They should also be capable of converting a highly technical blockchain investigation into a concise and defensible explanation that an investigator, attorney, executive, regulator, or law-enforcement partner can understand and act upon.
At the same time, this person must be sufficiently versatile to apply the same investigative discipline to
internal
fraud
, insider risk, enterprise data, third-party misconduct, and protective-intelligence matters
when required.
The hierarchy is much clearer this way:
blockchain investigations are the specialized core competency;
fraud
/investigative intelligence is the broader mission; enterprise analytics and PST support are complementary capabilities.
That should materially improve the candidate pool versus a title that makes blockchain expertise appear interchangeable with general data analytics.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the team
Anthropic's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is the connective tissue that holds the company accountable to its security commitments. We translate regulatory, customer, and voluntary obligations into controls that teams act on, and give leadership a bird's-eye view of how well we're meeting them. We're building toward a fundamentally different kind of GRC: one that directs Claude, with the right humans in the loop, to challenge and evidence the performance of controls continuously rather than through periodic audits.
Within Security GRC, Compliance & Audit Programs runs the integrated audit across our frameworks and maintains the Common Control Framework, the single set of controls that the whole program is built on. This role sits in Audit & Assurance and owns the framework and the assurance view across every control domain.
About the role
As part of the Security Audit & Controls team, you will own the CCF across every control domain, from access and change management to logging, encryption, and people controls: which controls we have, what each one says, how each maps to the frameworks and commitments we hold, and whether each one is actually working. You'll work with control owners and GRC Partners to draft and validate control descriptions and activities that describe reality rather than policy intent, build the monitoring that shows operating effectiveness continuously instead of once a year, and drive what monitoring finds to closure with control owners.
Building with Claude is a normal part of the job: drafting and mapping controls, testing evidence, and monitoring control health, with you deciding where human judgment stays in the loop.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who works well independently, writes clearly, and gets satisfaction from a control set that is accurate, tested, and trusted by auditors and engineers alike.
Key responsibilities
Own the Common Control Framework: the canonical control set, its mappings to SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and customer commitments, and the change process for adding, retiring, or rewording controls
Draft and validate control descriptions and control activities with control owners, so each control states who does what, how often, in which system, and what evidence proves it
Design and run continuous monitoring of control efficacy: define the metrics and automated tests that show operating effectiveness, tune out false positives, surface failures to owners before an auditor does, and build the controls maturity model that shows where each control domain stands and what it takes to move up a level
Verify remediation and carry it into steady state:
GRC Partners lead remediation in their domains and control owners implement the fixes. This role advises on control design and implementation, confirms fixes against what the auditor actually asked for, and keeps one source of truth for control and finding status. Once a fix holds, it works with the partner to standardize the evidence pull and, where appropriate, automate it or build continuous
Map new frameworks and commitments onto the CCF as we commit to them, and support gap assessments when a new framework, certification, product, or entity comes into scope, using the CCF as the baseline and writing the requirements for each delta
Support the integrated audit and customer audits: readiness checks, walkthrough preparation, evidence request lists, and the readout of external findings back to GRC
Evaluate evidence reliability, including the completeness and accuracy of system-generated reports and AI-generated evidence, and set the standard for what audit-ready evidence looks like here
Build with Claude: automate control mapping, evidence testing, and monitoring, and verify machine-drafted control language before it becomes the record
Minimum qualifications
Several years in IT audit, security compliance, or controls assurance, including hands-on ownership of a control framework or control library across more than one framework (for example SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA)
Working command of audit mechanics: scoping, walkthroughs, sampling, design versus operating effectiveness, deficiency evaluation, and evidence reliability
Experience writing control descriptions, control activities, and test procedures that other teams and external auditors relied on
Experience with continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence collection, whether you built it, ran it, or audited it
Enough technical fluency to read a runbook, a configuration, or a pipeline definition and judge whether it enforces what the written control claims
Clear writing, because your control language and status reports are what auditors, engineers, and leadership work from
Ability to get control owners and partner teams to prioritize and close work without having authority over them
Preferred qualifications
Have designed or rebuilt a common controls framework and led the remapping of existing frameworks onto it
Have stood up continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence programs and can speak to coverage, false-positive rates, and what changed as a result
Have applied LLMs to assurance work, such as control drafting, framework mapping, evidence testing, or monitoring
Have defined or assessed controls for AI systems or agents operating in production, or for home-built internal systems
Have provided requirements for a homegrown GRC platform and worked with the engineers who build it
You don't need to
Have done everything on this list. The scarce combination this role exists for is framework ownership plus the judgment to tell whether a control actually works
Write production code. The bar is fluency sufficient to read, query, and challenge
Hold every certification. CISA, CISSP, or similar are welcome and not required
Have prior AI-industry experience
Logistics
Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas. However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

We do sponsor visas!

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

We’re looking for a high-agency Senior Backend Engineer to bridge the gap between cutting-edge ML research and real-world product delivery. You’ll design and build agentic workflows that power complex healthcare processes to solve hairy infrastructure, workflow, and UX challenges in U.S. healthcare.
This role involves creating data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and scalable production-grade agentic systems. You’ll be responsible for researching the right tools and models, ensuring we always use the best-fit technology for each workflow..
As part of our ML team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with researchers to translate new techniques and insights into production-ready systems. The ideal candidate has full-stack engineering experience, hands-on expertise with LLM APIs, and a proven track record of deploying AI systems into production. - Ship full-stack AI systems end-to-end
- Design resilient systems for model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring that stay reliable as traffic grows.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in full-stack development, with a strong understanding of system design, backend engineering, and observability infrastructure.

An overview of this role
GitLab's Security Risk function is responsible for reducing risk across the security division: third-party risk (TPRM), annual security risk assessments, quarterly risk reporting, and remediation of security findings. As a Senior Security Risk Engineer, you'll take ownership of risk identification, quantification, and remediation tracking across the business, and you'll be a driving force behind automating and modernizing how the team does this work using AI and scripting. Reporting to the Security Risk Manager, you will bring expertise on risk methodology, risk-based thinking, and AI-enablement.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Security, Legal, IT, Product, and Engineering to translate technical findings and vendor risk into business-relevant risk statements and risk treatments. You’ll help surface emerging risks, and report top risks to leadership.
Some examples of our projects:
Building and maintaining a risk register that translates technical vulnerabilities, control gaps, and third-party risk findings into quantified, business-relevant risk statements.
Driving cross-functional remediation of security findings and risk issues to closure, tracked against SLAs.
Driving automation and AI-enabled improvements for risk and GRC workflows so the team can spend less time on manual work and more time on high-value risk analysis and program maturity.
What you'll do
Own risk identification, analysis, and prioritization across third-party risk (TPRM), security risk assessments, and security findings, using an established risk framework (e.g., NIST RMF, ISO 31000, or NIST 800-39).
Translate technical vulnerabilities, control gaps, and risk findings into clear, quantified risk statements that non-security stakeholders and leadership can act on.
Drive remediation of findings and risk exceptions to closure, partnering with Engineering, IT, Product, and Legal, and escalating stalled or high-severity items.
Mature and maintain a risk register and quarterly reporting cadence that gives leadership clear visibility into open risk, remediation progress, and trends.
Own and mature AI risk management, including AI impact assessments, AI risk assessments, and risk treatments, to support ISO 42001 certification.
Design, develop, and implement key risk indicators and supporting metrics for top risks in the risk register.
Identify manual, repetitive steps in risk and TPRM workflows and personally build the automation, scripting, or AI-enabled tooling to remove them.
Contribute to the roadmap for the risk program, incorporating new frameworks, regulatory changes, and lessons learned from past assessments.
Monitor the internal and external risk landscape (new frameworks, threat trends, business changes) to identify and escalate emerging risks before they become findings.
What you'll bring
5+ years of experience in security risk management, working with security-centric risk management or compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, NIST 800-39, ISO 31000). Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF) is a plus.
Experience designing and executing qualitative and quantitative risk analyses that translate technical risks into measurable business impact.
A track record of driving risk assessments, risk registers, and remediation efforts to closure across IT, Procurement, Internal Audit, Legal, Product, and Engineering, in a heavily regulated or multi-entity environment.
Experience interpreting technical control requirements and translating them for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated bias toward automation: you've personally built scripts, workflows, or AI-enabled tooling that reduced manual risk or GRC work, not just evaluated tools conceptually.
Comfort operating with ambiguity, managing multiple concurrent assessments, and reprioritizing under tight deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate security risks into business risks.
Strong understanding of cloud security, SaaS security models, and DevSecOps practices.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) are preferred but not required.

As an Account Executive working remotely in the UK and focused on the UK region, you manage target-accounts and an existing book of business that has companies with 501 - 2,500 employees based in the United Kingdom. Your primary focus is hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the Commercial sector. You are also responsible for upselling into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management Identity.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role with a regular travel component. You will be expected to work from 1Password’s London office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days per week based on business needs.
You will also regularly engage in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel required to effectively support your territory. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Commercial accounts OR top performance in SMB and ready to step up.
- Demonstrated success in owning and growing a geographical territory or country within EMEA.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, including consistent experience closing deals with $50k+ ARR and the ability to clearly articulate deal strategy, execution, and outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in upselling & cross-selling to both new customers and across a book of business, and in uncovering customer pain points beyond what's initially shared.
- Proven track record of leveraging executive stakeholders throughout deal cycles, effectively multi-threading opportunities, and securing in-person meetings with key decision-makers.
- Experience conducting regular in-person customer engagement multiple times per month, with a willingness and ability to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficient skills in:
- Outbound prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management, with meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target.
- Business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, & presenting to C-Suite.
- Written and verbal communication skills across email and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom, with the demonstrated ability to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical parties.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets while thriving in a remote and fast-paced environment where products and value propositions evolve rapidly, including comfort selling against future vision while products are still in development.
- Demonstrated success managing high workloads and competing priorities without sacrificing quality of execution.
- A proven team player, eager to collaborate and achieve shared goals rather than working in isolation.
- Curious and coachable, with a proven ability to apply feedback, adapt, and continuously improve.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with channel resellers (enabling, account mapping, relationship building).
- Experience with the MEDDPPICC sales methodology or other rigorous qualification frameworks preferred.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Outreach.
- Willingness to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
What you can expect:
- Own Your Territory: Manage and grow your designated territory in the UK region, focusing on acquiring new Commercial clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Manage Pipeline: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, utilizing our formalized sales process (MEDPICC preferred).
- Drive New Business Growth: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets by:
- Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintaining a high volume of outbound activity, including calls, emails, and meetings.
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Developing and closing new business opportunities within your territory.
- Drive Organic Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of Extended Access Management.
- Close Multi-Product Deals: Identify opportunities and close large value deals with multiple product SKUs.

Interact with CISOs, CIOs, and other VP level-contacts, demonstrating excellent executive presence and knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends and developments, particularly in Identity and Access Management, to provide valuable insights to clients and position 1Password as an industry leader.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams (e.g. BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success) to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive satisfaction, optimize client engagement, and identify growth opportunities.
- Cultivate multi-threaded relationships within client organizations to enhance overall account health and long-term success.
- Strategically leverage Partner, Alliance, and MSP relationships to create and close opportunities.
- Focus on Solution Selling:
- Implement selling strategies to align our solutions with client needs and objectives, focusing on their pain points and positioning our solutions as essential, strategic tools.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client pain points and position our offerings as strategic solutions.
- Present and Negotiate:
- Confidently present to C-suite executives, using a consultative approach while articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Create mutual action plans to align the sales team and prospects on responsibilities, steps and timelines for closing deals.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with a focus on driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
UK-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between £53,000 GBP and £74,000 GBP, and is commission-eligible. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.

At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.
Our approach to work

For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
