Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Analytics sits at the center of how Arcadia turns complex healthcare data into better outcomes and smarter decisions.
On the product side, that means building and owning the productized analytics engines — risk, medical economics, episodes-of-care, and more — that power Arcadia's platform company-wide, built once and delivered at scale across our entire customer base.
On the Customer Insights side, that means going deep on a specific customer's specific problem: custom data models, bespoke dashboards, advisory work, and long-running embedded programs that don't fit a one-size-fits-all product. We describe Customer Insights' work as sitting between a platform and a plan — more customized and hands-on than an off-the-shelf reporting product, more flexible and embedded in the customer's actual decisions than a traditional outsourced consulting engagement.
We're currently hiring for several closely related analyst roles across this broader Analytics organization — spanning ownership of one of Arcadia's core analytics engines, program-specific analytical development for a major state Medicaid risk-stratification initiative, a ground-up registry build for a national quality organization, versatile project and retainer delivery across our health system and payer customers, and dedicated analytics support for a major national health plan's Medicaid program. All of these roles sit at the Senior Analyst or Lead Analyst level, combine technical excellence with real influence over analytic strategy and (for some placements) product direction, and shape how Arcadia and its customers use data to improve population health outcomes, reduce costs, and enable smarter healthcare decisions.
The skills and experience below are characteristic across these roles as a set — not every requirement applies to every specific seat, and we don't expect any one candidate to bring all of it. We'll work with you during the interview process to identify which role is the best fit for your background and interests.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Ramp into your specific engagement's data model, technical stack, and stakeholder relationships — most Customer Insights engagement has real history and context to build into, not a blank slate
Learn Arcadia's core analytics platform and toolset (QuickSight, Foundry, dbt, the AWS ecosystem) as used in your engagement
Deliver your first piece of analytical work that demonstrates clear value to your engagement's stakeholders
In 6 months
Own meaningful pieces of delivery independently — whether that's a program's analytical development, a portfolio of retainer/project work, or a dedicated account's dashboarding and reporting
Be a credible, independent presence in front of the customers or partners tied to your engagement
Contribute to at least one reusable analytical asset, framework, or automation that extends beyond your immediate engagement
Begin taking on the ongoing health of your area, not just its delivery — standing up a backlog/tech-debt process, or growing into a broader backup role alongside your engagement's primary owner, depending on placement
In 12 months
Be a recognized expert in your engagement area, trusted with its most complex or ambiguous work
Actively identify and pursue opportunities for automation, scalability, and reuse across your work
Have grown into deeper ownership than where you started — full backup or co-owner on an account, sole steward of a program's tech-debt and backlog, or, for analytics-engine placements, the architect shaping that engine's roadmap toward being market-leading
What You'll Be Doing
Technical Analytical Delivery
Translate ambiguous or partially-scoped business and clinical questions into a concrete, buildable data plan, then build the underlying data model, code, and analysis on top of it
Develop and maintain analytical pipelines and reusable data assets using SQL, dbt, and Arcadia's core data platform (Foundry, AWS data lake environments)
For analytics-engine placements: serve as the lead analytics strategist for at least one of Arcadia's productized analytics engines (e.g., risk, medical economics, episodes-of-care), owning it end-to-end while contributing to others
For engagements involving predictive or risk models: design and build the models, partnering with a dedicated Data Science team on training and validation — a consultative relationship, not a daily modeling partnership
Build dashboards, provider scorecards, registries,
self-service reporting tools, benchmarking views,
and other analytical deliverables (QuickSight and beyond) on top of that modeling work, as the engagement calls for it
Maintain the analytical integrity and quality of your work, flagging issues before they reach a customer or partner; for senior placements, oversee analytic quality standards and rigor across engagements more broadly, not just your own
Program and Project Management
Manage delivery — whether that's a single program's delivery calendar and decision log, or a portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple customers — surfacing risks and tradeoffs before they become blocking issues
Create client-facing materials — status decks, decision memos, technical explainers — tailored to a range of stakeholders, from highly technical counterparts to policy or business stakeholders with limited technical background
Delegate routine or repeatable work to junior analysts as your engagement grows, and help cross-train others for coverage
Lead cross-functional analytic initiatives that span multiple teams or engagements
Customer and Cross-Functional Partnership
Serve as a primary or supporting day-to-day contact for your engagement's customers or delivery partners, navigating scope and timeline conversations directly
Partner with Customer Management, Growth, Product,
Technical Operations,
and/or Engineering — depending on placement — on account strategy, product direction, or analytics roadmap; for analytics-engine placements, partner closely with product and engineering to deliver Arcadia's analytics roadmap and contribute directly to product innovation
Hold real authority at the boundaries where your work meets someone else's — able to require rework or hold a handoff that isn't ready (e.g., with a partner Data Science team), or push back on what's actually worth building with Customer Management, Growth, or Product
,
rather than defaulting to whatever's asked
Act as an internal thought leader on your area of expertise, contributing to Arcadia's broader analytics strategy and reusable methodology — and, for some placements, an external one, representing Arcadia's analytic capabilities at customer meetings, industry conferences, and in publications
Team Contribution
Mentor and develop junior analysts, building organizational capacity beyond your own individual delivery
Take ownership of your area's long-term health, not just its immediate delivery — a backlog/tech-debt log, a growing backup role on an account, or a roadmap for an analytics engine, depending on placement
Apply AI tooling as a standard part of your workflow — analysis, QA, documentation — not an occasional accelerant
Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and reusability in analytical delivery, and help build those improvements out
What You'll Bring
Strong SQL and data modeling expertise — able to translate ambiguous business or clinical requirements into a concrete data plan, then build the underlying code and analysis on top of it
Healthcare data experience — claims and/or clinical data, with value-based care familiarity
Direct customer- or partner-facing experience — comfortable scoping and presenting without close oversight
Comfortable adopting AI tooling as a standard part of an analytical workflow
For Lead-level placement: demonstrated experience leading analytical work independently, managing multiple stakeholders, and mentoring less experienced analysts
Note: our experience bar across these roles generally skews toward Lead-level expectations, even for some Senior Analyst placements — but not every skill listed here or below applies to every specific seat.
Would Love For You To Have
Experience with dbt-based analytics engine development (e.g., risk, medical economics, episodes-of-care) and partnering with product/engineering on roadmap
Dashboarding experience — QuickSight or a comparable BI tool
Enough quantitative/ML fluency to build models and hand them to a Data Science team for training
Experience with medical economics, risk algorithms, quality data, and/or episodes-of-care analytics
Statistical or biostatistics fluency — risk-adjustment, odds-ratio, or observed-to-expected benchmarking, etc.
Direct experience with clinical quality or accreditation registries
Prior experience with state Medicaid programs or similar large government health programs
Prior experience in a project-based/retainer delivery model spanning multiple customers, rather than a single dedicated account
Experience working within a prime contractor or partner structure on shared delivery
Experience presenting analytic capabilities externally — customer meetings, industry conferences, publications
Python for analysis and QA; familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, Jira, and Confluence
Experience with data governance or data-product/monetization considerations
Note: this list spans skills relevant to several different roles across the Analytics organization — we don't expect any given candidate to have all of them. Bring what you have; we'll talk through the rest during the interview process.
What You'll Get
Become a member of the talented, energized, diverse and purpose-driven Arcadian Community with decades of collective experience in population health, product development, and data science
Employee driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
A flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heart
Competitive compensation and strong benefits, including Flexible Time Off
The opportunity to:
Own real, high-stakes analytical work across some of Arcadia's most complex customer relationships and highest-visibility internal analytics products
Work across a genuinely varied set of problems — deep technical program ownership, versatile multi-account delivery, or company-wide analytics engines, depending on placement
Build models and analytical assets that directly shape care and coverage decisions for the members and patients they serve
Senior Analyst:
$125,000 – $145,000 a year
Lead Analyst:
$145,000 – $170,000 a year

We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Merchant EMEA Engineering builds the technology that helps merchants join, grow, and operate successfully across our markets.
Our organization brings together the strengths of Wolt and Deliveroo and supports merchants across 37 countries. We work across the merchant journey, including onboarding, business growth and support, analytics and recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, and merchant applications.
Our teams sit close to the business. Rather than primarily building foundational platforms, we build products and features on top of our existing platforms to solve real merchant and market needs, including local business requirements, growth opportunities, and operational challenges.
📍This open role is based in our tech hubs in
Helsinki
or
Berlin
.
Please note:
This role requires being based in Berlin/Helsinki on a hybrid basis. We are currently unable to offer fully remote work, visa sponsorship, or relocation support for this opportunity.
What You'll Do
As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll contribute to products and services used across the merchant experience. You'll:
Build and maintain production software across backend services and user-facing applications.
Work on areas such as merchant onboarding, analytics, recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, or merchant-facing tools.
Develop reliable APIs, data models, services, and user-facing features.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, operations, and other engineers to turn business needs into practical technical solutions.
Own features from implementation through production and ongoing maintenance.
Contribute to technical design discussions and improve the quality, scalability, observability, and maintainability of our systems.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively as part of your engineering workflow, while critically evaluating their output and taking ownership of the final solution.
Be willing to work outside your primary area of expertise when needed to solve the problem end-to-end.
How We Work
Ownership:
Engineers take responsibility for the features and services they work on, from development to production.
Collaboration:
We work closely across engineering, product, design, data, and operations.
Pragmatism:
We value simple and maintainable solutions that create business impact without unnecessary complexity.
Flexibility:
We care more about solving the problem than strict frontend or backend boundaries.
Our Tech Stack
Our backend services primarily use
Go and Kotlin
, while our frontend applications use technologies such as
TypeScript and React
.
We also work with technologies including Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, and modern cloud infrastructure.
Our Humble Expectations
We're looking for engineers who have:
An AI-first mindset, with a deep experience in leveraging modern AI tools and solid engineering principles to solve problems end-to-end, independently of any specific technology stack.
Proven experience building production software in backend, frontend, or fullstack environments end-to-end and at scale.
Strong expertise in at least one area of the stack, with a willingness to contribute outside that area when needed.
Experience with a modern backend language such as Go, Kotlin, Java, or similar, and/or modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, testing, and software design fundamentals.
The ability to work independently on well-scoped problems and collaborate effectively with others.
Good communication skills and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset.
You do
not
need to be equally strong in frontend and backend. We welcome different balances of experience. You might be primarily a backend engineer who is comfortable making frontend changes when needed, or a frontend-focused engineer who is happy to work with APIs and backend services.
What matters most is that you are comfortable working across boundaries to deliver the right solution.
Nice to Have
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be a plus:
Merchant-facing or internal operational tools.
Analytics, recommendations, or decisioning systems.
Grocery, retail, restaurants, logistics, or marketplace technology.
Integrations with external business systems.
Kafka or other streaming technologies.
Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Kubernetes, or Docker.
Why Join Us?
You'll work on products that directly affect how merchants interact with Wolt Deliveroo and DoorDash across Europe. The scope is broad and close to the business, giving you the opportunity to work on meaningful problems across different parts of the merchant journey while developing your skills across the stack.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Control Team in London.
You will own how we measure control quality - per robot and across the fleet. Today, judging whether a change made the robot better is still too often an engineer's opinion after a few runs. You will replace that with numbers: reproducible, automated, trusted numbers that say whether a release is better than the last one, whether one robot behaves like another, and whether a fleet is ready for a pilot.
This is a software engineering role, not a control design role. You do not need to derive a whole-body controller. You do need real robotics experience, strong engineering discipline, and genuine interest in the physics of what you are measuring - the control engineers bring the theory and will rely on you to tell them the truth about their code.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Control Quality Metrics
- Turn qualitative concerns about control quality - smoothness, latency, tracking error, accuracy, and the like - into precise, computable metrics, and build the pipelines that compute them consistently from recorded robot data, simulation runs and live telemetry.
- Own metric definitions and versioning so a number measured today is comparable with the same number measured six months from now.
Evaluation & Test Infrastructure
- Develop automated test harnesses that evaluate control releases deterministically - reproducible, run-to-run comparable, free of the hidden state that makes hardware testing unreliable.
- Wire control evaluation into CI across simulation and hardware-in-the-loop, with pass/fail thresholds so regressions are caught automatically rather than discovered on a customer site.
- Build the tooling that lets engineers compare controller variants and releases side by side.
Fleet-Level Control Quality
- Build the per-robot and per-fleet test suites that establish whether each robot meets the expected control performance bar - runnable by other teams without controls support.
- Track control quality over time and across units - drift, per-robot variation, degradation - and own the path from robot to metric, including the dashboards that make control health legible.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Robotics experience on real systems - you understand robot data, timing and synchronisation, and the many ways hardware experiments go wrong.
- Strong Python, plus enough modern C++ to work confidently inside a real-time control codebase and instrument it.
- Built test automation, evaluation frameworks or benchmarking infrastructure for complex systems - and got other engineers to actually use them.
- Solid measurement and data analysis judgement: sampling, noise, statistical significance, and knowing when a difference between two runs is real.
- Experience with robot middleware and data formats (ROS/ROS2, message recording and replay, time sync), CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with robot kinematics and dynamics, or prior exposure to control systems — enough to hold an informed conversation about what you are measuring.
- Hardware-in-the-loop test rigs and physical regression testing.
- Physics simulation environments (MuJoCo, Isaac Sim/Isaac Lab) and sim-to-real validation.
- Operating or supporting a fleet of robots or other distributed physical devices.
- Data engineering: pipeline orchestration, time-series databases, large-scale log processing.
- Release management or quality gates for safety-relevant software.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

We're looking for a
Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content
to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of what games and content appear in our retail demo experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of
content strategy, production planning, and retail execution
— turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.
You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own the retail demo content roadmap
— Determine which games should be featured in retail demo units at any given time, based on our production release schedule, business priorities, and retailer needs. Also own the retail demo experience across multiple regions with local demands and customizations.
Translate strategy into execution
— Take high-level management direction on retail demo goals and convert it into a concrete, achievable execution plan with clear timelines and milestones.
Drive on-time delivery
— Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.
Coordinate with Retail Deployment
— Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Align with Publishing & Marketing
— Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.
Build repeatable process
— Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.
Report and communicate
— Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are
5-8+ years of experience
in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.
Proven ability to
build and manage roadmaps
across multiple stakeholders and moving parts, with a track record of on-time delivery.
Strong
cross-functional collaborator
— comfortable working with engineering/dev teams, retail/operations teams, and marketing/publishing teams simultaneously.
Experience translating
ambiguous, high-level direction
from leadership into structured, actionable plans.
Familiarity with
game production pipelines
and/or
retail merchandising/demo programs
is a strong plus.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills — able to align diverse teams (technical, creative, retail, marketing) around a shared plan.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end.
A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.
Experience in game publishing, live-ops, or content scheduling.
Familiarity with GTM (go-to-market) planning and how retail experiences tie into broader marketing campaigns.
