- Collaborate regularly with Voodoo's Data leadership and engineering teams to align on architecture, tooling, and best practices
- Build intuitive dashboards and internal applications that allow Finance teams to explore data and manage workflows independently
- Identify AI and automation opportunities, take them from prototype to production, and measure the value they create
- Help Finance teams adopt data and AI tools effectively through documentation, training, and day-to-day support
PROFILE
- Significant experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related role, including ownership of production-grade data solutions
- Proven track record of building or substantially improving a modern data platform or analytics stack
- Highly proficient in SQL and comfortable building production systems in Python

Role Purpose
The AI Product Stream Lead defines and delivers AI-powered supply chain solutions that solve real customer and operations problems on the Cargoo platform. You own a product stream end to end, from framing where AI creates value (automation, decision support, agents) to shipping it and proving it works in production.
You lead a cross-functional team, balancing customer value, technical and data feasibility, AI quality and cost, business priorities and delivery timelines. You also help set how Cargoo builds product in an AI-native way.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Vision & Strategy
Shape the stream’s product vision and strategy with stakeholders, in line with Cargoo’s AI strategy and customer needs.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across freight operations (e.g. exception handling, quoting, document processing, planning and execution support) by value, feasibility and risk.
Decide where AI should automate, where it should assist, and where a human must stay in control.
Own product decisions, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, AI quality, cost, business priorities and delivery timelines.
Leadership & Delivery
Lead the development team through the whole product lifecycle, from discovery to rollout and adoption.
Decide scope, schedule and quality, including when an AI feature is good enough to ship and when it needs another iteration.
Run fast discovery loops: prototype with AI tools, validate with real users and data, then commit.
Make sure the team meets internal policies, data protection rules and responsible-AI standards (incl. EU AI Act awareness).
Product Management & Requirements
Create clear Use Cases, Requirements and Business Rules. For AI features, add expected behaviour, edge cases, failure modes and escalation paths.
Define success and evaluation criteria for AI features with engineering: accuracy, latency, cost per task and acceptable error rates, backed by representative test sets.
Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that cover both deterministic logic and probabilistic AI behaviour.
Work with engineering and data owners on data readiness: which data we need, its quality, and who owns it.
Own and continuously refine the Product Backlog so the team always works on the highest-value opportunities.
Track adoption and impact after release (time saved, automation rate, user trust) and feed the learning back into the roadmap.
AI-Native Ways of Working
Use AI tools every day for research, specs, prototyping, data analysis and feedback synthesis.
Help the team and wider product org adopt AI-assisted delivery practices.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
5+ years managing software development projects, strongly preferably as a Product Owner.
Proven managerial skills: team leadership, decision-making and conflict resolution.
Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Informatics or a related field.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Deep understanding of Agile values, principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and the ability to apply them well.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to make product decisions.
Solid working understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work, what they are good at, and where they fail (hallucinations, non-determinism, cost, latency).
Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong Plus
Having shipped at least one AI/ML or LLM-based feature to production.
Experience defining evaluation criteria or test sets for AI features.
Logistics background or experience with logistics solutions.
Experience with data products, workflow automation or decision-support systems.
Behavioral Traits
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, executives, managers and subject matter experts. Able to explain AI trade-offs in plain language.
Strong leadership and decision-making, able to guide teams and resolve conflicts.
Analytical, structured and value-driven in prioritization. Evidence over hype.
Curious and fast-learning, comfortable with ambiguity and quick iteration.

Establish intake, prioritization, and governance processes that keep dozens of concurrent stakeholders aligned and informed.
Influence senior leadership on platform investment, trade-offs, and sequencing; resolve conflicts between business urgency and platform integrity.
Lead and Grow the Team
Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers; set clear goals, review work quality, and build a high-performance culture.
Raise the bar on PM craft across the team: problem framing, data literacy, spec quality, and cross-functional execution.

An overview of this role
GitLab's Security Risk function is responsible for reducing risk across the security division: third-party risk (TPRM), annual security risk assessments, quarterly risk reporting, and remediation of security findings. As a Senior Security Risk Engineer, you'll take ownership of risk identification, quantification, and remediation tracking across the business, and you'll be a driving force behind automating and modernizing how the team does this work using AI and scripting. Reporting to the Security Risk Manager, you will bring expertise on risk methodology, risk-based thinking, and AI-enablement.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Security, Legal, IT, Product, and Engineering to translate technical findings and vendor risk into business-relevant risk statements and risk treatments. You’ll help surface emerging risks, and report top risks to leadership.
Some examples of our projects:
Building and maintaining a risk register that translates technical vulnerabilities, control gaps, and third-party risk findings into quantified, business-relevant risk statements.
Driving cross-functional remediation of security findings and risk issues to closure, tracked against SLAs.
Driving automation and AI-enabled improvements for risk and GRC workflows so the team can spend less time on manual work and more time on high-value risk analysis and program maturity.
What you'll do
Own risk identification, analysis, and prioritization across third-party risk (TPRM), security risk assessments, and security findings, using an established risk framework (e.g., NIST RMF, ISO 31000, or NIST 800-39).
Translate technical vulnerabilities, control gaps, and risk findings into clear, quantified risk statements that non-security stakeholders and leadership can act on.
Drive remediation of findings and risk exceptions to closure, partnering with Engineering, IT, Product, and Legal, and escalating stalled or high-severity items.
Mature and maintain a risk register and quarterly reporting cadence that gives leadership clear visibility into open risk, remediation progress, and trends.
Own and mature AI risk management, including AI impact assessments, AI risk assessments, and risk treatments, to support ISO 42001 certification.
Design, develop, and implement key risk indicators and supporting metrics for top risks in the risk register.
Identify manual, repetitive steps in risk and TPRM workflows and personally build the automation, scripting, or AI-enabled tooling to remove them.
Contribute to the roadmap for the risk program, incorporating new frameworks, regulatory changes, and lessons learned from past assessments.
Monitor the internal and external risk landscape (new frameworks, threat trends, business changes) to identify and escalate emerging risks before they become findings.
What you'll bring
5+ years of experience in security risk management, working with security-centric risk management or compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, NIST 800-39, ISO 31000). Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF) is a plus.
Experience designing and executing qualitative and quantitative risk analyses that translate technical risks into measurable business impact.
A track record of driving risk assessments, risk registers, and remediation efforts to closure across IT, Procurement, Internal Audit, Legal, Product, and Engineering, in a heavily regulated or multi-entity environment.
Experience interpreting technical control requirements and translating them for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated bias toward automation: you've personally built scripts, workflows, or AI-enabled tooling that reduced manual risk or GRC work, not just evaluated tools conceptually.
Comfort operating with ambiguity, managing multiple concurrent assessments, and reprioritizing under tight deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate security risks into business risks.
Strong understanding of cloud security, SaaS security models, and DevSecOps practices.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) are preferred but not required.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As an Account Executive working remotely in the UK and focused on the UK region, you manage target-accounts and an existing book of business that has companies with 501 - 2,500 employees based in the United Kingdom. Your primary focus is hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the Commercial sector. You are also responsible for upselling into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management Identity.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role with a regular travel component. You will be expected to work from 1Password’s London office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days per week based on business needs.
You will also regularly engage in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel required to effectively support your territory. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Commercial accounts OR top performance in SMB and ready to step up.
- Demonstrated success in owning and growing a geographical territory or country within EMEA.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, including consistent experience closing deals with $50k+ ARR and the ability to clearly articulate deal strategy, execution, and outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in upselling & cross-selling to both new customers and across a book of business, and in uncovering customer pain points beyond what's initially shared.
- Proven track record of leveraging executive stakeholders throughout deal cycles, effectively multi-threading opportunities, and securing in-person meetings with key decision-makers.
- Experience conducting regular in-person customer engagement multiple times per month, with a willingness and ability to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficient skills in:
- Outbound prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management, with meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target.
- Business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, & presenting to C-Suite.
- Written and verbal communication skills across email and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom, with the demonstrated ability to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical parties.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets while thriving in a remote and fast-paced environment where products and value propositions evolve rapidly, including comfort selling against future vision while products are still in development.
- Demonstrated success managing high workloads and competing priorities without sacrificing quality of execution.
- A proven team player, eager to collaborate and achieve shared goals rather than working in isolation.
- Curious and coachable, with a proven ability to apply feedback, adapt, and continuously improve.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with channel resellers (enabling, account mapping, relationship building).
- Experience with the MEDDPPICC sales methodology or other rigorous qualification frameworks preferred.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Outreach.
- Willingness to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
What you can expect:
- Own Your Territory: Manage and grow your designated territory in the UK region, focusing on acquiring new Commercial clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Manage Pipeline: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, utilizing our formalized sales process (MEDPICC preferred).
- Drive New Business Growth: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets by:
- Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintaining a high volume of outbound activity, including calls, emails, and meetings.
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Developing and closing new business opportunities within your territory.
- Drive Organic Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of Extended Access Management.
- Close Multi-Product Deals: Identify opportunities and close large value deals with multiple product SKUs.
- Engage the Industry: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent 1Password, build brand presence and build relationships with potential customers. Interact with CISOs, CIOs, and other VP level-contacts, demonstrating excellent executive presence and knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends and developments, particularly in Identity and Access Management, to provide valuable insights to clients and position 1Password as an industry leader.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams (e.g. BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success) to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive satisfaction, optimize client engagement, and identify growth opportunities.
- Cultivate multi-threaded relationships within client organizations to enhance overall account health and long-term success.
- Strategically leverage Partner, Alliance, and MSP relationships to create and close opportunities.
- Focus on Solution Selling:
- Implement selling strategies to align our solutions with client needs and objectives, focusing on their pain points and positioning our solutions as essential, strategic tools.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client pain points and position our offerings as strategic solutions.
- Present and Negotiate:
- Confidently present to C-suite executives, using a consultative approach while articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Create mutual action plans to align the sales team and prospects on responsibilities, steps and timelines for closing deals.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with a focus on driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
UK-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between £53,000 GBP and £74,000 GBP, and is commission-eligible. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced public opinion researcher to build and expand Anthropic's in-house polling and research function. This role will be fundamental to understanding how key audiences — from policymakers and third-party groups to the general public — perceive and respond to Anthropic's policy positions, messages, and campaigns. This is a foundational role: you'll establish the research function from the ground up, with high autonomy and limited precedent.
The Central Policy team sits at the operational heart of Anthropic's policy function — distinct from government relations and communications, but essential to enabling both. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure our policy and communications strategy is grounded in a rigorous understanding of stakeholder sentiment. The polling insights you generate will directly feed into high-visibility campaigns and will be a key asset in our policy efforts in Washington and beyond.
Anthropic is equal parts research lab, policy think-tank, and technology startup. We care deeply about the safe development of AI systems and build partnerships with governments through proactive, opinionated, substantive policy conversations. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI policy, bringing rigorous research discipline to policy strategy.
Success in this role means establishing trusted relationships with leading polling firms around the world, delivering high-quality research on a regular cadence, and becoming the internal expert on how key audiences perceive AI, Anthropic, and Anthropic's positions and messages. You'll translate polling insights into strategic recommendations that measurably improve campaign effectiveness, and build scalable processes that allow the function to grow efficiently as demand increases.
Key responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive strategy for our in-house political research function that aligns with Anthropic's policy goals
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with leading research and polling firms, ensuring coverage across demographics, geographies, and political perspectives
Conduct detailed, proactive research to test core messages, policy proposals, and campaign themes, and to evaluate Anthropic's brand perception and performance
Execute rapid-response polling to quickly assess Anthropic's messaging strategy in response to external events, policymaker actions, competitive developments, or emerging opportunities
Work with external affairs colleagues (federal, state, and international) and policy communications to identify research priorities, interpret findings, and translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations
Develop and maintain a knowledge management system for polling data, insights, and recommendations that ensures findings are accessible and actionable
Manage polling vendors at scale, including vendor performance management
Participate in strategy sessions and provide thought partnership on the design of messages, policy proposals, and campaigns ahead of polling and testing
Create clear, compelling deliverables that distill polling findings into insights and recommendations
Identify opportunities to build and scale the polling function over time, including staffing needs, process improvements, and capability expansion
Track and report on the impact and utility of research, measuring how insights translate into more effective campaigns and strategic decisions
Minimum qualifications
Experience designing and executing public opinion research, including survey and questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and message testing
Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative polling data and translate findings into clear, decision-ready written recommendations
Experience selecting, briefing, and managing external polling or research vendors
Strong writing and presentation skills, including distilling complex research for senior, non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in political or public opinion research, ideally spanning multiple campaign cycles and policy environments
Corporate public affairs experience, ideally in a highly scrutinized or regulated industry
Strategic thinking that spots emergent issues, identifies and tests the right messages, and translates those insights into tactical recommendations
A track record of building relationships with vendors, external experts, and complex stakeholder ecosystems
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain clear priorities, and deliver on tight timelines
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, taking ownership of problems, and proactively driving initiatives with limited precedent
A resourceful, collaborative working style and genuine commitment to being a strong teammate
Passion for AI policy and alignment with Anthropic's safety mission and commitment to responsible AI development
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

THE ROLE
We are hiring a Team Lead, Web3 to lead a cross-functional team of frontend, backend, smart contract and QA engineers in XsollaZK, Xsolla's Web3 ecosystem on a zkSync-based L2. Your team builds:
smart wallets built on account abstraction;
SDKs that game studios and partners use to bring players on-chain;
infrastructure backend services for tokenizing in-game items and currencies;
ecosystem dApps: a DEX, an NFT marketplace and an auction.
This is a management role. Most of your time goes to people and delivery: building the team, growing engineers, and making delivery predictable. The rest goes to technical leadership: architecture, reviews and hands-on code where it matters.
Responsibilities

Workplace: hybrid
Capital.com's Product Security team protects our web and mobile applications, infrastructure, and external perimeter in a highly regulated environment. As Senior/Staff Application Security Engineer, you will raise the bar for application security across the organisation. This role is measured by leverage: how well you design, automate, and scale security processes so that many engineering teams can build securely by default.
You will lead security architecture reviews and threat modelling, increasingly with the help of AI tooling, and turn one-off security work into repeatable, self-service capabilities. The role combines deep hands-on offensive and defensive security expertise with the engineering mindset needed to automate at scale. You will work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and platform teams.
Responsibilities:
Security Architecture & Threat Modelling:
Lead security architecture reviews and threat modelling for new and existing systems, using AI tools to make reviews faster, more consistent, and scalable across teams
Act as a security force multiplier by influencing the standards, patterns, and guardrails that let teams move fast and stay secure
Security Automation & Tooling:
Design, build, and automate scalable security processes that engineering teams can self-serve, covering secure design review, threat modelling, testing, and remediation workflows
Integrate and automate security checks across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets, and IaC scanning), tuned for strong signal and low friction
Own and evolve security tooling such as DefectDojo and SAST, DAST, and SCA platforms, maximising automation, coverage, and integration
Apply AI and LLM-based tooling to architecture review, threat modelling, code review, and vulnerability triage, and help define how the team adopts these tools safely
Security Testing & Vulnerability Management:
Conduct and oversee security assessments of web and mobile applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, including manual testing and PoC development
Run vulnerability scans across internal infrastructure and the external perimeter, then analyse findings, define remediation, and track issues to closure
Support and triage the Bug Bounty Program and external vulnerability reports, automating triage where possible
Participate in and help lead red teaming and offensive security exercises
Enablement:
Drive knowledge sharing on secure development, mentor engineers, and deliver training for development and QA teams
Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years in application or product security, or equivalent depth, with a track record of senior or staff-level impact
Demonstrable experience leading security architecture reviews and threat modelling (e.g. STRIDE, attack trees, data-flow analysis) across multiple teams or products
Proven ability to automate and scale security processes by building tooling, integrations, and self-service workflows that reduce manual effort
Technical:
Strong hands-on security testing skills, including code review and web, mobile, and API application security assessments, as well as the ability to triage and validate external vulnerability reports and bug bounty submissions
Strong software engineering ability in at least one language (e.g. Python, Go, JavaScript), with the ability to build automation, not just scripts
Deep understanding of the OWASP Top Ten, secure design, and secure coding best practices
Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, and vulnerability management platforms, and integrating them into CI/CD
Strong understanding of modern application architectures: REST APIs, microservices, cloud-based systems, and containers
Practical experience applying AI and LLM tooling to security work, or clear enthusiasm and aptitude to do so
Collaboration:
Excellent communication and influencing skills: you can explain security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive change without direct authority
A self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, building leverage through automation, mentoring others, and strengthening security culture
Nice to have:
Experience securing the AI harness: hardening LLM and agent pipelines, prompts, tool and MCP integrations, and model endpoints against prompt injection, data leakage, and insecure agent actions
Experience securing Kubernetes, including cluster hardening, RBAC, network policies, admission control, workload isolation, and image and supply-chain security
Experience securing AWS infrastructure, including IAM, network and account architecture, key and secret management, and CSPM
Experience building AI-assisted security tooling or internal self-service security platforms
Experience mentoring or technically leading a security team
Offensive or advanced security certifications such as OSAI, OSEP, OSCP, or OSWE
What you'll get in return:
You will join the company, that cares about work and life balance
Annual Bonus based on the performance review cycle
Generous Annual Leave Policy
Medical Insurance and Pension fund, with additional benefit packages based on the location
Hybrid working model (3 days from our modern office and 2 days fully remotely)
Comprehensive Workation Policy with 30 more remote days available.
Possibility of taking two additional days of paid leave per year to dedicate to volunteering efforts.
