ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Regional Vice President to own and lead our APAC business. You'll inherit a team of four quota-carrying enterprise AEs across Australia, Singapore and be responsible for building the management layer, operating model, and partner ecosystem that takes APAC from early traction to consistent, scaled revenue.
This is a Director-level hire with second-line ambition. You'll report directly to the Global Vice President of Sales and operate with meaningful autonomy across pipeline, hiring, partner relationships, and executive engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Team leadership and performance
- Lead, develop and expand the Enterprise Sales teams across the APAC region
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal coaching sessions, and forecast calls with precision and consistency
- Identify and close performance gaps early: coach the team to close larger deals faster and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Build a culture of accountability and development; create clear career paths for senior individual contributors, including first-line management opportunities as the team scales
Revenue
- Own the APAC number: quarterly and annual quota attainment across all three sub-regions
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline that supports consistent delivery and predictable forecasting to Global VP of Sales and leadership
- Engage directly in strategic deals as executive sponsor, bringing credibility and commercial weight to enterprise negotiations
- Establish the region's strongest lighthouse accounts across key industry verticals, building referenceable wins that anchor LangChain's market position in APAC
Hiring
- Manage multiple open roles across APAC simultaneously: owning the full hiring lifecycle across pipeline, assessment, and closing
- Partner with the internal talent team to move at pace without compromising on quality
- Define the headcount profile for APAC beyond Q4 and feed into H1 planning, ensuring the team is built ahead of the revenue curve
Partner ecosystem
- Owns hyperscaler and GSI/RSI relationships (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and key SIs) across APAC
- Develop a structured partner motion that generates qualified pipeline and supports deal acceleration, reduces risk and drives expansion
- Represent LangChain at partner QBRs and executive engagements in region
Market presence
- Represent LangChain as a keynote-ready leader at partner events, customer engagements, and industry conferences across the region
- Build LangChain's brand with technical buyers, CIOs, and innovation leaders across APAC's most important enterprise accounts
- Bring intelligence on the APAC markets back to the Global VP of Sales and product teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market positioning
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a regional or sub-regional leadership role managing quota-carrying AEs
- Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding regional revenue targets across multiple quarters
- Experience managing teams across multiple countries and time zones, with the cultural intelligence to operate across the APAC region
- Background selling to technical buyers (engineering leaders, CTOs, platform teams): you understand how developer tools get evaluated and adopted
- Experience in the AI, data, or developer tooling space strongly preferred; familiarity with the LangChain ecosystem is a meaningful plus
Leadership
- You've run teams of 6+ AEs before and know the difference between managing and coaching
- You can hold a forecast conversation with a VP and a deal coaching session with an AE in the same afternoon, and add value in both
- You hire well and fast. You know what good looks like for enterprise AE profiles and you can run structured hiring processes across four open roles simultaneously
- You've built or contributed to a partner motion before: you understand what "partner pipeline" means in practice, not just in theory
Operating style
- You bias toward action. You don't wait for a playbook to be handed to you: you build it
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage scale. This is not a role with a fully defined motion; you'll shape a significant part of it
- You communicate clearly and directly, to your team and to leadership
- You're present in the market. You attend the right events, know the right people, and build relationships that translate into pipeline and retention
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Director, EMEA Professional Services to build and lead our services and customer engineering motion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
This is a player-coach leadership role at the center of the EMEA go-to-market. You will shape how we engage EMEA customers after the sale and alongside it. You will help Sales position and sell both the subscription and, when it fits, services. You will own staffing and delivery for EMEA engagements. You will also coordinate the wider Customer Engineering team in region, including Enablement Engineers, Activation Specialists, and Account Managers.
You will work closely with EMEA GTM leadership and stay aligned with global Professional Services leadership. EMEA should feel like one team with the rest of PS, with the local context it needs to win.
Location: London preferred. Open to other EMEA locations with strong overlap with UK and European business hours. Some travel to customers and to our San Francisco and New York offices is expected.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define EMEA Customer Engineering programs: Partner with EMEA GTM leadership to design and run programs for the region. This includes onboarding, activation, enablement, and services offerings. Adapt global programs to regional needs such as data residency, regulated industries, language, and partner ecosystems.
- Support positioning and selling: Support the creation and evolution of standard pre sales assets to support the AEs with positioning Professional Services. Work with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers on deal strategy. Help position the subscription and the right post-sale path for each customer. Join executive conversations when needed. Scope and sell Professional Services when it is the right fit. Review SOWs, estimates, and pricing for EMEA deals.
- Own resource management and delivery: Own staffing, capacity planning, and utilization for the EMEA PS team. Match engagements to the right people and practices. Make sure delivery follows PS methodology, including scoping, technical review, documentation, and customer handoff. Review key deliverables, surface risk early, and handle escalations.
- Lead and grow the EMEA team: Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Architects, AI Engineers, and Engagement Managers in region. Set clear expectations and give direct feedback. Build a team culture with a high bar for quality and craft.
- Coordinate across global Customer Engineering in a matrix model: Provide day-to-day coordination and supervision for EMEA Enablement Engineers, Activation Specialists, and Account Managers. Set shared priorities and make sure customers get a connected journey from activation to enablement to services to expansion. Work with their functional leaders on performance, growth, and standards.
- Align with global PS leadership: Keep delivery standards, tooling, pricing, and reporting consistent across regions. Share what works in EMEA. Bring back playbooks, reusable assets, and process improvements from the global team. Contribute to the PS operating rhythm and roadmap.
- Run the business: Own EMEA PS bookings, utilization, delivery margin, and customer outcomes. Report on pipeline, capacity, and risk to Customer Engineering and GTM leadership.
- Stay close to customers: Remain active in key accounts. Act as the senior escalation point for strategic EMEA customers. Be a credible voice with technical and executive stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- You have 10+ years of experience in professional services, solutions engineering, customer engineering, or consulting. At least 4 of those years were in leadership roles.
- You have led a services or post-sales team in EMEA. You know the regional market and its regulatory landscape.
- You have helped sell technical services alongside a software subscription. You can scope work, price it, and defend it with customers.
- You have owned resource management and delivery. You understand utilization, capacity planning, and delivery quality.
- You have led through influence in a matrix organization. You can set direction for people who do not report to you.
- You are credible with engineers and executives. You can discuss agent architectures, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise AI adoption.
- You have built programs from scratch in a fast-moving environment. You do not wait to be told what to do.
- You communicate clearly and directly. You work well across time zones with a global team.
You exemplify our operating principles
- You are motivated to build something great. You hold a high bar for quality, craft, and impact.
- You embrace hot takes. You share informed opinions, challenge the status quo, and engage in constructive debate.
- You operate with maximum agency. You take ownership, move work forward independently, and help others unblock.
- You run to the roar. You lean into hard problems, ambiguity, and fast-moving challenges.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLM applications, or agent frameworks
- Experience with SaaS subscriptions, usage-based pricing, and services attach
- Experience working with SIs and cloud marketplaces in EMEA
- Experience in a high-growth startup or open-source company
- Fluency in one or more European languages in addition to English
HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED
- EMEA customers have clear programs and a connected post-sale journey.
- Services attach rate and bookings grow in the region, with healthy margins.
- EMEA PS meets its utilization target over time, with exceptions understood and managed.
- Delivery consistently follows PS standards, and material risks surface early.
- Matrix partners in Enablement, Activation, and Account Management are aligned on EMEA priorities.
- EMEA practices stay consistent with global PS and feed improvements back to it.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
The Communications Associate UK&I plays an important role in helping Deliveroo protect and build our reputation. You will be joining the International Communications Team, where you will be working across communications, business, news, trade and owned channels, including working closely with our public policy and consumer comms team day-to-day.
We are looking for someone that has a passion for crafting and sharing interesting stories for our audiences, across a range of digital and earned media. You are driven, and look for novel ways to do communications, be it in news, trade or digital media, using owned channels to drive reputation and current affairs. You will be based in our London HQ office, where you will be required to work in the office three-days a week.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications UK&I, you will:
Play a vital role in managing our corporate press office, handling incoming media queries from the national print, broadcast and trade media and engaging directly with journalists on a wide range of complex issues and high-level stories.
Own our corporate channels, developing the written and visual strategy for our owned channels (LinkedIn) to build our corporate reputation, and exploring new innovative channels and tactics to deliver this. Own and manage the content calendar and development for these channels, managing the asks and outputs from corporate teams across different geographies, to ensure a pipeline of strong high-quality content which supports Deliveroo’s corporate narrative and strategy, as well as leveraging our stories on Deliveroo’s Newsroom.
Develop, and lead, our merchant communications strategy and outreach for the UK - working closely with the international lead to ensure alignment. Work with internal stakeholders to develop a proactive calendar of partner and product announcements, as well as building the profile of our exec team through interviews, speaking opps, features and non-traditional media opportunities to position us as a partner of choice for merchants in the UK.
Lead on reporting, ensuring the work the communications team does is visible internally and measurement is consistent and accurate.
Develop content for senior level internal stakeholders - from crisis comms messaging, through to briefing notes and external messaging (e.g. quotes, bylines etc.).
Build strong relationships with key journalists and publications across our key sectors: business, trade, retail, grocery and restaurant.
Provide counsel and guidance on corporate reputation to internal senior stakeholders and wider departments.
Identify and land speaker, traditional and non-traditional media opportunities, as well as create high-quality briefing materials to support with media interviews and meetings, and all communications-related internal briefing documents.
Support in managing an agency, and manage standalone projects with them.
Build and share AI-powered comms assets and workflows for the team — prompt libraries, briefing templates, media monitoring and reporting automations — and actively upskill colleagues across markets in using them.
Use AI tools to move faster and think bigger: drafting and stress-testing messaging, sharpening content for owned channels, analysing coverage and sentiment, and spotting story opportunities earlier.
About the Requirements:
A confident media handler who enjoys engaging directly with journalists and content creators, and can demonstrate strong press office and issues management experience, and confidence in communicating complex and sensitive issues to national media. Experienced in dealing with senior level execs directly, briefing and working with them on complex projects.
Experience in corporate PR (in-house or agency), with work on relevant clients or businesses that are high profile and on the news agenda regularly.
Strong understanding and experience of business, national and trade media - with a good network of journalists in hospitality, retail and grocery trade press, as well as experience in pitching and landing stories with national media.
Demonstrable experience in leveraging owned channels, especially LinkedIn, for corporate reputation - and experience developing high quality and engaging content that can shift perception and drive awareness across multiple channels.
A good understanding of the media and political landscape in the UK and Ireland with an excellent antenna for successful stories and a desire to work on issues which are at the top of the news agenda.
A track-record of landing positive corporate coverage in the national, trade and social media and building successful integrated campaigns which have an impact.
Someone who is passionate about corporate communications, a team player, and is keen to be a core part of a high-performing, driven team that delivers above its remit and supports each other's growth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in a comms context — content drafting, research, media analysis, reporting or visual asset creation — with a clear view of where they add value and where human judgement is non-negotiable.
A genuine builder's instinct: you experiment with new tools, turn what works into repeatable assets others can use, and share them openly rather than keeping them to yourself.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Senior Data Center Preconstruction & Capacity Delivery Manager at Anthropic, you'll make sure our EMEA deals are ready to execute before we commit to them, and you'll take time out of every program before the lease is signed. Delivery dates and costs on AI infrastructure deals are largely fixed at signature. What is missed before then is hard to recover afterwards, and our leverage over the schedule is at its highest while the deal is still open.
About 75% of your time goes to preconstruction and pre-lease management, from first desktop review through Letter of Intent (LOI) to lease execution. You'll test whether each opportunity can be delivered, rigorously accelerate its program, and shape the deal so that what a developer commits to can be held to, verified and delivered.
The other 25% goes to delivery. You'll carry that work through mobilization, embed with the partners building leased and partnered capacity, and lead them to deliver on the fastest possible schedule while maintaining a safe construction site and protecting the finished quality of the data center.
Our EMEA pipeline is getting off the ground, so you'll set the standard for how deals become ready for execution here. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how Anthropic secures and activates the compute infrastructure needed to train and deploy frontier AI systems, working at the intersection of real estate, construction, and cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities - preconstruction and pre-lease management (about 75%):
Lead. This is a role where leadership trumps management and process. You will be expected to engage developers, contractors, utilities and our transaction teams early enough to shape the outcome of each deal rather than report on it afterwards.
Confirm deal readiness and serve as the gatekeeper to validate transaction viability from LOI through lease execution, ensuring all predevelopment, planning, technical and business requirements are met before commitment
Give transaction leads an early delivery view from desktop study on capacity, power, permitting, connectivity, schedule and cost, so that the sites moving to LOI are ones that can be delivered
Run independent, evidence-based delivery due diligence on each opportunity, tested against source documents rather than relayed claims, covering capacity, power, permitting, connectivity, procurement, schedule, cost, and whether the developer's team, contractors and supply chain can deliver
Interrogate every developer schedule from the native file rather than summary dates, testing logic, durations, production rates and critical paths, planning backwards from commissioning, and establishing the unconstrained date before any commercial protection is added
Rigorously accelerate programs during the pre-lease phase by making schedule work a priority for the developer while the deal depends on it, pulling forward design, permitting, power, early works and procurement, and sequencing the build around how capacity turns up
Assess contractor and supply-chain capacity and long-lead equipment needs for each opportunity, setting a long-lead strategy that secures delivery capacity ahead of need and making the case for early equipment funding where it protects a date
Challenge Total Development Cost and delivery schedules against the assumptions behind Yield-on-Cost and IRR, flagging where time-to-power or cost exposure puts the investment case at risk
Shape the delivery terms of the LOI, lease and supporting exhibits with transaction and legal teams, including phasing and target dates, landlord scope, diligence cost, ownership and reliance, risk allocation and governance, and check that the developer's contract with its general contractor carries the same milestones and aligns incentives around accelerated delivery
Give deal and delivery leadership a clear go/no-go recommendation at each decision point up to signature, with the risks, conditions and mitigations behind it
Keep one delivery-readiness record and one risk register across all EMEA opportunities, assigning every risk to an accountable owner, tracking it to resolution, and escalating where cost or schedule is threatened
Direct owner's representatives and third-party advisers and assure what they produce, bringing design and engineering, cost, schedule, commercial, contracts and procurement into a single view of risk and readiness
Develop and refine the preconstruction playbook, a reference log of unit costs and benchmarks, and the operating model needed to scale the function, using AI tools including Claude for first-pass assessment, document review and benchmarking so your time goes to judgment and negotiation
Prepare and present regular executive reporting on readiness and risk for each opportunity and across the portfolio, including time from signature to construction start, risks found before versus after signature, and baseline-to-actual variance, supporting forward capacity planning and strategic decision-making
Responsibilities - delivery leadership (about 25%):
Document the baseline at signature for design, budget, schedule, long-lead position, open risks and conditions, so delivery starts from an assured position whether you carry the project forward yourself or hand it to a delivery colleague
Partner with landlords and developers post-deal to serve as Anthropic's primary point of contact, coordinating across internal stakeholders, tracking construction progress, and facilitating critical information exchange between development partners and Anthropic stakeholders
You will be expected to be at one or more project sites in adequate amount to shape the culture, approach, and aggressiveness that define those extended site teams. The goal is to impact outcomes in a favorable manner.
You are expected to be a force multiplier that develops and enhances the skillset that development partners, contractors, and key trades bring to the project(s) you are overseeing. That means being a subject matter expert in the various cross functional elements of data center delivery and increasing the team's performance with that knowledge and commitment to alignment.
Represent Anthropic in key technical and operational decisions required by partners during the development process, ensuring our infrastructure requirements are met while maintaining strong partnerships
Drive seamless handoffs to operational state with heavy focus on engagement across networking and deployment teams, enabling rapid workload turn-ups and minimizing time-to-production
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle, proactively addressing blockers that could impact timeline, cost, or technical requirements, and feed what you learn on site back into diligence and the playbook
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in preconstruction, development, or cost and commercial management on data center or other large mission-critical programs within EMEA, including time leading delivery on site. You won't have a big direct team to delegate to but will instead be able to treat the entire cross functional organizations around each deal and jobsite as your team.
Have a track record of testing developer and contractor claims on cost, schedule, power and permitting against source documents, and of telling a deal team when a date does not hold up.
Have taken time out of programs before construction started, and can show how. You read a native schedule fluently and know which levers in design, permitting, power and procurement move a date.
Have shaped delivery terms in development, lease or construction agreements, working with legal teams, and have led tendering and bid analysis. You understand how cost and schedule flow through to the investment case.
Have a strong understanding of the end to end (dirt to delivery) data center development process to include entitlements and permitting, planning and supply chain, execution, commissioning, and handover. You are not an administrator but an active player in the arena comfortable making decisions without the need to consult across multiple external parties.
You should understand the nuances of data center design and construction across EMEA markets- who the players are, how power and permitting differ, what contractual norms get in the way of speed of delivery, how teams can be incentivized to build and deliver faster than normal.
Have built or scaled a team or function, including directing third-party advisers.
In this role you will often be on an island and responsible for your own destiny. You will have free rein to develop your own approaches with the mission guidance being your only bounds. No one will be there to empower your efforts, you will create your own influence by building relationships and diving in at all phases to deliver success.
You must thrive operating with ambiguity and have a willingness to own outcomes, knowing that the buck stops with you.
It's a bonus if you:
Understand AI/ML infrastructure requirements, including high-density power and advanced cooling systems
Have had preconstruction or leadership positions (Preconstruction Manager, General Superintendent, Project Manager) within a GC, EPC or developer on hyperscale data center projects or in self performance of hyperscale data center development projects.
Prioritize extreme ownership and have the ability to create winning cultures across diverse teams and job sites.
Are deeply familiar with lease negotiations, construction contracts, or real estate development processes and have strategies to move those arrangements from traditionally transaction and risk managed arrangements to collaborative efforts that align incentives around accelerated delivery of facilities.
Have secured long-lead equipment or manufacturing capacity ahead of a signed deal, including through frame agreements or early funding arrangements.
Have run quantitative schedule risk analysis, or built parametric cost benchmarks across a portfolio of sites.
Speak additional European languages.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous.
You will be LangChain's dedicated cloud alliance lead for AWS, owning the relationships and revenue motions that make these partnerships produce real pipeline. This is a senior individual contributor role sitting within the Partnerships team where you'll be close to the product, close to the field, and expected to drive results without a lot of hand-holding. You'll own co-sell execution and marketplace presence end-to-end, working with cloud partner teams, field sellers, and LangChain's GTM organization to turn partner relationships into closed deals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Co-sell and pipeline
- Own and grow LangChain's co-sell motion with AWS: manage joint pipeline, coordinate deals with AWS field teams, and drive sourced and influenced revenue.
- Partner with LangChain sales leadership to define priority co-sell accounts, map territories to AWS coverage, and run co-sell plays region by region.
- Keep ACE hygiene high across the sales team so that opportunity sharing, acceptance, and launch become routine rather than a partnerships-team chore.
Marketplace
- Own LangChain's AWS Marketplace presence end to end: listings, private offers, CPPO through channel partners, and program enrollment.
- Operate our marketplace GTM platform (Suger today) and extend referral and offer automation so sellers can transact through Marketplace without partnerships-team involvement.
Programs and funding
- Operationalize AWS funding mechanisms across the team: MDF (market development funds for co-marketing), proof-of-concept credits, ISV Accelerate benefits, and any strategic collaboration funding we secure.
- Pursue AWS competency and specialization programs that strengthen our positioning with AWS sellers.
- Track funding drawn down against funding available and report it monthly.
Executive and partner relationships
- Own LangChain's working relationships at AWS: partner development managers, ISV sales managers, Marketplace category leads, and the Bedrock and AgentCore partner teams.
- Build executive sponsorship on both sides, and run a joint business plan with AWS that sets shared goals and a review cadence.
- Navigate the coopetitive dynamic: partner closely with AWS on Bedrock and AgentCore while differentiating LangGraph and LangSmith where AWS has competing offerings.
Field enablement and marketing
- Equip LangChain sales, solutions engineering, and marketing with better-together messaging, competitive positioning, and joint sales plays for AWS accounts.
- Partner with marketing on co-branded campaigns, content, and events that generate pipeline, including re:Invent, AWS Summits, and joint customer programs.
- Communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders, including a monthly readout on pipeline, Marketplace, and program activity.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in cloud alliances, partner sales, or business development, with direct, hands-on ownership of an AWS relationship.
- A track record of scaling a hyperscaler co-sell motion, not just starting one: you have taken a working AWS alliance to materially higher Marketplace share, pipeline, or partner-sourced revenue, and you can describe the mechanisms that got you there.
- Deep working knowledge of AWS Marketplace transactions and programs: private offers, CPPO, ACE, ISV Accelerate, and the funding programs available to ISVs.
- Experience operating a marketplace GTM platform such as Suger, Tackle, or WorkSpan, including referral and offer automation.
- Experience shaping and running a joint business plan with a hyperscaler, including executive sponsorship on both sides.
- Enough technical foundation to speak credibly with builders. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand how LangGraph, LangSmith, and LangChain fit into a customer's AWS stack.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you set the operating rhythm for a partner motion rather than inheriting one.
- Strong operational discipline: you manage pipeline in the CRM, track partner activity, and report results clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort owning senior relationships at a large cloud organization and resolving conflict constructively across company lines.
NICE TO HAVE'S
- Prior experience inside AWS in partner sales, ISV, or Marketplace roles, with a working understanding of how co-sell decisions and seller compensation work internally.
- Experience with commercial contracts with AWS like SCAs.
- Existing relationships across the AWS ISV, field, Marketplace, and Bedrock partner teams.
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem: how LLMs, agents, and developer tooling fit into enterprise stacks.
- Experience with AWS partner programs specific to AI and data, such as the Generative AI Competency and related partner tracks.
- Prior experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company with a product-led growth motion.
Annual salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 OTE + Equity

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

The Head of Supply is one of the key leadership roles in the vertical, owning supply performance across a large portfolio of markets and ensuring we can both run the current business efficiently and build the supply model required for future growth.
The role combines two core mandates:
Run the business: maintain a healthy marketplace, sufficient supply, efficient acquisition, strong courier economics, and consistent operational performance across markets.
Change the business: build new supply models, fleet structures, operating approaches, product capabilities, and scalable solutions required to support new products, monetisations streams, and business models.
This is a global ownership role with direct accountability for supply strategy, marketplace performance, economics, execution, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Health
Own supply-demand balance by market, zone, and time of day based on marketplace efficiency inputs.
Maintain courier availability, utilisation, productivity, and overall marketplace health.
Own geographic coverage gaps, supply density, and market expansion readiness.
Build and maintain supply forecasting models with measurable accuracy targets.
Own SLA achievement, done rate, acceptance rate, and other critical supply-side marketplace metrics.
Identify structural marketplace issues early and drive corrective actions together with country teams and Product.
Supply Acquisition
Own the end-to-end courier acquisition funnel from awareness through activation and 1/3/10 completed deliveries.
Define and manage CAC targets, acquisition budgets, channel mix, and activation efficiency.
Run digital, referral, offline, partnership, and local acquisition programmes across markets.
Design scalable acquisition playbooks while adapting execution to local market realities.
Build and maintain a structured experimentation framework to continuously improve acquisition efficiency and activation quality.
Ensure acquisition is directly linked to marketplace demand rather than managed as an isolated growth function.
Supply Marketing
Own global courier positioning and the courier value proposition.
Define why couriers should choose, stay with, and prioritise our platform versus alternatives.
Drive supply performance marketing together with the central Marketing team.
Test and optimise creative, messaging, channels, and offers across acquisition and retention.
Define communication strategy for active, lapsing, and reactivated couriers.
Ensure courier communication supports both marketplace performance and long-term retention.
Budget & ROI Ownership
Own and allocate acquisition, incentive, referral, supply marketing, and other relevant supply budgets.
Define clear СAC, payback, ROI, and incremental impact frameworks for all supply investments.
Build quarterly and annual budget plans with scenarios and clear business assumptions.
Reallocate investment across markets based on performance, opportunity, and marketplace needs.
Hold country teams accountable for supply investment efficiency.
Ensure every material supply investment has a clear expected business outcome and measurable return.
Strategy
Author and own the global supply strategy, updated annually and reviewed quarterly.
Define how our supply model should evolve across different market maturity stages and business models.
Build the country prioritisations framework based on marketplace maturity, growth opportunity, economics, and strategic importance.
Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles, including OKR-setting with country teams.

Maintain a clear view of performance, key risks, priorities, and required actions across all markets.
Manage country escalations and unblock critical operational issues with speed.
Build scalable operating standards while preserving necessary local flexibility.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, GR, Commercial, and Operations.
Step into critical markets or projects when performance requires direct leadership intervention.
Build strong accountability across country teams for execution and results.
Product
Represent supply requirements in all relevant product roadmap decisions.
Own prioritisation of supply-side product needs based on business impact and marketplace performance.
Maintain and prioritise the supply product backlog together with Product.
Translate operational problems into scalable product solutions rather than permanent manual processes.
Coordinate experiment sequencing, pilots, rollout planning, and post-launch evaluation.
Ensure new products and business models have a viable supply operating model before scale.
Lead the supply side of major change initiatives including new fleet models, fulfilment models, courier tools, and marketplace mechanics.
Analytics
Own the supply performance framework across all markets.
Own supply dashboards, country scorecards, and management reporting.
Run regular funnel analysis, cohort analysis, marketplace diagnostics, and investment performance reviews.
Build forecasting, scenario planning, and capacity models required for business planning.
Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning quality.
Ensure decisions are based on clear data and comparable metrics across markets.
Move the organisation from reporting what happened to understanding why it happened and what needs to change.

7+ years in marketplace operations, supply growth, or platform scale.
Proven ownership of acquisition budgets ($1M+ annually).
Experience leading multi-country or global teams of 8+ people.
Track record of improving CAC and supply retention simultaneously.

Success in this role means having the right supply, in the right place, at the right time and cost today, while continuously building a stronger and more scalable supply model for the future.
