- Reports to: Head of MAITE, Optics
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site

Why this role matters:
ICEYE is seeking a Team Lead, AIT Engineering to lead the AIT Engineering function responsible for the assembly, integration, and testing of satellite systems and optical payloads.
This is a technical leadership and people management role in an early-stage production environment, where products, processes, and manufacturing capabilities are continuously evolving. You will lead and develop the AIT Engineering team while acting as the technical focal point for AIT activities during spacecraft builds and integration campaigns.
The role sits at the interface between Engineering and Production. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
What you will do
- Lead and develop the AIT Engineering team, providing technical direction, mentoring, and clear priorities.
- Lead the assembly, integration, and testing of spacecraft systems, acting as the technical focal point during spacecraft builds.
- Support the integration and validation of externally supplied optical payloads into the spacecraft platform.
- Combine technical leadership with hands-on involvement in spacecraft integration, testing, troubleshooting, and verification.
- Ensure AIT readiness before builds, including tools, GSE, procedures, documentation, hardware, and engineering support.
- Drive structured problem-solving and root cause analysis of integration and test issues, ensuring lessons learned are fed back into Engineering and production.
- Act as the bridge between Production and Engineering, translating design requirements into practical, manufacturable, and testable integration processes.
- Work closely with Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, Quality, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to resolve integration challenges.
- Define and continuously improve AIT processes, procedures, test methods, tooling, fixtures, and technical documentation.
- Support production ramp-up by improving integration efficiency, repeatability, reliability, and scalability.
- Mentor engineers and build strong technical capabilities within the AIT organization.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in spacecraft AIT, system integration, testing, or production of complex hardware systems.
- Strong experience with spacecraft integration and system-level testing across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Experience with optical systems, optomechanics, optical payloads, or Earth Observation systems.
- Experience working with complex precision hardware in cleanroom or controlled environments.
- Strong system-level understanding across mechanical, electrical, optical, and systems engineering.
- Experience with DFM / DFT principles and translating design requirements into manufacturable and testable solutions.

ABOUT PEEC AI
AI search is changing how brands are discovered and chosen. People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers what they used to search for, and AI assistants increasingly shape the journey from discovery to purchase. Winning customers now means winning over the AI systems that influence their decisions.
Peec AI is an AI search platform that helps marketing teams understand and improve how their brands are discovered, represented, and recommended. We show them where they stand, what’s shaping it, and where to act. Since launching in January 2025, Peec AI has passed $20M ARR and 4,000 paying customers. We’re a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, with 100+ people across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you’ll work closely with leading brands and agencies, onboarding new clients and advising them on how to improve their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces. You’ll combine deep SEO expertise with a deep consultative approach, analyzing websites and search performance, running strategic advisory sessions, and translating business goals into actionable organic growth strategies. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you’ll also help shape how we enable customers and define best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Onboard and activate new key clients, and educate them on how to best leverage Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces)
- Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programs
- Consult our mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics, from overall strategy to hands-on operational execution
- Own the growth and retention of your client portfolio, proactively identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales to convert them into upsells
- Monitor account health and usage signals to spot churn risk early, and drive retention through timely, value-focused interventions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes
- Strong consulting skills: you’re used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinking
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from “10 blue links” to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building frameworks: SEO playbooks, content strategies, or measurement models for clients
- Initial experience with AI search
- Background working with enterprise and other high-touch clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.

About the product
Total Battle is an MMO 4X strategy game with deep political systems and intense player-to-player interaction. Players build cities, forge alliances, fight monsters, and compete for dominance. The game runs on mobile and web, with millions of active players, which means every technical decision we make is felt at scale.
Why this role exists
Our framework team carries a wide mandate: we own the foundation that every game feature is built on — from the rendering and UI layer to the asset pipeline, build system, debug tooling, and developer documentation. That foundation has real problems today.
🎯Our mission: create a reliable foundation for product development — simple, fast, and high-quality — so that game features can be built without friction.
Right now we have two codebases (C++ mobile, C# Unity), slow developer iteration cycles, UI that only engineers can touch, and technical constraints that limit what we can ship. This hire is part of the team that will fundamentally solve these problems — and make sure they never come back.
What you'll work on
Your area of ownership spans the full client platform stack:
- Framework core and LibRocket integration
- Game engine layer and cross-platform support
- Tooling for artists, animators, and UI/UX specialists
- Build pipeline, CI, and test infrastructure
- App initialization and startup performance
- Debug tooling and observability
- Developer regulations and documentation
Near-term tasks in the backlog include: building an extensible asset loader, reducing nullptr risk, improving code testability, lowering the cost of adding debug functionality, and moving to a unified build pipeline. Alongside this, the team is validating an experiment that may lead to building a new client from scratch — a significant greenfield opportunity.
The north star
We're working toward a single codebase across all platforms, where business logic is engine-agnostic and platform-specific code lives only at the framework level. Features will be isolated modules with explicit interfaces and dependencies. Artists and animators will be able to see their work in the game without a developer in the loop. The game will react to player actions instantly — no spinners, no rollbacks. And no waiting on store review to ship fixes.
That's where we're going. Your job is to help get us there.
Who you are
We're looking for an engineer who goes deeper than the task description. When given a problem, you dig for the root cause before proposing a solution. You think in products: MVP first, iterate, measure against real metrics. You design APIs that don't become roadblocks six months later.
- Self-directed: you work from a problem statement, not a step-by-step spec
- Product-minded: you decompose work into deliverable slices and validate assumptions early
- Strong system designer: your APIs are clean, flexible, and future-proof
- Proactive: you identify problems others have accepted and propose solutions
- Communicates clearly in Russian: your day-to-day communication with your direct team
- Communicates clearly in technical English: written RFCs, code review, cross-team discussion
We're not looking for someone who wants a clearly scoped ticket to execute, or someone whose primary motivation is building gameplay features. This team builds the platform that makes gameplay possible.
Requirements
- 3+ years of C++ (17+) or similar experience in a client application at a product company
- Strong grasp of design principles and patterns (and knowing when not to use them)
- Experience with task decomposition and iterative delivery
- Proficiency in technical English (reading docs, writing RFCs, async collaboration)
Nice to have
- Active use of LLMs in your work to significantly boost your productivity
- Experience with game engines or framework-level development
- Commercial experience with Cocos2d-x
- Experience with Unity (C#)
- Familiarity with cross-platform build systems (CMake, CI pipelines)
How we work
You'll receive a problem, not a ticket. You're expected to explore the context, identify the root cause, propose and align on a solution, ship it, and then verify it worked based on feedback and metrics. Delivery is incremental: proof of concept to validate a hypothesis, then a full solution. Predictability matters as much as output.
After 12 months, a great hire here is fully autonomous — picking up problems that span both technical and product dimensions, delivering in predictable increments, and raising the capability of the people around them.

- Monthly allowance for preschool, school, and university expenses for employees’ children

You will spend most of your time in the room, running sessions, building programmes and working directly with sellers and managers, in the time zones and languages where customer conversations happen.
This is a build role with a global spine. You inherit a working global and international enablement engine. Your job is to adapt it for APAC, deliver it across the region, and feed what you learn back into the international and global programme.
How we work: adults learn by doing, so we build sessions around live activity: practice, reflection, real customer scenarios. The measure is not what was covered in the room. It is what changes a week later in how people think, decide and sell.
This takes creativity and a solid understanding of how adults learn, applied at speed. The frontier moves quickly and the field is scaling fast. Much of the work is unlearning: helping experienced sellers let go of pre-AI habits, not just teaching new ones. AI is what makes this scalable: endless practice partners, personalised scenarios from real deals, feedback minutes after a call. You will use it that way, not to generate more content.
Key responsibilities
Set up the APAC enablement rhythm: in-region onboarding cohorts, live practice-based sessions in APAC time zones, and a feedback loop into the global programme
Adapt the international portfolio for APAC, where content for several markets needs to be written and translated ahead of delivery
Personally design and facilitate deal walkthroughs, role-plays and customer-conversation rehearsal, favouring practice over presentation
Partner with regional GTM leaders to build a coaching standard that scales as the manager layer grows
Own launch readiness for the region, so that when a new model or product ships, the APAC field is certified and conversation-ready in the same week cycle as everyone else
Build the measurement habit: track what the field does differently afterwards, not content shipped or attendance
Minimum qualifications
8+ years in GTM enablement, sales productivity or similar roles, including experience leading or running enablement programmes
Experience delivering GTM enablement in APAC, ideally across more than one of the region’s markets
Experience influencing beyond your own team or region, such as a programme adopted elsewhere or a senior stakeholder whose decision you changed
Hands-on track record designing and running practice-first enablement, measured by changes in field behaviour
A working understanding of how adults learn, and comfort helping experienced sellers unlearn pre-AI habits
Creativity with AI in your craft: personalised practice, real-deal scenarios and fast feedback rather than more content
Experience owning programmes end to end, from design through delivery and measurement
Experience enabling a field across languages and cultures, and knowing what breaks when English-first content ships as-is
Comfort working with sales leaders as a peer, including pipeline reviews, deal inspection and forecast conversations
Good judgement on when to adapt global programmes and when to adopt them as-is
Strong candidates may also
Have held both a global and an APAC enablement role
Have run enablement delivered across multiple APAC markets
Have helped build or scale an enablement function
Have carried a quota or led sellers earlier in their career
Have enablement experience in AI, developer platforms or technical products sold to both executives and builders
Have built manager or coaching programmes, not just individual-contributor enablement
Logistics

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in production MLOps, model deployment, and system scaling to drive ML engineering initiatives for a top-tier life sciences client. This role sits at the critical intersection of production ML infrastructure, life science research, and manufacturing process engineering.
In this position, you will own the architectural design and hands-on execution of production ML systems, model integration APIs, and scalable MLOps pipelines. You will bridge complex domains—from computational biology, small and large molecule research, and clinical trial analytics to active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing processes, batch optimization, and industrial automation ML. Operating in a 3-day onsite hybrid capacity in Indianapolis, you will collaborate directly with process engineers, life science researchers, and platform engineering teams to build robust, low-latency ML systems that scale across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Production MLOps & Systems Architecture
Design, deploy, and maintain robust, production-grade MLOps pipelines and infrastructure for continuous model training, deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
Implement automated model drift detection, performance monitoring, and self-healing inference pipelines in high-reliability environments.
Process Engineering & Manufacturing ML Integration
Operationalize and integrate production ML models into operational technology (OT), API manufacturing workflows, and chemical process control systems.
Deploy predictive models for batch processing, process control optimization, real-time quality assurance, and facility automation use cases.
Scalable Inference & System Integration
Build low-latency, high-throughput microservices and serving architectures (FastAPI, Triton Inference Server, TorchServe) for model deployment into live production applications.
Containerize and orchestrate ML workloads across distributed cloud and edge systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and modern pipeline engines (Kubeflow, MLflow).
Technical Leadership & Domain Alignment
Partner directly with chemical engineers, computational biologists, and software architects to translate operational friction into production-ready ML engineering solutions.
Establish enterprise MLOps standards, model governance, and CI/CD best practices across the full machine learning operational lifecycle.
Requirements
Experience & Mindset
Experience: Senior-level proficiency (10–20+ years) in software engineering, MLOps, production ML system deployment, and infrastructure scaling.
Domain Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to deploy and maintain production ML systems across non-standard, highly specialized domains (e.g., transition between process/chemical engineering ML and clinical/scientific research applications).
Location & Work Auth: Must hold unrestricted US Work Authorization (no sponsorship available) and be able to work 3 days per week onsite in the Indianapolis, IN area.
Culture & Communication: Pragmatic problem-solving mindset, strong collaborative drive, and the ability to articulate complex MLOps architecture to cross-functional engineering teams.
Must-Have Technical Stack
Languages & Frameworks: Advanced Python, C++, and deep proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience in data architecture and platform engineering to drive data initiatives for a top-tier life sciences client. This role sits at the critical intersection of scientific research informatics, clinical data systems, and manufacturing process engineering.
In this position, you will own the architectural vision and hands-on execution of scalable data platforms and pipelines. You will bridge complex data domains—from small and large molecule research, genomics, and clinical trial datasets to active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing processes, batch data, and industrial control systems. Operating in a 3-day onsite hybrid capacity in Indianapolis, you will collaborate directly with process engineers, clinical scientists, and platform teams to build high-performance data infrastructure that accelerates drug discovery and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific & Clinical Data Platform Architecture
Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines and architecture tailored for scientific, clinical trial, and research informatics data (small/large molecule, genomics, proteomics, LIMS).
Structure complex, multi-modal clinical and scientific datasets to enable advanced analytics, enterprise reporting, and downstream machine learning models.
Process Engineering & Manufacturing Integration
Ingest, harmonize, and model operational technology (OT) and manufacturing process datasets, including API manufacturing pipelines, batch processing data, MES, SCADA, and OSIsoft PI systems.
Unify disparate laboratory and facility data pipelines into centralized, highly available enterprise data platforms.
Enterprise Data Engineering & Compliance
Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS/Azure), PySpark, and SQL.
Ensure all data pipelines and platform integrations strictly adhere to enterprise governance, data residency, and GxP regulatory standards within a heavily monitored environment.
Technical Leadership & Domain Alignment
Partner directly with process engineers, chemical engineering leads, and research informatics directors to translate operational friction into robust technical specifications.
Establish engineering best practices, data modeling standards, and pipeline monitoring frameworks across the enterprise data stack.
Requirements
Experience & Mindset
Experience:
Senior-level proficiency (10–20+ years) in software development, data platform architecture, and complex ETL/ELT engineering.
Domain Adaptability:
Demonstrated ability to engineer data pipelines across non-standard, highly specialized domains (e.g., transition between process/chemical engineering data and clinical/scientific research informatics).
Location & Work Auth:
Must hold unrestricted US Work Authorization (no sponsorship available) and be able to work 3 days per week onsite in the Indianapolis, IN area.
Culture & Communication:
Exceptional problem-solving mindset, strong adaptability, and the ability to articulate complex technical architecture to cross-functional engineering teams.
Must-Have Technical Stack
Languages & Frameworks:
Advanced Python, PySpark, and expert-level SQL.
Data Platforms:
Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS/Azure enterprise data ecosystems.
Orchestration & ETL:
Extensive experience with Airflow, dbt, Spark, and enterprise data orchestration engines.
Data Pipelines:
Proven track record building streaming and batch data architectures via REST APIs, message brokers, and database integrations.
Domain Competency (Scientific & Process Focus)
Deep exposure to either scientific/clinical informatics (CDISC/SDTM, LIMS, clinical trials, multi-omics)
OR
chemical/process engineering data (API manufacturing, batch data, SCADA, MES, OSIsoft PI).
Nice-to-Haves & Certifications
Academic background in Chemical Engineering, Bio-process Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
Direct experience working inside regulated GxP environments in the Life Sciences or Specialty Chemicals sectors.
Certifications:
Databricks Certified Data Engineer Senior/Professional, Snowflake SnowPro Core/Advanced, or AWS Data Engineer Associate/Professional.
What This Role Is NOT
Not a pure Data Scientist or ML Researcher:
You will not be building or training machine learning models; you are designing and scaling the underlying data architecture, pipelines, and platform infrastructure.
Not a non-coding Architect:
This is a 100% hands-on engineering lead role requiring direct pipeline construction and technical execution.
Not a Fully Remote Position:
This role requires a steady hybrid commitment of 3 days onsite per week at the client site in Indianapolis.
Location: Basel, Switzerland
