Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Principal, Product Analytics who loves getting to the bottom of things. You'll do the deep investigative and technical work that explains why users and customers behave the way they do, and turn it into decisions that change the product and the business.
We're building a more proactive data function, and this role is its deep-investigation engine. You'll take ambiguous, high-stakes questions about user behaviour and customer experience and follow them wherever the data leads, across acquisition, activation, usage and the wider customer journey.
You'll work hands-on and independently, partnering with Product Managers, engineering managers and commercial teams, and working alongside a VP of Growth who will set the function's direction and build the team. Your findings will inform experiments, the roadmap and company strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Go looking for what nobody asked about. This is the heart of the role. You'll notice when something looks off in a funnel, a cohort or a metric, disappear into it, and come back with a product issue, a cost leak or an opportunity nobody was looking for. You set much of your own agenda, and you don't wait for a request to start digging.
- Lead deep investigations into user behaviour and customer experience across product and non-product touchpoints, including support, customer success and sales.
- Find where activation breaks. Identify failure points in the user journey, including those that could become productised capabilities.
- Understand acquisition and intent. Dig into acquisition channels, user use cases and what people are actually trying to achieve.
- Do rigorous causal and statistical work. Go beyond correlation with regression, causal analysis and well-designed experiments, and be clear about what the evidence does and doesn't support.
- Build models that drive action. Apply data science to real business problems, such as churn modelling that can trigger real-time product action, and explain clearly how models are applied and what impact they have.
- Analyse unstructured and AI-specific data. Work with agent-user conversations, context layers and evaluation systems alongside structured product data.
- Size opportunities. Produce market opportunity sizing that helps the business prioritise.
- Measure how we build. Partner with engineering managers on organisational productivity metrics.
- Communicate for impact. Translate findings into clear recommendations for product teams, management and executives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST-HAVES
- Deep product analytics experience across growth and broader product areas, with a record of investigations that changed decisions.
- Data science and modelling experience, and the ability to explain how you applied it and what business impact it had.
- Strong grounding in correlation, regression and causal analysis.
- A proactive approach. You surface insights and shape the agenda rather than working to a brief.
- Genuine curiosity. You notice what looks off and dig until you understand why.
- Clear communication with management and executives about business impact, simplifying complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
PREFERRED
- Experience with unstructured data.
- Experience at an AI-native company, or with the added data complexity AI products bring.
- Understanding of subscription businesses.
- Understanding of the PLG motions in a B2B space.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU'VE…
- Worked on multi-product platforms where upsells, cross-sells and bundling were a key revenue driver.
- Worked alongside qualitative research, connecting the what (data) with the why (qual).
- Done pricing and packaging work: willingness-to-pay, price testing, bundle performance.
-
HOW WE WORK
We optimise for responsibility and freedom.
- No ticket conveyor belt. We run on ownership and a small number of high-impact projects.
- Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Growth and commercial teams to ship real outcomes.
- A bias toward pragmatic solutions that get used, measured and improved.
WHY JOIN
- Do the hardest, most interesting analytical work in the company, with direct line of sight to product and strategy decisions.
- Work across structured and unstructured data, customer conversations and AI evaluation, at the intersection of product usage, AI and revenue.
- Independence and impact at principal level, without the management overhead.

Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team and own how ElevenLabs goes to market by vertical. As we shift from a horizontal motion to a vertical-led one, you will go deep on each of our top verticals — the buyer, the use cases, the competitive landscape, and what it takes to win — and turn that into a repeatable playbook for launching and scaling each one.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll sit at the center of the vertical GTM motion, working with Product Marketing, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to define each vertical's strategy, surface product gaps, and drive cross-functional alignment until every vertical is launched and performing. This is a role for someone who wants to shape a new market from the ground up, not maintain an existing one.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Vertical Deep Dives - Own the research and strategy for each top vertical: market sizing, ICP and persona definition, buying process, priority use cases, competitive positioning, and where ElevenLabs wins.
- Vertical Launches - Run the end-to-end launch of each vertical, from strategy and segmentation through enablement, pipeline targets, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Cross-Functional Alignment - Drive alignment across PMM, FDE, Product, Sales, and Marketing on vertical priorities, owners, and timelines. Be the single thread that keeps every function moving in the same direction.
- Product Needs - Dig deep into what each vertical requires from the product — integrations, compliance, features, workflows, and translate field signal into prioritized, evidence-backed requirements for Product.
- Data-Driven Strategy - Define the metrics that matter for each vertical (pipeline, win rate, ACV, sales cycle, product adoption), build the dashboards, and use the insights to decide where to double down or pull back.
- Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leadership on where to invest by vertical, with clear recommendations and regular performance reporting.
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations or GTM strategy, ideally with experience building or launching a vertical GTM motion
- Proven track record of taking an ambiguous strategic question to a structured answer, then driving execution across teams.
- Deep curiosity about industries — you enjoy learning how a healthcare, financial services, or retail buyer actually operates and what they need
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders without direct authority.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and comfort operating in a fast-moving, undefined space.
- Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia’s business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, designing Roleplay Sessions for skill building, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively empower executive champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates, objections, and industry playbooks, brought to life directly in Synthesia’s platform.
- Support POC and pilot readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, learning to bring storytelling and executive presence to the room as you grow into more senior conversations.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments.
Product and industry expertise
- Maintain deep expertise on Synthesia’s platform capabilities across all product lines, roadmap, and positioning to highlight value-driving use cases.
- Develop deep vertical knowledge, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert and building trust with executive buyers.
- Stay ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from current, static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
Ecosystem collaboration
- Product: share customer and prospect product and competitive feedback with pre-sales leadership and Product, flagging pain points, missing capabilities, and gaps that surface in your deals to help shape the roadmap.
- Product Marketing: work with Product Marketing to understand and apply messaging and positioning in your deal cycles, and contribute to reusable assets like demo scripts and competitive battlecards.
- Customer Success: brief Customer Success on technical context and champion relationships at handoff, so your POCs and pilots convert cleanly into production deployments.
- Enablement: review and enhance enablement content based on what works best in preparing team members for client engagements, and deliver and evaluate certification as needed to accelerate understanding in the commercial team.
What we’re looking for
- We expect this person to have a minimum of 5+ years experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies.
- Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both executive decision-makers (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, CTO) and technical audiences (IT, security, developers).
- Technical depth in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations such as LMS, HCM, CRM, and identity, security, or compliance) and a willingness to learn quickly across domains.
- Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and comfort translating technical requirements into business value and ROI conversations.
- A problem-solving approach built on gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions, and adapting solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple POCs, demos, and customer conversations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset; you thrive working with AEs, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to drive customer and company success.
- Product orientation and genuine curiosity about how customers use technology.

We’d be particularly excited if

- You bring experience with video AI.
Compensation
This is a Senior Solutions Engineer position, and we expect to pay between $222,502 and $266,212 OTE (on-target earnings), split 70% base / 30% variable, with the variable portion paid quarterly.
Location: Austin; US Remote
Workplace: Hybrid
The role
We’re hiring Senior Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function in North America, focusing on Mountain, Central, and West regions. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling, and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re excited by building while scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time and continue to scale across North America. We're ideally looking for someone based in Austin, where we have an office, for this role, but welcome remote candidates to apply.
Sales cycle ownership
- Co-plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements, their technical environment, and current business challenges.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that solve customer problems, quantify the value of solving those problems, and tell a clear, credible story of how Synthesia solves them better than anything else.
- Understand and overcome technical objections and integration concerns; identify blockers early and develop solution paths with customers.
- Support stakeholder workshops that connect Synthesia to the buyer’s broader technology strategy on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Partner with Account Executives to define account and deal strategy, advise on competitive positioning, assess opportunity stage, and forecast your book of business for leadership.
Demo excellence
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia’s business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, designing Roleplay Sessions for skill building, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively empower executive champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?
ICEYE is seeking an Electrical AIT (Assembly, Integration & Testing) Engineer to own the electrical/avionics side of production end to end -- integration, debugging, continuous improvement, and adapting processes as new designs come through. In this role, you will be the technical expert responsible for satellite-level testing, system validation, and electrical functional performance. You will ensure that the satellite's power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and CDH/OBC systems perform as a cohesive, flight-ready unit, ensuring the spacecraft meets ICEYE's high standards for reliability and mission success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute unit-level and satellite-level verification and validation (V&V) campaigns, focusing on power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and CDH/OBC functional performance and system health.
- Lead the integration of electrical/avionics hardware with satellite subsystems (power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, CDH/OBC, thermal), ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Test and validate the hardware/software interface -- telemetry and telecommand behavior, CDH bus interfaces, and OBC-driven subsystem responses -- without owning flight software development or debugging, which sits with the Software AIT team.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and automation (Python) to enhance the efficiency, repeatability, and coverage of functional and environmental test campaigns.
- Act as a primary technical contact for electrical-related integration issues; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with power/propulsion/GNC engineering to resolve anomalies.
- Support production readiness and design reviews (e.g., PRR, CDR) by providing feedback on electrical testability, HIL and EGSE requirements, and system configuration.
- Contribute to and improve AIT documentation, including electrical test procedures, integration plans, and configuration records.
- Interface with Global AIT, Power/Propulsion/GNC Engineering, and Mission Operations teams to ensure alignment on product standards and lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in electrical integration methods, test efficiency, and build reliability.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical/avionics integration, testing, or production of complex systems, preferably in aerospace or high-reliability hardware industries.
- Working proficiency in scripting and automation (Python preferred) for test development and data analysis.
- Deep technical understanding of satellite electrical architectures, including power systems, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and/or CDH/OBC.
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments with a focus on system-level validation.
- Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, environmental testing (EMC, vibration, thermal), and configuration management processes.
- A systems engineering mindset, capable of anticipating integration risks and connecting the dots between software logic, hardware interfaces, and mission operations.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication in a cross-functional environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience using Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence)
- Lean & Six Sigma experience
- Experience with power system EGSE, propulsion functional testing, or GNC/GPS calibration beyond routine test execution
- Ability to improve and/or write test scripts in Python
- Strong track record of enabling design-for-testability (DFT) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM)
- Proficient in Japanese, both written and spoken
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- A job that matters in a dynamic Defence Technology and Earth Observation environment with a scale-up approach.
- An independent role with a supportive and diverse work environment.
- Health insurance.
- Time for self-development, research, training, conferences, or certification schemes.
- Relocation support, where applicable (e.g., flight tickets, accommodation, relocation agency support).
- Inspiring, collaborative offices and silent workspaces that enable you to focus.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Every agent on Baseten Sandboxes runs in its own microVM. Agents call models, reach tools and APIs, expose services, and more and more often talk to each other. Networking built into today's cloud providers was not designed for very large numbers of isolated machines that suspend, resume, and exchange data constantly.
The Agent Infra team builds its own networking stack for sandboxes, designed from the start for that scale. It runs in user space, with VPP (FD.io http://FD.io) as its main data plane technology, and is built from virtualized network functions (VNF/NFV): carrier-grade, low-latency packet processing designed for very large numbers of agents. In September 2026, Baseten acquired Blaxel https://www.baseten.co/blog/blaxel-is-joining-baseten-to-build-the-future-of-agentic-cloud/, whose sandboxes, storage, and networking are the foundation for Baseten Sandboxes https://docs.baseten.co/sandboxes.
You'll build multi-tenant virtual private networking that connects each customer's agents and services privately and securely, using modern overlay technologies.
We are building a cloud, not just using one. We want engineers who expose the network as a programmable API and write the code, not operators who push router and switch configuration. The team is small and ownership is big: we ship in weeks and months, not multi-year programs.
This role is separate from Baseten's GPU-to-GPU networking. Here you'll own how sandboxes connect to each other, to Baseten services, to customer networks, and to the internet.
If you've built user-space data planes, virtualized network functions, or multi-tenant cloud networking and want to design one for agents, we'd love to talk.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
- Blaxel is joining Baseten to build the future of agentic infrastructure https://www.baseten.co/blog/blaxel-is-joining-baseten-to-build-the-future-of-agentic-cloud/
- Securing the open frontier with NVIDIA OpenShell and Blaxel sandboxes https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-carbon/
- Baseten Sandboxes documentation https://docs.baseten.co/sandboxes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build the user-space, VPP-based data plane that connects microVM sandboxes to each other, to Baseten services, and to the internet
- Build multi-tenant virtual private networking and overlays (for example EVPN, GENEVE, VXLAN) across regions
- Expose the network as a programmable API that the rest of the platform calls
- Cut latency and raise connection scale for agent-to-agent and agent-to-service traffic
- Build routing that sends each request to the nearest region and keeps connections working as sandboxes suspend and resume
- Build secure ingress and egress for sandboxes, including firewalling, static egress IPs, and custom domains with managed TLS
- Build L7 proxies for request inspection, filtering, secret injection, and auditing
- Own per-sandbox addressing, including IPv6, and network isolation between tenants
- Build observability for the packet path across guest, host, and network, and debug production issues end to end
- Work closely with the compute, storage, GPU infrastructure, and datacenter teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with user-space packet processing (DPDK, VPP, or similar) or virtualized network functions (VNF/NFV)
- Experience building multi-tenant networking in production (VXLAN, GENEVE, VRF)
- Experience building a software-defined network, overlay network, or packet-processing data plane in production
- You write production code: strong systems programming in Rust, Go, and/or C/C++. Network architects are welcome if they build, not only configure
- Experience building cloud networking as the provider, not only consuming a cloud provider's network
- Solid grounding in TCP/IP and routing
- Experience building or operating proxies, load balancers, or L4/L7 gateways at scale
- Experience debugging latency and throughput problems with packet captures, tracing, and profiling
- You move fast and like owning a problem end to end on a small team
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with VPP / FD.io http://FD.io, our main networking technology
- Experience with GENEVE or VXLAN overlays and EVPN
- Linux kernel networking: eBPF/XDP, netfilter or nftables, network namespaces
- Familiarity with virtual machine networking: virtio-net, vhost, TAP devices, or networking for Firecracker or Cloud Hypervisor
- Experience running IPv6 at scale
- Background in telecom user-plane or 5G core networking, or in low-latency trading networks
- Experience with multi-region traffic routing, anycast, or BGP
- Experience with TLS termination, DNS, and egress security controls
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is trained and served on hardware in data centers Anthropic operates and in sites partners build and run for us. DCSE secures that footprint: the sites, the hardware moving through them, and the people and vendors who touch it. Security at that scale runs on data, and you'll be the engineer who owns it and the systems that produce it: component-level hardware inventory and chain of custody, fed by software that runs at our sites and on hosts, and continuous control monitoring, with the posture calculations that decide what each site is cleared to run.
You set the architecture, agree schemas and interfaces with the teams, operators and vendors that own the sources, build the pipelines, stores and tools, and run what you ship. The goal is security that runs itself: custody, access and evidence verified continuously from records, with tools and AI agents doing the reviews. We favor simple, standard controls and tools that can be verified over elaborate ones. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
You'll work with the rest of DCSE, including the engineers on its security monitoring platform, with Anthropic's compute and data center operations teams, and directly with data center operators, hardware vendors and logistics providers. The role is based in San Francisco, with remote applicants in the US considered, and involves regular travel to data center sites, which are critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Hardware inventory and chain of custody:
own the component-level record of what hardware exists, where it is and who has handled it: the data model, the pipelines that join inventory and custody events from many source systems, change history on every record, and the tamper-evident stores behind it
Tools, automation and AI agents:
build the tools and agents the team runs on this data: reconciliation, audit evidence exports, custody checks. When a review keeps costing people time, you build the tool or agent that retires it
Custody workflows and field software:
build the workflows and the site and host software that capture custody events as they happen (a receipt, a move, a data wipe, a decommission) and enforce who is authorized to record them
Continuous control monitoring and posture:
own the pipelines that turn check outcomes, assessment results and findings into per-control and per-site measures over time, against the compliance frameworks we and our partners are assessed against, and the posture calculation that decides what a site is cleared to run
Data quality:
build coverage checks, reconciliation against sources and alerts on a silent or drifting feed, so a wrong or missing record is caught the same day; own retention and access controls on the records
Integration and reporting:
agree schemas and interfaces with the engineers who run the security monitoring platform, and build the query surfaces and reports the team, site leads and leadership use directly
Minimum qualifications
Have designed and run production data systems (relational schemas, change data capture, batch or streaming pipelines and the services around them) and kept them correct: coverage measured, records reconciled against the source, alerts on silence, and a design that expects records to get corrupted or lost
Have integrated with systems you did not control (inventory tools, ticketing systems, vendor APIs) and built data models that outlive any one source
Have shipped software that runs outside a central service (host agents, site-local services, edge collectors) and kept it correct in the field, or built metrics a team made decisions on and defended them when challenged
Have worked hands-on with data about physical assets or security controls: a hardware fleet, data center or supply chain inventory, asset custody, or the control and evidence data of a security or compliance program
Read and review other people's code, and build with AI coding agents using Git and code review
Own a domain end to end: set the approach, design and build it with the teams and vendors whose systems it depends on, and run it as something people use every day
Write SQL and at least one general-purpose programming language well
Preferred qualifications
Experience with asset management, supply chain or warehouse systems where serialized tracking and custody transfer are the core problem
Experience building continuous control monitoring or metrics for a security or compliance program, or producing evidence an assessor accepted, for example against NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001 or SOC 2
Experience with risk or posture scoring that combines control results, findings and other evidence into a measure people make decisions on
Familiarity with data center hardware and its lifecycle from receipt to decommission, and with sites and parties you did not control: colocation, cloud or GPU cloud operators, hardware manufacturers, logistics providers
Have run software on many hosts or at remote sites with versioned rollout and a way to know each copy is still reporting
Have built AI agents or automation that replaced recurring manual work
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000

Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
