About the role
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our People team are the architects of a great workplace where brilliant minds come together to do their best work. We are bringing our recruitment teams together into one EMEA organisation aligned to the business departments we support. We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment for Marketplace for Wolt and Deliveroo, the B2B space and SevenRooms, building a team that combines strong business partnerships with consistent hiring delivery across both brands.
Based in Helsinki, you will lead a geographically distributed team of recruitment managers and recruiters across EMEA. You will set the strategy for your portfolio, develop the leaders and specialists in your team, and work with senior business, Finance and People leaders to translate hiring demand into a clear delivery plan.
This role combines leadership through managers with direct leadership of selected individual contributors. You will bring together different markets and business needs, make informed choices about capacity and priorities, and help the team establish effective ways of working in the combined organisation.
What you will be doing:
Lead through managers.
Coach and develop recruitment managers and individual contributors, set clear expectations and build a team with strong judgement, accountability and room to grow. Develop leadership capability and succession within your portfolio.

Translate business plans for Marketplace, B2B and SevenRooms into short- and longer-term recruitment priorities across Deliveroo and Wolt. Balance department requirements with country, language and role-level needs.
Advise senior business leaders.
Build trusted partnerships with the leaders of the areas you support. Bring an informed perspective on talent availability, hiring priorities and trade-offs, and challenge plans constructively when demand, resources or market conditions do not align.
Plan capacity against demand.
Partner with Finance and People colleagues to forecast hiring, maintain the position and capacity plan, and allocate recruitment resources using productivity, hiring complexity and business priorities. Surface delivery risks early and recommend practical responses.
Deliver measurable hiring outcomes.
Hold your teams accountable for agreed hiring goals, conversion, time to fill, offer acceptance and candidate experience. Use data and talent-market insights to diagnose issues, improve delivery and explain progress to senior stakeholders.
Build consistent hiring practices.
Work with Talent Acquisition colleagues and recruiting operations to improve sourcing, assessment and interview practices. Support effective adoption of shared tools and standards while retaining the local expertise needed to hire well across EMEA.
Lead the team through change.
Bring recruiters from both brands together around clear responsibilities and effective working routines. Protect valuable business relationships, coordinate handovers and help people build the knowledge and connections they need.
Champion fair and inclusive hiring.
Embed inclusive sourcing, structured assessment and consistent decision-making throughout your portfolio. Partner with business leaders to maintain a high hiring bar and a respectful candidate experience.
What you will need to thrive
Essential :
Leadership at scale.
Experience leading recruitment managers and geographically distributed recruiting teams, with evidence of developing leaders and improving team performance.
Business and commercial recruitment expertise.
A strong track record delivering recruitment across commercial or business functions in a complex, fast-moving organisation, with the judgement to support distinct business models and hiring needs.
Senior stakeholder influence.
Experience advising senior business leaders, challenging assumptions with evidence and aligning stakeholders around realistic priorities and delivery commitments.
Strategic workforce and capacity planning.
The ability to translate a hiring forecast into a recruitment plan, assess resource requirements and make clear trade-offs across competing needs.
A practical command of recruitment data.
Confidence using funnel, productivity and delivery metrics to identify causes, guide action and communicate business impact.
Experience across markets.
An understanding of the complexities of hiring across EMEA, including how language, local market conditions and role requirements affect sourcing and delivery.
Nice to have:
Change leadership.
Experience helping teams adopt new structures, processes or systems while maintaining trust, continuity and hiring delivery.
Integration experience.
Experience combining recruitment teams or operating models across brands, countries or acquired businesses.
Why join us
You will shape recruitment for several distinct business areas at an important point in the integration of Deliveroo and Wolt. The role offers the opportunity to influence senior leaders, develop managers and recruiters across EMEA, and build a sustainable delivery model grounded in business demand.
You will work with colleagues across the broader DoorDash organisation, sharing expertise and improving how we identify, assess and hire talent. We value the different perspectives people bring and want everyone to have the opportunity to do their best work.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're now growing our consumer business and building new services for self-employed people and freelancers. To support that, we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to run creator campaigns for Taxfix and Steuerbot.
Most people find taxes stressful. Hearing from a creator they already trust that they got money back in one evening is more convincing than an ad. That's why creators are a big part of our marketing. We run the channel in-house with a significant yearly budget and use it both to bring in new users and to build trust in our brands. The hard part is doing both at once: getting new users at a good cost while keeping the content credible for the creator's audience.
This role reports to the Influencer Marketing Lead and focuses at first on our two German brands, Taxfix and Steuerbot.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run and scale creator campaigns from start to finish: find creators, reach out, negotiate, brief them, review content, take it live and report on results.
- Negotiate deals that make sense for both sides. Push back on first prices and agree on terms like view guarantees or performance-based pay.
- Build long-term relationships with creators and their managements, and decide how we work with them across both brands.
- Run frequent hypothesis-driven experiments. We put strong emphasis on asking the right questions, good experiment design, and generating actionable data and interpretations. You own large parts of creator and influencer experimentation.
- You continue to expand our creator database and context layer, allowing you to work very data and insight driven, and enabling AI agents to work alongside or for you equipped with the right data and context.
- Automate the repetitive parts of your job with n8n, Claude Cowork/Code and GitHub, so research, scoring and reporting run on their own and you can spend your time on higher value work with creators, negotiations, content and strategy.
- Seasonal campaign planning across multiple platforms, formats and creator sizes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience running influencer campaigns on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, at a brand or an agency.
- You’re highly curious about the creator economy and thrive on turning complex, ambiguous challenges into practical solutions in a high-agency role.
- You’re an effective and confident negotiator who always strives to get the best deal and who’s not shy to walk away from a deal.
- You’re highly analytical and very comfortable with processing and critically interpreting data sets, with an eye for detail.
- You are on the path of becoming an AI builder with first basic to advanced workflow automations or other agentic solutions under your belt with measurable impact.
- You’re experienced in general in how to work with LLMs and agentic solutions effectively, including when to critically review their outputs.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with both, internal stakeholders and external managements and creators. You’re fluent in German and English.
If you come from performance marketing, growth, affiliate or creator operations and have worked with creators, apply anyway. We'd like to hear from you.
WHAT YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS LOOK LIKE
- A creator pipeline where you can explain why each creator is on it.
- Working relationships with the creators and managements you book.
- Two structured experiments, with read-outs that say what failed as clearly as what worked.
- One recurring task automated, with the hours it saves measured.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to support our global Majors segment, some of our largest customers, with significant opportunity to grow with Grafana.
This person will work alongside the Majors team and cross-functional partners to understand what each customer needs, where the growth opportunities are, and where marketing can make a difference. That could mean expanding relationships, increasing adoption, reaching new teams, creating executive engagement, or building something specific for an account.
This is a senior individual contributor role and a new motion for us. We need someone who can help define what great account marketing looks like for Majors, while working closely with Regional Marketing and teams across Grafana to bring it to life.
What you'll be doing:
Partner with the Majors team to understand account goals, growth opportunities, product adoption, key relationships, and whitespace.
Build account marketing plans tied directly to the account strategy and what the team is trying to accomplish.
Work across Regional Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Demand Gen, and other teams to understand what programs and resources already exist that can support Majors customers. Start by connecting customers to the right existing opportunities, then build something new when there is a clear need or gap.
Participate in account planning and EBRs where marketing can add value.
Build high-touch programs based on what the customer needs, including executive engagement, workshops, customer celebrations, peer connections, advocacy, and personalized experiences.
Help account teams build deeper relationships across executives, technical leaders, champions, users, teams, and geographies.
Bring together the right teams and resources across Grafana to support the account. You won’t execute everything yourself, but you’ll make sure the right things happen.
Measure what matters at the account level: Are we reaching new people? Deepening relationships? Increasing adoption? Helping move opportunities forward?
Identify what works and turn those learnings into repeatable plays we can use more broadly.
What makes you a Great Fit:
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise account marketing, ABM, customer marketing, or a similar role.
Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers and supporting growth within existing accounts.
Strong Sales partnership. You know how to work alongside an account team, understand what they’re trying to accomplish, and bring a marketing point of view rather than simply taking requests.
Experience with 1:1 or highly targeted account marketing and working across multiple teams, personas, and geographies within an account.
Global experience and comfort working across regions and distributed teams.
Strong tool proficiency and active use of AI. You’re using AI for more than personal productivity. You’re looking for ways to rethink workflows, uncover insights, make better recommendations, and scale what works, while applying your own judgment.
You’re curious, accountable, adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated. You’re comfortable figuring things out without waiting for a perfect playbook.
You know how to prioritize. Not every account or request needs the same level of investment, and you can focus your time where marketing can have the greatest impact.
What success looks like at:
Success isn’t measured by how many programs you run. It’s whether marketing is helping our Majors customers get more value from Grafana and helping our account teams grow those relationships.
We should see deeper engagement across our customers, stronger executive and technical relationships, increased adoption, new teams and use cases, and marketing helping move meaningful opportunities forward.
Just as important, we should have a strong working model across Majors, Regional Marketing, and our cross-functional teams, with clear ownership and little duplication.
Over time, we should be able to point to what works, why it works, and turn those learnings into account marketing plays we can scale beyond Majors.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.

That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence.
