The Opportunity
Flosum is looking for a visionary Salesforce Technical Business Analyst who lives and breathes the Salesforce ecosystem and wants to shape the future of how the world's largest enterprises build, secure, and scale on Salesforce.
This is not a maintenance role. You will own the product roadmap for the only 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies, global brands like Hilton, Cargill, Barry Callebaut, Cushman & Wakefield, and AARP. You will work directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to define and ship products that create entirely new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.
We are at an inflection point. AI-driven DevOps (powered by Agentforce), agent-aware governance, zero-trust security orchestration, and intelligent data lifecycle management are transforming the Salesforce landscape. We need a product leader who sees around corners, understands where this space is heading, and has the conviction and execution chops to get us there first.
About Flosum
Flosum is the only enterprise-grade DevOps, Data Backup & Archive, Trust Center, and Data Seeding platform built 100% native on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Summit Partner and the only native solution certified by Salesforce, we operate within the Salesforce trust boundary, which means zero data exposure, no third-party cloud processing, and full compliance with Salesforce security standards.
Our customers are among the most demanding in the world: Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) who require SOX compliance, zero-trust architecture, and audit-grade governance. We compete against Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, and Salto, and we win because our native architecture delivers security, speed, and extensibility that external tools simply cannot match.
We recently integrated Salesforce Agentforce into our platform, making Flosum the first and only Salesforce-native AI DevOps solution. This is just the beginning of what we plan to build.
What You Will Own
Product Vision & Strategy
Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can create new categories or capture market share from competitors.
Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product capabilities that enterprise customers will pay premium prices for.
Stay ahead of Salesforce's own product direction (three releases per year) and position Flosum to capitalize on every platform shift.
AI & Innovation
Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
Define how Flosum's extensibility platform enables customers to build custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
Pioneer agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
Customer & Market Insight
Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to deeply understand their pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
Translate complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into elegant product solutions.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategy, conduct product demos for strategic accounts, and close competitive evaluations.
Execution & Delivery
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You do the work, not just delegate it.
Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines. Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
Define and track product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, competitive win rates.
Requirements
Who You Are
We are looking for a missionary, not a mercenary. Someone who takes genuine ownership of outcomes, thinks independently, and is driven by a need to build something that matters, not just advance their career.
7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and paid for. Not features; products.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
You understand the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You know where each is strong and where they are vulnerable.
Strong perspective on how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will reshape the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
Hands-on executor. You write PRDs, you talk to customers, you review wireframes, you sit in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
Exceptional communication skills. You can present a product vision to a C-suite audience and write a technical specification for an engineering team in the same day.
Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action. When you see a problem, you solve it. When you don't know something, you go learn it.
What Will Make You Exceptional in This Role
You have experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company.
You have worked at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries.
You have led product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product, designing self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion mechanics.
You have a point of view on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and can articulate a 3-year vision for how autonomous agents will change how enterprises build on Salesforce.
You have experience going head-to-head against well-funded competitors and winning through product superiority rather than just marketing spend.
What We Expect in the First 12 Months
First 90 Days: Learn and Diagnose
Achieve deep fluency in Flosum's five product lines and their technical architecture.
Conduct 25+ customer and prospect interviews to build a firsthand understanding of enterprise pain points.
Complete a competitive audit with specific, actionable recommendations on where Flosum should invest to win.
Deliver your first product roadmap refresh with clear prioritization rationale.
Months 3-6: Ship and Win
Own and deliver at least one major product release that directly addresses a competitive gap or customer-requested capability.
Establish a product-led feedback loop between Sales, CS, and Engineering that accelerates deal velocity and reduces churn.
Define the next generation of Flosum's AI capabilities and present a detailed execution plan.
Months 6-12: Scale and Lead
Drive measurable improvement in competitive win rates against Copado and Gearset.
Launch at least one net-new product capability that opens a new revenue stream or market segment.
Establish Flosum as a thought leader in AI-driven Salesforce DevOps through content, speaking, and ecosystem engagement.
Benefits
Why Flosum
Category-defining opportunity: You will shape the future of how enterprises build on Salesforce. This is not incremental; it is transformational.
Direct CEO partnership: You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with a founder who is deeply technical, product-obsessed, and committed to building the best platform in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Fortune 100 customer base: Your product decisions will directly impact how the world's largest and most complex organizations operate.
AI inflection point: Agentforce and autonomous agents are rewriting the rules. Flosum is the first native platform to integrate these capabilities. You will define what comes next.
Missionary culture: We hire people who want to make a dent, not pad a resume. If you are looking for a place where your work matters and your ideas are heard, this is it.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary + performance bonus
Equity participation

Smartling is an AI-native translation platform that's redefining how the world's biggest brands go global - ranked #3 on Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies list. We're growing rapidly at scale and are backed by Battery Ventures, a global technology-focused investment firm. While most companies are still figuring out how to use AI, we've spent years building it into the core of our platform - and we're just getting started.
As a Senior Localization Operations Specialist on Smartling's Managed Services team, you'll own complex, larger-scale customer accounts and serve as an operational advisor to both clients and junior team members. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking - you'll optimize workflows, lead escalation resolution, and help clients mature their localization programs, all while mentoring the next generation of Loc Ops Specialists. We are looking for a hire based on the US East Coast at this time.
You Will
Own complex or high-volume customer accounts end-to-end - from process design through delivery and retrospective.
Design and optimize localization processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across diverse client accounts and operational environments.
Lead escalation resolution with minimal oversight, driving issues to closure while maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to improve localization processes and support the scaling of their programs effectively.
Proactively identify operational risks - including volume spikes and tooling gaps - and mitigate them before they impact delivery or quality.
Mentor junior Localization Coordinators and Operations Specialists on process design, platform usage, and execution best practices.
You Have
3-5 years of experience in localization project management or operations, including ownership of complex accounts.
Deep hands-on experience with Smartling or comparable enterprise translation management systems (TMS).
Demonstrated ability to design, optimize, and govern localization processes at scale across complex, multi-account environments.
Strong track record of managing escalations and navigating challenging customer conversations, providing advisory support, education, and guidance to drive successful resolution.
Experience mentoring or coaching junior Localization Coordinators and Operations Specialists, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and provide effective training in a localization or operations context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior client stakeholders.
Solid understanding of localization industry trends, AI-enabled tooling, translation memory (TM) strategy, and localization frameworks.
Preferred but not required
Working knowledge of file engineering fundamentals, scripting languages, and localization engineering concepts, including file formats, encoding standards, and placeholder/tag management.
Experience supporting global, enterprise-tier clients with complex, multi-stream localization programs.
Fluency or working proficiency in a second language
You Are
Strategic.
You think beyond immediate deliverables, considering how today’s decisions impact the client’s localization program at scale.
Resilient.
Escalations and ambiguity don’t destabilize your approach; you stay grounded and focus on driving resolution.
Influential.
You build trust across internal and external stakeholders through expertise, consistency, and dependable follow-through.
Analytical.
You leverage available data, tools, and AI insights to identify trends and inform clear, actionable recommendations.
Mentorship-Minded.
You actively invest time in developing less experienced team members, helping them build skills and grow their capabilities.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the team
MetaMask's design team is working to establish MetaMask as the premier wallet in fintech, elevating the craft of design and leading the industry as the next phase of decentralized finance unfolds. Our focus is reducing friction while preserving user trust, so more people can safely explore the world of Web3.
Prediction markets are one of the most exciting areas in consumer finance right now, sitting at the intersection of trading, sports, news, culture, and real world events. This is a big growth area for MetaMask, and we're looking for a Lead Product Designer to help shape where it goes next. This is a chance to take real ownership of the end-to-end Prediction Markets experience inside one of the most widely used products in web3 — helping define how people discover markets, understand what's happening, trade, manage positions, and come back as events unfold. The product is still evolving, so much of the experience is still there to be defined, and that's a big part of what makes this role interesting: we're not looking for someone to polish a finished product, we want someone who wants to help shape it. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering, have a strong voice in what we build, and take ideas from early thinking through to something real in the hands of users.
What you’ll do
Own the Prediction Markets experience from early thinking through launch and iteration.
Define how users discover markets, understand them, trade and manage their positions.
Make complex ideas like probabilities, liquidity and market mechanics feel clear and easy to understand.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape what we build, not just how it looks.
Prototype quickly using AI to explore ideas and get to stronger solutions faster.
Set a high bar for visual and interaction design, and use research and data to keep improving the product.
Would be great if you brought this to the role
5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped consumer products.
You have a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-centric designs that solve complex problems and drive commercial outcomes.
Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with strong product instincts and attention to detail.
Experience taking complex or ambiguous problems from early ideas through to shipped experiences.
Comfortable using AI, code and modern design tools to explore, iterate and build quickly.
High ownership, strong communication and the confidence to push work forward without waiting for a perfectly defined brief.
Someone who genuinely loves sports and understands how fans follow teams, leagues, games and major sporting events.
Bonus points
Experience in trading, investing, fintech, sports, betting, marketplaces or other high frequency consumer products.
An interest in prediction markets and where the category could go.
Experience working with market data, probabilities, charts or financial positions.
Experience designing discovery, feeds, ranking or personalised content.
Experience with crypto or web3, although deep crypto knowledge is not required.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role
.
The salary range listed for this role applies to US-based candidates only. Compensation for candidates based outside the US (including Canada, EMEA, and LATAM) will be determined based on location, experience, and skills during the interview process, and may differ from the listed US range.

We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.
