WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As a first-line leader directly managing a team of Outcomes Architects, you’ll own your team’s execution across workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, expansion qualification, and at-risk account recovery — accountable for both the customer outcomes and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn’t a traditional Customer Success management role. The best OA Managers are coaches first: they know what great workflow discovery looks like, can review a mutual success plan and identify where value realization is breaking down, can inspect an executive business review and sharpen the value narrative, and can help an OA turn account activity into measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
You’ll run an inspection cadence and cultivate a coaching culture that make consistent execution possible across the team. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultant leaders, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure customers move from workflow design to adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal readiness.
If you’re a builder who loves developing people as much as driving customer impact — and you want to lead a team in a post-sales motion that’s being redefined for the AI era — this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of your team’s book of business, accountable for both headline outcomes and the quality of execution that drives workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion.
- Coach OAs on the OA builder motion: AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, use-case consultations, and renewal processes.
- Build and run the operating cadence for the team: metrics reviews, account support sessions, adoption and renewal-risk reviews, call coaching against the OA quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership.
- Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion, driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution and managing performance with clarity when expectations are not met.
- Partner closely with Solutions Consultant managers and leaders on strategy for expansion and renewal across shared accounts, ensuring clear ownership for flat and at-risk renewals.
- Partner with Services leadership to identify complex implementation needs early, create clear handoffs, and ensure Services delivery accelerates workflow adoption and measurable value.
- Set the standard for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team so OAs can help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems in Notion.
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
- Uphold excellence by coaching to the global OA methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software, ideally across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Account Management, or post-sales strategy.
- Direct experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, value realization, renewals, expansion, or technical/workflow implementation.
- Strong coaching orientation: you can review a customer call, account plan, mutual success plan, or executive value narrative and identify specifically what needs to change — not just whether the outcome was good, but why and how to improve it.
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read account health, renewal risk, adoption depth, expansion potential, and customer sentiment, then drive urgency without micromanaging every account.
- Deep customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical adoption and implementation plans.
- Experience operating in a shared account ownership model with Sales, Solutions, Services, Support, or Implementation teams.
- Operational rigor: you know how to build inspection cadences, coaching rituals, performance standards, and accountability systems that improve execution across a team.
- Ability to develop talent from onboarding through consistent performance, including hiring to profile, setting clear expectations, coaching skill gaps, and managing performance with clarity.
- Executive communication skills: able to synthesize account patterns, customer risks, team performance, and cross-functional asks into clear signal for leadership.
- Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor. You do not need to build every workflow yourself, but you should be able to understand Notion systems, coach workflow design, and help your team troubleshoot adoption blockers.
- You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems.
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious, hands-on, and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter, coach better, and help customers deliver better outcomes.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience managing in a consumption, usage-based, or product-led business where adoption signals matter as much as renewal or expansion outcomes.
- Track record building high-performing frontline teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience leading teams through GTM motion changes, coverage-model shifts, or evolving commercial ownership.
- Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping teams return customers to a clear value path.
- Experience partnering closely with Solutions Consulting, Sales, Services, or Implementation teams in a shared customer lifecycle model.
- Familiarity with AI transformation, workflow automation, agents, or collaboration/work management software.

A NOTE ON AI

For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

3 days in our London HQ is required.
The Role
As a Client Partner, you will lead the relationship, strategy, project planning and account management for one or more of our largest global restaurant partners in the UK & Ireland. You will own the past and future of those relationships: building the annual joint business plan, leading contract negotiations and renewals, and working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, legal, analytics, operations and product to deliver it. You will also work with the partner’s EMEA and global counterparts, and partner closely with the DoorDash and Wolt EMEA and Global team to bring world-class technology and best practices to your accounts.

● Help raise the analytical capability of the team by sharing best practice, and contribute to the hiring and development of the Enterprise team as it grows
Requirements
Requiring a high level of commercial skills, you will demonstrate excellence in selling, negotiation and account management, combined with the passion and drive to shape the culture of an inclusive, sustainable and successful team.
You have 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy and analytics, strategy and operations, investment banking, account management, business development or other analytically-intensive and client-facing roles
You have strong SQL skills: you can pull, read and manipulate large data sets yourself and turn them into insight (other forms of data experience can be considered)
You have a track record of end-to-end problem solving: spotting a problem, ideating a solution and taking it all the way to a measurable, high-value outcome with cross-functional teams
You are an excellent data storyteller who can build a clear narrative from data and present it, and defend it, to senior executives
You have proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions, with strong project management, organisation and presentation skills
You are a problem solver at core with a strong bias for action, you like rolling up your sleeves as much as you like the big picture, and you are comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts
You know how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance
You have well-developed negotiation skills and the ability to flex your style to all levels and situations
You are comfortable using AI tools day to day to work faster and smarter
Nice to have: experience with global or US brands, tech or startup exposure, marketplace, logistics or unit economics knowledge, and prior people leadership or hiring experience.

An overview of this role
What does software planning look like when people and artificial intelligence agents work together? As a Staff Product Manager for Planning at GitLab, you'll help answer that question and lead the team toward a clear product direction. This isn't just about improving traditional agile planning. You'll rethink how intent becomes actionable work, how that work moves through software development, and where human involvement is needed.
You'll develop a point of view on planning's future and turn it into product decisions with engineering, design, and product leadership. That includes exploring how planning could connect work to business priorities and budgets, rather than assuming the answer is already decided. Alongside that strategic work, you'll share ownership of existing planning capabilities with another product manager.
We're opening this role at Staff level, with flexibility to consider Principal level based on your experience and scope of impact.
What you'll do
Define a clear direction for planning as software development shifts toward collaboration between people and artificial intelligence agents, and help the team move from open questions to concrete priorities.
Shape how users capture intent, break it into actionable work, and determine which work can proceed autonomously and which needs human involvement.
Evaluate whether and how planning should connect software delivery to company priorities, business objectives, and budgets.
Share ownership of planning capabilities, including work items, boards, specifications, and portfolio planning, with a fellow product manager. Help define how that scope is divided.
Work with engineering and design to translate product direction into a roadmap and improvements to planning workflows across GitLab.
Communicate your recommendations clearly to senior leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and lead the team through changes in direction.
What you'll bring
Experience leading product strategy and execution for software development, developer tools, or planning products, with the depth to make decisions in a specialized product area.
A strong understanding of software development and development and operations (DevOps) workflows, including how planning decisions affect downstream delivery.
The ability to form and defend a product point of view in an uncertain, changing market, while staying open to different ideas.
Clear communication with technical teams and senior executives, including experience challenging leadership decisions constructively and building support for a direction.
The ability to connect a forward-looking strategy to practical product decisions and work collaboratively across product, engineering, and design.
About the team
The Planning team builds the capabilities at the start of GitLab's software development workflow, including work items, boards, specifications, and portfolio planning. Decisions here affect how work moves through the rest of the platform, so the team's scope extends beyond standalone project management tools.
You'll work alongside another product manager and partner with engineering and design across this product area. The division of product ownership is still being shaped, and you'll help define it. The hiring manager wants you to bring a different perspective, question established approaches, and challenge senior leaders constructively, with room to influence decisions beyond your immediate product scope.
GitLab's mission is to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. Our platform brings software development, security, and operations together.

коммуницировать с 10+ заказчиками: выявлять потребности и задачи нетехнических пользователей;
создавать аналитические продукты: писать код источника, продумывать логику, согласовывать макеты, предлагать идеи, выстраивать визуализацию, презентовать результат и поддерживать его дальше;
поддерживать и развивать дашборды: держать отчёты в актуальном состоянии и пересматривать решения, которые со временем требуют доработки;
участвовать в сертификации — отдельном проекте по повышению качества BI в вертикали Авито Работа. Цель проекта — доставлять пользователям только проверенные данные; в перспективе он поможет AI-агентам работать с надёжной информацией;
развивать BI-инструменты для самостоятельной работы пользователей: снижать количество разовых запросов и помогать пользователям быстрее находить ответы;
применять AI-инструменты в повседневной работе и искать задачи, которые можно решать с их помощью;
участвовать в функциональных проектах, которые помогают развиваться как специалисту. Обычно это инициативы для нескольких вертикалей, согласованные с руководителем BI;
работать в команде: делиться экспертизой, перенимать опыт коллег и предлагать идеи.
Мы ждём, что вы:
уверенно работаете с BI-инструментами и готовы взять на себя поддержку отдела продаж Авито Работы;
умеете балансировать между написанием кода и выявлением бизнес-потребностей;
понимаете, как устроены аналитические продукты, и относитесь к отчётности как к комплексному процессу;
умеете работать с нетехническими заказчиками и переводить их задачи в аналитические решения;
понимаете важность качества данных и пользовательского опыта в BI-продуктах;
готовы развивать направление, предлагать улучшения и участвовать в командных инициативах.
Работа у нас — это:
