THE ROLE
We’re looking for an IT Operations Engineer to be the face of IT at Baseten: the person who makes technology just work for our team, in the office and remotely. This is an on-site role based in San Francisco.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to point of contact for hardware, software, and access issues across a macOS-first fleet, with some Windows.
- Give every new hire a great first day, from a ready-to-go laptop to working accounts, whether they’re in the office or remote.
- Run onboarding, role changes, and offboarding through our automated workflows, and catch the exceptions they don’t cover.
- Keep the office running smoothly: conference rooms and AV, network and Wi-Fi, printers, and walk-up support on office days.
- Support new office buildouts and plan workplace IT as we grow.
- Manage IT assets, and vendor relationships, including stock and shipping for remote teammates.
- Build a self-serve knowledge base and workflows that reduce ticket volume and help people help themselves.
- Find recurring friction and automate it within our AI ITSM (Serval) and existing tools, collaborating with IT Engineering on new integrations as needed
- Handle day-to-day administration of our core SaaS tools within delegated, scoped roles.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in IT support or IT operations, ideally at a fast-growing company
- Hands-on experience supporting a macOS fleet end to end: troubleshooting login, FileVault, permission, and profile issues; enrolling devices and deploying apps and OS updates through an MDM (e.g. Kandji), including remote lock and wipe; and managing hardware through Apple Business Manager, AppleCare repairs, and reimaging for redeployment
- Hands-on experience administrating Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom
- Experience with conference room, AV, and office network setup and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to support events in the evening may be occasionally required
- Experience with automation or scripting to streamline repetitive work.
- Excellent communication and a real care for the support experience.
- Strong organization across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be in our San Francisco office 5 days a week and lift standard IT equipment.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

Basic LLM knowledge, especially how to use it and where not to use it.
MLOps foundations: feature stores, experiment tracking, model registries (MLflow/W&B-class), continuous training pipelines.
Model serving and inference optimization (vLLM-class serving, quantization).
Nice-to-Have:
Publications, conference talks, or recognized open-source contributions to training/eval tooling .
Graph-based fraud detection (fraud rings, device/account linkage)..

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn't just how something looks—it's how it works, how it feels, and how it scales. Our designers are systems thinkers, prototypers, storytellers, and craftspeople who care deeply about quality and collaboration. In this role, you'll turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to design and build products together.
With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for complex systems, and an appetite for technical challenges, you can help define the future of how software is made.
This is a unique opportunity for a designer who loves both craft and technical depth. You'll prototype, build, and ship alongside engineers while helping define foundational experiences that support millions of creators across Figma.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Design and ship end-to-end experiences that help organize, manage, and deliver content across Figma's products, as part of the Content Management Systems team
Partner closely with engineering to shape platform capabilities and technical infrastructure that support CMS and open-source initiatives
Translate technically complex systems into intuitive, elegant user experiences
Prototype early and often to explore ideas, validate concepts, and communicate nuanced interaction and technical decisions
Contribute to product strategy and long-term vision by bringing together customer insights, product thinking, and technical understanding
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers throughout the product development process
Help raise the quality bar across the organization through thoughtful feedback, design critiques, and mentorship
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
Exceptional product design craft with strong visual and interaction skills, especially in complex software where systems thinking matters as much as any individual screen — with a proven ability to simplify technically complex systems into intuitive, thoughtful user experiences
Code is part of your design process, not something you wait to hand off. You build working prototypes to explore interaction ideas, understand technical possibilities, and communicate a direction
Demonstrated ability to move fast, forming a point of view, testing it, and adjusting course without waiting for complete information
Ability to define a clear product and design vision in ambiguous spaces, using customer insights, qualitative research, and product data to guide decisions
Track record of independently driving design from discovery through launch, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Naturally curious about how software is built, with strong cross-functional partnerships across design, engineering, product management, and research — raising the quality of work through thoughtful collaboration, feedback, and a deep care for the workflows of designers, developers, and other creative makers
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience building and shipping software through coding, AI-assisted development, or other technical approaches
Background designing content management systems, asset management platforms, or foundational platform products
Familiarity designing developer tools, APIs, SDKs, or other highly technical product experiences
Contributions to or designing for open-source software
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
Figma offers equity to employees, as well as a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; and paid time off. Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. We are looking for an Associate Campaign Manager to support our team in Mumbai, India, driving Campaign Management and Publisher oversight across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of media execution, publisher strategy, and client advisory — requiring someone equally adept at optimizing campaign delivery in real time and presenting clear, strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
The position is responsible for end‑to‑end mobile app campaign performance, managing publisher relationships across the region, and partnering closely with Account Management to drive client outcomes. It also serves as the primary point of escalation for fraud prevention, traffic quality, commercial proposals, and billing operations.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management
Own end-to-end campaign setup, launch, optimization, troubleshooting, and delivery across multiple APAC markets and channels.
Daily monitoring of pacing, spend, delivery, conversions, and DSP performance; proactively troubleshoot tracking issues and launch new campaigns with speed and precision.
Lead weekly performance reviews and publisher-level pacing assessments, identifying optimizations levers and acting on them swiftly.
Drive monthly budget allocation reviews and contribute to broader media strategy for key accounts.
Publisher Management
Manage publisher relationships across APAC, with accountability for quality assurance, onboarding, optimizations, and traffic control.
Monitor publisher performance daily - investigate underperforming traffic, respond to publisher inquiries, maintain CRM and fraud report updates.
Conduct weekly publisher performance reviews and lead optimization discussions; oversee new publisher onboarding and traffic quality analysis.
Account Management Support
Support Client Partners with performance insights, campaign troubleshooting, and strategic recommendations.
Respond daily to client inquiries, provide campaign status updates, and investigate performance concerns.
Participate in weekly performance calls with clients; prepare and deliver recommendations and custom strategy outputs as requested.
Fraud Prevention & Traffic Quality
Monitor and identify fraudulent activity, suspicious publishers, and traffic quality risks across the APAC portfolio.
Review fraud dashboards daily; investigate blocked traffic, rejected installs, and suspicious activity patterns.
Lead weekly publisher quality reviews and fraud trend analyses; generate and communicate optimization recommendations.
Finance & Billing Support
Support billing reconciliation and validation processes for APAC publisher activity.
Submit publisher invoices to the finance team on a weekly basis; proactively communicate on pending payments.
Provide monthly billing validation to all publishers, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Commercial & Strategic Support
Support Client Partners and Management with campaign planning, proposals, inventory forecasting, and commercial requests.
Respond to rate card requests, provide inventory availability assessments, estimate campaign volume and KPI feasibility.
Support proposal development; deliver historical benchmark data and market insights to inform client strategy.
What You Need For This Role
Experience & Background
5+ years in mobile app performance advertising, ad operations, or programmatic media ideally within a DSP, ad network, or publisher-side environment.
Demonstrated experience managing publisher relationships and traffic quality in the APAC market.
Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava) and DSPs.
Prior exposure to fraud detection tools and traffic quality frameworks.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills; able to present complex performance narratives clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
High attention to detail and operational rigour, particularly in billing and reconciliation workflows.
Commercial acumen - able to support proposal development and provide market benchmarking. · Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-market environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working across multiple APAC markets especially SEA
Familiarity with CRM tools and publisher onboarding workflows.

We are hiring a Senior Database Reliability Engineer to join the Infrastructure DBA cell. This is a hands-on production ownership role, not a narrow ticket-processing DBA position. You will keep critical database services reliable, automate repeated work, support engineering teams, and reduce single-person dependency in our PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis operations.
PostgreSQL is the main requirement. ClickHouse experience is a strong plus, but it is not a day-one blocker. We need a senior engineer with enough database, Linux, automation, and incident-response depth to learn our ClickHouse environment quickly and operate it safely.
Your Responsibilities:
Own production PostgreSQL reliability: HA design, Patroni, PgBouncer, replication, failover, upgrades, vacuum/bloat control, query tuning, locks, indexes, capacity, backups, PITR, and restore validation. Improve disaster recovery and operational evidence: tested restores, documented recovery paths, measurable RTO/RPO targets, runbooks, and safe maintenance plans. Support the wider database estate: ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis. You will troubleshoot incidents, review access and data-safety changes, improve monitoring, and learn the production ClickHouse patterns already in use. Automate DBA workflows with Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, scripts, and reproducible runbooks for provisioning, grants, backups, restores, health checks, and ownership metadata. Help build DBaaS-style self-service capabilities so engineering teams can request databases, access, credentials, and operational checks with less manual DBA intervention. Improve observability and incident response through Grafana, metrics, logs, SLOs, alert rules, Opsgenie routing, and clear communication during production issues.
What Success Looks Like:
PostgreSQL clusters have tested backup and restore paths, useful dashboards, clear ownership, and documented failover procedures.
Repeated DBA tickets become automation or self-service workflows.
ClickHouse operational knowledge is no longer a single-person dependency.
Database incidents have owners, runbooks, evidence, and measurable recovery paths.
Product and engineering teams get database help faster without sacrificing safety, auditability, or reliability.
Why Us?
You will work on real production infrastructure used across products.
You will have a direct impact on reliability, incident response, developer experience, and operational resilience.
You will also work in an AI-assisted engineering culture where automation, documentation, Claude, Codex, and careful human verification are part of the daily operating model.
Requirements
What We Expect From You:
Deep hands-on PostgreSQL experience in business-critical production environments, typically 5+ years or equivalent depth.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL internals and operations: MVCC, WAL, transactions, locks, indexes, query planning, replication, autovacuum, bloat, major upgrades, backups, PITR, and restore testing.
Proven experience with highly available databases and the ability to reason about quorum, split-brain risk, failover, rollback, and recovery.
Strong Linux and infrastructure fundamentals: systemd, networking, storage, filesystems, CPU/memory/disk bottlenecks, TLS, DNS, firewalls, and root-cause troubleshooting.
Automation skills with Ansible and scripting. Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, and merge-request based delivery are strong advantages.
Ability to support more than one database engine. You do not need to be a ClickHouse expert on day one, but you must be ready to learn it quickly and take responsibility for it.
Practical use of AI engineering assistants such as Claude and Codex. We expect you to use them to improve speed and quality, while personally verifying generated SQL, commands, scripts, and operational conclusions.
English - upper-intermediate or higher - to ensure clear communication of progress within the teams.
Nice to Have:
ClickHouse operations: replication, Keeper/ZooKeeper, MergeTree engines, distributed DDL, grants, row policies, backups, query troubleshooting, and cluster recovery.
MongoDB replica sets and Percona Backup for MongoDB.
Redis/Sentinel and broker/cache failure modes.
Database observability, SLOs, golden signals, alert tuning, and executable incident runbooks.
Building internal platforms, self-service portals, or DBaaS workflows for engineering teams.
Benefits
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.
