About the role
We’re looking for a VP, Compliance to lead our compliance function across Aave Labs and provide strategic compliance leadership across our global business, spanning both our regulated entities and the wider unregulated parts of the Group.
This is a senior leadership role with broad responsibility across the Group, partnering closely with executive leadership, Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance and other teams to ensure we continue to grow and innovate within a strong and scalable compliance framework. The role will provide Group-wide oversight of compliance and regulatory risk, while recognising that the nature and intensity of regulatory obligations will differ across our businesses, products and entities.
You’ll oversee compliance across our products, entities and markets, including regulated parts of the business, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and relevant Boards. You’ll be expected to combine deep regulatory expertise with strong commercial judgement, helping the business navigate complex questions, launch new products, enter new markets and manage regulatory risk without losing sight of how the business operates
This is a role for someone comfortable moving between strategy and execution, from advising leadership on emerging regulatory issues, and assessing where regulatory boundaries apply across new and existing activities, to working directly with teams to solve complex compliance challenges. Given the role’s responsibilities across our regulated businesses, you’ll also be expected to hold relevant individual regulatory roles and approvals.
How you can make an impact:
Oversee the day-to-day execution of financial crime controls, including customer due diligence, sanctions and adverse media screening, transaction monitoring, investigations and escalations

Identify, investigate and respond to suspected fraud, including account takeover, identity fraud, payment fraud and other emerging typologies
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance financial crime controls, processes and systems through automation, technology and data-driven solutions, improving operational efficiency while maintaining effective risk management
Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to assess the effectiveness and consistency of financial crime operations, identify control deficiencies and drive timely remediation
Support the MLRO/BSAO with suspicious activity reporting obligations, regulatory enquiries and financial crime-related audits, ensuring appropriate documentation and recordkeeping
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations and Customer Support teams to ensure financial crime risks are appropriately identified and mitigated throughout the customer lifecycle
Provide guidance, oversight and mentorship to Financial Crime and Support analysts, ensuring consistent decision-making, effective workload management and timely resolution of complex investigations
Strong understanding of financial crime risks associated with payment services, cryptoassets, decentralised finance (DeFi), self-hosted wallets and blockchain-based transactions
Strong technical aptitude and experience leveraging data analytics, automation and emerging technologies to enhance financial crime detection, investigations and operational efficiency
Familiarity with financial crime regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, particularly the UK, EU and US, including applicable AML/CTF, sanctions and cryptoasset regulatory requirements
Let's connect if:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field
At least 7 years of relevant experience in a risk or compliance role within a financial services organisation, consultancy firm, or regulator. Experience of both payments and cryptoassets is highly preferred
Deep knowledge of relevant financial crime regulations and best practices, as well as familiarity with relevant industry standards and guidelines
Experience conducting financial crime risk assessments and developing policies, procedures, and controls
Experience with compliance-related tools, including for customer screening purposes, transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics, etc.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to identify and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Nonprofits, universities and other mission-driven organizations do some of the hardest work in the world, usually with small teams and little technical capacity. As a Scaled Account Manager in Beneficial Deployments, you will be the person a named book of these organizations can rely on. You will own each customer relationship after the first conversation, including commercials, activation and the conversations that turn a new deployment into everyday use.
This role sits on the Scaled Sales team within Beneficial Deployments, the part of Anthropic that brings Claude to mission-driven organizations sooner and further than the market would on its own. You will work with little to no dedicated Customer Success support, so you are both the seller and the person who helps a customer get real value.
That is only possible if you work differently. You will use Claude to take on the short-horizon tasks that consume a book like this, and spend your time on strategic conversations. The role will also change. As we automate more of this work, the book will take less of your time, and that time moves to growth: deeper work with your highest-potential accounts, launches, events and programs that reach many more organizations. We are hiring someone who wants that: someone who will automate parts of their own job and move on to the next hard problem.
What you'll do
Own a named book of nonprofit and education customers.
Take over existing relationships and run them end to end: retention, seat growth, plan moves and new contacts inside each organization.
Drive activation yourself.
Help priority customers in the segment go from purchased seats to weekly use, starting with where staff lose the most time: fundraising, grant writing, reporting and program operations at nonprofits, or research support, teaching and administration in higher ed.
Automate your own work.
Use Claude to handle account research, follow-ups, usage reviews and routine questions, then share what works so the whole team can use it.
Spend your time on strategic conversations.
Work with executive directors, operations leads, and IT and academic leaders at universities to find the use cases that matter to their mission and agree what success looks like.
Spot who is ready for more.
Identify customers moving from individual productivity toward redesigned workflows, build the case, and bring in Applied AI or other specialists when they qualify for deeper support.
Build programs, not one-offs.
When ten customers have the same problem, create a playbook, webinar or cohort that solves it once.
Be the voice of your book.
Bring what you hear to Product, Marketing, Support and Operations, and work across those teams to get customer problems fixed.
Where your time goes as we automate
The role starts mostly account-facing. Over roughly the first six months, we expect Claude to take on much of the routine work, and your time shifts toward growth. Examples of where it goes:
Deeper with priority accounts.
Spend real time with the 10 to 15% of your book that can move from individual productivity to redesigned workflows, and get them there.
Quarterly launches.
Beneficial Deployments brings new offerings to the nonprofit and education community each quarter. Help drive them: coordinate across Marketing, Comms and partner teams, and make sure your customers benefit.
Events.
Help shape and run the events, local and eventually international, that become a core part of how we reach new organizations.
New signups and scaled partnerships.
Contribute to the motions that bring new organizations onto Claude, including partner channels and programs for segments we don't yet serve well.
The exact mix will change, and you will help decide it. Part of the job is working out which tasks should be automated and which still deserve a person's time.
You may be a good fit if you have
3+ years of account management or customer success experience with nonprofit or higher education customers, with a proven track record of growing retention and driving adoption of new technology
Have owned customer relationships in an account management or customer success role, and can point to accounts you grew, retained or turned around
Use AI in your own work today, and can show a workflow you built that gave you real time back
Bring structure to unfamiliar problems, and can move from a messy situation to a clear plan quickly
Have run multi-step programs or projects with several stakeholders and kept them on track
Have got things done through people you did not manage, across teams in a larger organization
Stay effective when your job changes, and would see automating part of your role as a win
Can explain AI plainly to people who are skeptical, busy or new to it
Care about the mission of nonprofits and educational institutions, and about AI being developed and deployed safely
Strong candidates may also
Have built something from zero, such as a company, a product, a sales motion or a new program, or been an early employee at a startup
Have a consulting background, with experience across many sectors and problem types
Have worked at an AI-native company or sold AI products, or moved from business development into owning accounts
Have worked in or with nonprofits, foundations, Universities or other mission-driven organizations
Understand how nonprofits and universities buy, including boards, funders, procurement cycles and tight budgets
Have used usage data to prioritize a large book of accounts

Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

The Role
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com holds licences in many countries, and the way we work with our supervisors matters more every year. We are creating a new Regulatory Affairs function to lead that work, and we are looking for the person to build it.
As Head of Regulatory Affairs, you will manage our supervisory relationships day to day and run the formal work that comes with them: information requests, thematic reviews, inspections and examinations. You will also shape how the new function works and where it grows, working closely with the Director of External Affairs. You http://Affairs.You will bring together the right people across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product and Tech, and make sure everything we send is accurate, consistent and on time.
You will start hands-on, building the foundations yourself, leveraging advanced AI tools, then build a team of regulatory affairs specialists across our major markets over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
BUILD THE FUNCTION
- Shape our approach to supervisory engagement across our regulated entities.
- Design how Regulatory Affairs works day to day, including how it works with Compliance, Legal, Risk and the business.
- Help plan where the team grows, including which countries need local specialists and in what order.
- Build a clear view of supervisory risk across the group and use it to set priorities.
- Advise executives on what our supervisors expect and how upcoming supervisory activity will affect the business.
MANAGE OUR SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS
- Run the regular cycle of supervisory meetings: preparation, briefing senior colleagues, attending and following up.
- Keep a clear record of what we have told each regulator and what we have committed to.
- Own the protocol for how we engage with supervisors, so colleagues know who speaks to whom and when.
- Spot emerging issues early and raise them with senior leadership.
RUN REGULATORY REQUESTS
- Own regulator information requests and thematic reviews from receipt to submission: scope, owners, deadlines, evidence, version control and quality checks.
- Act as a single front door for the business, so teams get one clear request instead of several.
- Challenge draft responses for gaps and inconsistencies before they go out.
LEAD INSPECTIONS AND EXAMINATIONS
- Run inspections, examinations and skilled-person reviews as programmes, from the opening notice to the closing meeting.
- Set the plan and the narrative, coordinate evidence, and prepare and rehearse subject-matter experts and senior leaders.
- Run a lessons-learned review after each engagement and improve the process for next time.
BUILD THE TEAM AND THE INFRASTRUCTURE
- Hire, develop and lead a team of regulatory affairs specialists across our major markets.
- Build the playbooks, templates, trackers and governance the function will run on.
- Build a library of past submissions so we can reuse good work.
- Set up regular reporting to senior leadership and entity boards on open requests, inspections and commitments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A builder. You have set up a function, team or process from scratch, and you enjoy turning an open brief into something that works.
- Significant experience as a regulatory affairs manager / lead at a regulated payments, e-money or fintech firm.
- Hands-on experience running regulatory information requests and inspections end to end, ideally across more than one country.
- Time in a supervisory team at a major financial regulator, such as the FCA, ACPR, MAS or CBUAE, is a strong advantage.
- Strategic judgement. You can set a clear direction, explain it to executives and turn it into a plan.
- Excellent project management. You can run several deadlines with many contributors at once and keep every one of them on track.
- A track record of keeping calm under pressure.
- Sound judgement on when to bring in Legal or Compliance.
- Credibility with regulators and the trust of senior executives.
- Impeccable written communication.
- People management experience, or clear readiness to build and lead a team

Patreon is a media and community platform where over 300,000 creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a FP&A Senior Manager to support our mission.
This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Finance team at Patreon ensures the business runs efficiently, compliantly, and with integrity as we continue to scale globally. The FP&A Senior Manager will be part of the Strategic Finance team within Finance. You’ll work closely with the business partner finance leads, Tax, Treasury, Fin Ops, and Execs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Patreon exists so creators can make a living doing what they love, on their own terms. In Finance, you’ll help decide how we invest to make that possible for more of them.
Finance’s mission is to Accelerate, Advise, and Protect the business. Our FP&A team is organized around capital allocation, and we hold every major investment to three questions:
- Before: Is this the best use of capital?
- During: Is it performing as expected?
- After: Was this a good use of money?
You’ll own the numbers leadership and the board use to run Patreon: the plan, the forecast, and the story behind the company’s performance. You’ll also own company-wide headcount, our largest investment, and make sure every role we add is the right use of capital. You’ll join an FP&A team that partners with every part of Patreon, from GTM to G&A to Engineering, Product & Design (EPD). We cross-train, so you’ll get to know the whole business, not just your part of it, and step in for teammates when needed.
We’re also past the “try AI” phase. Finance runs FinHacks, team-wide build days where we automate real workflows. Our first was about learning; our second is about shipping, from flux and financial model automation to executive headcount reporting and month-end close. You’ll bring that same approach to every part of your role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Corporate Reporting
- Own the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle, from P&L variance and KPIs to the commentary and materials for leadership reviews, board meetings, and investor updates
- Lead the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan, working with the GTM, G&A, and EPD finance partners to bring together one company view. Build scenario models that show leadership the trade-offs behind major decisions, and flag risks early
- Maintain the core financial model and source-of-truth metrics, partnering with Accounting (NetSuite) and Data
- Streamline the planning and reporting processes, and automate the manual parts
Company Headcount
- Planning: Own the company-wide headcount plan and forecast, including hires, backfills, attrition, and cost. Keep the plan, Workday, and actuals aligned with People and Recruiting, and give leadership a clear view of where we’re hiring and how it compares to plan
- Decisions: Treat every role as an investment. Help leaders make trade-offs within their budget, such as one senior hire instead of two junior ones, or the right mix of in-house talent, external specialists, and AI. Then look back on whether the investment delivered
- Assumptions: Set, test, and refine the assumptions behind headcount cost, such as benefits and payroll taxes, attrition, merit and promotion increases, and hiring timing, so the forecast stays accurate
Cross-Functional Support
- Lean in on G&A and other business partnership work when the team needs it, from budget support to investment and spend reviews
What success looks like in year one
- You’ve run a full planning cycle and built the forecast story that leadership and the board rely on
- Monthly and board reporting is on time, trusted, and noticeably less manual
- Leadership has one trusted view of headcount, and the cost assumptions behind it have been tested against actuals
- New role requests go through a clear investment lens, and at least one hiring decision has been changed based on your analysis
- You’ve shipped at least one automation the broader Finance team uses

The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
As a RAM, you’ll own a book of accounts across European markets. This isn’t a passive renewal role. We want someone who treats their portfolio like a sales territory: proactively growing wallet share, spotting upsell and cross-sell moments, and building the kind of client relationships that make churn a non-starter. This role looks after customers for their first 90 days after activation (first subscription paid). Your main objective is to drive quick, thorough product adoption, with a focus on revenue and turning new customers into High Value Clients (HVCs).
Day to day, you’ll explore clients’ businesses and needs in depth, then position our products to address the opportunities you uncover.
You’ll be measured on what matters: expansion revenue, ARPA growth and voluntary churn. If you’re the type who reads their book every Monday morning and spots the opportunity before the client asks, this is your seat.
What you'll be doing
Own a portfolio of high-value SME clients across European markets and drive sustainable revenue growth from it.
Prioritise well: not all clients deliver the same value, so qualify quickly and accurately, then prioritise accordingly.
Proactively engage your book through outreach and check-ins, rather than just reacting to inbound requests.
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Finom’s product suite (plans, card spend, invoicing, credit).
Build genuine relationships with decision-makers and be the person they call when something needs sorting.
Use account data, usage signals and portfolio trends to inform your outreach priorities and commercial conversations. Gut feel is a start, but data is what makes it repeatable.
Monitor account health signals and step in early on at-risk accounts before churn becomes likely.
Maintain a clean pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce – no black holes.
Use Modjo, our AI call intelligence tool, to sharpen your performance and share learnings with the team.
Work closely with onboarding, product and support to make sure clients get what was promised.
What we're looking for
Languages: fluent English, plus Italian at Native Level
At least 2 years of account management experience in fintech or B2B SaaS.
At least 1 year of outbound or business development experience: you know how to open a conversation and create urgency without being pushy.
Hungry: you want to win, and you push for results without being chased.
Commercially sharp: you think in terms of revenue per account, expansion potential and portfolio mix, not just satisfaction scores.
Data-driven: you use data to make decisions, whether that’s spotting a usage drop before it becomes a churn risk or finding the right moment for a plan-upgrade conversation.
Comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up where the playbook is still being written in places.
Confident communicator: you can run a QBR, push back when needed and escalate the right things.
Proficient in Salesforce, Google Workspace and Slack. Experience with Modjo or a similar call tool is a bonus.
