We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants from USA time zones only at this time.
Staff AI Engineer
The Opportunity:
At Grafana, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. The Grafana AI teams play a key role in this mission by helping users make sense of complex observability data through AI-driven features. These capabilities reduce toil, lower the barrier of domain expertise, and surface meaningful signals from noisy environments.
What makes our team different is
how
we work: we operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for an AI Software Engineer with a strong software engineering background, a quick iteration mindset, and a passion for experimentation – balanced by a focus on shipping and scaling impactful features that deliver value to users. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and ship AI-powered features that contribute to improving infrastructure and observability quality through automation, while also expanding the capabilities of AI agents across the observability stack to assist users with incident response. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and deliver AI solutions: Take ownership of developing high-performance AI features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
Rapid experimentation and iteration: Implement a highly iterative process where you quickly prototype, test, and validate with real users, including shipping and evolving LLM- or agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis tasks.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with data analysts, product managers, and designers to shape AI-driven product features, including integration of agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
Utilize AI tools effectively: Use AI and automation tools to enhance both product functionality and your own development workflows.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the AI solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production software systems (backend and / or full stack). You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with peers, product managers, and designers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Requirements:
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Bonus Points For:
Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows.
Experience with infrastructure / devops related tooling: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform or similar for deployments.
Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques.
Experience building observability tooling.
Compensation & Rewards:

- USD 220,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed

As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.

We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Marketing team shapes how the world sees and experiences Attio. We think strategically, move fast, and obsess over quality — from acquisition to brand to product marketing. We experiment constantly, craft clear narratives, and focus relentlessly on what drives growth.
We're hiring a Senior/Lead Product Marketing Manager to join a small team with outsized impact.
Attio is defining the future of go-to-market. PMM delivers the message to the world. You'll shape how Attio shows up to our core audiences, from early-stage founders to the operators running today's category leaders. The work spans customer storytelling, product launches, and sales enablement, three levers that take a great product and turn it into a market-defining one.
You'll work directly with our founders, EPD, Sales, and Marketing. If you're looking for a builder role that owns meaningful outcomes for customers, we'd love to meet you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead product launches end-to-end. Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for new products and features. Ship launches that land with customers and move the business.
- Develop product-focused content. Build the pages and posts on attio.com http://attio.com that bring our product story to life, and partner with Support to give customers the education they need to get the most out of Attio.
- Bring customer stories to life. Create a steady library across the audiences that matter most, in whatever format the story deserves: case studies, video, web, social, or something we haven't tried yet.
- Arm Revenue to win deals. Build the training, collateral, and enablement that helps Sales close new business and Success grow existing accounts.
- Partner with EPD. Translate what we build into clear customer outcomes, and bring market signal back into how we build it.
- Champion the customer. Be the in-house expert on who we sell to, why they buy, and what they need next.
- Sharpen our competitive edge. Know the market cold: where Attio wins against legacy CRMs, where the new wave of challengers is going, and where the openings sit for our product and positioning.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing.
- You're a great writer. Whether it's positioning, web copy, a script, or a case study, you make every word count.
- You have great taste. Even if you're not a designer by trade, you know what great looks like and can articulate a vision to produce beautiful work.
- A bias for speed. You own projects from start to finish and move fast with teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Builder mindset. You'll join a small but mighty team at Attio. You'll define playbooks, not inherit them.
- Fluent in AI. We expect you to know how to use AI to work smarter and ship better.
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Produced beautiful work across a variety of formats, especially video and web
- Prior experience at a design-led company

WHAT WE OFFER
- A competitive range of $145,000-$240,000 (leveling to be determined during interview process)
- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
- 25 days holiday plus local public holidays
- Apple hardware
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sequoia One
- 401K
- Enhanced family leave
- Team off-site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta, and Split so far)

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
About the Team
The Growth & Monetization team focuses on how developers discover, adopt, and scale with LangChain’s products. We work across the full stack to improve onboarding, activation, and usage while building the systems that power billing, pricing, and monetization. This team partners closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to understand developer behavior and translate those insights into product improvements that drive adoption and revenue. Our work directly shapes how developers and organizations move from experimentation to production on the LangChain platform.
About the role
LangChain is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build the foundational product features and integrations that power user acquisition, rapid experimentation, and self-serve expansion. This is a high-impact 0→1 role on a newly formed team responsible for building growth systems from the ground up. You’ll work closely with product, design, GTM, and analytics to streamline activation, optimize packaging, and deliver a seamless growth story for developers and enterprise customers alike. This role will be in person 5 days/week in New York City.
What you'll do
- Lead projects across our stack (React, TypeScript) while working with backend APIs (Python, Go)
- Build polished, responsive user interfaces for onboarding, self-serve upgrades, and usage dashboards that delight users
- Design and execute rapid, client-side UI experiments (A/B tests, feature flags) targeting key activation and conversion metrics
- Partner with Product and Design to translate complex user journeys into simple, intuitive web experiences
- Implement clean client-side event tracking and behavioral analytics to understand developer journeys
- Build growth levers, including smart upgrade triggers, usage notifications and personalized, contextual experiences
What you'll bring
- Strong mastery of modern frontend development (React, TypeScript, CSS/Tailwind)
- Solid fullstack fundamentals (working with REST/GraphQL APIs, Python/Go backends, database querying and caching)
- Exceptional UX intuition and a sharp eye for visual polish, micro-interactions, and developer-focused user journeys
- Experience building or optimizing frontend growth engines (e.g., onboarding wizards, conversion funnels, checkout flows, A/B testing frameworks, usage metering, subscriptions)
- Startup DNA with a desire to ship fast, iterate based on user data, self-directed and take end-to-end ownership
- Bonus: Experience building tools for developers, PLG SaaS platforms, or design systems
- Bonus: Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI applications, or agentic frameworks
Compensation
- Salary Range: $165,000-$250,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

- Champion a culture of technical excellence and thoughtful simplicity, ensuring product foundations scale with our customers
- Anticipate long-term architectural needs, guiding the roadmap for the next generation of Attio’s platform
