Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Editions, our network of delivery-only kitchens, is a key differentiator in France commercial ambition.
The Account Management Lead – Editions France role is created as part of a wider reorganisation of the Editions business as part of our regional strategy. The role reports to Paris regional leadership and is designed to combine strategic partner leadership, P&L ownership and organisation building across the Editions network.
The Role
As
Account Management Lead – Editions France
, you will lead the Editions commercial team for France constituted of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Sales Managers. You will be the guardian of the Editions strategy for France, accountable for its coordination and its execution on the ground, growing the performance and profitability of our sites while driving occupancy and the differentiation Editions brings to the French market.
You will own a portion of the Editions P&L. That means holding the commercial scorecard for new kitchens, making financial decisions with a clear view of both partner and Deliveroo profitability, and steering your team's portfolio towards sustainable growth rather than volume alone.
You will be accountable for the development plan for your team, their success and learning curve at Deliveroo; setting the right KPIs and OKRs to monitor the business. Your role will be commercially focused, however Editions is as much a project management discipline as a commercial one: you will work hand in hand with Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction, Kitchen Layout, Site Operations, Marketing and the International Editions team to bring kitchens live and keep them performing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Editions Strategy & Growth
Act as the guardian of the Editions strategy for France, ensuring its coordination across teams and its disciplined execution site by site
Lead your team's portfolio strategy, growing the performance and profitability of each Editions site in line with agreed targets
Develop the business so that it fits within, and contributes to, the wider regional strategy, bringing the specificity of the French network to regional and international forums
Build and deliver joint business plans with restaurant partners, identifying growth and profitability opportunities, defining mutual goals and finding compelling ways to solve them (menu optimisation, virtual brands, pricing, packaging, catchment expansion)
Coordinate with the Media team to identify and negotiate revenue opportunities to generate additional value from Editions sites
Occupancy & Commercial Performance
Own the occupancy trajectory of the French network, partnering closely with Local teams to positively drive occupancy and secure signed contracts within agreed timelines
Own and enforce the Editions commercial scorecard for new kitchens, profitability checks against P&L guidelines, launch package, site specificities, ensuring the process is applied consistently across the team
Steer the lead generation and pipeline process, mapping high-potential restaurants and cuisine gaps by site, and mobilising other commercial stakeholders to qualify interest
Lead commercial negotiations with business owners and C-suite operators, supporting proposals with a robust P&L rationale
P&L Ownership & Governance
Own a portion of the Editions P&L, accountable for revenue, profitability and the financial health of your perimeter
Set, own and deliver performance targets across occupancy, partner health, site profitability and Deliveroo output metrics
Run a clear operating rhythm on reporting, velocity, sign-to-live, occupancy and sales reviews, and use it to make decisions, not just to describe results
Kitchen Launches & Cross-functional Execution
Work with Site Managers, Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction and Kitchen Layout teams to secure the successful build and launch of new kitchens
Coordinate with Global team on kitchen implementation, and with Marketing and Operations on launch packages, so that every opening lands on time and performs from week one
Manage and oversee project execution end to end, including B2B communication and cross-business-unit workshops
Propose process optimisation and automation: Deliveroo moves fast, and you will improve the processes that let Editions scale
Senior Stakeholder Management
Act as the senior point of contact and face of Deliveroo Editions for top restaurant partners, building trusted, long-term relationships and representing Deliveroo at partner events
Establish a strong operating rhythm with partners, including quarterly business reviews and monthly performance check-ins
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights on Deliveroo, competitors and broader industry trends
Team Leadership: Support and coach your Account Managers and Sales Managers to build and execute strong commercial and operational plans, and to raise the standard of account management across the Editions network
What You’ll Need to Thrive
7+ years working in commercially focused roles
Experience managing medium-sized commercial or account management teams
Highly analytical, with proven P&L ownership or strong financial decision-making experience
Solid project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time
Mix of both strategy and execution experience
Comfortable handling negotiations with business owners or C-suite operators
Effective collaborator, able to influence internal stakeholders across functions and geographies, including global teams
Relationship-building and communication skills whether face-to-face, through phone or email
Adaptable and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment; proactive and creative problem solver
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for food and operations
You will be in the field often, which will require travel (depending on the needs)
Previous general management experience, or experience running your own business would be desirable
Fluent in French and English is required

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Anthropic's Public Sector Sales Lead for France, you will be the face of Anthropic to the French State. This is a founding, zero-to-one role: there is no public sector team in France today, and you will build our strategy, our routes to market and our first strategic relationships from the ground up. Reporting to our EMEA South leadership, you will lead the adoption of safe, frontier AI across central government, starting with the largest ministries. You will work hand in hand with our Public Policy lead in Paris, because in few companies is policy as central to the mission as it is at Anthropic, and with Partnerships, Legal, Security and Product to put in place the commercial and compliance frameworks the State needs in order to work with us at scale.
This is a senior individual contributor role. We expect you to have run a public sector business and led teams, and to be energised by stepping back into a hands-on seat where you build it yourself and where the size of your team says nothing about the size of your scope. In the first year, success is measured less by a large number and more by putting Anthropic on the map with the French State: a clear strategy, the right foundations and our first strategic agreements.
Responsibilities
Define and own Anthropic's public sector go-to-market strategy for France: where we play first, how we win, and what we need to build to get there
Be the senior face of Anthropic to the French State, building trusted relationships with ministerial cabinets, senior officials and digital and technology leaders across the largest ministries, including defence, finance and justice
Own the full sales cycle on our first strategic public sector opportunities, from first engagement through procurement route, close, deployment and expansion
Work with Partnerships, Legal and Finance to put in place the routes to market the State needs, including resale and partner channels, framework agreements and central purchasing bodies such as UGAP
Partner day to day with our Public Policy lead in France so that commercial and policy engagement reinforce each other, and stay aligned with French and European AI strategy and regulation
Lead the conversation with customers on data sovereignty, security and compliance (for example SecNumCloud and the State's cloud doctrine), and work with Security, Legal and Product on how we meet those requirements
Prove value with customers alongside a shared Applied AI architect, cloud providers and systems integrators, doing much of the groundwork yourself in the early stages
Learn from and contribute to our UK and US public sector teams, bringing what works to France and sharing what you learn
Create the playbooks, references and operating rhythm that will let us scale a public sector team in France over time
You may be a good fit if you have
15+ years in enterprise technology sales, including significant time running a public sector business unit or leading sales teams that sell to French central government
The appetite to move from a leadership role into a hands-on senior individual contributor role with no team at the outset
Evidence that you thrive building from zero: a new market, a new business line or an early-stage company, where systems, processes and support were not yet in place
A track record of landing large, complex and genuinely transformative agreements with major ministries, as the person leading the deal
A deep, senior network across central government, and the credibility to engage at director and cabinet level as well as with technical teams
Practical command of French public procurement, including tenders, framework agreements, central purchasing bodies and partner or resale routes
Real expertise in data sovereignty, security and compliance requirements in the French State, and experience leading those conversations with customers
Experience of, or a clear aptitude for, working closely with public policy or government affairs colleagues
Ownership and resilience: you treat what is missing as something to build, and you bring colleagues with you to build it
The technical curiosity to learn our products in depth and hold credible conversations with both engineering leaders and senior officials
Fluent French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication in both
Willingness to go through French security clearance (habilitation) should specific accounts require it
A genuine commitment to safe and beneficial AI, and the ability to articulate why it matters for public institutions

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Mistral AI is building a new Compute Support team to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our GPU clusters in a Kubernetes environment. As one of the founding members of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping its processes, standards, and culture.
In this hybrid L1/L2 support role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for compute-related inquiries. You’ll also serve as the escalation point for complex issues, leveraging your deep systems knowledge, Kubernetes expertise, and operational debugging skills to ensure our AI workloads run smoothly at scale.
This is a support-focused role that blends system administration, customer-facing communication, and compute infrastructure expertise. While coding is not the primary focus, familiarity with Go for debugging and automation is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FIRST CUSTOMER’S POINT OF CONTACT
- Act as the first interlocutor for customers and internal teams, providing timely and effective responses to compute-related inquiries.
- Triage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring SLAs are met for acknowledgment, first response, and resolution.
- Gather and analyze initial issue details (e.g., logs, error messages, system metrics) to diagnose problems efficiently.
- Provide clear, actionable guidance to customers and internal users, including temporary workarounds where applicable.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Serve as the L2 escalation point for Linux, Kubernetes, and compute infrastructure issues, providing deep technical troubleshooting for:

- Bare metal and cloud environments (e.g., AWS EC2, GCP VMs, HPC clusters).
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, hardware failures, and resource contention in distributed systems.
- Analyze system metrics, logs, and traces (e.g., dmesg, journalctl, nvidia-smi, Prometheus, Grafana) to identify root causes of issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical compute systems
- Nice to have: Optimize system configurations (e.g., kernel parameters, filesystem tuning, network settings) for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI workloads.
KUBERNETES & CONTAINERIZATION
- Debug Kubernetes clusters with a focus on:
- Pod and node issues (e.g., CrashLoopBackOff, OOMKilled, ImagePullBackOff).
- Networking and storage (e.g., CNI plugins, PersistentVolumes, StorageClasses).
- Resource management (e.g., Requests/Limits, QOS classes, node affinity).
- Troubleshoot container runtime issues (Docker, containerd) such as image pull failures, OCI compliance, or runtime errors.
- Collaborate with SRE teams to understand and improve existing IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and Go-based tooling.
DOCUMENTATION & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Create and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and internal documentation for common compute issues (e.g., GPU debugging, Kubernetes troubleshooting).
- Contribute to post-mortems with actionable follow-ups to prevent recurring incidents.
- Train internal teams on best practices for compute infrastructure and debugging.
- Help define and refine support processes as a founding member of the new Compute Support team.
What We’re Looking For
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in system administration, technical support, or infrastructure operations, with a strong focus on compute-heavy environments (bare metal, cloud, HPC, or virtualization).
- Deep Linux/Unix expertise:
- Debugging kernel-level issues (e.g., OOM killer, I/O bottlenecks, CPU throttling).
- Performance tuning (e.g., sysctl, ulimit, filesystem optimizations).
- Networking troubleshooting (e.g., iptables, tcpdump, DNS, NFS, SSH).
- Storage management (e.g., LVM, RAID, NVMe, GPU-local storage).
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience is mandatory:
- Debugging pods, nodes, and clusters (e.g., kubectl describe, kubectl logs, crictl).
- Networking and storage (e.g., CNI plugins, PersistentVolumes).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, containerd) and basic IaC awareness Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
- Basic scripting/automation skills (preferably Go, but Bash or Python are acceptable for ad-hoc tasks).
- Experience with bare metal, virtualization, or HPC environments (e.g., Fluidstack, Coreweave, Vast) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and patiently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for resolving issues efficiently and improving system reliability.
- Ability to work in on-call rotations and handle high-pressure situations with a structured, calm approach.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
ROLE
Morpho's Protocol team is evolving the core lending infrastructure that powers products and markets across the ecosystem. As the number of opportunities, integrations, and protocol initiatives grows, the team needs clear product direction on what to build, why it matters, and how to sequence the work.
This role will work with Morpho’s protocol team to shape product strategy and guide execution. You will turn the needs of users and ecosystem partners into a focused roadmap, work closely with protocol and engineering teams to shape solutions, and drive improvements from discovery through launch and adoption. You will operate at the intersection of deeply technical systems, financial markets, and a fast-moving ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the roadmap for Morpho's protocol team, defining the highest-impact problems to solve and sequencing opportunities against company goals, user needs, technical constraints, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Build and run a continuous discovery process with curators, distributors, integrators, developers, and other protocol users to understand their workflows, pain points, and emerging needs.
- Translate user and market insights into clear product requirements, decision frameworks, and success criteria that help protocol and engineering teams move quickly with strong rationale.
- Partner closely with protocol, engineering, research, security, legal, solutions, partnerships, and marketing to take initiatives from early exploration through design, implementation, audit, launch, and adoption.
- Evaluate product and technical tradeoffs, including when to extend the protocol, improve surrounding infrastructure, enable partners, or deliberately avoid adding complexity.
- Define and track the signals that show whether protocol initiatives are working, combining quantitative data with ecosystem feedback to guide iteration and future investment.
- Communicate product direction, decisions, tradeoffs, and release implications clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Improve how product decisions are made and documented as Morpho and its protocol ecosystem scale.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's protocol, development and release process, current roadmap, and the rationale behind the major initiatives in flight. You have built relationships across protocol, engineering, research, security, and go-to-market teams, and have started speaking with key curators, distributors, integrators, and developers.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You have established a clear, prioritized view of the most important protocol problems and opportunities. The roadmap reflects explicit tradeoffs, user evidence, technical constraints, and measurable outcomes. You have driven at least one meaningful initiative from discovery into execution and proactively keep stakeholders aligned on decisions and changes.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
You have shipped a meaningful protocol improvement and can show how it advanced user or business outcomes. Product, protocol, and engineering teams have stronger shared context on what to build and why. You consistently identify important user needs, ecosystem shifts, and roadmap conflicts early, and have improved Morpho's product discovery and decision-making process.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5+ years building technical products in complex or fast-changing environments.
- Proven track record taking products or major features from ambiguous problem spaces through launch and iteration.
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to reason about system design and constraints, engage deeply with engineers and researchers, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent product judgment: you can distinguish important user problems from requests, make principled tradeoffs, and focus teams on the work with the greatest impact.
- Strong user discovery and synthesis skills, with the ability to uncover needs across different user types and turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear direction.
- Experience leading cross-functional work without relying on formal authority.
- Ability to define success, use quantitative and qualitative evidence, and adapt direction as new information emerges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in an async environment.
- Comfort creating clarity and driving decisions in highly ambiguous contexts.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: you act without waiting to be told.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in crypto, DeFi, traditional finance, or fintech.
- Familiarity with lending markets, smart contracts, or permissionless protocols.
- Experience shipping products with significant security, audit, regulatory, or governance considerations.
- Experience working with research & development teams
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

ABOUT MISTRAL
ABOUT THE ROLE
Mistral partners with the leaders of their industries to redefine how their most complex, high-stakes challenges are solved with frontier AI.
As a Solutions Operations Manager for our strategic accounts, you act as the Technical Program Manager to the account leadership: you sit at the heart of the transformation, working with the client's leadership and with Mistral's best deployment strategists, forward-deployed engineers and applied scientists. You own technical program management end-to-end, planning, governance, execution, while also running the day-to-day operations of the accounts.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a solid technical background who has led complex programs and is equally comfortable on running operations. You embed in an account, own the outcome, and bring AI into the day-to-day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the operational backbone of the account, you act as the right hand to the Program Lead, ensuring Mistral sets the standard for execution, speed, and collaboration with the client. Your role blends technical program management, hands-on delivery governance, and day-to-day operations.
GOVERNANCE & STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT
- Ensure the Program Lead’s vision is clearly articulated and adopted by both Mistral’s account team and the client
- Drive alignment between client stakeholders and Mistral teams to ensure shared priorities and high-quality delivery standards
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making for leadership through weekly cadences, steering committee prep, and risk dashboards.
STRATEGIC SCOPING & VALUE DEFINITION
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, operating model, and strategic priorities
- Partner with the Program Lead and Account team to scope transformative programs, identify and define use cases, and build a clear business case and value framework
- Translate strategic ambition into measurable outcomes and track the long-term business impact of each program
DELIVERY & EXECUTION
- Own delivery frameworks: timelines, milestones, reporting, proactively securing commitments and flagging risks or delays early.
- Optimize delivery processes by identifying friction points and standardizing workflows to enhance quality and predictability.
- Run the account's logistics for Mistral team going on site (access, security, meetings)
OPERATIONAL INNOVATION & AUTOMATION
- Build and enhance Mistral’s platform and internal tools to empower program delivery with scalable, tailored solutions
- Automate workflows to eliminate manual friction in planning, reporting, and follow-ups, accelerating execution and reducing operational overhead
WHO YOU ARE
- Technical foundation. You have an engineering or equivalent technical background and 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (or similar) delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs at a tech company, scale-up, or enterprise.
- AI-fluent. You genuinely use AI tools to automate your own work: drafting, analysis, reporting, PMO tasks. You're comfortable building and iterating on automations.
- High agency. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap, you close it, and you raise the standard as you go.
- Customer-centric. You can hold a room with senior enterprise stakeholders and translate between business strategy and technical delivery.
- Meticulous and reliable. Ownership to the last detail; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- Adaptable. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment; bias to action over process for its own sake.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech delivery environments.
- Exposure to change management / adoption at scale within large organizations.
- Hands-on experience automating workflows with LLMs or building internal tooling.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
- Location: Paris, with travel expected ~30% of your time to customer sites (Europe)
- Team: Solutions Org, reporting into the Solutions leadership.
- Scope: One or several strategic accounts.
WHAT WE OFFER
