Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the role
OKX runs a large peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto marketplace: an escrow-protected orderbook where users buy and sell crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers, with support for a wide range of local payment methods. The professional liquidity providers who post offers are what keep the marketplace deep and reliable.
You will lead a team that owns the relationship with these key liquidity providers in variousmarkets: supporting partners' operational needs, maintaining marketplace depth and reliability, and improving partner experience. This is a builder's seat: high ownership, frontline, and fast-moving.
What you'll do
Own the P2P liquidity provider programme: monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention
Lead and grow a team of account managers, setting direction and raising the operating bar.
Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention\
Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions.
Contribute to user quality and marketplace health, partnering with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction. (Growth is the priority; risk exposure is a plus, not a requirement.)
What we're looking for
7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, including team leadership, with a track record of managing partner programmes at scale. Multi-market experience is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality.
Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, steers decisions from data.
High-energy and genuinely hungry: gets on the frontline, has built something 0 to 1, and pushes into harder markets rather than safer ones.
Backgrounds in payments, remittance or fintech are especially relevant. Crypto or digital-currency experience is a plus, not a requirement. Strong operators from large internet and marketplace companies are also welcome.
Working proficiency in English. At least one of the two roles also requires working proficiency in Mandarin (liquidity-provider and stakeholder coverage across Greater China markets).
Nice to have
Experience with fiat on-ramp / off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance.
Exposure to emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, MENA).
Experience with user-segmentation, high-risk-user filtering, or trust and safety / fraud operations.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

About The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on product manager to drive growth across our platform's trading and asset business — spot, perpetuals, TradFi, and beyond. You'll ship the product features behind our growth programs, run the campaigns (including token-listing campaigns) that power them, and grow the trading volume and assets they generate — owning the full lifecycle from requirements and delivery through launch, execution, data, and iteration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive product feature delivery.
Own the end-to-end delivery of related product features — requirement grooming, UI/UX reviews, tracking dev and QA progress, and launch acceptance — to ship on time and at high quality.
Run campaigns end-to-end.
Set up, configure, and manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns — including token-listing campaigns, new-token Staking, and related Campaigns — ensuring each integrates smoothly with the underlying product features.
Grow trading volume and assets through campaigns.
Use campaigns and incentives to grow trading volume across the platform's asset categories (spot, perpetuals, TradFi); design and rapidly iterate growth mechanics with clear hypotheses, validate them against real data, and tailor the lever to each category's users and mechanics.
Own channel

and analysis.
Build and maintain channel attribution — breaking trading volume down by channel, campaign, and incentive — and use data analysis to run volume breakdowns, channel ROI, and user segmentation to find the highest-leverage opportunities and guide resource allocation.
Monitor and optimize.
Track real-time data during launches and campaigns — user engagement and conversion funnels — respond quickly to anomalies and risk-control alerts, and produce regular retrospective reports.
What We Look For In You
3+ years in product management, growth, or campaign operations — ideally with trading or fintech products.
Strong data analysis skills; able to reach conclusions independently from data and turn them into decisions.
Solid understanding of trading products (spot, derivatives, TradFi) and their users.
Comfortable driving execution across functions and keeping many moving parts on track.
Fast and decisive under ambiguity; a clear communicator who can turn complex data into recommendations leadership can act on.
Nice-To-Haves
Crypto-native or fintech background.
Genuine interest in trading, with hands-on trading experience.
Global market growth experience.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to boost output.

About the Opportunity
As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.

About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of AI Enablement — a hands-on builder who turns AI strategy into shipped reality across business units. This is not a strategy-only or purely advisory role. We need someone who rolls up their sleeves: mapping how teams actually work today, spotting where AI can remove friction or unlock value, and then building — or driving the build of — the solution alongside the team that will use it.
The ideal candidate sits between execution and delivery: technical enough to prototype a working solution themselves, and operationally sharp enough to partner with engineering when a problem needs real infrastructure. Not a theorist, not a pure PM — someone who ships.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. AI Transformation Execution
Own execution of AI adoption projects end-to-end, business unit by business unit:
Embed with business teams (e.g. Compliance, Legal, CS) to understand existing workflows in detail and identify concrete gaps and pain points.
Translate identified gaps into practical AI-driven solution ideas — not abstract recommendations, but scoped proposals with a clear path to delivery.
Work directly alongside business teams to implement solutions (AI products, copilots, automated workflows, internal tools) and drive adoption post-launch.
Track and report on impact — efficiency gains, time saved, quality improvements — to justify continued investment and prioritize the next use case.
Build reusable playbooks and templates from each transformation project so lessons scale across other business units.
2. System Building & Technical Execution
Operate as the technical bridge between business needs and delivery, choosing the right execution path for each problem:
For larger, cross-functional initiatives: act as an AI PM — deeply understand business requirements, map them against existing company tech infrastructure, and partner with the relevant engineering/R&D teams to scope, prioritize, and drive delivery.
For smaller, high-velocity needs: personally build quick-win solutions (vibe-coding internal tools, lightweight automations, prompt-based workflows) and hand them directly to business teams for immediate use.
Maintain working knowledge of the company's AI tooling and infrastructure (internal copilots, MCP servers, knowledge base systems, agent frameworks) to know what can be reused vs. what needs to be built new.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques for applicability to internal use cases, and pilot them quickly and cheaply before recommending broader investment.
3. Organizational AI Enablement & Adoption
Support the broader AI enablement agenda at the ground level:
Help run AI literacy and enablement activities for non-technical business units, translating capability into concrete, adoptable use cases.
Contribute to and maintain internal AI playbooks, prompt libraries, and tooling documentation.
Act as a first point of contact for business units with an AI use-case idea — helping them scope it, prioritize it, and find the fastest path to a working solution.
Share learnings and reusable components back into the broader AI enablement function to avoid duplicated effort across teams.
What We Look For In You
4+ years of experience in a role combining project execution, product management, or technical delivery, with meaningful hands-on exposure to AI/LLM-based tools or products.
Demonstrated ability to independently build and ship practical AI-powered solutions (e.g. internal copilots, automation scripts, prompt-driven tools) — comfortable "vibe coding" a working prototype without waiting on a full engineering team.
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to sit with a non-technical business team, extract real requirements, and translate them into a scoped, deliverable solution.
Working understanding of the modern AI stack: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic/automation frameworks — enough to have informed conversations with engineering, not necessarily to architect systems from scratch.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and switching between "hands-on builder" and "AI PM working with R&D" depending on the size and complexity of the initiative.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience).
Nice-To-Haves
Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, or another regulated industry.
Prior experience working cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, GBS, or similar non-P&E functions.
Familiarity with internal enterprise tooling ecosystems (Lark/Feishu, MCP-based integrations, internal data platforms).
Experience running or contributing to an internal AI Center of Excellence, enablement program, or similar cross-team initiative.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

About the Opportunity
OKX’s Internal Audit function has an early-stage, working AI-native capability: live dashboards, agentic workflows, and AI-powered apps that let a very small team punch far above its weight. Your job is not to rebuild it at today’s maturity. Your job is to take it to a
regulator-grade production standard and well beyond
, and to drive AI Enablement across the department. You own the products people touch: the real-time dashboards that drive
Chief Audit Executive and board reporting
, the computer-assisted audit technique (CAAT) and continuous-monitoring surfaces auditors work from, and the agentic, AI-powered apps that make the team faster, and you get auditors to adopt them. You build on the platform’s runtime and harness rather than reinventing them. We hire on
demonstrated building
, not on claims or credentials. We expect you to be more capable than the hiring manager in your domain: you will co-own and challenge the tooling strategy, not just implement it. This is a two-person engineering team: you deploy, debug, and hotfix your counterpart’s stack when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Environment
Cloud on
AWS or GCP
.
Claude
as the starting point in a deliberately multi-model architecture: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, using the right model for each job, including plugins you build.
Google Workspace
for reporting and evidence.
JIRA
for the audit team’s workflow. Lark for team communications and alert bots. Today’s executive product ships largely as API-rendered Google Docs/Slides and branded PDF; you evolve that toward real applications without dropping the document standard. React / Next.js front-end, with testing and observability throughout. Treat this stack as the starting point, not a constraint: you build production-grade products end to end on what exists today, and you are expected to propose, prove, and adopt better tools as demand and capabilities evolve.
In your first year
A live, real-time Chief Audit Executive and board dashboard is in use for actual reporting.
CAAT and continuous-monitoring surfaces are used by auditors in multiple real audits, with full-population testing live in at least two audit domains.
Agentic, human-in-the-loop applications are part of the team's standard workflow: several in production, adoption measured and growing, and at least two demonstrably cutting cycle times, one in audit reporting and one in a board-cycle deliverable.
The hiring manager is out of the delivery loop for dashboards, reports, and rendering pipelines: each has a runbook and an owner who is not him.
How we assess demonstrated building
We assess demonstrated building in ways that respect your time and your confidentiality obligations to current and former employers: a portfolio deep-dive (walk us through applications you built and kept running, at the level of detail your obligations allow; we want architecture, decisions, and trade-offs, never proprietary code, data, or documents), a short, time-capped build exercise on a synthetic dataset unrelated to OKX's business (a live dashboard with drill-through, used for assessment only, never put to use by OKX, and the work remains yours) that you defend live, walking us through your design decisions and extending it on the spot, a working session on how you drove adoption with non-technical users, and references focused on whether you built and maintained applications in production.
Trust and compliance
This role handles highly sensitive audit data at a global crypto exchange. Expect background checks, confidentiality obligations, and personal-trading and material-non-public-information restrictions consistent with OKX policy.
What We Look For In You
6+ years building
and maintaining
full-stack web applications in production, owning them over time.
Strong engineering fundamentals
: data structures and algorithms, fluent
Python
(or a comparable backend language), and strong
SQL and data modeling
.
True full-stack
: from the data layer and SQL through resilient APIs to the UI, wired into the cloud (AWS or GCP).
Strong
front-end
(React / Next.js and TypeScript, with real design and UX sense) and proven
real-time / streaming data visualization
with drill-through to underlying evidence.
Agentic AI features with responsible-AI practice
: multi-step workflows, human-in-the-loop review, output validation, red-teaming, and honest handling of hallucination and error.
Data protection at the app layer
and audit-trail thinking (access controls, evidence, defensible handling), backed by automated testing and documentation. You build applications that could withstand external audit, by design. You ship inside locked-down enterprise environments (TLS-intercepting proxies, endpoint detection and response tooling, restricted installs, security guardrails) without treating security as someone else’s problem.
Experience integrating third-party systems (
JIRA
,
Google Workspace
, SaaS APIs) and
partnering with non-technical users
to drive adoption.
Nice to Haves
Model tooling across the Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google ecosystems; Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and plugin development; agent-based apps.
Business-intelligence (BI) and analytics tooling and executive or board reporting, including continuous-monitoring dashboards.
Crypto and blockchain literacy; regulated financial-services, fintech, or crypto experience.
Document and presentation rendering pipelines: programmatic Google Docs/Slides/Sheets APIs or OOXML generation to an executive brand standard. Much of audit's product ships as board-grade documents, and this is trainable on the job.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

The salary range for this position is $178,000 - $321,000
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. About The Opportunity
Event Contracts are one of the fastest-growing financial innovation categories globally over the past two years, showing significant potential across crypto, politics, sports, and macro events. We are building our own Event Contract product line from the ground up. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who understands both financial products design, trading systems and market microstructure to take the business line to the next growth phase.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full lifecycle of this business line — from mechanism design and liquidity build-out to user growth and experience optimization — driving the end-to-end planning and execution of the Event Contract product line.
Product Mechanism Design
: Own the overall design of Event Contract products, including but not limited to product specs for Up-Down, Between (range), and Hit; strike price generation logic; settlement mechanism design; and the specs of contracts on crypto, equities, and other underlyings.
Market Depth & Liquidity Framework
: Design and drive the Market Maker incentive and obligation framework (spread, depth, uptime, and other obligation metrics); continuously monitor order book quality (spread / depth / uptime) to keep the product competitive on key liquidity metrics.
Business Growth
: Own user experience, user growth, and business scaling for this category — including defining and executing user growth campaigns, acquisition/retention/activation strategies, and coordinating channel and operations resources; accountable for core business metrics such as trading volume and user count.
Competitive Research, Data-Driven Decisions & Cross-Team Collaboration
: Continuously track the product mechanisms, fee structures, volume composition, and growth strategies of leading domestic and international competitors, translating industry best practices into product iteration plans for our platform; conduct in-depth analysis of internal trading data to produce actionable product and growth recommendations; work closely with Trading Engine, Frontend, Risk/Settlement, Liquidity/Market Making, and Operations teams to drive execution and iteration.
New Business Exploration
: Explore opportunities to combine event contracts with other product formats (e.g., structured products, social/community mechanics, copy trading, broker distribution partnerships) to open up new growth curves for the platform.
What We Look For In You
Experience building complex backend systems from 0 to 1 (e.g. trading systems, ad systems, e-commerce systems, or payment systems). Candidates with internet product growth experience, having led acquisition/retention/activation campaigns and owned business outcomes and metrics, have a strong advantage.
Exceptional learning ability, logical reasoning, and quantitative skills. Strong ability to abstract and translate real-world business scenarios into elegant data structures and business logic.
Deep understanding of financial derivatives principles, and experience owning the 0-to-1 design or large-scale overhaul of futures/options trading systems is preferred. Alternatively, strong learning ability and transferable methodology from building similar complex systems are welcome.
Strong drive and leadership. Excellent data analytical skills.
Strong insight and judgment, and able to identify hot topics and market opportunities amid constant change. Sustained interest in and understanding of event contracts underlying such as crypto, macro events, sports, and politics.
Ability to systematically produce AI tools to improve personal work output and efficiency (AI leverage) — e.g. using AI to support data analysis, documentation, and code/query writing in day-to-day work.
Experience investing or trading in equities, FX, crypto spot/derivatives, or quantitative trading is preferred.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience in options product design or trading, or hands-on trading/research/industry experience with similar event contracts platforms is a plus.
Experience designing Market Maker strategies or liquidity incentive mechanisms is a plus.
