Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Collaborative work management is a $14B category growing at 15% a year, and the competitive set is consolidating fast. Wrike is hiring a Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence & Positioning to own our company wide competitive program end to end, connecting what's happening in the market to how our GTM teams win deals because of it.
You'll build the single source of competitive truth our field relies on daily, sharpen the "Why Wrike Over Them" narrative for the core platform, and turn competitive analysis into deal level plays that move win rates against our primary competitors.
This is not a research only role. You'll be equally comfortable writing an executive brief for our CEO, building a battlecard, and coaching an AE through a live competitive situation the same afternoon.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You won't have direct reports. You'll have a mandate, executive air cover, and the responsibility to influence Sales, Product, Enablement, and Analyst Relations without direct authority.
Your Impact:
The Competitive Program: Build, scale, and maintain a high adoption single source of truth: battlecards, competitor teardowns, and playbooks, with a clear tiering framework that decides which competitors get which depth of coverage. Success is measured by whether the field uses it, not whether it exists.
Core positioning and differentiation: Craft and evolve Wrike's positioning and value messaging framework across target verticals and buyer personas: before and after scenarios, the capabilities buyers must have to get there, our defensible differentiators, and the metrics and proof points that make the claims verifiable. Keep it the single source of truth across Sales, CS, and campaigns, not a parallel doc that competes with what the field already uses.
Deal-Level Wins: Partner with Sales and Revenue Enablement to translate intelligence into tactical plays (trap setting discovery questions, objection handling, displacement plays) and join high stakes competitive evaluations and churn risk calls directly when your expertise can tip the outcome.
The win/loss program. Design and operate win/loss across segments, instrumented via [Salesforce/Clari/Clozd,Klu], with quarterly readouts and recommendations that reach Product and GTM leadership.
Competitive pricing and packaging intelligence. Track and analyze competitor pricing models, packaging shifts, and discounting behavior, and equip Sales to navigate them in negotiation.
Quantified value. Build the business-case layer that makes our differentiation defensible in enterprise deals — ROI models, TCO comparisons, and value realization frameworks Sales can put in front of an economic buyer.
Executive Intel cadence: Establish a recurring intel cadence for GTM and product leadership, analyzing market movements, pricing/packaging shifts, product launches, M&A activity, and analyst coverage.
Analyst and review site influence. Partner with AR on Gartner, Forrester, and IDC submissions, RFIs and RFPs, evaluation criteria, and review site strategy (G2, TrustRadius) so Wrike's differentiators are accurately represented where buyers actually look.
An AI native operating model. Build and optimize AI-powered workflows that scale how intelligence is gathered, synthesized, and distributed — competitor tracking, win/loss sentiment mining from deal notes, teardown analysis, and competitive RFP response.
How You'll Drive Business Value:
You'll own and report on:
Win rate against named primary competitors
Competitive displacement, meaning deals won where an incumbent competitor was in seat
Deal velocity and influenced ACV in competitive opportunities
Field adoption of competitive assets, measured rather than assumed
Your Qualifications:
7+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategic GTM in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success building competitive programs and enablement assets that measurably moved win rates and deal velocity.
Proven ownership of strategic functional initiatives end to end. You set the priorities, you're accountable for the outcomes, and you've done it without a team underneath you.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Executive Leadership without direct authority.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can hold a room of executives and a room of AEs on the same day, and adjust the altitude without losing the point.
Standout Qualities:
Familiarity with enterprise value selling methodologies (Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) and a track record of translating them into messaging, discovery guides, and competitive plays reps will actually use.
Experience in work management, collaboration, knowledge management, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories.
Hands on with CI and revenue tooling: [Klue, Clozd, Clari, Salesforce, Gemi, Claude, etc ].
Direct experience contributing to major industry research: Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or equivalent.
Comfort with pricing intelligence, packaging analysis, and contract negotiation dynamics.
Financial literacy. You can pull an insight out of a company's annual filings.
Our Work Style:
You'll report into Product Marketing Management and partner closely with Product Management, Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Executive Leadership as the resident expert on competitive dynamics: strategic advisor to leadership, trusted tactical partner to the field.
We're a collaborative, fast moving team that values transparency, continuous learning, and swift execution. We run on Wrike, so you'll use the product you're positioning every day, which turns out to be one of the better competitive research methods available.
Benefits & Perks:

Bike-to-Work Scheme
Health Insurance (Employees + Dependents)

Your work will focus on optimizing model deployment and inference strategies to deliver highly responsive, efficient, and scalable performance across real-world applications. You will work on a wide spectrum of systems, ranging from resource-efficient models designed for limited hardware environments to complex, multi-modal architectures that integrate data such as text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in designing and optimizing model serving pipelines and inference frameworks as well as a strong background in advanced model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel serving strategies and inference algorithms. Your responsibilities include engineering robust inference pipelines, establishing comprehensive performance metrics, and identifying and resolving bottlenecks in production environments. The ultimate goal is to enable high-throughput, low-latency, low-memory footprint, and scalable AI performance that delivers tangible value in dynamic, real-world scenarios.
Responsibilities
Design and deploy state-of-the-art model serving architectures that deliver high throughput and low latency while optimizing memory usage. Ensure these pipelines run efficiently across diverse environments, including resource-constrained devices and edge platforms. Establish clear performance targets such as reduced latency, improved token response, and minimized memory footprint.
Build, run, and monitor controlled inference tests in both simulated and live production environments. Track key performance indicators such as response latency, throughput, memory consumption, and error rates, with special attention to metrics specific to resource-constrained devices. Document iterative results and compare outcomes against established benchmarks to validate performance across platforms.
Identify and prepare high-quality test datasets and simulation scenarios tailored to real-world deployment challenges, specifically those encountered on low-resource devices. Set measurable criteria to ensure that these resources effectively evaluate model performance, latency, and memory utilization under various operational conditions.
Analyze computational efficiency and diagnose bottlenecks in the serving pipeline by monitoring both processing and memory metrics. Address issues such as suboptimal batch processing, network delays, and high memory usage to optimize the serving infrastructure for scalability and reliability on resource-constrained systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate optimized serving and inference frameworks into production pipelines designed for edge and on-device applications. Define clear success metrics such as improved real-world performance, low error rates, robust scalability, optimal memory usage and ensure continuous monitoring and iterative refinements for sustained improvements.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Must have knowledge of Metal Shading Language (MSL). You should be comfortable writing custom compute shaders from scratch.
Proven experience in low-level kernel optimizations and inference optimization on mobile devices is essential. Your contributions should have led to measurable improvements in inference latency, throughput, and memory footprint for domain-specific applications, particularly on resource-constrained devices and edge platforms.
A deep understanding of modern model serving architectures and inference optimization techniques is required. This includes state-of-the-art methods for achieving low-latency, high-throughput performance, and efficient memory management in diverse, resource-constrained deployment scenarios.
Must have strong expertise in writing GPU kernels for mobile devices (i.e., smartphones) as well as a deep understanding of model serving frameworks and engines. Practical experience in developing and deploying end-to-end inference pipelines, from optimizing models for efficient serving to integrating these solutions on resource-constrained devices is required.
Demonstrated ability to apply empirical research to overcome challenges in model serving, such as latency optimization, computational bottlenecks, and memory constraints. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Build strong working relationships with APAC channel and cloud partners, and with systems integrators and consulting firms that shape enterprise AI adoption in the region.
Contribute to global CS strategy as a senior leader, bringing an APAC perspective to team planning, segmentation and prioritisation.
Help shape how we deploy AI responsibly with customers across APAC's varied regulatory environments, including data residency, privacy and sector rules in markets such as India, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Australia.

Experience owning enterprise customer relationships and driving measurable business outcomes (retention, expansion, adoption) in APAC markets.

You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.
Your Impact:
Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.
Your Qualifications:
Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.
Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.
Standout Qualities:
Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.
Team Dynamics:
You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.
Our Work Style:
Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.

Location: Nicosia
Hybrid mode.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:

3+ years of management experience, including leading cross‑functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results (e.g., business impact, customer satisfaction, technical metrics (improved performance, reliability, quality, etc.), delivery metrics (team throughput, etc.).
Experience giving direct, timely feedback and handling difficult conversations with clarity and empathy.
Solid engineering background with the ability to “speak the language” of engineers, review designs, ask the right technical questions and challenge decisions and estimations.
Experience with planning, prioritization, and execution of complex customer-facing projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience in setting team goals and using metrics to manage and improve team performance.
Strong track record in coaching, career development, and performance management.
Proficiency with agile development practices and iterative delivery.
Strong business and product sense: ability to connect technical work to customer value and company strategy.
Standout Qualities:
Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining high‑performing engineers.
Examples of effective communication: presentations, roadmap updates, etc. – targeting the entire team or stakeholders.
Established practice of using data and analytics to make informed decisions and measure outcomes.
Proven ability to introduce process improvements, challenge the status quo, and drive innovation within constraints.
Hands‑on use of AI/automation tools to streamline workflows and increase team productivity.
Ability to influence without authority and build trust across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.
Team Dynamics:
You will lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and work in close partnership with a dedicated Product Manager and Designer as an integrated “triad.” You’ll collaborate regularly with other product teams, platform/service owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization. You’ll report to a senior engineering leader and be part of a broader engineering management community that shares best practices, learns from each other, and supports your growth as a leader.
Our Work Style:
Cross‑functional, collaborative environment with tight partnership between Engineering, Product, and Design.

Emphasis on clear communication of plans, status, and risks to stakeholders.
Strong focus on metrics to manage quality, reliability, and throughput, and to guide continuous improvement.
