A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

An overview of this role
As a SLED Solutions Architect, you'll be a trusted technical advisor to State, Local, and Education customers in every state east of the Mississippi River: state agencies, counties, cities, special districts, community colleges, and public, private, and research universities. These organizations deliver services residents and students rely on every day, often with lean IT teams, aging systems, fixed fiscal-year budgets, and growing cybersecurity threats.
You'll show them how GitLab's DevSecOps platform and AI capabilities, including the GitLab Duo Agent Platform, help them modernize legacy applications, protect sensitive resident and student data, meet state and sector compliance requirements, and do more with the staff they have. You'll own the technical evaluation and validation stages of the sales cycle, guide customers through proofs of concept and value, and translate platform capabilities into outcomes that agency leaders, CIOs, CISOs, and procurement officers can defend in a budget request or an RFP evaluation.
You'll partner closely with SLED account executives, channel partners, and systems integrators, provide technical guidance from first conversation through successful deployment, and bring the voice of the SLED customer back into Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Location and travel:
The territory covers all states east of the Mississippi River. The candidate must reside in the Northeast part of the United States. This role requires up to 50% travel.
What you'll do
Engage SLED customers onsite and remotely, from state capitals to university campuses, with tailored demos, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops that tie GitLab to their mission.
Partner with SLED account executives to shape account strategies that align with each customer's fiscal year budget cycle, legislative appropriations, IT modernization plans, and grant or federal pass through funding.
Own the technical evaluation process, including proof of concept (POC) and proof of value (POV) design and delivery, and provide technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and security questionnaires.
Support purchases made through cooperative purchasing agreements and statewide contract vehicles by working with channel and reseller partners.
Guide customers through state and sector security requirements, such as GovRAMP and NIST frameworks, and show how GitLab's built in security, auditability, and deployment options reduce compliance burden.
Help agencies and institutions modernize legacy and mainframe applications, such as unemployment insurance, tax, DMV, benefits, and student information systems, using GitLab and AI-assisted development to lower risk and offset shrinking pools of legacy skilled staff.
Advise customers on adopting AI responsibly, including the GitLab Duo Agent Platform, in line with state AI policies, governance boards, and data privacy requirements.
Lead the creation of Customer Success Plans that capture technical success criteria and handoff details, ensuring a smooth path to deployment and adoption, often for IT teams with limited capacity.
Work alongside Account Executives to build data driven business cases that quantify delivery bottlenecks, giving customers a defensible basis for budget requests and clear evidence of return on taxpayer investment.
Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, agency directors, enterprise architects, faculty, research computing leaders, and procurement officers so they become advocates for GitLab, including across agencies and campuses that share services.
Collaborate with systems integrators and state IT shared-services organizations to scale GitLab adoption across multiple agencies, local governments, or campuses.
Serve as the SLED customer advocate internally, channeling feedback on procurement, compliance, and deployment needs to Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Stay current on GitLab and related technologies, and create reusable SLED demos, reference architectures, and assets for customers and partners.
What you'll bring
Background in technical pre-sales, consulting, or IT roles serving state agencies, local governments, or public, private, and research universities, where you guided customers through evaluations and solution design.
Working knowledge of how SLED organizations buy technology: RFP and RFI cycles, cooperative purchasing agreements, statewide contracts, fiscal-year budgeting, and the role of resellers and systems integrators.
Hands-on experience using GitLab and familiarity with modern software development and operations practices, such as CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation.
Experience with cloud, hybrid, and self-managed deployments in regulated environments, including government cloud regions, and an understanding of data residency and sovereignty concerns.
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks common in SLED, such as GovRAMP and NIST SP 800-53.
Ability to connect technical solutions to mission outcomes, such as resident service delivery, cyber resilience, cost avoidance, and workforce efficiency, and to advise senior stakeholders on tradeoffs and options.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including presenting to both technical teams and non-technical leaders such as agency heads, procurement officers, and university administrators.
Openness to learning, seeking feedback, and building new skills, including familiarity with GitLab's Solutions Architect handbook and related resources.
Nice to have
Prior experience working in or for state or local government IT, or a university IT or research computing organization.
Experience with legacy or mainframe modernization programs.
Familiarity with AI governance practices in the public sector, such as AI use-case inventories, acceptable-use policies, and risk assessments.
About the team
The SLED Solutions Architect role is part of GitLab's Public Sector Solutions Architect team, a group of trusted technical advisors who help government and education customers understand, evaluate, and adopt the GitLab DevSecOps platform. The team is distributed and collaborates asynchronously across time zones using GitLab and our handbook-first practices to share knowledge, reusable examples, and best practices.
On the SLED team, you'll help customers solve challenges unique to state, local, and education organizations: protecting resident and student data, modernizing mission-critical legacy systems, buying through public procurement processes, and stretching limited IT staff and budgets. You'll also bring SLED customer insights back to GitLab to shape product direction.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤹 OPERATIONS AT ALAN
Behind Alan's performance lies an Operations team that is anything but back-office. At Alan, Ops is a strategic function: we define the vision, build the systems, and own the outcomes that make our insurance and healthcare products work at scale.
As a Senior Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience.
You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community.
⭐️ THE CHALLENGES
We are looking for driven professionals and entrepreneurs with a strong operational background to disrupt the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare. Our goal is to delight our members everywhere as we keep on scaling and building new services in France and internationally.
The job description is simple: you set the vision, make the hard calls, and own the outcome.
Here are some examples of missions our team is covering that you could lead:
- Saving millions through fraud detection: Building a detection capability with no playbook. Owning make-vs-buy decisions on tooling, balancing precision against member experience at scale, and managing the external surface. Partner negotiations, industry lobbying, and ecosystem-level fraud strategy.
- Building a global recovery engine: Establishing a billing monitoring framework to identify gaps early on. Then building assets & partnerships to drive costs down : designing a global recovery system that adapts to local legislation to support Alan’s expansion. With millions invoiced every month and high growth, the impact on P&L is direct.
- Scaling psychotherapy online sessions: Defining the operating model from scratch, making hard resourcing decisions under uncertainty, managing quality at scale, and driving international replication. Today: 80,000 sessions were delivered & 93% of users report reduced stress.
- Reinventing healthcare expense payment: Challenging a key French health insurance item (Tiers Payant), owning complex supplier negotiations autonomously, and cutting the budget line by more than half while improving member satisfaction.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- You are fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
- You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
- You independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (typically >10M€/year business impact)
- You excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap on your scope, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
- You make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships autonomously
- You are a thought leader and implement innovative uses of AI and automation across crews
- You are a strong mentor: you make the people around you better, and you drive significant community impact
For this role we are looking to hire within the D-F https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity level range based out of France, Belgium or Spain.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.

About Ledger
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Amazon brings Ledger to a broader audience of crypto-curious buyers on every continent, making it a key growth driver for the business. The Marketplaces team owns the Amazon channel end to end, from catalogue and inventory management to ads campaign management. You’ll lead our ads performance and bring a builder’s mindset to the whole channel: using data and AI to scale what works and automate our Amazon processes, from ads to operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Amazon advertising management: own and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns across our markets, with one goal: prove and drive incremental revenue, not just efficient spend; use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to understand our audiences and buyers and measure what our ads really bring.
- Process automation: rebuild our largely manual Amazon workflows (bid management, reporting, budget pacing, promo checks) into automated, scalable processes, leveraging AI tools and scripting rather than spreadsheets.
- Data & reporting: collaborate closely with the data team to build and maintain dashboards and trackers monitoring ads performance and promotional impact, turning raw data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Promotions: manage promotional calendars across marketplaces to maximize conversion and defend competitive position.
- Tooling & partner evaluation: continuously benchmark and test third party tools, agencies and tech partners (audiences analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.) to identify the best stack for scale.
- Cross functional collaboration: work closely with the operations/catalog team, brand, and finance teams to align ads strategy with inventory, listings, and budget realities.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or data analysis, or, with a strong analytical mindset (Amazon Ads experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Strong appetite for AI is a must, with dashboards, reportings or automated processes you’ve built using AI tools
- Comfortable owning manual workflows and turning them into repeatable systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English; the role is based in Paris, and English is a prerequisite for both social and work life in our office
Nice to have:
- Hands on experience with Amazon Ads console / Seller Central / Vendor Central
- Interest in Web3/crypto
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:

At Trust Wallet, you won’t spend your first year watching from the sidelines. You’ll take ownership of meaningful projects from day one, work on products used by millions globally, and collaborate with exceptional talent across a fast-moving, global Web3 business.
Starting in one of our core functional teams, you’ll build deep expertise, gain cross-functional experience, and turn bold ideas into solutions that create real value for users and the business. With mentorship from senior leaders and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility, you’ll develop the judgement, commercial mindset and execution skills to make an impact.
How the Programme Works
- Build from day one: Start in a core functional team — Product, Marketing, Business Development or Operations — and take ownership of real projects with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Think beyond your role: Work across functions, learn from experienced leaders, and turn insights into ideas that improve the user experience, unlock business opportunities or create new ways of working. The strongest ideas can progress into real initiatives, products or launches.
- Grow into your next role: Develop through structured mentorship, hands-on experience and increasing responsibility. High-performing participants will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role at the end of the 12-month programme, aligned with their strengths and business needs.
Across the programme, you’ll gain exposure to three key areas:
- Product & User Experience: Understand user needs, explore market opportunities, analyse data and help shape and deliver product improvements that make self-custody more accessible, intuitive and useful.
- Growth & Ecosystem: Contribute to go-to-market strategies, growth experiments, community initiatives and partnerships across wallets, dApps, blockchains, stablecoins and emerging payment networks.
- Business Strategy & Operations: Solve cross-functional business challenges, improve processes, evaluate new opportunities and translate data and insights into practical decisions that drive business performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong academic foundation: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a top, renowned university, or equivalent evidence of exceptional ability and achievement.
- Early-career talent: 0–2 years of professional work experience or relevant extracurricular experience, including student leadership, entrepreneurship, personal projects or community initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving: You can break down complex, ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions and develop clear, logical recommendations.
- A builder’s mindset: You turn ideas into action, take ownership of outcomes and focus on what creates tangible value for users and the business.
- Clear communication: You can articulate complex ideas simply, influence through sound reasoning and collaborate effectively across different teams.
- AI-native and future-focused: You actively explore AI tools such as Claude, Grok and Cursor, and are curious about AI agents and how they could transform how people work and transact.
- Genuine Web3 curiosity: You’ve explored wallets, DEXs, stablecoins or other Web3 applications, and have ideas about what works, what doesn’t and what could be better.
- Adaptable and driven: You learn quickly, thrive in ambiguity and are motivated by high standards, rapid execution and meaningful challenges.
Nice to Have
- Entrepreneurial experience: You’ve founded a venture, built a product or launched a project in AI or crypto — whether or not it succeeded.
- Hands-on Web3 involvement: Experience with DeFi, perpetuals, stablecoin payments, hackathons, DAOs or other ecosystem initiatives.
- A track record of building: Side projects, product teardowns, research, a newsletter, open-source contributions or an active presence on X or GitHub.
What You’ll Get
- A launchpad for leadership: A structured 12-month development journey with mentorship from senior leaders and opportunities to grow your scope and responsibility.
- Ownership that matters: The chance to work on real challenges and deliver improvements for a global user base of millions.
- A front-row seat to the future: Hands-on exposure to self-custody, AI-powered experiences, crypto payments and the evolving Web3 ecosystem.
- A steep learning curve: Learn by doing, collaborate across functions and build commercial, strategic and execution capabilities early in your career.
- A pathway to grow: High performers can progress into permanent roles where their strengths and ambitions align with Trust Wallet’s evolving needs.
Think boldly. Build with purpose. Help shape the future of Web3.

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to take full ownership of paid acquisition for an international business operating in the adult creator economy.
This is a hands-on position for a performance marketing specialist who knows how to scale campaigns in restricted verticals, manage substantial advertising budgets, and optimize traffic based on actual customer revenue.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of paid traffic acquisition, with Meta as the primary advertising platform, while developing additional acquisition channels through Google Ads, native advertising, and adult ad networks
- Plan, launch, test, and scale campaigns targeting the US, UK, and Australian markets, managing budgets and optimizing performance across the entire customer journey
- Develop and improve acquisition funnels connecting advertising campaigns, landing and bridge pages, private chat interactions, and paid conversions, including subscriptions, PPV purchases, and custom content
- Focus campaign optimization on commercial performance, tracking cost per chat, cost per first purchase, customer payback periods, and 30-day customer value rather than relying solely on CTR, CPM, or other top-of-funnel metrics
- Establish a structured creative testing and scaling process, evaluating different concepts, defining performance thresholds, allocating test budgets, and identifying opportunities for profitable growth
- Maintain stable advertising operations in restricted verticals through compliant account structures, careful budget scaling, proactive account management, and appropriate recovery procedures following restrictions or suspensions
- Build and manage the tracking and attribution infrastructure, including tools such as Keitaro, server-side conversion events, and postbacks, ensuring reliable reporting and accurate campaign optimization
- Collaborate with creative and customer engagement teams to improve messaging, landing pages, conversion quality, and monetization throughout the funnel
- Monitor advertising profitability, investigate performance discrepancies, and continuously refine acquisition strategies based on revenue and customer behavior
- Work directly with the founder on acquisition priorities, performance reviews, and growth opportunities, with the potential to mentor and lead junior media buyers as the function expands
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying, including substantial exposure to such advertising verticals as adult or dating
- Proven track record of personally managing monthly advertising budgets of $100,000 or more on Meta within adult, dating, nutra, or gambling verticals, including successfully scaling at least one offer from initial testing to this spending level
- Advanced expertise in Meta Ads, covering campaign structure, creative testing, budget allocation, optimization, and scaling strategies
- Practical experience with Google Ads and at least one native or adult advertising network, with an understanding of how acquisition approaches differ between traffic sources
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing economics, including acquisition costs, first-purchase conversion, payback periods, customer value, and revenue-based campaign evaluation
- Experience maintaining advertising account stability in policy-sensitive industries, including account preparation, gradual scaling, appeals, and legitimate recovery from suspensions
- Ability to design and execute systematic creative testing strategies, make data-backed scaling decisions, and discontinue underperforming campaigns efficiently
- Hands-on experience configuring tracking platforms such as Keitaro, Voluum, RedTrack, or similar, including server-side conversion tracking, postbacks, and attribution troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to independently manage substantial budgets and campaign performance
- Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results and personally managed advertising accounts or dashboards during the assessment process, with sensitive information anonymized where necessary
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English for business communication and daily work
What's in it for you
- Fully remote work with the flexibility to work from any time zone
- Competitive senior-level base salary

Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
About the role
Advertising is one of OLX's most important revenue lines - and one of its biggest opportunities. Today, our advertising business spans multiple markets, formats, and platforms, but it needs a product leader who can take it to the next level: from foundational ad-tech infrastructure to new revenue surfaces powered by AI.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the global advertising product end-to-end. This means everything from the ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) to growing revenue beyond listings through self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats. You'll also shape how advertising integrates into AI-native surfaces — balancing monetisation yield against buyer experience.
This is a role for someone who has built advertising products at scale, understands the programmatic ecosystem, and is excited about using AI to create new advertising experiences. You'll work closely with business and commercial stakeholders to grow revenue, while ensuring our advertising never compromises the trust our users place in the platform.
This role reports to the Head of Product.
What you'll do
Own the global advertising product end-to-end: ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) across all marketplaces and platforms
Drive growth of advertising revenue beyond listings, including self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats such as sponsored listings, native, and video
Own integration of ads into AI-native surfaces such as AutoIQ and agentic search, balancing yield against buyer experience
Define and track advertising success metrics: revenue, fill rate, eCPM, advertiser ROI, buyer experience impact
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales teams to build the product capabilities that unlock revenue growth
Represent the advertising product at the leadership level, presenting strategy and results to executive audiences
What we're looking for
Significant product management experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, monetisation, or revenue product at scale
Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products — programmatic ads, third-party ads, billing systems, or ad-serving platforms
Experience taking advertising or monetisation products from early-stage to meaningful revenue
Ability to balance monetisation yield with user experience — making evidence-based trade-offs between revenue and buyer trust
AI-native: you build with AI, not just use it for productivity. You experiment with AI tools outside of work and bring that curiosity into your product craft
Zero-to-one: you see opportunities, not just optimisations. You spot problems, build prototypes, and ship
Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect clarity — you create it
Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, and executive audiences
Preferred:
Experience with retail media, sponsored listings, native advertising, or video ad formats in a marketplace or e-commerce context
Familiarity with AI-native product surfaces and how advertising integrates with AI experiences
Multi-market experience across different regulatory and commercial environments

Represent the advertising product at the leadership level, presenting strategy and results to executive audiences
What we're looking for
Significant product management experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, monetisation, or revenue product at scale
Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products — programmatic ads, third-party ads, billing systems, or ad-serving platforms
Experience taking advertising or monetisation products from early-stage to meaningful revenue

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
As a Staff Engineer (Payment Processing) at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, you will set the technical direction for our Gateway, Routing and Payout platforms. Every payment and payout we process passes through these systems, from the merchant's API request to the routing decision that sends it to the right acquirer, payment method or payout rail. Correctness matters on every transaction, and small changes in availability, latency or routing quality show up directly in our merchants' approval rates and revenue.
This is a role for engineers who are energised by scale and by the hard trade-offs that come with it: latency budgets on the authorisation path, failure domains and blast radius, consistency and idempotency across regions, and the operational reality of running critical infrastructure around the clock.
You will operate as a force multiplier across multiple teams - shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and turning ambiguous, business-critical problems into designs that can be delivered incrementally. We're looking for individuals with deep technical judgement, strong ownership, and a pragmatic approach to breaking big problems into smaller iterations that deliver value continuously.
How you'll make an impact
- Own the architecture of high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems, defining the service boundaries, data models and integration patterns that let them scale by an order of magnitude
- Design for resilience from first principles - redundancy, graceful degradation, backpressure, idempotency and recovery - so that partial failures never become customer-facing outages
- Set and defend the non-functional requirements that matter: availability targets, latency percentiles, throughput ceilings, data durability and recovery objectives
- Lead the hardest technical decisions end to end, from problem framing and design review through to production rollout, migration and decommissioning of what came before
- Drive operational excellence by improving observability, alerting, capacity planning, load and chaos testing, and incident response, and by closing the loop on the root causes you find
- Raise the engineering bar across teams through design reviews, code review, pairing and mentorship, growing the senior engineers around you
- Partner with product, platform and other engineering teams to sequence delivery, remove blockers and keep multi-team programmes aligned on a single technical direction
- Make pragmatic build-versus-buy and refactor-versus-rewrite calls, and communicate the reasoning and trade-offs clearly to both engineers and senior leadership
Experience and qualifications
- Significant experience building and operating distributed backend systems in production, with a track record of technical leadership across multiple teams
- Demonstrable experience designing for high throughput and low latency, and a strong intuition for where systems break under load
- Deep understanding of resilience patterns in distributed systems: idempotency, retries and backoff, circuit breaking, queueing and backpressure, consistency and failure modes
- Strong proficiency in either .NET or Java, and the ability to write clear, production-ready code that others can maintain
- Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures, and with relational and non-relational data stores at scale
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development (we use AWS & Azure), containers, orchestration and infrastructure as code
- Experience owning production systems on call, with a strong sense of ownership for observability, monitoring and incident response
- Experience leading complex migrations or re-architectures of live, business-critical systems with no loss of availability or data integrity
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence without authority, write clear design documents, and express technical trade-offs to engineering and non-technical audiences alike
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in payments, financial services or another domain with strict correctness, auditability or regulatory requirements
- Experience with multi-region or active-active architectures, including data replication and failover strategies
- A history of mentoring engineers into senior and staff-level roles

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
AI is being built by many companies at once. Model labs train more capable models, hyperscalers provide infrastructure and distribution, developers build new AI products, and a growing set of tools gives agents more to work with. Baseten sits at the center of all of it, as the inference platform that developers and large companies use to run AI in production.
We're hiring Software Engineers with strong product and customer sense to join our Product Platform organization. This team builds the enterprise-hardened products that sit on top of our inference platform. These are the surfaces customers, partners, and their agents touch every day. We also build systems and products for developer productivity, including agentic platforms.
We're hiring across several areas:
- Commercialization, billing, and partnerships.
- Developer productivity and agentic development.
- Enterprise controls: identity, access, governance, and account lifecycle management.
You'll own customer-facing features end to end. That means talking to customers to define the problem, designing and shipping the solution, and iterating once it's in production. You'll work closely with product and design as a peer.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
You'll get to work on these types of projects as part of our Product Platform team:
- How we built RBAC that scales for the enterprise https://www.baseten.co/blog/rbac-from-the-ground-up-solving-for-autonomy-vs-control/
- Announcing our partnership with OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-openai-partnership/
- Introducing Baseten Hosted Tools https://www.baseten.co/blog/introducing-baseten-hosted-tools/
- How leading platforms ensure observability for LLM inference https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-leading-platforms-ensure-observability-for-llm-inference/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own customer-facing features end to end, from understanding who you're building for through design, launch, and iteration.
- Build platforms and systems that scale and perform well in production, not one-off features or scaffolding.
- Ship in phases, working directly with internal and external customers to validate and iterate along the way instead of betting on a single big launch.
- Weigh competing customer requests and make clear prioritization calls based on impact.
- Work closely with product, design, forward deployed engineering, and go-to-market teams as a peer, contributing ideas rather than just implementing specs.
- Build the systems behind how customers buy, integrate, and use Baseten, across billing, partnerships, and developer and agentic tooling.
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to completion with little process.
- Pick up new problem areas quickly and grow your scope as the team and product expand.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

- Experience selling to C-level and senior technology and business leaders.
- Deep domain knowledge of one or more target industries (e.g., insurance, financial services, healthcare, retail, travel and hospitality).
- Solid understanding of AI, digital, data, and cloud services and the ability to discuss them credibly with clients.
- Experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and commercial terms.
- Exposure to Agentic Engineering and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) products is strongly preferred.
PREFERRED
- Experience selling Digital, Modernization, Generative AI, or agentic solutions.
- Established relationships with leading COTS (Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, Shopify etc) or AI platform partners.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

SUPPORTING PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
The following indicators will be reviewed quarterly:
