- Mentor Implementation Managers and other junior team members, sharing deep product expertise, enterprise deployment strategies, and insights gained from working with our most demanding customers
- Influence team operations by leveraging lessons from complex engagements to recommend and drive improvements to team practices, processes, documentation, and the overall customer journey

commercial team. This is not a role for someone who manages a steady-state team - it is for a leader who drives pipeline from the front, activates their team to perform at a higher level, and owns a meaningful portion of
Incode's
EMEA/APAC
revenue growth.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Generate Pipeline
Own the pipeline number for your team - not just the bookings number. Pipeline generation is a non-negotiable part of this role
Build and run a multi-channel outbound motion across your team - cold outbound, partner-sourced, event-driven, and expansion-led
Be in the field with your reps - on calls, in accounts, and in rooms where deals get made
Develop and refine outreach messaging, sequences, and targeting in collaboration with Marketing and RevOps
Activate Your Team
Run weekly pipeline reviews, 1:1s, and deal coaching sessions that move opportunities forward - not just status updates
Identify and close performance gaps quickly - whether skills-based, motion-based, or territory-based
Build onboarding and ramp plans so new AEs reach productivity in under 90 days
Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement - where average is not acceptable
Own Enterprise and Strategic Accounts
Personally engage on your team's largest and most strategic opportunities - as coach, executive sponsor, or co-seller
Build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders at key accounts in financial services, fintech, healthcare, and gaming
Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services to navigate complex enterprise deals
Drive multi-year, multi-product deal structures that maximize revenue and minimize churn risk
Drive Results
Own your team's quota attainment, pipeline coverage ratio, and forecast accuracy week over week
Report to VP of Sales with clean, accurate forecasts - no surprises
Collaborate across the three Sales Director structure to share what's working and raise the floor for the whole EMEA team
Your Background
5-8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 2-3 years managing a quota-carrying AE team
Track record of driving pipeline generation with a “Value Based Selling” approach - not just closing what comes your way. You know how to build top-of-funnel
Experience selling into at least one of Incode's core verticals: financial services, fintech, healthcare, gaming, or government
Enterprise deal experience - you have navigated complex, multi-stakeholder deals with 6+ month sales cycles
MEDDPICC, “Value Framework & Command of the Message” knowledge are considered an advantage
Strong coaching instincts - you can diagnose why a rep is underperforming and fix it, not just escalate it
Metrics discipline - you know your pipeline coverage ratio, conversion rates by stage, and AE activity metrics without needing to look them up
Comfort in ambiguity - Incode is still building its EMEA commercial infrastructure. You will help build it, not inherit it
Why Incode?

- Passion for fostering psychological safety and stability in high stress environments.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex security issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and boards.
- Thought leader with visibility in the security community (public speaking, open-source contributions, bug bounty engagement, etc.) a strong plus.
- Experience leading security initiatives that support and/or incorporate AI capabilities.
- Demonstrated software development experience with Go, Ruby on Rails, shell scripting, python, or other languages.
- Experience collaborating across departments such as with internal business or engineering units, external incident response teams, and research teams.

- Program Leadership & Partnerships: Define and drive the company-wide Product Security strategy, with a focus on proactive risk reduction and enabling secure AI innovation. Build and scale world-class programs for Application Security, Data and Device Security, Privacy Engineering, Security Research and a Secure SDLC. Establish metrics, reporting, and dashboards to measure program success and risk reduction.
- Application Security & Secure SDLC. Develop and oversee secure coding practices with an emphasis on AI adoption, threat modeling, security reviews, and code analysis practices. Partner with engineering leadership to embed security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security is integrated from design to deployment. Enable

Senior Product Designer, Knowledge Graph

The Opportunity:
As a Senior Product Designer at Grafana Labs, you will join a growing Product Design organization of more than 25 designers, researchers, engineers, and design leaders distributed across six continents. You will work within a 100% remote R&D organization, so strong, proactive remote communication, collaboration, facilitation, and relationship building skills will be essential to your success.
As
Senior Product Designer for Grafana Cloud’s Knowledge Graph
, you'll design experiences for the context layer of Grafana Cloud that powers our entity graph, entity catalog and RCA workbench. This gives engineers, SREs, and their agents an up to date picture of their systems. We want anyone to be able to understand a system and resolve an incident faster, without writing queries or maintaining alert rules, not just the one person who happens to know it best.
Over time, you will develop deep expertise in your product area and associated customer and user personas, use cases, and workflows, which will enable you to design tailored, role-driven experiences.
You will also have an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the Product Design team at Grafana by coaching and mentoring other designers, collaborating on team internal initiatives, and helping evolve new ways of working, learning, and having fun together as the team scales.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Enabling customers to easily understand and explore how their systems connect to each other. Find clear, simple ways to show complex, constantly-changing information without overwhelming the user
Translate research and data to experiences that are easy to digest and break down complexity
Tailor the experience to different target audiences, covering multiple user perspectives
Work cross-functionally with peers and leaders in engineering, product management, technical writing, and GTM functions, as well as other members of the Product Design team
Prioritise for delivering impact while balancing business priorities, customer wishes and technical considerations
Document user needs and pain points, design directions, UX trade-offs, and detailed designs for specific features and enhancements
Execute research and contribute to quantitative and qualitative research initiatives with researchers, cross-functional collaborators, customers, and members of the Grafana user community
What Makes You a Great Fit:
7+ years of relevant design experience working on B2B/enterprise software products, ideally designing tools and services for developers or other highly technical users
A portfolio of effective designs for complex products delivered in a fast-paced environment
Experience running qualitative research in complex fields, building empathy with users and humans, their needs and pain points even when you have very little in common with them
Ability to make design decisions that appropriately balance business goals, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time-zones to iteratively ship and evolve products while keeping the end design vision in mind
Attention to detail and willingness to learn about a complex, very technical product space
Experience working in a fully-remote, fast-paced environment where you are expected to share openly, default to transparency, and embrace your autonomy
Bonus Points For:
Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces with a focus on clarity
Ability to rapidly gain an understanding of a technical domain and associated customer needs and user workflows in order to design effective experiences within that domain
Domain knowledge or experience related to observability, cloud infrastructure, and/or database monitoring
Experience helping design teams, especially at engineering led companies, level up their practice, collaboration with partner functions, and user and organizational impact
When you apply, please:
Provide an example of an experience where decision-making in a complex area is made easy through a well-curated UI. Add a sentence or two about what you believe makes it effective.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Ireland, the Base compensation range for this role is EUR 94,760 - EUR
113,712
. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
Senior Product Designer, Knowledge Graph
This is a remote position based in the United States.
(East Coast US preferred, open to other time zones for exceptional candidates)
.
Knowledge Graph automatically discovers services, infrastructure, and databases from the telemetry teams already have, maps how they depend on each other, and runs anomaly detection.
