RELOCATION TO MANILA PH Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region. 7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors. Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
About the role:
You'll own the NPV and unit economics model behind Salmon's credit card business — the core logic behind how we price, size, and monitor profitability across the portfolio.
What you'll do:
— Work directly with the Head of Economics to turn model logic into production-ready Python/SQL code
— Build and maintain the datasets that feed the model — cohorts, cashflows, losses, funding, fees, revenue — with help from other analysts
— Automate scenario and sensitivity runs so pricing, limit, and product decisions are backed by real numbers
What you'll own:
— Own the end-to-end NPV / unit economics model for credit cards — clean, testable, versioned logic
— Validate model outputs against actual portfolio performance and investigate gaps when they don't match
— Translate model logic into clear, implementation-ready specs when other teams need to build on it
— Step outside your immediate scope when the work calls for it — we value ownership over rigid roles
What makes you a strong fit:
— 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics
— Strong Python (pandas) and SQL — for data exploration and for implementing analytics logic in production
— Solid understanding of unit economics / financial modeling — cashflows, NPV, cohorts — through direct modeling experience or hands-on work with such models
— High attention to detail — small errors break economics in production
What we offer:
— Ownership and flexibility
— Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
— Hybrid-first work environment
— Company-provided tools and equipment
— Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
— Health and time off
— Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
— Access to an internal mental health support specialist
— 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
— 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
— Relocation and family support
— Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
— Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
— USD 2,500 per year for flights home
— Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000/month per child under two, USD 500/month per child aged two to 18
— Growth and team experience
— Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
— Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
— Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
— High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

Anthropic is an AI safety and research company building reliable, interpretable AI systems like the Claude family of large language models.
About the role
Prompts specify what Claude does. Evals measure whether it did. The Product Prompt and Eval Design team handles both for product design: the system prompt greeting new users, tool descriptions deciding whether Claude searches, instructions maintaining quality, and evals testing all of it. The role focuses on building evals that check prompts, the harness running them, and tools enabling designers to do this work independently. It involves close collaboration with surface owners, engineers, and prompt engineering teams during model releases.
Key responsibilities:
— Write and revise prompts behind Claude's tools, features, and behaviors on product surfaces; test, fix, ship, and confirm prompts.
— Build graders to validate prompt fixes and rerun on new models; automate evals from designers' rubrics and analyze transcripts.
— Develop visual, low-code eval tools for designers without engineering help: assemble comparison sets, convert rubrics into graders, compare prompt variants, and present results.
— Observe designers using tools and simplify them.
— Support model releases by testing surfaces, writing prompt fixes and migrations, and creating prompts for new features.
— Establish and scale the eval harness to test 50-100 tools with reliable settings, maintain eval stability across models, and diagnose regressions.
— Package issues unfixable by prompting for training, including graders, human-feedback questions, and good/bad pairs.
Minimum qualifications:
— Production-quality Python.
— Experience building and maintaining evaluation pipelines for LLM products: graders, rubrics, comparison sets, regression suites, and their orchestration.
— Experience creating internal tools with user-friendly interfaces for non-coders.
— Experience setting up test harnesses, sandboxing tool calls, and stabilizing settings for comparable runs.
— Experience shipping prompts or working closely with prompt shippers, understanding prompt failures across models.
— Ability to read transcripts beyond scores.
Preferred qualifications:
— Experience within a model-launch cycle.
— A/B testing experience linking offline evals to online outcomes.
— Front-end or notebook-to-app experience and insights on eval result legibility.
— Experience converting product rubrics into training signals: graders, human-feedback questions, or preference pairs.
— Concern for Claude's behavior for users, beyond metric changes.
Logistics:
— Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
— Location-based hybrid policy: at least 25% office presence expected.
— Visa sponsorship available with legal support.
Anthropic values diversity and encourages applications from underrepresented groups. The company emphasizes AI safety and ethical implications, fostering a collaborative environment focused on impactful AI research.
Compensation:
— Annual salary range: $305,000 - $385,000 USD.
Work location:
— Hybrid in San Francisco or New York offices.
