ABOUT THE ROLE
Descript is at an inflection point. We have 50M+ users, genuine product-market fit, and a real opportunity to move upmarket—converting high-fit self-serve users into consolidated enterprise contracts and going after the accounts that belong in our pipeline. As Head of Enterprise Marketing, you'll own that motion end-to-end.
This is a builder role for someone who's done it before: someone who can meticulously understand what's driving inbound interest, identify which accounts to go after and why, and design the campaigns, lifecycle plays, and conversion experiments to bring them in. You'll co-own upmarket pipeline with Sales, partner with Product on the self-serve-to-enterprise conversion motion, and partner with our in-house Growth/Paid team and RevOps to make sure the whole system is instrumented and accountable.
The raw materials are here—a passionate user community, a strong product, and a large market. This hire shapes what we do with them upmarket.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pipeline Strategy & Execution
Co-own upmarket pipeline targets with Sales, with shared accountability for sourced and influenced pipeline
Build and execute an enterprise demand playbook: ICP definition, target account selection, channel mix, offer strategy, and campaign design and execution
Develop a vertical prioritization framework: define which industries and enterprise segments to pursue, in what order, and with what message
Design account-based programs with messaging and experiences calibrated to high-fit accounts
Own and maintain an annual marketing calendar that aligns campaign activity to business milestones, seasonal growth opportunities, and pipeline targets
Source and manage contract and agency resources as needed
Self-Serve to Enterprise Conversion
Partner with Product and Sales to identify high-fit self-serve buyers and design conversion experiments that move them toward consolidated contracts
Build lifecycle plays that nurture individual users into team and enterprise buyers
Develop and iterate on the plays, offers, and sequences that convert product-qualified accounts into pipeline
Performance & Measurement
Meticulously track which channels, plays, and offers are driving inbound interest and conversions, and use that intelligence to sharpen programs continuously
Build AI-first marketing ops and measurement frameworks that give the team real visibility into what's working
Report regularly on pipeline contribution, channel efficiency, and program performance
Sales & Cross-functional Partnership
Partner daily with Sales on account priorities, ABM strategy, and pipeline reviews
Brief and align with the in-house paid advertising team on enterprise-targeted campaigns
Co-own enterprise lifecycle with RevOps, ensuring accountability is clear and programs are coordinated
Own the strategy for high-touch deal acceleration programs—things like executive roundtables and leadership-level events—partnering with Field Marketing on execution
Contribute to enterprise pricing and packaging strategy alongside Product and Sales, with an eye toward what moves deals forward and expands accounts
WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years building or scaling an upmarket or enterprise demand motion
Experience at a PLG or product-led company—you understand the self-serve-to-enterprise conversion motion and have driven it
Consumer-to-B2B crossover experience; you know how to market to users who are also buyers
Strong analytical skills and a track record of building measurement frameworks that actually get used
Experience co-owning pipeline targets with Sales in an accountable, collaborative way
Preferred Qualifications
Deep familiarity with modern ABM tooling and CRM/MAP integration
Experience building, or deeply partnering with, AI-native marketing ops and workflows
Background in SaaS, media tech, or creative tooling
Demonstrated ability to design and run conversion experiments across PLG funnels
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
Within your first 12 months, you will:
Launch Descript's enterprise demand motion, with a defined ICP, target account list, vertical prioritization framework, and multi-channel playbook
Co-own and hit upmarket pipeline targets in partnership with Sales
Build upon the existing self-serve-to-enterprise conversion experiments with Product, with measurable account progression
Build a measurement framework that gives the team clear visibility into channel performance, conversion rates, and pipeline attributionCreate and maintain a formal marketing calendar that the broader team runs off of
Establish a functioning enterprise lifecycle program with RevOps
Run at least one high-touch deal acceleration program (EBC, roundtable, or CxO event) in partnership with Field Marketing
The base salary range for this role is $180k - $230k/year. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a threat intel manager to build and run our Model Exploitation & Fraud team within Threat Intelligence. This team detects, investigates, and disrupts the large-scale exploitation of Anthropic's AI systems. Model distillation, unauthorized access, account farming and reseller abuse, and fraud and scam operations.
You will set the strategy for the mission area, hire and lead a small team of technical investigators, and build the systems, processes, and partnerships that let the team scale. The team includes established senior investigators who own our deepest technical casework, tracing distillation networks, reseller and proxy ecosystems, and financially motivated actors across first-party surfaces and third-party platforms; your job is to direct, resource, and amplify that work, not duplicate it. This area carries regular U.S. government engagement and requires deeply understanding external black market ecosystems and how they interact with our systems.
Important context: In this position you may be exposed to explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. This role may require responding to escalations during weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
Own strategy, priorities, and outcomes for the Model Exploitation & Fraud mission area; define what we detect, investigate, action, and share
Hire, manage, and develop a team of technical threat investigators; set the quality bar for casework and intelligence reporting
Design clear lanes between this role and the team's senior individual contributors: strategy, people leadership, and program ownership sit with you, while ownership of the deepest technical investigations and tradecraft stays with the senior experts closest to the work
Capable of independently leading complex investigations.
Direct, prioritize, and resource complex investigations into model distillation, unauthorized AI R&D usage, unauthorized access, coordinated account abuse, and fraud/scam networks, partnering with the senior investigators who lead the deepest technical casework and clearing blockers from their path
Drive the redesign of triage for a very high-volume detection pipeline: partner with investigators and engineering to build abuse signals, clustering, and agentic investigation workflows that separate sophisticated actors from noise
Expand the team's coverage into fraud and scams, building the detection and investigation playbooks from the ground up
Own the external engagement program for the area, including regular intelligence sharing with U.S. government partners and industry peers, ensuring the investigators driving the work are visible in those channels
Anticipate how resellers, proxies, and third-party platforms change the abuse surface, and shape coverage accordingly
Work with policy, enforcement, and engineering to convert findings into bans, product mitigations, and safety-by-design improvements
Define and report the team's metrics; brief Safeguards and company leadership on the threat landscape
Minimum qualifications
Have led and managed investigative, fraud, platform integrity, or threat intelligence teams, ideally ones built around senior, deeply specialized individual contributors
Have strong domain fluency in scaled abuse — fraud patterns, account abuse, unauthorized access, or platform exploitation economics — sufficient to set priorities, pressure-test findings, and earn the confidence of expert investigators
Are proficient enough in SQL and Python to review data-heavy casework, pressure-test conclusions, and provide surge capacity when the team needs it
Have experience overseeing investigations that track threat actors across surface, deep, and dark web environments, including reseller and access-broker communities
Have working familiarity with large language models and a strong grasp of how models can be distilled, extracted, or exploited at scale
Have built processes, detection systems, or programs from scratch and can show what changed because of them
Communicate crisply with executives, engineers, and external partners alike
Preferred qualifications
Experience at a major technology platform on trust and safety, fraud, or abuse investigations at scale
Background in financial crime investigation or fraud analytics
Experience working directly with U.S. government stakeholders on threat reporting
A track record of partnering with, growing, and retaining senior technical specialists, including defining clear scope between management and senior IC tracks
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Russian with nuanced regional and geopolitical context
Active Top Secret security clearance

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a threat intel manager to build and run our CBRN-E & Advanced Weapons team within Threat Intelligence. This team detects, investigates, and disrupts attempts to misuse Anthropic's AI systems for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives threats and for the development of advanced or novel weapons.
You will mature this from a promising start into a rigorous program, hiring investigators with real CBRN-E, weaponization, and counterproliferation expertise, sharpening detection beyond broad harm screens into threat-specific capabilities, and personally leading the cases where scientific judgment determines whether we're seeing curiosity, legitimate research, or a genuine weapons-development attempt. The area carries significant engagement with government, biosecurity, and scientific stakeholders.
Important context: In this position you may be exposed to explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. This role may require responding to escalations during weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
Own strategy, priorities, and outcomes for the CBRN-E & Advanced Weapons mission area; mature it from an emerging function into a rigorous investigative program
Hire, manage, and develop a team of investigators with deep domain expertise across biological, chemical, and weapons-development threat areas
Personally lead investigations into attempts to use our systems to develop, enhance, or disseminate CBRN-E weapons, or advanced weapons capabilities
Evolve detection from broad harm screens toward CBRN-specific signals and methodologies tailored to dual-use research concerns, in partnership with our collections engineers
Set the analytic quality bar: cross-platform threat analysis grounded in real threat actor behavior, open-source research, and publicly reported weapons programs
Own escalation and enforcement decisions with policy and enforcement teams for the highest-severity misuse category we handle
Lead external engagement with government agencies, biosecurity and chemical-security research communities, and scientific organizations
Inform safety-by-design and capability-evaluation strategies by forecasting how threat actors will leverage frontier AI for CBRN-E purposes
Serve as a liaison to government partners, educating stakeholders on AI-enabled threats through regular reporting and briefings.
Minimum qualifications
Are an intelligence analyst, policy expert, or researcher with deep domain expertise in biosecurity, chemical defense, weapons non-proliferation, dual-use research of concern (DURC), or related CBRN-E threat domains
Have led investigative or analytic teams and are a senior domain expert with demonstrated mentorship and program-building experience ready to lead
Have experience with threat actor profiling, threat intelligence analysis frameworks, and collection frameworks
Have hands-on experience with large language models and how AI could be misused for CBRN-E threats
Have excellent stakeholder management skills across researchers, policy experts, legal teams, government, and external partners
Can present analytical work to technical and non-technical audiences, including government stakeholders and senior leadership
Preferred qualifications
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in biological sciences, chemistry, biodefense, biosecurity, or a related field
Real-world experience countering weapons of mass destruction or other high-risk asymmetric threats in the intelligence community or defense organizations
Experience working with government agencies, defense/national security organizations, or in regulated environments handling sensitive CBRN-E programs, counterproliferation and threat analysis.
Background in AI safety, machine learning security, or technology abuse investigation
Experience building and scaling threat detection systems or abuse monitoring programs

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the U.S. or Canada. Residents of Quebec are not eligible for this role.
At Grafana Labs, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. We recently started a skunkworks initiative with a mission to bring observability to the rest of the business. Our goal is to make Grafana the single best place where humans and AI agents understand and act on real-time data from across the enterprise. As part of this initiative, we are building an AI-native data intelligence system that gives agents reliable, governed access to enterprise context. This system helps agents retrieve the right data, metadata, definitions, lineage, quality signals, and institutional knowledge without every agent builder having to maintain their own brittle context files. The principle is simple: the context system retrieves, agents decide, and data teams maintain the intelligence.
The new team is a mix of seasoned Grafanistas and new hires. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for a Senior-level Backend Engineer to help build the first production services for this context layer management system. You will design and ship the core backend architecture that powers ingestion, context storage, retrieval APIs, and agent-facing integrations. This is an early-stage role on a high-autonomy team, so you should be comfortable working through ambiguity, making pragmatic architectural decisions, and building systems that can evolve from internal dogfooding to production-grade SaaS. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.
Key responsibilities:
Build the core backend services: Design, implement, test, and operate the first services for context ingestion, context indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, source configuration, and system administration.
Create a scalable SaaS foundation: Help define and build the architecture for a multi-tenant service, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, background jobs, and reliable service boundaries.
Power agent-facing retrieval workflows: Build APIs and service interfaces that allow AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications to retrieve relevant context, provenance, confidence signals, and warnings.
Work across product and infrastructure: Partner with the team to make practical tradeoffs between fast experimentation and long-term reliability, especially as the project moves from prototype to production.
Operate what you build: Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards. Use observability tools to understand system behavior and improve reliability.
Contribute to technical direction: Help shape the architecture, service boundaries, storage choices, API contracts, deployment patterns, and engineering practices for a new product area.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the AI solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
What we're looking for:
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems. You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems and making UI design decisions with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with your peers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Requirements:
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.

Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
Join Our Team as an AI-native Staff Backend Engineer!
Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms, working remotely from Poland.
Are you someone who is craving scalable problems and dealing with optimizations?
You'll work with a creative, critical, and well-organized team from the comfort of your house, but as close as we have ever been!
You will play a key role in enabling our organisation to scale efficiently.
Who we are looking for:
You can use agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent) as your default, not as a novelty.
You practice context engineering, not just prompt engineering; you design the full information architecture an AI agent needs to succeed: repo structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configs, relevant code context, memory, and tool access.
You understand model routing trade-offs (e.g., when to use Haiku vs. Sonnet vs. Opus) and multi-agent orchestration.
Strong ownership instinct: AI output is a first draft, not a deliverable; you validate, refactor, and take full accountability.
You have strong Coding and Computer Science Fundamentals. Roughly ⅔ of your time will be hands-on technical work: designing solutions, steering and reviewing AI-generated code, developing new ideas, and reviewing others' contributions. The rest goes to cross-team influence, mentoring, and strategic alignment.
Strong background experience in Golang, Java/Kotlin (preferred technologies), and able to work with PHP. Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies as needed.
Scalable Systems Expertise. Experience with large-scale web applications, an economic-thinking mindset, and being able to design well-bounded future-proof domain systems, aligned with the business objectives.
Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational + NoSQL databases.
Big-picture thinker: aligns technical decisions with business strategy, influences without authority.
Clear communicator in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Self-starter who identifies what needs doing and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
Skilled Technical Leader and Mentor: Guide and support engineers by setting a strong example. As a Staff Engineer, you are a role model, leading by example and through your expertise.
What you will be doing:
Architect context pipelines for AI agents: curate what enters the context window (repo boundaries, domain knowledge, test outputs, CI feedback) so agents produce reliable, mergeable code, not just plausible code.
Prepare task specifications that are agent-actionable (clear acceptance criteria, referenced modules, explicit constraints)
Design and maintain agent-ready systems: well-bounded repos, comprehensive test suites as guardrails, CI/CD pipelines with structured output agents can parse and act on.
Serve as an AI Champion: join and strengthen our growing AI Champion community, contribute to workshops, curate effective agentic workflows, and mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices. Contribute to org-level AI tooling evaluations and OLX AI practices repositories.
Drive active migration from a legacy monolith to microservices, owning decisions on bounded domain decomposition. Working on making agentic workflows effective across a codebase whose boundaries are actively being redefined.
Set the bar for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, database schema, and CI/CD quality across the tribe.
Work with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems, propose initiatives, and drive impactful technical direction without direct authority
Guide senior engineers in managing and reducing technical debt with AI as an accelerator, not a shortcut.

We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Work closely with our product team, leaders, and customers to help design and develop features that make Fivetran the one-stop shop for data activation.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The CDN Content team is responsible for serving all content that flows through Vercel's global CDN — static assets, optimized images, incrementally regenerated pages, partially prerendered shells, and everything in between — to billions of requests for millions of developers. Our focus is performance: ensuring content is served globally as fast as possible. Caching plays a big role in making that happen, and the team operates a multi-tier caching architecture spanning in-process caches, regional cache services, and object storage across 20+ regions.
As a Software Engineer on the team, you'll take on well-scoped projects with real production impact and grow into owning larger pieces of the system. The work spans the serving path end to end, and everything ships through careful, progressive rollouts validated with production data. You'll learn how a planet-scale CDN works from engineers who built it.
This is a team where infrastructure meets product: we work in close partnership with frameworks such as Next.js, bringing framework-defined infrastructure to life on Vercel's CDN, and the serving and caching behavior we ship directly shapes the performance and cost that millions of developers see. You'll develop strong instincts for distributed systems, careful production rollouts, and data-driven engineering.
If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF or NY), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Build and improve the services behind ISR, PPR, and image optimization — working in Go, Lua, and TypeScript across the serving path.
Execute well-defined projects independently, from implementation through safe rollout (feature flags, shadow modes, progressive deployment) and post-ship validation.
Monitor and maintain your work in production: build dashboards, add metrics and alerts, and develop ownership of what you ship.
Contribute to the team's observability and testing surface — the dashboards, log views, and e2e test suites that keep a high-change system trustworthy.
Participate in the on-call rotation with support from senior engineers, and contribute to incident follow-ups that make the system more resilient.
Collaborate with teammates and partner teams (Next.js, CI/CD) through design discussions, code review, and pairing.
What you need
2+ years of experience building and operating backend services in production.
Proficiency in at least one of Go, TypeScript/Node.js, or a comparable systems language, and enthusiasm for working across a polyglot stack.
Solid understanding of HTTP and web fundamentals — caching headers, request/response lifecycle, what a proxy does.
You write code you're willing to operate: tested, instrumented, and documented.
Curious about how large-scale systems work, and motivated to dig into unfamiliar code and production data to figure things out.
A collaborative teammate who communicates clearly, asks good questions, and follows through reliably.
Bonus if you
Have experience with caching systems (CDNs, Redis/Memcached, application-level caches) at any scale.
Have AWS experience, particularly S3 or ElastiCache.
Have used Next.js or another modern web framework and understand rendering modes like SSR/SSG/ISR.
Have experience with observability tooling (Datadog, Honeycomb, or similar).
Have experience with Terraform or Kubernetes.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

, and our mission is to provide the most in-depth way to let users manage their alerts. The backend-focused team works closely with customers and the Grafana Cloud teams to make Alerting work on-prem and at infinite scale in Cloud. Our domain is quite large, so to get an idea of the kind of work we do, here are some projects we recently worked on:
Build distributed systems to scale alert ingestion and delivery of Prometheus-based alerts
Unify Alerting setup and delivery to work the same for Grafana and Prometheus-based alerts
Build distributed systems to scale alert evaluation of Grafana-managed alerts, reaching over 500 evaluations per second in production.
